They buy from you more than once. My God, but can you believe that? That someone would actually buy from you more than once? How many fucking iPhones have you bought? Huh? How often do you go shopping at Target? How many shirts do you own from your favorite brand? How many times do you buy Adidas or Nikes or Brooks or whatever, you know, shoe, right? Like, a lot of the times we find brands that we like, we keep shopping with them over and over and over and over again. And that's your job as a store owner, is to make good products people like and create a brand that people align with so they want to buy from you over and over and over and over again.
