The Secret To Finding 7-Figure Shopify Niches 💰

Devin shares strategies for building profitable apparel brands on Shopify by targeting large niches like dog owners, political groups, and religious communities. He emphasizes that action and strong branding are what separate successful stores from the rest.
A couple weeks ago, I made a video calling out all the gurus who said shirts are dead. Oh my God. And in that video, I showed how we took a new store from zero to $100,000 in a couple weeks selling shirts. Well, on my screen here, you can see that same exact soar from when we started on February 14th up until today, March 24th. And we've done $341,730 in sales and 78 cents selling, you guessed it, T shirts. And in today's video, I I'm going to break down how you can start your own apparel brand. We will discuss how to find the niche you want to sell in so you can make tons of money selling T shirts. And if you listen to me, like my boy Will here who commented on one of our videos, hey bro, I took your advice and made a right wing T shirt brand. I'm getting sales boom. Dude just followed. He took advice. Now he's having issues with ads which will help him solve. But if you follow what I say in these videos, you will get results, but you must actually apply. No sitting around, no doing any bullshit. Now you might be wondering, Devin, why are you wearing a Roman laurel crown on your head? And it's because I realized that we are taking over YouTube. We are going to war. Get your weapons ready, ladies and gentlemen. Very dangerous. Obviously we're going to war with all the gurus. This is Sparta and I hear by dub all thy viewers as the SCUP 10th Legion. We are the Caesar Roman empire of E commerce and we're fucking taking over, ladies and gentlemen. And every single one who watches these videos, like comments, subscribes. You're coming with me on this journey to success. Our legion is taking over S.C.U.P. 10th Legion. Let's go. That's crowding gang. So guys, we took this new store from 0 to $341,000 in like 40 days. 5,800 orders, all selling T shirts. So the question becomes how do you make a T shirt brand that makes a bunch of money? Number one is I have two videos. I took five Shopify stores to a million dollars. Prove it's not luck. This is about branding. This is a part of the trifecta. We have how to build an eight figure Shopify store from scratch. This is about product research. That is the second part of the trifecta. The third part which we are covering today is, is what niche do you sell in? Okay. And once you get that right, you can join. Okay? You'll launch your store, you'll join the 10th Legion, the elite Legion, and we'll make a bunch of money together. Don't forget your weapons. This is very dangerous. Okay? It's not sharp at all. So what we have to realize. Let's take a look at one of our stores. Pause.com on here. We sell dog products. Nothing crazy. Our designs are not insane. They're all branded. Which, by the way, is why you need to watch this so you can learn how to make a bunch of money without crazy designs. This is literally just our logo, and yet we. This store's made over $40 million in sales. So the question is, my dear Legion member, why is this store so successful? How is something so basic so successful? And it comes down to the philosophy of how we run our stores. Now, you'll see this store, we're not gonna share publicly, but 0 to 341,000. It follows the same exact philosophy as this store right here, which follows the same exact philosophy as Will's comment here. I took your advice and made a right wing T shirt brand. And. And that philosophy, ladies and gentlemen, is going after huge niches that are a massive percentage of the USA population. This is our secret. This is the secret sauce that allows you to join Devin's scup Roman Legion, okay, is when we launch apparel brands, we go after huge niches. It used to be the opposite. Like, when we started 10 years ago, we went after, like, I had a Boston terrier store, okay, which is the complete opposite of what you see here at paws. See Boston terrier store. What's the issue is it only targets one type of dog owner. At the time, I was making like, $10,000 a month on that story. I went fine. And now we transition to a store that targets every dog owner. Every single dog owner on the planet is possible to be a customer of paws. And now we're going to start selling supplements. We're going to start getting these people on subscriptions. We're going to get even more money from our customers because. Because every single dog owner wants to take care of their dog, and that is a huge percentage of people. So what we're trying to do is ensure we have the largest audience possible. And on this story, you'll notice that everything we sell is mostly to women. But guess what? Once we start selling these doggie supplements, hey, we can target ladies, men, theys, thems, whatever. You know, YouTube's gonna demonetize me. Ha. Jo on you YouTube, me and the Legion aren't monetized yet, but soon. Am I right? Legions, jam that subscribe Button. Let's fucking go. Yeah. Once we get them in with our supplements, then what can we do? We can sell them our apparel and we have started launching more stuff for men on the hat side. By the way, go view our top five products of 2024 video where we talk about hats being a huge seller in 2024. We have sold thousands of hats so far this year. So we want to target huge niches. And something to realize is that Facebook has made it harder and harder and harder and harder to target. On Facebook, they've removed a ton of interest, and this is strategic because they want to get their AI better and they won't allow their AI to do a lot of the work in finding your target audience. So now a lot of the targeting is done on the ad