The Ultimate AI for Ecommerce Workshop | 2024 🤖

This is a YouTube video titled "The Ultimate AI for Ecommerce Workshop | 2024 🤖" featuring a conversation between Matt Wolfe and Devin Zander recorded in February 2024. The discussion focuses on the use of AI in ecommerce to create designs, ads, and automate business processes, highlighting the potential for significant financial gain and innovation in the field.
If you are overwhelmed and if you are not doing some form of AI in your business right now, you are going to get left behind.
What's up, everybody watching from home, what you're going to see today is going to be really exciting. And it just goes to show that there's so much money to be made out there and it's only getting easier. The way that Matt is utilizing AI to create designs, to create his ads, to improve the store, and to automate so much of this e commerce business, it's gonna blow your mind. I mean, that's the simplest way to put it, because I haven't seen this shared anywhere else. That being said, I'm not like sitting on YouTube all day watching what other people are doing because we're kind of busy doing it ourselves. So all that being said, are you guys ready to have your mind blown by Mr. Matthew Schmidt?
All right, thank you, Devin. Ladies and gentlemen, we're doing something a little different today, right? I'm going to be switching it up for you. This is a. This is a. A massive topic, to say the least. You can see a lot more slides than usual here today because I need to take this massive topic. First of all, no one is an expert at AI and I will give you hard proof of why that is. What I am giving you today is a plan, how to utilize it and how do I know how to utilize it? Because I'm using it. I'm running stores now. The first thing, why AI is so important and why now? It just. It can't be ignored, right? You can't just brush it off like it's not. It's like it's going to go away. You can't do that anymore. So if you're one of these people, I'm going to be truthful to you. This is a real statement that you make sure you take to heart. All right? So listen intensely if you are overwhelmed and if you are not doing to some form of AI in your business right now, you are going to get left behind. It's just there. Guys, some of us are old enough to remember when, you know, ecom as a whole wasn't a thing or ordering things on the Internet was a new thing. And what happened around that time, people resisted. Do you remember that time? Do you guys remember when people resisted the Internet as a fad? We're there. There was something far more monumental. Guys, it's there because why you. I could tell you from Devin can. Devin can attest to this. I'm like, dude, like, I have this idea, we're going to do that. We're going to implement it in the AI. We're going to do all this crazy stuff. By the time I make that statement, it's almost out of date. That's how fast this stuff is moving. So they resisted buying online, they resisted moving their stores online. What happened to those businesses? You don't, you don't know their names anymore. Blockbuster, remember, Remember that? That's a. That's one of the. We're in one of those events. Blockbuster could have bought Netflix, but they said, nah, that's a fad. The Internet's a series of tubes. I think it was one of our Congress people at the time said that it's gonna. It's gonna come and it's gonna go. No one's gonna buy stuff on the Internet. And then Elon and a bunch of people created PayPal. We're in that space. And that's why it can't be ignored anymore. Okay, is this making sense? So let's dive right into it. Why AI and why now? As a business owner, I've been running my own business in one way or another for 15 years. And from the people that I've learned from and the things that have worked for me, when you implement something into your business, you do. You look for one of two things. Does it make me money or a. I do. Which one of these? Save money or make money? It does both. So that's. That's the grand slam, baby. That's when you know you need to take a look at it. It's a rare combination to truly have that, by the way, because even if I was to, say, hire an agency, the agency has this big cost that comes associated with it, right? So say the agencies. $5,000 to take over some kind of thing a month. When they need to make me that $5,000 or more, then it's possible for that to happen. But what I'm talking about here is a rare combination where really the bang for the buck comes in. And that's why you guys can't ignore this. The real question here is why can you not ignore it any longer? Why can't you ignore it any longer? It's not the inflection point of just the technology, right? Because technology is used all the time. There's various technologies that are all over the place. And here's the real combination. Everybody else is using it, real players are using it. That's the problem, guys, is that enough people have adopted it, and it's. Now it's at A point where everyone's using it. So what happens you are an immediate disadvantage if you don't use it because it's everywhere, it's cost effective, it makes people money and it saves people money. I'm going to give you examples of just how powerful that is. And this is just going to be tip of the iceberg stuff. I'm trying to bring you the best I possibly can, the best training I possibly can in a way that's digestible. As an educator, I have to make sure that you can actually use it. But that's what you we have to realize. And it starts with an acceptance. If I don't learn this stuff, if I don't get into this stuff, Joe over here is doing it, that guy over there is doing it. And so the question becomes, what happens to me now? Look, it's not Terminator. It's not the Borg. It's not. The Terminator is more common one where people might know the reference. But it accelerates you. What's that first? What? That, that thing I said on the first slide. It accelerates you past your excuses. That's what AI is going to help you do. I don't know how to make a product copy, I don't know how to make a product design. I don't know how to make an About Us page. Well, guess what? Guess what Matt's going to teach you here today. It's going to be a lot of that. We're going to accelerate past your excuses. We're going to create you cost effective. Unbelievable level of detail. Different things I'm going to show you here today the things that would cost you lots and lots more. Trust me, from a guy that's been around 15 years now in the E commerce space, this is crazy. So we are in. The Internet is a fad level event right now. And that's what's happening. We're in the Internet as a fad level. There's these people that will be left behind. The people that will be left behind are the companies you don't know about. The companies that embrace it are the ones that, you know, your Amazons, your, your Netflix, Apple, like those companies came out of. Oh, this Internet thing's pretty cool. So then they went all in on it and look what happened. The whole world changed. So that's happening in the AI space and you as a company, you as a startup and a business owner, you especially in the print on demand space. Because I'm going to show you how these two things are like a match made in Heaven. How AI and Print on Demand are like. It's almost like it was designed that way. If you do it right, if you do it the way I show you, it's like, oh, my God. This is just. This is the perfect thing. Look at this. It solves so many problems. I'm going to show you that today, and I hope you're excited about it. All right? We understand where we're at. We understand the groundwork. We understand we got to do this. So let's get into the next phase. The next phase of. I understand I need to learn this. What happens next? You. You go too deep, right? It's. You're. You've now been awoken to a certain topic, and now you can go down a rabbit hole and never maybe get out. So now I'm going to save you from the rabbit hole that I opened up because I made you realize you needed to learn. Now I'm going to give you a straight line to say, okay, there's a danger. I am not talking about the danger of the Borg that the guy was referencing earlier. We're not at that level yet. We are at the level. We need to understand. There are Shiny Object Syndrome everywhere we go. AI is in its infancy. Infancy. If I could speak right now, okay. And like a good little infant that I'm familiar with, they have a constant need to grow, constantly need to suck up your attention, and they constantly require a ton of money to keep up. There was 10,000 new AI tools released last year. Does it surprise you? Doesn't surprise me. That's how many a day? That's 300 or so a day. All right. Is that my math? I might be wrong in the math, but it's ridiculous. 