How do you use the pump? You want to shape around the pubic area first, and then when you start, you want to lube the whole entire penis all the way to the shaft. And on the bottom, you want to put lube on the inside of the cylinder here. And then when you put it through, you either want to be in a sitting or standing position. So sitting on a chair, sitting on the edge of the bed, or standing where your back is against the wall. Your legs are kind of crouched a little bit. So then when you put it, the cylinder in, pull down your scrotum so that way you don't suction it in. And then push this opening part of the tube against your pubic bone to create suction.
