Let's let me see what are the questions. Oh, okay. So Tom Tomaso ninety-two. Tomaso, you here? Tomaso ninety-two asks, hi doctor. Any home remedy to get harder erection? That's a good question. That's a loaded question. It depends on how old you are, Tommaso. If you are under 45, it's a lot of things you can do at home. But if you're over 45, and if you have diabetes, and you're overweight, you don't exercise, you have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, it's going to involve a lot more. But if you're under 45, and maybe you have high blood pressure, maybe you're a little obese, but as long as you don't have diabetes, it's Okay, you can actually start you doing the more good morning wood smoothie, right? All right, follow get the good morning wood smoothie recipe at goodmorningwoodsmoothie.com. Why is that? Because this will cleanse your blood vessels and help you bring in more blood flow down to the penis. And then second, you get Get started on the Mediterranean diet, Tommaso. All right, you can, you can get the Mediterranean diet. Um, um, and can you put the link? The Mediterranean diet, I think it's like eatfornoemed.com or something like that. I'll give you the Mediterranean— eatfornoemed.com. Eatfornoemed.com. And you can get the Mediterranean diet. Okay, you get the Mediterranean diet and you follow the Mediterranean diet. You, uh, you do the Good Morning Wood Smoothie, um, and, uh, also you, uh, um, sleep, uh, 7 hours at nighttime, at least 7 hours, um, and you exercise. Just keep moving. You don't have to go to the gym. Just move, walk up and down the stairs 30 minutes every other day. You can do it every day, great. Just every other day. All right. You can go up and down the stairs. You can walk. You can run. You can join the gym. Just move for 30 minutes. All right? Those are actually the secret pillars on how to get your erection back, Tommaso. Okay? So, 3 things: the morning wood smoothie, Mediterranean diet, exercise 30 minutes every other day. Get 7 hours of sleep. Do that consistently for 30 days. You're going to see a difference. All right. You're going to see dropping weight, more energy, and maybe morning wood. All right. So you want to use a good morning wood smoothie twice a day. So get the Mediterranean diet at eatfornoed.com. All right. So that is the answer, Tommaso. So home remedy. What is the home remedy to get a harder erection? Also, John, make sure you copy all the questions that I answer— that is asked on the Google Doc too, because I want to keep track of that. I'm going to probably do a video on it as well. You know, when I go live, guys, it's actually a chance for me to get feedback from you guys on what you find challenging, what is it that you need help on, and I'll do a video on that on my YouTube channel. Okay, you ask the question, I'll answer it, but I'm also going to curate that in my video because I want to make sure that I answer questions for you. You guys ask great questions. So John, keep an inventory of all the questions that I've answered, and we're going to curate that into a video on the YouTube channel. All right, great question there, Tommaso. Okay, this is a good question by— it's a good question by J.R. McNeil. Are you here? J.R. McNeil says, when I pump, I get little red specks on the shaft. What am I doing wrong? Absolutely. So I, I don't know what pump you have, but this is the pump I recommend, the manual pump. And then we also have an electric pump too, a little bit more expensive, but it's easier to do. And so this— yeah, so this is the model, right? When you pump, you want to make sure that you have plenty of lube on the shaft. the tip as well as the base here. And then you want to make sure that you shave down at the base to get a tight seal. All right. And you also want to put lube on the base of the cylinder, and also on the inside of the cylinder as well. Want to put lube. And you want— the reason why you're getting the specks on the shaft is because there you have bruised your penis. It's a bruise. Think of it like a bruise. It's like a blood vessel that kind of been bruised, and that's why you get that red speck. So what that means is— what tells me is that you're doing too much pressure. You're going too fast. You're going too fast on the negative pressure of the pump. So you put it in here and then you go slow in the beginning. Go slow. So you pump, pump, pump, and then you see a little bit of growth. Wait for a minute and then pump, pump, pump again. Wait for a minute. It should take you about maybe 2 to 5 minutes to get the direction that you want. Okay, go slow. When you go too fast, you break the— you cause bruising on your shaft. When you see specks on your shaft, that means there's bruise. I mean, you're, you're, you're doing the pump too fast. Fast, right? You're doing it too fast and you're breaking the blood vessels. So go slow, all right? Wait a minute, go up again, go slow. So you don't want to go more than 10 millimeters of