10,000 is too much. And so when I say there's no experts in AI, that's what I mean. No one is digesting 10,000 tools. You understand what I'm saying? Well, I am not an expert in AI. It's like saying, I'm an expert in the Internet or I'm an expert. That's not even that. It's not even that. There's so many tools in an application. I was talking to my lawyer, and he thinks that his job might be irrelevant in the next couple of years, because why would you pull from a human who's flawed and doesn't remember everything versus an AI Be like, how do I defend myself? Here's my problem. And it gives you all of the law, all of the perfect law gives you. You print that out and go to defend yourself. Save you, you know, tens of thousands of dollars. It's crazy. So 10,000 plus tools, most of which are paid so attention, right? It's growing rapidly. The attention maybe get my reference now and then the money. Like if I was going to be an expert in 10,000 mostly paid tools, how much am I forking out a month? So you need to know how to use these things. I don't want to set the expectation. When I'm talking about utilizing this stuff, I'm talking about accelerating you. Other people that I have seen that I have been marketing to, we're like, oh, replace your blah, blah, blah. We're not at replacement level. We're at accelerate you level. I am here to tell you the truth about this stuff and how to apply this to your business. The other guys are trying to market to you really well. Okay, so I'm the real guy and Devin and I are the real guys here. Everybody else trying to market to you real well. And I'll tell you why. Because you'll see shit like this, all right? 4,000 prompts to get to XYZ. Who's seeing something like that in their newsfeed? Now look, what do I say here? If all of you admit it, it's an overwhelming thing. Well, guess why it's overwhelming? Because like this, Devin and I aren't like this. That's why you're here, probably is that you know that we're bringing you the real stuff, right? I can make your 4,000 prompts. You know how I'd make you 4,000 prompts? I'd have chat GBT make me 4,000 prompts. And that's probably what those guys did. So I'm here to tell you 4,000 or whatever is 3,999 more prompts than you need right now. Because you told me a little bit ago, I'm overwhelmed. I haven't applied this yet. I'm telling you, we can start with one prompt. It would be more beneficial to you, the person we care about, than it is to giving you a 4,000. You're not going to use anything kind of thing because that's the paradox of choice. By the way, you give me 4,000, I'm like just going to put that over there. I'm not going to touch that because that's, that's too much. So then the next gen AI stuff, right? I see a lot of that stuff too. Most of those, when I dive into them are just basically chat GPT with a nice little pretty website on top. So those are what they're great for the marketer, but not great for you. You understand this. It helps move you further. So the question is, how do we actually use AI? Right? How do we actually do it? Matt's already told me. I have to. Then he told me, holy, it's a rabbit hole. I don't want to get lost in it. So the question now is, do we actually use it? We utilize AI in a very strategic way, and we already talked about what way we utilize it. If it makes us money, if it saves us money, and if I was to give you a tool that does both of those, logically speaking, I should point you into the direction of utilizing AI and areas of your business where you can save money and make money. Is that clear? This is your filter. Most of you are not as far along as me, and this is my filter. So I am trying to tell you this is my. This is the filter you should use, because a lot of shit's going to come your way. You've whispered AI into your phone now, and now Facebook's like, oh, that should serve him up some AI ads. So you're going to get stuff in your newsfeed, and if you look at it, you should say, does this meet Matt's filter that he told me? Does it? Is it going to make me money and save me money? Because that's going to give you the highest chance of. Of success. I will assure you in the next week or so, because you spoke this into the phone and the phone's listening, that you are going to see stuff that might. Might save you money, it might make you money. And those are now distractions. And I am filtering your time because your time is precious and limited. And that's how you get your business off the ground in the first place. Some of you are probably brand new. So we outline. Here's our plan. We outline key areas of our business model. We implement AI to save us on current. But if you're. If you're not currently running your business, we know things will cost us money. And then we also try to implement things that will make us more money. Any further complication is a distraction. If you understand this, the simple little principle. Just because I told you this is an inflection event, this is a key event. This. Call it last year, call it the beginning of this year, whatever. It's the Internet type of event. The companies that use it, the companies that didn't use the Internet, it got left behind. The companies that did became the biggest companies in the world. And now we're all reliant on it, AI is having a similar event. So I came up with a little keyword here in my, I don't know, winner to whoever pronounces it the best way. But scup AI here, if you understood that simple principle right there, I've already saved you time and I've already saved you money and I have saved you a shitload of a headache. So right there, I needed to beat that into your head before we got into any sort of implementation training. Because that in itself, if you understand that the future, every day you go forward, AI is involved some way. I just gave you the filter to work through for the rest of your journey. All right, cool. So we've already saved some time, we already saved some money, and we gave you a filter to go forward with. And we haven't even talked about the implementation yet. Hopefully we're all on the same page. Let's rock and roll. All right, here is our areas. Here they are. Look at them, absorb them, write them down. These are your key areas. If you are doing the print on demand space, you are going to see some cool shit today. You probably didn't know. Okay, maybe some of you, if you've been on our workshops before, you've seen bits and bits and pieces of this, But I assure you, I'm showing you some shit that you have not seen. Okay, so product creation, ads creation, site optimization, each one of these areas in and of itself cost time and money. And so we are implementing AI in a way that will save us time and money. And I assure you from a guy that at a store that did extremely well, that I exited from and the stores that I'm growing right now, what we're about to show you is expensive pieces at scale and especially really