In this third installment of her "Agent of Change" series, Donna Brown addresses solo entrepreneurs, urging them to view their businesses as tools for serving others rather than personal profit machines. She emphasizes that impact—measured by how much one gives back—should be the primary metric of success, encouraging entrepreneurs to "tithe" themselves and inspire their collaborators to do the same. Brown stresses that a business’s purpose, branding, and messaging should focus on the people it helps, and that fostering positivity, collaboration, and collective giving can spark spontaneous, larger‑scale change. The video concludes with a call to action for listeners to actively promote donation, collaboration, and love within their professional circles, promising a deeper discussion in the next video.

Hi, it's Donna Brown, and I'm doing a small series on becoming an agent of change. And I have deliberately left out all my Facebook group names, my website names, because to me the point is not me, the point is you. As a solo entrepreneur, you have incredible power. You will touch so many people's lives. It's so, so important to realize that no matter what you do, no matter what service, you don't have to be a life coach or a counselor or somebody who works as a healer or a spiritual advisor to make a difference in people's lives. We all know that because we've all had the benefit of people changing our lives. Somebody like right out of the blue or in, in that you would never have expected, in the biggest and smallest way at the same time. So in the first video, I was talking about the importance of just waking up to the fact that we have to take action. In the second video, I spoke about what is it, what do you stand for. People should know who you stand for. Now by sharing what you stand for and encouraging in everything you do, you either declare you are tithing yourself. There are people on Facebook who are Building their— an amazingly successful empire, and they are not counting how much they have sold. They are measuring it by how much they donate. Are you doing that? Are you counting how much is money for me, me, me, me, me? Me is good. Me is fine. Me needs to live, eat, sleep, and everything like everybody else. But what are you doing for other people? Your business is about other people. In the same way that your About page isn't about you, it's about everybody else. Your business is about everybody else and it isn't about you. The money is merely a reflection of how well you are able to help those people and touch their lives. So allow yourself to bring into this business of yours your whole being. Allow, invite, encourage the people that you work with to To tithe themselves for whatever cause they believe in. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter because it's all good. Moving towards positivity is good. Finding ways to collaborate with others is good. So this is my call to action for the 3rd video. We are one. We are love. Find ways to encourage everybody you work with to donate, To take action, and to— maybe you'll find that they'll spontaneously come together to, to bring about some change. And I'll talk a little bit about that a little bit more in the 4th video. Be an agent of change. Love you. Love you.