mercury, which is, um, uh, right here, right? You don't want to go more than 10 millimeters of mercury. And if you have a penis pump, make sure you get one with a gauge on it that you can tell. So you want to go slow. And, uh, wait. Go slow and wait. Don't go too fast, you're gonna cause bruising. Okay? Uh, and, uh, and stay under 10 millimeters of mercury. Okay? Um, and you should be safe. So like when you get to about like, uh, a 90%, 85% erection, you just keep it in the cylinder for 10 minutes. All right? Keep it in the cylinder for 10 minutes. And then deflate. So the reason why is because you're having— you're rushing it. Don't rush. I'm dropping everything. Don't rush. Don't rush on pumping, or else you're going to get bruising. All right. Did I answer your question? Great question, J.R. McNeil. Okay, all right. My internet's a little blurry. I know, I'm sorry. I'm— oh, okay, so my— I'm now on— I'm on a secondary internet right now, so that's why. Am I still blurry? Let me know if I'm still blurry. So you guys, you guys can see me? Not anymore. Okay, well, I am on my secondary internet signal, uh, now, so maybe that will help. Okay, wonderful, wonderful. Okay, here is a question here from, uh, Jam— I Am King Garnet. Hey, King Garnet. All right, um, I said the question is, how would a person know if their ED is from poor blood flow or from making less nitric oxide? How can a person tell if they have endothelial damage? Well, that's a good question. That's a good question, King Garnet, because when you have ED already, and an ED usually presents as you can get an erection, but you can— it's hard for you to maintain it, or you lose it during the act, or you lose it penetration. That's the most common presentation of ED, and that's endothelial leakage. Okay? So endothelial damage means that the blood vessel, which is— think of it like a pipe, and inside the blood vessel, it is a thin film that's called the endothelium. It's a very thin film. It's like a film that's inside the blood vessels. And endothelial damage means that that film has holes in it and blood kind of like seep through or toxins seep through. And so when you already have ED, you already have endothelial damage. That makes sense, right? So ED, you already have endothelial damage, so it's not a separate thing. All right, blood flow just means more blood, but the blood, the blood brought from your heart to your penis is through blood vessels. And every blood vessel in your body has the endothelium, right? So if the blood is going from your heart to your penis, that's the artery. But if the blood is going from your organ, any organ like your kidneys or your penis, back to the heart, that, that goes through the veins, right? The veins that has a different architecture than the arteries. The arteries are what— the arteries are what has the endothelium, and it has muscle surrounding it as well. Right? So if blood goes away from the heart, that's through the artery. Blood comes back from the organ back to the heart, that's through the veins. Okay. So when you have endothelial damage, that means that you already have poor blood flow. And endothelium is the lining that lines the blood vessels. Think of it like a film, and the damage, I mean, that the film is not whole and may have holes in it. All right. So when the endothelium, which is that film that is damaged or has holes in it, the endothelium itself also makes nitric oxide. Yes. So the endothelium also makes nitric oxide. So when the endothelium is damaged, you have less nitric oxide, right? So poor blood flow is the result of endothelial damage. Endothelial damage creates less nitric oxide because the endothelium is damaged, so it cannot make nitric oxide, which then results in poor blood flow. So poor blood flow is the sequela of endothelial damage. That makes sense? So endothelial damage occurs first, and then when the endothelial damage occurs, you have— you make less nitric oxide, and then when you make less nitric oxide, you have poor blood flow. All right? So that is what— how it is. So it's not a separate thing. It is A sequential flow. It's sequential steps. Okay, so when you have ED, you already have endothelial damage. You're already making less nitric oxide. That's, that's, that's taken. All right, so how do you reverse it? How do you reverse endothelial damage? In fact, put this at the video I'm going to make. How do you reverse endothelial damage? The endothelial damage How do you reverse it? All right, four things. Four things, right? Because endothelial damage causes decreased nitric oxide, which then causes decreased blood flow, which then causes ED. Well, you gotta fix the source. You gotta fix the the the the source of the problem, which is endothelial damage. Right? Right. So Viagra and Cialis does not fix endothelial damage. The Viagra and Cialis Just keep a chemical called cyclic GMP around more so that way you have more blood flow. That's it. But it doesn't fix the endothelial damage. How do you fix the endothelial damage? Easy. 4 things. All right? 