hard at the beginning. And what my goal here is to teach you how to implement these things in a way where you're doing 80, 90% of the work and now you're paying for 10% of a task, 20% of a task, versus a hundred percent of a task while still getting the same, if not more of a benefit. Is that clear? That's the goal. So we're going to be getting that business owner mentality. My goal, show you how to take key areas of your business, I'm going to get you an 80, 90% of the job done, which is going to be amazing in your time turnaround, your cost savings, and it's going to give you the same ability to make money, if not more, as long as you do all the other work, because you're accelerating, not replacing. Right, so let's get right into it. Let's start with site optimization. Now I struggled with which one to start with, but I wanted to start with Scott, with, with site optimization because, well, because it's the most boring, it's, it's the most critical. But it doesn't, it doesn't wake you up in the morning though. It is so crucial and underappreciated. But like I, I can roll my own knives in the back of my head like ah, scuff side optimization. So it's actually even better that we have the ability to do it with AI because otherwise you're just doing a boring topic yourself. Right. We've shown this before, so we're going to start with page copy, but I'm going to do this in a way that you probably never seen before. And this is part of those updates. Excuse me, I'm on my other screen for just one second. This is one of those updates that a lot of people don't teach you or know know about. Right. And so I got Chat GPT. I'm going to tell you right now that again, we're starting you off. Chat GPT can do, especially with these, this last round of updates can do basically almost all of your AI needs at the time being the paid chat GPT, I believe is $30 a month, which is quite possibly the most ridiculous potential of return on investment that there is. All right. Because in the just a fraction of what I'm going to show you today, just to say product copy, I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars a month on people paying to update my product copy. And this thing does it better. If not, you say it's the same, say it's just exactly this, say it's slightly worse. $20 a month. Sorry. Thank you. I haven't paid for it in a minute. So 20, I think the $30 is the team one, which is pretty cool. So ChatGPT, the paid version of it is $20. I believe there's a free version still. Right. The 3.5, the 4 is worth it. So if you got the $40, $20 a month, buy the 4, it's faster, it does a little bit more, it's got some capabilities. I want to show you the potential here. So watch what I'm about to show you. Say you, how many of you guys are guys and gals are selling shine on stuff? So here's my first example for you of what everybody else does and then what the people do. Is this working? Yeah. Making sure you can see every half of the people are back here doing what everybody else does, right? And then this other half is where we're going. And we're going to the AI and implementing that into our business. And this right here is going to blow your minds a little bit, I'm sure. But this is a difference maker. This is a scratch the surface. Matt, show me the coolest thing I can do really, really fast. Because Devin wants me to show you as much, like as much as I possibly can. But those are really big topics. So I'm going to show you bang for the buck what you can absolutely get out of this thing for 20amonth. Right here, what I'm about to show you. If you did this on all of your Shine on pages, you will make that. Will it. Will it help differentiate you and give you a larger potential for really kind of moving in the direction that we want to show? Because I don't want to let the cat out of the back here real quick, but check out this. Please analyze. That's right, analyze this page and create a new. Because we're talking about product copy. 10 out of 10 product copy that will convert visitors to buyers. And all I have to do is copy and paste a product page. So what am I doing? I am taking a product page built on the template that Shine on provided for me, which is the same template that everybody else gets. So if you've ever had the thought in your mind of, hey, my product's just like everybody else's, if you haven't, you haven't run enough stuff, right? Because that's, that's just. Everybody has. I have that thought, guys. So watch this. You know, go ahead and press the return there. And what is it doing? It's analyzing my site because that's what they can do now. And that's by the way, why you need the paid copy. So the 10 out of 10 is just to say, I need you to have it on a rating scale. I need the absolute best quality possible. Right. So I did this. You can see it. Analyze this page and create a better 10 out of 10, 10 product copy for me to use. That will convert visitors into buyers. Then I pasted that. By the way, don't worry about writing everything down right now in terms of my prompt. That's just what the replay is for. Right? Okay. Right. There's going to be a whole lot more of this in Incubator, by the way, for all you guys that are in there and on this call with us. Check this out. Look at this. By the way, it is analyzing certain aspects of my page. It's writing it into the copy more naturally than what I was pumped out. Because here it is right now, right? It's taking this thing, he's taking this right here. Lobster clasp, right? I've sold a lot of jewelry in my time. That's something people care about. They ask, they go, does it have a lobster clasp or not? Right. Where is it? Oh, adjustable for the perfect fit and secured with a circle. Now I have a conversation going with my potential buyer. What does that do? What do I. What for my. For my regulars? What do I tell you to try to achieve with your stores? You are a small town person with a presence on the Internet. If you've heard me say, you need to have that small town feel, that small business feel and portray that into your business. Does it hap. Does it achieve that when you just kind of put that kind of stuff out there? No, it doesn't. Does it work? Sure it does. Does it get. It's called site optimization, which means optimization means you get better. And it's an ever ending field of trying to get better and better and better. And so when I get this and I analyze it, if you read that, that's a conversation. You're a che. You're. You're achieving a great. You're a good marketer, right? You're overcoming possible objections. They care about that. Now all I have to do, you know, it might not be perfect, so you got to read through it, make sure it makes sense. I can take that and I can put that on there. Now where's. Where's the special treat come into play? Where's a special sauce that maybe I wouldn't have thought of if I had not done this on my own store? If I had not been here to actually teach you what I do versus shit I found on the Internet? What do you think? I do this for every single individual product that I put on my store. So to your question of, am I different than my competition? Well, how about being different from yourself? How about being more than just templated that puts out and expecting wonders and cash to fall out of the sky. You ever thought about that? You ever thought about how that feels for the customer and not the individual trying to push stuff? I tell you guys, if you want to sell $50 items, if you want to sell items that take hours of hard work for someone to be able to afford, you need to go over the top. You need to be different not only from your competition, but from what you used to do. The reason you're not at the sales level that you want is because you're trying to be the person you are now instead of the person you need to be to get those sales. And therefore we're