See, the biggest mistake I see new storners make is that new store sell products they think will work, not products they know will work. And that keeps them from making a sale, let alone from making a million dollars in sales. How do you overcome this? The truth is, is you need a framework for success. Isn't that right, Mr. Nibbler? Yes, you need a framework. And what we use is known as the 5W framework. We go through the five step process every time we launch a new store, and that's what allows us to instantly understand what our customer wants to buy and how we can get profitable.