4 things. Mediterranean diet. Follow the Mediterranean diet. Exercise, 30 minutes, 3 to 4 times a week. Sleep. Get 7 hours of sleep at nighttime, and then manage your stress. All right? You can manage your stress with exercise. But in fact, if you follow a Mediterranean diet, your stress is also managed as well. But you can manage your stress by exercise, manage your stress by doing box breathing, by meditation. All right? So I know as men, you know, it's like, you're like, oh, I don't want to do anything woo-woo for managing stress. All you need to do is close your eyes, breathe into your nose, breathe out through your mouth 10 minutes a day, and that's all you need. And that will lower your stress for 24 hours. Yes, it's called box breathing. Right? So fix the endothelial damage. Then you can fix the nitric oxide, fix the poor blood flow, and eventually your ED. So the 4 pillars of the diet: Mediterranean diet, exercise, any type of exercise, whether it's in the gym, walking up and down the stairs, you know, walking around the parking lot, walking outside, walking around your house, right? Sleep. And also, um, stress— decrease your stress by just doing box breathing 10 minutes a day. That's all you need to do. How do you do box breathing, guys? Well, I'm not asking you to do woo-woo stuff here, okay? I'm asking you to do things that I know decrease your stress. Because when you have stress, stress decreases testosterone, right? When stress damages endothelium, right? And so you gotta take it for— you gotta take it for real. So how do you— so one thing that you can easily decrease the stress is box breathing. So what it is, is that you breathe in through the nose. For the count of four, breathe in one, two, three, four. You hold it inside for the count of four, and you breathe out through your mouth through a straw for a count of four. Then you hold for a count of four. So that's what's called box, right? Then you go in, hold for a count of four, and breathe out. For a count of 4, hold for a count of 4, and then breathe in. All right, so go into the nose, hold, breathe out through the mouth, hold 4. Well, how does that happen? Because when you breathe into the nose, you make more nitric oxide through your sinuses and around right here, the frontal sinuses. When you breathe out, it relaxes the, uh, it gets you, you absorb more oxygen and And you stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is your relaxation system. All right? It's as easy as that. Fix the cause of ED, which is endothelial damage, and then you will fix the ED. All right? You will fix the ED itself. Taking Viagra and Cialis or a supplement isn't going to do that for you. It isn't going to fix your endothelial damage for you. You've got to do the work. Now, the supplement helps in kind of like giving you some building blocks, but you've got to do the hard work. I have to tell you, you have to do the hard work yourself. All right? So that's how you fix endothelial damage. All right? Sometimes it sounds too easy to be good, isn't it? Yeah. Doesn't it sound too easy? When I talk about this, I'm like, oh my God, it's like super easy. That's my passion. I want to convey that passion to you. It is that easy. It is that easy to to do, right? So you can just follow my channel, right? You can just get the Mediterranean diet. Go to the link called no eat for no ed dot com to get the Mediterranean diet, right? Exercise. You don't even need to tell you how to exercise. Just walk, run, stairs thirty minutes every other day. Sleep 7 hours at nighttime from 10 PM to 6 AM. And then reduce your stress. And sometimes stress reduction done through just exercise, eating well, as well as box breathing. That is it. That is it. Because once you go to bed consistently at a certain time, your stress will also decrease as well too. The 4 things. It sounds too good to be true, isn't it? It really is. But you gotta stay consistent. Gotta stay consistent for at least 90 days, right? Stay consistent for 90 days and you will see results, right? We have seen men that have prostate surgery, prostate cancer, and they're starting to get their morning wood back by just doing that. Too good to be true, right? When something is too good to be true, when something's that easy to be true, it probably is because Because most of us just want the easy button. Most of us just want to take this supplement that will kind of fix everything. I'm going to tell you that there is no such thing like that at all. Yet the supplement helps. The supplement helps you with the building block, but you still got to do the hard work. All right. Great question. So that's why taking Viagra and Cialis does not does not treat your ED. It's just a Band-Aid on an infected wound, right? It's just a Band-Aid because in the long run, your ED is going to get worse if you continue taking your medication. That's my passion. That is my passion to pay