going to do shit a little differently now because we're an accelerate pastor Excuses. And one of the things that a real brand does, like my brands, is we differentiate not only from ourselves, but what we were before. You're going to start seeing how this is when inside of Incubator, this is what we're getting into. Stuff that the other guys just don't regurgitate to you. I'm sorry, I hate being the other guy's thing. But like I, I go through everybody's stuff. I read constantly and the people I learned from best do stuff. What I'm telling you right now. And if you just take this one thing away mixed with that principle from before, this one thing, we're not even a freaking percentage point into what's possible, I will assure you. But this right here, if this is already kind of made, you have a aha moment of oh, I'm kind of doing things the old way versus the new way. Because before to get all this kind of stuff, that would take a lot, wouldn't it? You would have to pay somebody to update all of these products. Meanwhile, you're trying to create all these new products. Or you could just do this in 10 seconds on chat gbt. This right here will differentiate you from all the other shine on sellers are out there. And here's the beautiful part. Every single one of you, I, I can't see how many people on this call. If every single one of you did this, everybody's pages would be different because it's based off the input of what you're creating. If you're following what I normally talk about. You already differentiated, differentiated yourself, didn't you? Next thing about us, the critical page that Matt has been parroting from the, from the rooftops, just freaking, just yelling at people for like 10 years. We're going to hear freaking about us page. I think I feel like it's been 10 years. It's probably not been 10 years. And ever since I figured out that it was a key aspect of the business, Devin and I have just been like preaching this from the rooftop. And again, it's boring. Nobody wants to do it. They don't want us to share their own story. No one knows how to write their own story. Which is the funniest thing because we're living it every day right if there only was a thing that could help me create an about us story or page. Because I'll tell you the truth. The number three, the most, third most visited page on my store is the about us page. It goes product pages individually, the homepage and the about us page. The homepage tells a story about your products. The about us tells a story about you. And my friends, I just told you that people care about buying from small businesses. They care about talking and having conversations like they're talking. If I walk down to some of the businesses I still shop from, the only stores that I go to anymore in my town are stores that take it next level. About Us. If you're about us, tell us a story and it has in alignment with your product pages in tone and situation and what we're kind of doing, look and feel, it gives that experience, that customer service experience. I'm going to reiterate. If you want to sell a 50 item, if you try to do this in a way that isn't over the top, if you're not accelerating yourself using AI, if you're not working hard using all the other stuff that we teach inside of incubator and you have to over and above, you have to put in, say, put $1,000 worth of work, $1,000 worth of work into selling and creating one specific $50 item and total package. Get one mention. You have one product on your store. It was 50 bucks. The total just effort of time and money should be, say it's $1,000 to sell that one 50 item. Why? Because you can sell a shitload of that 50 item. Far more than a thousand. So what do we do? Well, we got a nice little prompt here. We go back over. Can you help me create an about us page for our e commerce store? We'd like to tell our customers our. Tell the customers our brand story. Please analyze pause.com and create an about us page. Go. And it goes. Hopefully it didn't suck like it did last time, but here you go. Nope, there we go. There it is. There's literally no excuses anymore, guys. Dropping stuff over here. Hold on. There's no excuses anymore. There's no reason for you to sit there and go, yeah, I was gonna do my. I've talked to you guys. I'm gonna be real with you again. I've talked to you guys for years. Inside the incubator and out. Yeah, I was gonna do an about us page, but I couldn't sit down and write it. Yeah, I just didn't know if people would care Yeah, I didn't know what to write about. Well, guess what? No excuses anymore. You're past it. You're back there. It's with the other people. It's with the Internet's a fad crowd. If you're not in that. That realm, you gotta quit. Check yourself on all that mentality. Look at this. Look what's being written. It even said a positive. My brand. Pause.com. it came up with positive. I don't think I say that. The damn things coming up with keywords and buzzwords and fun little words for us. What is your excuse? None. There's nothing. This cost $30 or 20. 20. Somebody said $20. Prompt was back up here. It's easy. And the prompts get better from here guys too, because they're. They're only going to get better in the incubator. We're going to have a living document where we're going to be updating it based off of my practices. But right now it was just about getting that up for you guys. You're going from know about us page to about us page. Okay. You're going from know about us page to about us page or you're going from a poorly written about us page to a copywriter level about us page. Getting stuff like this created used to cost a lot of money, take a lot of time, or it just never got done. You're shine on. Competition won't do this, but an incubator, we do stuff like this. This is why we're different. This is why it's different to be inside there. Because we're teaching you stuff that I actually do, that it works. And in the print on demand space, I don't know if I'm the. I'm one of the few guys still going as long as they're gone. And the reason is because I don't do what everybody else does. Okay, so here it is. Product creation. Who sees the second bullet? Because you thought Matt was going to talk about jewelry again, didn't you? Who's ready for some apparel in their business if you have been on the fence. Look, my bread and butter is apparel. You guys have known this. I've been doing apparel longer than anything. I was one of the first people in Teespring. I know the hardships of how to get a brand off the ground, right? So jewelry is great. And we provided that road and it's still great. This isn't about replacing something. Okay? So when I want to say something really quickly, the goal here is not to replace. The goal is to create the best customer experience possible. You guys already say and agree. I don't. I haven't. I'm not done yet. All right. The great, the best possible customer experience, right? In apparel, we've had high hurdles, high bars. We tried one time. We've scup recommended it, and the guy screwed up, the supplier screwed up. And I told Devin, I'm like, look, dude, we can't do that ever again. Devin agreed. Like, we trust. We love you guys too much. We need it. We only recommend Shine on and Gear Bubble because we knew that they could bring the fulfillment to your orders. Right? Especially when you're ground level. Like, you don't. You don't know. You don't want to be tossed by the wayside because some dude gets a bunch of orders. And I can't recommend my supplier because my supplier does private stuff and he doesn't take new people. We've tried everything we could, and that led us to say, okay, let's look for an alternative. Shine on came up with jeweler message cards that exploded. They were high margin, they were good, easy to create. We had a, a system for it, but we wanted that same bar, right? We