He reports finding a juvenile Great Horned Owl he believes is named "Muppet," though he notes it could be a sibling. He observes that the owl's nest is now empty and showcases a selection of photos and video captured on the day. Got super exciting news!
Good news, everyone!
This is Don at WDO Photography. I am in Pittsburgh Schenley Park where I just found Muppet for the first time in 7 days. At least I think it's Muppet. It may have in fact been her sibling.
Elsa?
The nest is now empty. Without further ado, here's some of the pictures and video I got today. So there you are, beautiful. Great Horned Owl. Thank you so much for watching. I'm going to do a long-form video soon with all the footage I've got of Muppet and her sibling and her parents, so stay tuned for that over on YouTube. Thanks for watching, and I'll see you next time.