forward for you guys, is to tell you, stop the ED meds, start doing the basics, treat the cause of your ED, which is the endothelial damage. And you're going to get your erection back. The earlier you start this, the faster it's going to come back. You don't want to wait until you take ED medicine for 10 years, right? Yeah, you don't want to do that because the damage has already been done. Think about your house. If you start to see the foundation crack in your house and all you do is just ignore it, what do you think is going to happen? It's going to get worse over time. And so is your ED. It's going to get worse over time. Until a point where, you know, you need to come to my office for the intensive treatment with the stem cell and the Botox and the shockwave and electromagnetic therapy, or, you know, a penile implant. With penile implant, it's only because you don't know what you need to do to restore your erection. It is not the endpoint. All right, it's not the endpoint. You can prevent penile implant. All right. All right. You can prevent it, you know, as long as you know what you need to do. And that's why I'm paying forward for you to give you the information now, so that will save you a penile implant down the road. All right, very good. And that is a great question. I really like that question. Um, okay. John, John, John M says hello, hottie. Thank you. I just had kidney stones removed a few days ago and had a stent removed last Thursday. When can I start pumping again? Yeah, I have kidney stones, too, and hopefully I will never need a stent in the future. When can you start pumping again? It depends on what medication you're on and what is the status of your— what is the status of post-stent removal? And so you need to ask your doctor. If there is any chance of infection, if you're clear of infection, or if you're on any blood thinner at that time. If you're on any blood thinner, and if you're on blood thinner, is it temporary or is it permanent? Right. So you're on blood thinner, you can pump, but just be very, very careful. So depends on whether you're clear from infection and whether you're on, like, You know, a major blood thinner, you know, like Coumadin. If you're on Eliquis, you're fine. You should be okay. Or you're on aspirin, you should be okay. But if you're on blood thinner, like Coumadin, it needs to be controlled first before you can pump. All right? So clear with your doctor and you ask your doctor. He may not know about penis pumping, but he may know whether you're at risk for bleeding or you're at risk for infection. Uh, but if you're not at risk for bleeding, then you can resume pumping. All right. Uh, like, like I said earlier, just go slow with the pump. All right, go slow with the pump. Don't overdo it. If you're starting to have specks, don't— go slow with the pump. Go like 3 squeeze, wait, 3 squeeze, wait. Right? So go slow with the pump. Uh, um, and that way you don't want to pump That you can see like, uh, red spots on your, uh, on your, um, uh, shaft. Uh, if you're on blood thinner, you should be okay. Just go very slow. All right. Uh, but make sure that you ask your question, that, uh, your doctor that question. All right. Uh, um, okay. So Cynical Bastard asked, Um, Senator Bastard asks, what's your thought on L-arginine? Um, okay, so I don't know how old you are, Senator, uh, Bastard, but all right, so this is the thing. Um, at 40, 50% of you, men and women, at 40, 50% of you will lose your— you will lose the enzyme that make nitric oxide. Okay. 50%. That means that at 40, you can only make 50% nitric oxide what you used to do, what you used to be able to make when you're in your 20s. All right. So 50%. All right. So when you make nitric oxide, you need L-arginine and L-citrulline to make nitric oxide. But you need an enzyme. You need an enzyme. Think of the enzyme like a converter. You need, yeah, you, you, the L-arginine, L-citrulline is like a component and it goes to a converter. The enzyme converts it to nitric oxide. Okay. Now, but by the time you're 40, 50% of that enzyme or that converter doesn't work anymore. So you only have 50% that is working, right, to make nitric oxide. And then on top of that, on top of that, um, uh, um, You know, that's it if you can make nitric oxide, right? Because nitric oxide depended upon the bacteria in your mouth, right? And also depend upon the gastric juice in your stomach as well too. So not only is the enzyme or the converters is 50% less, but if you don't have the enzyme, the bacteria in your mouth, you'll not be able to make it either, or you have enough acid in your stomach, you're not going to be able to make nitric oxide either. And then, so my point I'm trying to make is that your factory to make nitric oxide is 50% less than it was when you were in your 20s. And if you take L-arginine or L-citrulline, if your enzymes are already decreased, it's going to be hard for you to convert the L-arginine into nitric oxide. Okay? Because the