wanted that same bar, and I think we got it. And so what's coming inside of Incubator and what. What's inside of. Of the things to come is really moving in that direction is apparel is going to be. It's going to be powerful. Like I said, print on demand and AI are like a match made in heaven. And the stuff I've been playing with, the stuff I'm going to show you again, is going to be tip of the iceberg. So I want to dive right into this. You might have seen this before. It says, please analyze this message card. We go to Etsy, we find sales proof and social. Etsy, Amazon, anything like that, Sales proof or social proof. And we take something with proven message, knowing that it's the. The core of the message, not the words. Exactly. It's a core of the message that people really buy. How do I know that? Because I'm a marketer. I can. I sold a promo where I was selling the American dream or work from home, Work from anywhere or be your own boss. That's three things. That was a tagline we used on a campaign. Three things that achieved the same results. Right? Same thing said three different ways. That's what we're doing here, right? That's what good marketing can be. So what am I saying here? Please analyze this message card and rewrite it to be a 10 out of 10 emotional message card. I don't know why the 10 out of 10 thing works, but it does. Okay, emotional message card. Please give me five different options to choose from, each focusing on a different emotional tone. Key word there. Key two words. Emotional tone. Okay, emotional tone. Same thing said differently through emotional tone. This message card is straight from something I found that had sales proof and social proof on Etsy. It's not overcomplicated. It had a sales proof and social proof. Then here, check this out. Deeply romantic tone. What did I do? I'm reading each one of these. This is not replace you. This is accelerate you. And part of the benefit here is that I am accelerating my ability to. To read and understand message cards, which help you with the ability to know what to use and what not to use. We're going to move through here. And what I got out of this is this. The robot came back with freaking Shakespeare. Nobody talks like that in the United States. Where I'm targeting, some of those words were not good. Here's where the save money, make money thing comes into play. If I was to do this and I paid somebody, if I was to do this, and I did it myself, which took a lot of time if I needed it rewritten because what I got back wasn't good, what happens? I gotta take more time and I got to take more money or Because I'm doing what Matt says and I'm saying Matt, it works for Matt, so it's going to work for me. I read it because I read each one of them. I understood that I'm targeting Americans, and Americans don't talk like 14th century Shakespeare or whatever century he's from. I'm going to put it back through here and say, please rewrite them using more common English, American English. And even that was probably not proper English, but it was American English. So look at through here, you start reading these, and they're good. Like, it's crazy how good these are getting. All right, and so it's not perfect, but what did I say? I want to make you 80 or 90% of the way there. Okay? And now I can read through here, make sure it's better. Make sure it still connects with the original, which we know has a sales proof and social proof. And if I look through here, I picked one that says love shine or love shines not in being flawless, but in being true. Something I found in you. Holy. The robot can rhyme. Okay, it's not Borg level, but the thing's got some. Some swagger to it already. Okay, so we're looking back through here and I look back and say, love doesn't need to be perfect, it just needs to be true. If I go back here, love isn't about being perfect. It's about be. Oh, that's not the one. Love shines not in being flawless, but being true. Something I found in you. The rest of it's good too. I just created a message card in little to no time. That's better probably than I could do myself at the moment. But this would. If you would have paid somebody that would have cost you money, then you would had to have getting a redo and you didn't even acquire the skill. Remember, this is accelerating you. If you do what I tell you and you do the 555 rule we talked about last time, you're acquiring the skill simply by reading these and saying, hey, that doesn't sound right. Just like I did. And instead of waiting a couple of more days for more variance, you popped in into it and you got it right back in a second and it gave you. If you guys are reading it, it's a damn good message card and it relates exactly to the original. It's new words. You didn't, you didn't copy or you didn't steal anything, right? You didn't just steal it and do what the. What the Internet is a fad people do, right? You used AI in a way to accelerate your journey as a per. As a business that can create beautiful message cards that convert. Who wants to see some apparel? Who's been thinking about making apparel and they're like, ah, so, so hard and complicated. Or oh, I got to hire somebody and he's got. I don't even know what to look for and I don't even know where to take it. And I don't have to sell it and I don't. So we are going to dive into it. Trends apparel works heavily on trends. If you have a niche that can apply to it in some way, trends work great. You're like, matt, what do I sell? Go to your Walmart. Go to your Walmart on, on February 15th. The damn thing is going to be green. The whole thing going to be great. You should. I don't care where you live in the United States, it'll be green. Why? Because immediately after Valentine's Day is over, they're going to shuffle all that stuff to the side and they're going to move in. St. Patrick's Day is the next trend that comes up to play. If you've been to a store might have some St. Patrick's Day stuff already. And looking at it, what do I do? I want to find sales proof and social proof. We're not overcomplicating it. But here is where the tricky aspect of it gets into play. Here is just a fraction of where we're going inside of Incubator because this is. I have to give you something you can apply here, and it's a very complex topic. And I want to show you how we're going to do it and just bits and pieces of it. Apparel is about the design, like the actual art. If you don't do it right or if you just do what everybody else does, you are talking about 15 years of people have been doing this. 15 years of people that are Internet as a fad, which nobody here is going to be that way. Right. The people who are left behind is. What I mean by Internet is the fading. We're doing AI to get ourselves forward. They're stuck behind. We're moving forward. That's where we're going. So the question is, how do I create myself something unique based off of sales proof and social proof? And the problem with the industry that I created is you don't know who to hire. And even if you know where to go, you don't know if you can trust them. Why? Because you don't know if they're going to give you something that they gave to 50,000 other people. You don't know if their reviews are real on those. On those sites. Trust me, that's. That's the hardest, some of the hardest stuff for us to work through at Scup and my stores. But what if I could get you 80 to 90% of the way there with something unique? Then what happens? Now you hire a designer to take it over the finish line to clean it up. Because AI is not perfect. But you're giving them a template, a design that is mostly there. We just need to. What's that also going to do? It's going to cost you a whole lot less, isn't it? Because it might cost you $50 a design. But if I can get you there 89 of the way there, it might only cost you 5 bucks. Hey, could