Well, do you know that sex can help you live longer? Longevity and sex. What more can you ask for? I'm going to go over the 12 ways the sex help you live longer. Number one sex fight cold and flu. That means it increases your immunity. According to one study that was done, couples that have sex at least three times a week has higher amount of antibodies that fight colds and flu versus people that are having it less than one time a week. So that's important. Number two Sex Burn calories. Yes, sex increases blood flow and gets your heart pumping. And sex is the form of exercise. It's actually considered moderate exercise. And for a man he burns about 110 calories. For a woman, she burns about 85 to 90 calories at this time. So get off the couch and have more sex because you're burning calories. Considered moderate exercise. Number three, Sex reduces the risk of heart disease. Meaning numerous studies have shown that active sex life is closely correlated with a longer lifespan because when you have sex it lower your risk of heart attacks, strokes and other heart diseases. And in a study in 2010, a New England Research Institute conducted a massive study that actually shows that regular sex activity reduces heart disease. So have more sex so you don't have to worry about heart disease later on. Number four Sex. Regulate your hormones level. So why is this important? Because when you have sex your hormones levels are balanced and your body operates on balance. When there's a little imbalance, inflammation happen. So you want it to be balanced. Number five, Sex actually can cure headaches and reduce physical pain. Even though it doesn't seem like sex would help a headache. But how does it help? Because of the hormone oxytocin is released in your body after an orgasm. Oxytocin reduces pain and this has shown in Study the Bulletin for Experimental Biology and Medicine. So have more sex if you have pain or have a headache. Number six, Sex reduces stress and lower blood pressure. Again, it's another benefit of oxytocin it calms your nerve. So studies have shown even counteract cortisol, which is the stress hormone, a stress hormone that will create imbalance in your other hormones as well. And sex can help you sleep better as well. So when your partner rolls over and starts snoring after a good bow in bed, it's not just from physical exhaustion, it's from the oxytocin being released and it just calms you down. So number seven, sex reduces risk for prostate cancer. So interestingly, a study in Australia showed that men that ejaculate more often are less likely to have prostate cancer. Well, that makes sense, right? Because the prostate gland, the one that makes semen, the glands keep making and keep making and if you ejaculate, you get rid of the volume and therefore it doesn't get backed up in the prostate gland. It shows that men that eject at least five times a week, either through sex or through masturbation, were less likely to get prostate cancer. And so go out there, empty out the tank at least five times a week. It's good for your prostate. Number eight, sex reduces risk for breast cancer for women. So this can even be sex preventative care. So according to a study by Goldstein, studies show that women who have vaginal intercourse often have less risk of breast cancer than those who do not. Pretty interesting, exciting, and it need to be known that sex can be preventative for breast cancer. Number nine, sex boosts self esteem and improve mood. So we know that healthy sex life have many benefits. And so when you have sex, you feel more content, you're less stressed, and you can enhance your ability to communicate honestly and intimately with your partner and can also express your emotion more as well too. So have more sex. So that way you can have better communication, better mood, and also better self esteem. Number 10, sex prevent preeclampsia. So preeclampsia is a condition where the blood pressure rises and then it causes other organs to be abnormal as well. This happened in pregnant ladies after 20 weeks of being pregnant. And it's very, very deadly because the blood pressure rise so much, it can even lead to death. But as studies have shown by a Dutch biologist that confirmed that women that regularly involved in vaginal sex or oral sex have actually lower risk of, of preeclampsia. Number 11, sex improves sense of smell. Scientists knew for a long time that the hormone prolactin, that surge with orgasm. The prolactin causes stem cells in the brain to develop new nerve which bring that nourish the olfactory bulb, which is the smell center. So when prolactin is stimulated after sexual, it actually will also improve memory as well too. And last, number 12 sex increases bladder control. So with the pelvic thrusting muscles involved in sex, these are the same muscles that are involved in controlling your urine. So when you are having sex and you're contracting those muscles, you're also exercising the muscle that also controls the bladder as well as so lots of sex now may prevent the onset of incontinence later. So having said that, there are 12 ways that sex can help you live longer and there is no reason why you shouldn't be having sex if you don't have a partner masturbate. And for men and women there are masturbator out there that can help as well. Also for a man, use a penis pump to help you get an erection and then use the masturbator to finish off.