enzyme, you only have 50% of that left. All right? So the key to increase nitric oxide is through taking pure nitric oxide food like beets, Oh, uh, beets and arugula, uh, and lettuce and broccoli. Take it in its pure form, um, and, uh, make sure that you have good bacteria in your mouth. So don't use fluoride mouthwash, don't use fluoride toothpaste, because those kill bacteria in your mouth. You need the bacteria in your mouth to convert your food, right, to nitrate. Right. Right? When you eat your food, it becomes nitrate, and it goes down to your stomach. The acid in your stomach converts it to nitric oxide. Nitric oxide. So, um, so if you're taking like, um, um, a reflux medicine, if you take an antacid medicine, that will decrease your ability to convert the food to nitric oxide. So what's the easiest way? Right, so then go back to what's the easiest way. That's why I created nitric oxide capsule, right? So when you take the nitric oxide capsule that we have here, that's from arugula. It's made from arugula, straight from arugula. Wow. It has vitamin C, folate in here. And when you take this in its pure form, Right? You get nitric oxide in its pure form. Your body don't have to convert anything, right? You, you take it in, it gets absorbed. Your body don't have to convert because this is nitric oxide in its pure form. Your body don't have to use the enzyme or the converter to convert it to nitric oxide. You're taking it in its pure form, right? So those of you that are already taking this, guys, when you take this and you use the strip, to measure your— if you take this 2 a day, twice a day, and then you do the strip, which is the nitric oxide strip here. If you do the strip, then the strip will tell you what your nitric oxide level is. Right? So what I'm going to do is I'm going to— this is the strip here. Right? So I probably have low nitric oxide. And put your saliva. You put your saliva on here, and then you fold it. And if they're pink, then it is— and you have good nitric oxide. If they're not, then, then you don't. Okay. So let's see what my nitric oxide level is. It's probably low, guys, because I haven't So you can see it's a little pinkish right here. You can see it, right? Let's see a little pinkish. That means that it's pinkish. So when it's pinkish like that, it is— I am nitric oxide poor. So you can just read the color here. All right, so that's my color, which is the light light pink, that I have poor nitric oxide. Uh, you want to be like this color pink. You want to be bright pink like that. All right, you want to be a bright pink. Uh, and I'm— you can tell I'm deficient. All right, because I didn't take my nitric oxide this morning. I didn't take my nitric oxide yesterday. I didn't eat my beets yesterday. I didn't eat my lettuce yesterday either. So, and you have to be consistent every day. But you can measure your nitric oxide. So we, we have this in the store at ednomore.com. You, you need to know what your nitric oxide level is. So that way you can take the nitric oxide capsule. So measure your nitric oxide easily, like what I just did, right? And then take this every day. But what I'm trying to say is, So you measure and you know you're low, you take this, 20 minutes later, you measure it again, boom, it become bright pink. It become bright pink again. This work, right? I would take it in front of you, but I don't have anymore. This is an empty bottle. I don't have anymore. But if you take this and you do your measurement, you'll turn pink in about 20 to 30 minutes, all right? So you can get that at ED No More. All right, what a great question! Great question. All right. Okay, so I answered that question. Okay, so make sure you get your Mediterranean diet as well. Okay, so. Okay, so let's do this first, uh, by, um, Brandon Ross. Brandon, are you here? If you're here, say here. Uh, by Brandon. And Brandon asked, are there any weightlifting exercises I can do to improve erection? Absolutely. Um, doing weight, doing weight, uh, increases more muscle And when you increase more muscle, you, you make more testosterone, uh, and you make more nitric oxide. Okay. So, uh, there are 2 types of exercise that increase testosterone, which is high intensity interval exercise, HIIT exercise, right? High intensity interval exercise. So that— what that means is like you do, uh, you do High-intensity exercise for 2 minutes. All right. Rest for 40 seconds. High again and rest for 40 seconds. All you need to do is do that for about 30 minutes. And that's all you need to do. And/or you can do high weight, low rep, right? Like rep between 5 to 7 reps with high weights. All right. with high weights. And so when you build muscle, you, you, you, you increase testosterone and you increase nitric oxide. But high interval intensity exercise, HIIT exercise for 30 minutes, or, uh, weight, uh, uh, high weight, low rep, uh, uh, will, will help improve erection, uh, as well. So, um, That's really it. But make sure that when you