you clean this up? Change that word around a little bit? 5, 10 bucks. Is that going to save you some money in an operation where it requires you to have. I have 6,000 designs of my store right now. Do you understand? Let's take that margin, that cost reduction. Let's supply it to that $40 times 6,000 designs, you guys, hopefully you're seeing where I'm going at. So the question is, where do we go? So I try to figure out the best way to introduce this thing. But I'm just going to show you the end result because I think it's almost more impactful. Okay, there is a site, it's not perfect. It gets you pretty close. Let me show you this, my friends, was created by AI. Look at this. Is that pretty good? Guess what, this site's free. The site's free. They have a paid thing. But what I just did here, I haven't spent a cent. And I'm going to give you the prompt for this, but I just showed you a way of creating design. If I took this and I gave it to a designer and said, hey, would you put a apostrophe on there? He'd be like, yeah, that'd be three bucks. I'm like, boom, there it is. This is scratching the surface of the potential of what's to come. This is all building towards something I want to share with you at the end of it, of what's to come. And I gotta show. I gotta tell you guys, this is nuts. You can look, you can get it, you can do specific bre, you can do a whole bunch of other stuff. So I looked over here and I said, oh, this one's really cool. Can I get a dog in St Patrick's Day settings created. And it created this. Create a simple vector T shirt design of three dogs smiling at the camera with a St. Patrick's Day setting. Retro hard hand drawn illustration. You can change this all up. If I generate it again, it might do another one. Look at that. Perfect example. Actually. You take this, you hand it to a designer and what do you do? So sometimes they don't get the text right, but it got you 80 to 90% of the way there, didn't it? And all your guys have to do is come in, you download this, send it to somebody and say, hey, clean this up for me. Here's what it is. And it gives you good practice because you still need to acquire the skills. You need to make sure that you are doing your job. That's what we teach inside of Incubator. That's what actually the difference will come from, is that you do using this to accelerate your skill earning. This is like a game genie for nes. It uses certain little cheat codes almost a little bit where you're acquiring skills at a faster rate than the other guy. That's your job. Here you are going through and going I know what to do. I know what's a good design, a bad design. I know what's good on a message card. I know it's a bad message card. And my skills are rising faster because I'm utilizing AI the way Matt shows. So I give Saint. I can't even say this real quick. Saints tricks to a designer. I say clean this up, make it say St. Patrick's and then or. Or something else, you know, based off of what I find the hats look good or I keep generating free art until I get one that I like that's maybe a little closer to the other ones. And now I've just changed the game. Now I have changed the game because this is unique. The concept is not, but the art is unique. And now it'll. Every time I hit generate, it will come out with something new. And I could put two dogs or one dog or it doesn't matter. I put dog drinking beer. I can do all sorts of stuff based off of sales proof and social proof, keeping the same concept art created unique, assured it's unique, not somebody just telling me it is. Which was one of the hardest things with hiring a designer online. And now my cost got lower because I'm 80 to 90% of the way there. This is stuff that used to take forever. And this is. I can't reiterate enough scratching the surface. So you can go to fiverr. You can get all these things cleaned up. You can get yourself unique concepts created fast. By the way, little last shortcut. Take a concept that has sales proof and social proof, Take it to Chat GPT and say, I need a prompt to create a T shirt where a dash hound is wearing a St. Patrick's Day hat. It will pump out a prompt. You can take it to Audiogram and it creates it for you. That's the power. There is no excuses. I don't know how to create a prompt, Matt. You definitely don't want to stick in just my one prompt. It's about creating new stuff, new angles, finding stuff in here, making sure we're getting all those things accomplished and we're taking it forward into the future and letting everybody else stay in the past where they think that it's just a fad. Well, it's not a fad, ladies and gentlemen. It is here to stay. So ads creation. We've already talked about several different aspects that go into the ad, like the design. But now I want to make sure you got your product, you got your site that's better than it was before. If you're using Avatar, which is our theme. Your site's optimized. You've got a great page. You got an about us page. You fill out the rest of stuff like we teach. Now we got to marry the two. The bridge is the ad. Now the. The kicker is differentiating ourselves while at the same time converting visitors or viewers impressions into buyers. Because you don't want to look, just look like everybody else, do you? Now here's the other thing. What happens if everybody looks the same? It's called banner blindness. Banner blindness. I used to work for one of the largest companies in the entire world. When we would refresh a brand the next few weeks later, which is a monumental undertaking, by the way. The next several weeks, you have a little bit of a break, and then you'd be talking about refreshing that brand again, which then would take months of execution in order to achieve. And then you would do it all over again. Because by the time that new stuff got out, by the time you executed the refresh, people were only already blind. They blind it. Can't see. It doesn't. It blends in with everything else. Why do you think when you go to a beer aisle or a wine aisle that the labels are crazy and the boxes and colors and all that kind of stuff are crazy? Got to stand out. If you look like everybody else, if you're just using the same stuff, if you're just using the same copy, you're not getting creative. You are the people where the Internet is fat. You're getting left behind. We're moving forward. What are we doing going forward? We're going to make ourselves unique. We're all going to be unique going forward. We're doing as many areas as we possibly can. One of the areas that we have to do is ads creation, and it starts with our copy. I'm gonna go back to chat gbt. Look, I've stayed one free tool and one tool that costs $20 a month, and I've probably have collectively taken off. I'll use my business, for example. Thousands and thousands of dollars off my overhead by doing what I'm showing you here, because I can actually speak to mine. But I know I. I've shortened the curve on your guys's stuff. So let's go back to chat gbt. Let's go back to our necklace. Now, check this out. Where would I get myself a. A Facebook ad copy? I'll get it from Chat gbt. What if I did it in the same thread? Because if you didn't know, Chat GBT builds off the information that's above it. So the information that's above here will actually go into the next prompt that you have. It's ed. You're educating it off of what you want, right? And what you're looking for. And I just told it. I really like this one. So I said, can you write five variations of a different Facebook ads? Different Facebook ads to find different hooks to sell a necklace to my wife. The necklace will have the message card on it that reads, use the message card that I like. You seeing how this. It all plays in the same area. And if you look at this again, what am I seeing? Hey, they're good, but they're a little long, right? So