copy level. So Facebook's AI algorithms, they're reading what you say in your ads. So. So if you say, hey, dog owners. Ha ha ha. It's more likely to target people who have dogs. And by the way, that is why the hook incentive call to action method that we use for advertising is so powerful. Again, watch this video. These videos are all here to make you a bunch of money. Where's the one about ads? Ah. Create million dollar ads with this Facebook ad method. Yeah, go watch this. The hook incentive call to action method is important because you. You call out your target audience with the hook. This is actually not a bad thing that Facebook has got rid of all the targeting, because what we've done is we've adapted, and now instead of going after these micro audiences, we go after big audiences, such as all dog owners, and we make a ton more money. So we were actually really frustrated and irritated in the moment. Like, fuck, now what are we gonna do? Now all of our targeting's gone. Me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me. But, hey, it all worked out in the end. So the question becomes, what are big niches that you can target where it is a large percentage of the population? So obviously, what do we target? We target dogs. What percentage of Americans own dogs? 44% of U.S. households own dogs. So what does that mean? It means that I can literally target everybody in America over the age of 25. People under 25 are usually broke. No offense. I know people under the age of 25 Watch this video. And you're watching it because you don't want to be fucking broke anymore. You're a genius. You're also a member of the put your laurel on so I can launch an ad. And where most people get hung up, where most People get confused is the targeting. And I don't have to do targeting. I can literally target all of America in half the time. My ad will be shown to the right person, and then Facebook's AI algorithms are going to make sure that they're shown to the right person 90% of the time. But what. What else? Because dogs are obvious, right? We have politics. We have right wing 50% of America. We have left wing 50% of America. Again, you do not have to target with these types of keywords. You have religion, right? What percentage of Americans are religious? 75% of Americans are religious. Okay, so number one is Christianity. Second is Judaism. And then there's Hinduism, Buddhism, and Islam. But the only really massive one is Christianity. So at least in America. So religion, Christianity. Again, you don't have to do any targeting. Now, what about this? What are, like, the most popular hobbies in America? Because, yes, you can sell apparel about hobbies. In fact, this is one of the best things to do. And you can see pets right here is listed at number three. But we have cooking and baking, right? So cooking shirts. Okay. We have reading. I am a bibliophile. I have a book collection right over there. I have thousands of books. It's way too many. We have outdoor activities. So. And this is where you can get really creative because you can create a category store where the category think REI is outdoor activities. And then you sell apparel around camping around fishing. You sell stuff around, whatever, like backpacking, I don't know, hiking, dog sledding. That one's a joke. No one's out there dog sliding. Let's get a sip of crowd. So you go after these massive niches that just have millions and millions and millions of people in the audience, and your job becomes so much easier because no more do you have to worry about these interesting, weird, hard to do Facebook ads. Oh, I have to target dog owners who have one left leg and they're missing their right testicle. I need to get micro, super targeted. It's like, no, dude, don't do that anymore. Legion members, we don't do that. We go after huge population percentages because we want huge amounts of money. And then what do you do? You take what we're learning today. You pick a niche, and then you watch this video. I took five Shopify stores to a million dollars to prove it's not luck. God. We have worksheets that go with it. Okay? All free. I'm giving away the cow baby because Legion members get rewarded. And then you watch this video right here and I show you how to reverse engineer products. I show you how to find shirts that you can sell. Because, like, once you get further into it, you can start to create your own designs from scratch. Okay? But right now you're not an expert yet. That's why you have me watch the video, follow what I said, and learn. Once you get better, you can come up with your own designs. For now, I laid out a framework for you to see how to copy other designs that are winning. Just do that until you get good. Once you start making thousands, tens of thousands of dollars, okay, then you can start making your own designs. You can start getting really creative. But right now you just need to start acting because the biggest thing that's holding you back right now is lack of action. It's not like lack of fucking designs. No, no, no. You're not even getting started. Start and then crush it, you know? So, guys, I'm doing a giveaway now. Every video, we're going to give away one copy of our $2,500 course jewelry profits 3.0. And it's talking about how we've made hundreds of thousands of dollars selling jewelry. I still think jewelry is the easiest way to get started. It's not as great as apparel. Think of really big niches that are more than 10 to 15% of the U.S. population. The higher that goes, the easier it gets. So you've got your niche, then you have your brand. All right? And that's this video right here. I took five Shopify stores. $2 million prove it's not luck. Watch that. Next. This is your course. This is your blueprint. Final part is products.