do high weight, it's essentially— what's considered high weight? It's like you're only able to lift it like 3 reps. That's your high weight. All right? And then you start from there. Then you try to lift it to like 7 reps. And then as you feel it gets stronger, you increase it. You increase your weight by about 10% and keep challenging yourself to challenge yourself. All right? The one thing that I want to say about weightlifting, and I'm seeing this in my husband as well, is make sure you take enough protein. Because when you're doing weightlifting, you need to give your body enough protein because protein is what make— what build muscles. All right. Muscles are built based upon protein and protein type amino acid, right? So if you don't give your body enough protein, no matter how much weight you lift, you're not gonna have muscle build because your body can't make enough muscles. All right, so you gotta eat enough protein. So how much is enough? All right, so, uh, let's say you weigh 200 pounds, right? So you weigh 200 pounds, you need to eat, um, at least 70% of that in, uh, In protein, right? So let's say you weigh 200 pounds. You need to eat at least 140 grams of protein. 70% of 200 pounds, 140 grams of protein. A chicken, a chicken, a chicken that is about you know my hand with with thick. And by the size of your palm, it's about 25 to 30 grams, all right, uh, of protein. So let's say divided by 30 grams of protein, you're gonna need to eat about at least 5, uh, chicken breasts, uh, a day. Yeah. All right, 5 chicken breasts a day, or 4.6. All right, um, but just to make sure you get enough protein, so 70% of what you Uh, uh, of your body weight should be protein. All right, protein is, is, is, uh, uh, meat, chicken, uh, meat, uh, pork, um, even, uh, uh, eggs, right? And, and some vegetables have protein like tofu in it as well. So, uh, eat enough, uh, protein. You don't want to eat too much red meat because that has that fat in it. You probably eat it like twice a week. You know, um, as well. So you got to have enough protein or else you can't build muscles, right? And then 2, if you can't eat enough protein, there's— you can, you can take it as a protein powder, right? So, uh, uh, we, uh, we have in our store at ednomore.com, we have a plant-based protein powder, um, that 2 scoops— I believe 2 scoops will give you, uh, 20 grams of protein. At least 20, I think. Uh, 2 scoops. So let me go look at the store real quick. Is it 2 scoops? When my husband takes it, um, uh, and I take it with him, it's— we have a chocolate flavor one. Uh, so it's a plant-based protein. Um, the reason why I like plant-based, it's less inflammation. Um, it's less inflammation. Um, and it's It doesn't give you indigestion. That's why I like the plant-based protein. And let me see if I can pull this up for you all. My husband takes 4 scoops of this a day. Okay, where is that protein? I'm looking for the— oh, here it is. Here's the Essential Greens. Um, here's Essential Greens. I'm seeing everything else except the protein. I hope we put the protein in the store. Oh, here it is. Uh, so it's chocolate flavor plant-based protein. Um, and, um, uh, 2 scoops will give you 21 grams of protein. So 2 scoops, all right, will give you the protein. All right, it's chocolate flavor. Let's see. It's chocolate flavor. You guys like chocolate? My husband loves chocolate. My husband loves the chocolate. So let's see if I can pull this up. Sure. Here it is. There it is. See? So this is what it looks like. Um, you guys see it on the screen? Do you guys see it on the screen? It's the plant-based protein. All right, that, that's in our store at ednomore.com. And here's the plant-based because it's less inflammation. I don't like whey protein. Whey protein can be inflammatory and sometimes it will give you indigestion. The plant-based protein doesn't give You any type of indigestion. And 2 scoops is 21 grams. So let's say you have to eat 140 grams of protein a day. You can eat that half through your diet and half through the scoop, because if you take 4 scoops of this a day, that will give you 42 grams of protein. All right. And sometimes, honestly, we just can't eat 5 chicken breasts a day, or, you know, 5 pieces of meat a day, right? We only eat twice a day if we're lucky, right? So you can check it out, ednomore.com, and try it out. Okay, wonderful. All right. So I'm glad I mentioned that because I— nobody, you know, I discovered that you need to eat more as you exercise by just seeing my husband with it. Okay. Wonderful, great question. And I want to answer this question here. How do you actually use the penis pump? Optimal time to use it? Well, Sean King, if you've been following my channel for a while, you know that that's all I talk about. Not all I talk about, most of what I talk about is Uh, most of what I talk about is, uh, um, uh, taking your penis to the gym by, by doing the penis pump. Okay. Uh, so you gotta have a good— uh, in fact, the FDA, uh, uh, approved