it's not just about making us money. It's also about which ads do very well, right? That's the whole lifelong lifeline of your lifeline of your business. It's also about saving you money and saving you time. If they. If you were to hire a copywriter and he gave you five variations and you said that was really long. And by the way, oh, he was sick and, you know, he was out for a week, then he was sick and he forgot to get back to me. And then he, you know, they sucked when they got returned. What happens now? I just say, please rewrite these ads to be two to three sentences each. Then it comes back and it rewrites each one of them. Celebrate your love story. Capture timeless moments. Rekindle the romance. Connect hearts. Distance aside, a love letter she can wear. Those are different emotional tones. They all say the same thing different ways. Makes a good hook. Hook, incentivize, call to action. I taught you guys that. And now you're getting essentially a copywriter level of hooks back that are striking on deep emotional tones. And what you'll see inside of Incubator in the apparel, in the apparel training. The things that are coming soon is that we actually utilize that we utilize more than one on the same product to hit different angles, to find different pockets of people that are out there. If you just use one ad, you only look for one pocket and you're left behind. You're in the Internet to fad group now. It's easy for me to create multiple hooks attacking multiple people and multiple types of people. I should say that Facebook, by the way, knows because you know where the ultimate AI is right now? One of the top AIs in the game, Facebook. Facebook's ad algorithm is an AI, a form of AI. So is Google. You didn't know that. So I'm feeding the AI what it wants by utilizing AI created with products that were created with AI on a store that's optimizing using AI. Everything's in alignment, as we said earlier. So these could be added to my site, creating my ads with it, and I'm just that closer to becoming something that we're going to. We're going to be stressing here in a second, but are we clear how easy this is? But easy doesn't mean you shouldn't respect it. Easy doesn't mean it's not powerful. It just means the barrier has been low and you literally have no excuses anymore. Every one of these things is key aspects of running your business. Every one of these things are key cost centers of your business or potential moneymakers of your business. The next thing is the coolest thing. This, ladies and gentlemen, is the separator, the thing that you show your customer. If you want to sell apparel, I will tell you right now, you can't do it like we used to anymore. You can't do it. Why? Because everybody's doing it. This is the key. This is how you are going to separate. Design is great, but I will tell you from straight up conversations that I've had, I'm gonna give you from the conversations I've had from my own Facebook rep, if you have, say we all create unique designs with ideogram and we all put it on a green shirt and we all use a white background. Do you think that Facebook can tell the difference? They cannot. They will treat every single one of them as the same. And I've gotten that straight up from them. White T shirt with design on it. They might be able to pick up the fact that it's a St. Patrick's Day design. So now you're just a white T shirt or a white background green shirt. St. Patrick's Day design. That's how they categorize. Categorize you. So what does that mean? How many of those you think that they want on people's newsfeed? Do you think it's a lot? Do you think they just want you scrolling through the same design? Does that provide a great customer experience for them? Nope, it does not. And if you're just doing what everybody else does, not only is that banner of blindness for your customer, it's literally banner blindness for the advertising platform that you're staying on. So now you need to be different. The question is, though, how do you do that? Well, let's go to Clipart or whatever the hell their sites are called. It's up to you. As the advertiser to understand the platform that you're on, by the way, which is part of the agreement that you sign up with them on and then for you to do what Big Blue wants. There are no hacks, there are no cheats. We, that's why we don't teach those because they are short lived. The experience that they care about on Google and Facebook and any platform, especially now, like Pinterest made a huge change on this is they want their customer, their, their user to have a good experience because then they stay longer, then they have more visits and they buy more stuff. Anything outside of that? No, they have no obligation to stick with that. And while everybody else is doing the old stuff using clip art or doing the other stuff using the mockups that everybody else has been using. So if I want to win, what do I need to do? I need to be unique. The design is unique, but now we need the ad image itself to be unique. You need like standing people, sitting people, this food, that food. If they look the same, they'll treat it the same and they will prioritize content around that. This is how it works. You're in an auction, not a. I get it because I want it. Right? This is an auction. The best ads win. So how do you have the best ads? Well, this is where it gets wild, ladies and gentlemen. I'm going to show you. This is called Mid Journey. Look at this. That's 100 fake. This is the future of how to do what we're talking about here. Every single one of this is fake. And I created it via props. And this is where things are going. This is just scratching the surface, ladies and gentlemen. Is this look good enough to run an ad with you? B your butt. Now watch this. What if I said imagine I need a smiling woman wearing a plain green, let's do Irish green, oversized T shirt, ultra realistic at a St. Patrick's party. They're not even the same. We're not even the same. We're not gonna say ballpark as a white background anymore. And I'm gonna, I'm gonna tell you why here in a second. But why this is creating and it's going to be showing you here in a second. I want you to imagine again, we walk through making each one of your pages, each one of your products unique. Each one of your pages and their copy unique. The ad copy unique based off the product. And now we're making your mock up unique. Do you see the power and what we are talking about here? Now look at this, look at this, let's go. Top right. Looks like the best. She is in a pub wearing an Irish green shirt. I made it in about a half a second and it's completely unique. This is the difference maker for you if you want to create apparel in 2024. This is scratching the surface, but this is where we're going. Inside an incubator and beyond. This is where I'm going and I'm going to show you in a second just how much I'm putting my money where the mouth is. This is just. I made it on the fly. I can't stress it enough. I just created, I just created it on we. I wasn't even doing the St. Patrick's Day before. Guys and girls and ladies and gentlemen, do you see the potential here? Now what do I do with it? Well, I created a unique design. I take that unique design, I get it finalized by that designer for a fraction of the cost and then I say, hey, put it on this girl and I give them the image. And now you have the girl wearing a shirt in a pub with an Irish green shirt with a St. Patrick's Day design instead of a white background like everybody else. It. The game has changed, ladies and gentlemen. This is not what I not, not even on my store. That was at when at the point I was selling it was doing almost $20 million a year. You know how we had to do this? I had to organize the photo shoot, I had to go script it, like what settings, how you going to stand, how you can do