A speaker argues that tracking your happiness and daily activities is where self-improvement begins. The video offers practical advice for facing reality and making changes in your life, relationships, and business.
If you want to improve in your life, start tracking your life. You want to improve your happiness. At the end of the day, write down your happiness level. I'm serious. It works. And then if it's not good, guess what? That enables you to face the cold hard reality that okay, I'm not happy. Then what do you do? You write down what you did that day. Why do you feel unhappy? Face it. Sometimes we need to face life. We need to be adults. We need to face life. We need to confront these things. We need to track them so we can improve them. And then once you figure out why you're unhappy or what's making you unhappy happy or why something's not working because you're tracking it then you can start to improve it and you come out on the other side better version of yourself. Make more money, put more weight, happier. You have better relationships, better friendships, better business. This is one of the keys.