penis pump for, uh, uh, ED. So the, uh, the penis pump we recommend is this one, the manual, uh, penis pump. There's also an electric one as well. It's somewhere in here. Uh, Um, I need to have that in my, uh, here too. Um, so we have an electric one as well too. And so, um, how you use this— I think of the penis pump like a vacuum. So it's suction, negative suction. All right, so how you use it, uh, and you can check out my videos on how to use the penis pump. Um, we'll put that QR code. Can you put that QR code? Uh, Like right here for the penis pump. So just quickly, how you use it is that you want to either stand or— you want to stand or you want to stand against the wall, or you want to sit on a chair with your feet on the ground. So that way your scrotum kind of hangs and your penis hangs, so you can be accessed. You want to, if you can, shave around the base of the penis here. Uh, before you start, um, and, uh, let's say you sit, you can sit and, you know, on a chair, on the bed, or, uh, sit on the side of the bed, or sit on a chair, or sit on the toilet. All right. Um, and then you will put lubrication, um, all throughout the shaft and the base. And then you also put lube. Uh, we actually give you a lube when you, uh, buy the pump. Put Put the lube in the base and lube through here. And then, uh, when you sit, you want to pull down your scrotum like this, push this through, and press it against your pubic bone, right? Your pubic bone's right here. You want to create a tight seal, all right? You want to create a tight seal around your pubic area. Don't pull in your, your scrotum. Put your scrotum— you kind of put— when you put in, kind of point Upward, point the cylinder upward a little bit to keep a tight seal. Once you have a tight seal, you do go slow. 1, 2, 3. You'll see your erection starting. Wait. All right. And then 1, 2, 3, wait. 1, 2, 3, wait until you'll be— when you see, like, when you get, like, about 85%, 90% erection, You leave it in the cylinder for 10 minutes, and if it go down a little bit, you just do a little pump. You don't want the pressure to go over 9 millimeters— no, 10 millimeters of mercury, which is right here. You want to stay below 10 millimeters of mercury. You want to leave it in the cylinder for 10 minutes, and then you deflate by pressing this button. Deflate. And then you pull out. Right, wait for 10 minutes and you do the same thing again. You do the same thing again, and, and that is the routine. So it takes probably about 25 minutes to do the whole, uh, to do the whole routine. All right. Um, takes about 25 minutes to do the whole routine. We also have an electric pump as well too. Let me see if I can, uh, pull that up. We have an electric pump as well. That, um, uh, you— it's easier to do with one hand. It's a little bit more expensive, uh, but, uh, is totally is, uh, worth it. Uh, let me see where it is. Here it is. Here's the electric pump right here. Okay. It's an electric pump, and it also has the gauge in it as well. This is what I, I give this pump to everyone that comes into my office for treatment. It's very easy. Use the same techniques as I said here. It gives you the pressure, the target zone here, and how many— and it has a timer. As well. So $269 electric pump, one of my favorite pumps here. And the manual ones, I think it's $169 as well. Okay. All right. So, okay. All right. I hope that helped. Was that helpful? Optimal time for you, Sean King. Was that helpful? Okay, you guys are asking great questions. Yes, Brandon, squats are good. All right, squats are good. Okay. Okay. Okay. So let's save, save all the questions. If I don't answer it now, I will answer it next time. Okay. So this is a good question here. that I want to address before we go, uh, by Charles Feliciano. All right, so it says too much sugary food can also be the cause, like sugary drink, energy drink. I'm not sure I'm right. So, um, why is sugar bad? Um, sugar, sugar, it depends on what type of sugar. If the sugar is organic, like sugarcane, it's not bad. If the sugar is white sugar, it's bad because white sugar is not what Mother Nature makes for you. White sugar is made in the factory. Sugarcane comes from Mother Nature. Fruit that are sweet come from the earth. You want to take sugar in as a form that the earth gives you in its organic form. You don't want to have granulated sugar or sugar in a package. That is made in the factory. And the reason why that artificial sugar like saccharin, you don't want to take that. Saccharin, or you don't want to take soda. It's the worst. Have you ever seen the ingredients on a soda? It's not only fructose, which is condensed sugar, but there's other chemicals in there as well. Right. Right. So why do you want to put chemicals in your body? Because when you put chemical in your body, your body don't recognize it and it thinks it's foreign, so it tries to fight against it. Right. So when you take, like, let's say, drink a soda, like a Coke, you