all that stuff. I had to work with influencers and models which by the way, if you've ever done that, they're either spacey self entitled. Some of them are great, but you got to work through them, right? Sometimes a charge exorbitant amount. And now I can create that level of in two seconds while I'm on the phone or on the zoom call talking to you and everyone. The one shoot that I have in particular cost me 20, 30, 20 to $30,000. I don't remember a specific figure. It took two, three months to achieve and it was my first run so I didn't know what to do. And it was supposed to be for 4th of July and by the time I got it back, my 4th of July window was like this long and I didn't make enough money back on it. It was a giant, giant headache. I still have headaches about it. Was it good? Yeah, it was all right. Was it better than this? No, it wasn't. And it's certainly not better when you could take about the time and the cost of this again, $20 versus a shoot. I don't know if you guys think that this would be possible. Now somebody's saying recently you said all that your testing showed that you had white backgrounds. Yeah, guys, I'm telling you, like if you didn't have this solution, the white background would be the thing. Do you understand what I'm saying here? But now we have the solution and we have no excuses. The game has changed. I'm telling you. This is an inflection point in your career, right now in your journey. But this is where everything is going. If this solution to it didn't exist, I, if I had not battle tested this, I wouldn't have shown it to you. But that's where we're, that's why this is so cool. So let's talk about where we're at. AI does not replace you. It does accelerate your journey. If used correctly, it can distract you, ladies and gentlemen. It can distract you. We're not going to get distracted, are we? Because I already gave you the filter, I gave you the roadmap and I told you here's the critical pieces where I'm using it and here's how I'm using it and it's the tip of the iceberg because I don't have enough time in this. These calls to literally do it. But my idea was here to show you the power. What a fraction of it can do just what we just did there. I gave you ability to have St. Patrick's Day designs on a lifelong lifestyle mockup or a brand new message card onto a shine on product that already uses lifestyle mockups. You there's different ways to make those unique. But right now I'm sure what I just showed you saved it cost me tens of thousands of dollars over the years, if not more. To be honest with you, a copywriter, conversion rate optimization, those things are intense overhead. What does it mean for you? You have no excuses. Your product quality should be going through the roof. If you're going to step into apparel, you just learn how to create unique designs fast. Copywriting could have achieved a near expert level just by knowing the right prompts and know how to adjust it on the fly. Your ability to achieve a brand. What does a brand mean to you? Want a brand that you can proud of, that you wear, that you're. I got hats all over the place for my brands. That's what a brand is. You're proud to represent it. That's where we're going and it's not that the. Not that it's easier, guys, because it's still going to take some work. And that's why Incubator so powerful is because we're helping each other get through it. But the bar to achieve that bar has never been to get there. It's never been more exciting, to be honest with you. Exciting. I'm excited about it. But that's the fact that you can do all this stuff that it took me years and just to be able to afford it and just be able to. You know what to do now you chat gbt, write it up for me. There are no more excuses. You. All you have to do is take action. You can't. You can't let these little roadblocks bump you on by anymore. This, the stuff that I showed you today, yes. Is a fraction of what is to come inside Incubator, but at the same time it is enough power to accelerate you in the future because it's. There's never been that opportunity that we're having, that inflection point that I was telling you about where it's the people who don't do it. See you later. The people who don't get in here and like, learn from as we're going. Bye. I hate to say I'm not trying to be mean, but like, I don't see how you win outside of it. I just don't without utilizing this stuff. It's like, it's like if you were gonna be almost like if you were going to be like, I'm gonna be a solo. Like, I have a lot of people that work on my E comm stores. I never could be achieved the revenue levels that I have if I didn't have those people. It's just not possible. And now I'm going to say the same thing about AI, if not more. Mid Journey is 20 some bucks, guys. It's not a big deal. So let me show you just how much. I'm putting my money where my mouth is. This is my site. If you go on here, the new stuff that's being created. By the way, don't try to copy me or I will smash you. Just going to give you the heads. It's not even. It's not even me. It's my partner on the store. He's very much. I told him, I'm like, look, I'm gonna, I'm gonna give him that caveat. You can't play in the space. We're trademarked and everything like that too. So just don't But I will show you it because I trust you guys and I'm proud of this brand because it is a brand. There's 2 million followers on this brand. They don't get that by not being a real brain. Right. But if you see here, that's fake. It's not fake. It's AI it's an image creation. It's, it's all, it's always, it's always a digital representation one way or the other. That's why I was trying to explain to somebody the other day, if I take a photo of you and I alter it, it's still a digital representation. But what I'm showing you is how people would wear it. The mockups, AI mockups, the lifestyle mockups. I'm achieving brand level views and looks on a site and I'm putting my money where my mouth is because you guys can see what I'm saying. You can see that's some of the old stuff. But look, look, there's some old stuff. And here's some of the new ones. There it is. Here's some of the new ones. And it's hard to tell the difference, isn't it? You can't tell which one of these is real and which one it isn't.
It looks better.
It's going back and forth, isn't it? Yeah, you don't even know it's going back and forth. So the, the goal here is and the realization what I want to wrap up on is there's no more excuses. It's either you're in or you're out, in my opinion. And I am not. I'm saying with AI, we're going to do everything that we can to move and accelerate people inside of Incubator going forward. Because that's where I am. I'm doing it. You just saw that I'm doing it. Okay, These are where, this is where I'm going and I'm putting my money where the mouth is. You can see it wherever. You can see it right now. And it's exciting time. It's never been more exciting. We're going to have a lot of winners that come out of this space. A lot of brands that come out of this space because of what we've shown here. This a level of achievement of hitting these brand bars used to take years for you to have a, a lifestyle mock up that looks pretty damn good. With a design that's unique on a site with all this copy that's unique. That was. That journey was years in the making before and now It's a hour and a half of Matt talking. You cut it out. 30 minutes, and it's the tip of the iceberg. So that's what I have for you guys here today. Hopefully you see the power of what we're talking about here. Hopefully you see the potential, potential potential of your. Your. Your business and where it can go. And don't be left behind. That's all I can stress for you is don't be left behind. Do not heed my words. The AI has changed the game and changed the landscape and it's not going back.