drink a Coke and it has that sugary, that sugar intake, but also has chemical too. When you When you drink that in, your body sees that chemical, your liver tries to filter it, your body tries to fight against it. And then as your body tries to fight against it, it starts to create an inflammation or a process where your body becomes like kind of inflamed. Think of inflamed like your body becomes hot. Yeah. Hot. It becomes hot and it's trying to fight something that's foreign. And when it's inflamed and when it becomes hot, what it does is that it causes endothelial damage, which then causes decreased nitric oxide, which then causes decreased blood flow. So not only does it affect your erection, it can also affect other organs as well too, like your heart, your liver, your kidneys. Okay? So sugar— not all sugars are bad, all right? But if you take natural form of sugar, like in fruits, like watermelon, like an apple, pears, grapes, in pure sugarcane, that's not bad at all. And but if you start to take the sugar as in a form of a cookie, form of cake, cheesecake, pastry, Krispy Kreme donuts. Believe me, my husband loves Krispy Kreme, but it's essentially pure sugar, and sugar is bad because it causes inflammation, like what I just said. In simpler terms, it causes inflammation, therefore endothelial damage. I'm not saying you can't stop sugar altogether. Just take— just eat natural form of sugar, like in fruits and vegetables. Believe it or not, if you give your body the right type of food, it's going to crave sugar less. Yes. So if you eat the— follow the Mediterranean diet and you give your body whole organic ingredients, it's going to— you're not going to crave as much sugar. And just an apple or pear or grapes is adequate. You don't crave for that cake. You don't crave for that cookie so much. All right? The reason why our body craves sugary foods is because we're not feeding our body what it needs to function. And therefore, you need that sugar for that lift. Right, for that lift, for that energy. But that's very, very temporary. It's very temporary. So you don't want to— you want to— you don't want to have your body depend upon sugar. You want to give it, you know, wholesome food like the Mediterranean diet to sustain the sugar that is available in your bloodstream the whole day. So I can't tell you enough about the Mediterranean diet. Mediterranean diet is essentially eat what the earth gives you, right? And you can even have a glass of red wine with that as well. You can even have 2 slices of bread. So it's a very doable diet, not like the keto diet. So you can check out the Mediterranean diet at eatfornoed.com. Okay. All right, so that's why sugary drinks or energy drinks are bad for you. Like, like, uh, what is that, Red Bull? Red Bull, uh, those energy drinks. Make sure you read the labels. Make sure you read the labels because if the label has a name that you can't pronounce, then that's not good, right? So whatever you eat or drink, make sure you read on, on the ingredients. Is it natural ingredients, um, or not? But believe it or not, guys, If you eat the right diet, like a Mediterranean diet, your body will not crave for pastries, will not crave for sodas and so forth. It won't. It just happened that way. It's just your body says, I'm good. I don't need anything else. I don't need a picker-upper. I'm good. All right. So just know that. I'm not saying you can't have sugar. I'm a chocolate I'm a chocolate lover, so I love chocolate. But however, Mother Nature do do give you chocolate. Roy Roy said, "Well, I'm dead." I don't know what you mean by that, Roy. Roy now says, "I'm dead." Is it reversible? I don't know what it mean, but I'll answer the testosterone question next time. I'll answer the doctoral question next time there, so save all your questions. You guys are here. You guys are great. You guys are great, and you guys are asking good questions, and everybody's being so respectful. You know, it was being so respectful and asking the question. Boy, I have a lot of questions here. Here. And Cynical Bastard says, I eat arugula and kale. Oh, thank you. Well, Cynical Bastard, I want you to eat the arugula and kale. After you eat the arugula and kale, I want you to measure your nitric oxide through the strip and see what your color is. So, you know, get the nitric oxide from our store. It's not that much, $20 or something, and see what the strip is. Okay. Um, uh, right. And, um, okay. Um, so really quick, here's a question from a Facebook group from Marvin. How to stop penis atrophy at 71 with— I assume you said Crohn's disease. When you have Crohn's disease, that means that you have inflammation in your gut. It's okay. You don't have to deal with, uh, with penis atrophy. The reason why you have atrophy at 71, because you have decreased testosterone. You probably have some form of ED. So how do you stop penis atrophy? Penis pump. Use the penis pump every day, like what I just said. Use the penis pump every day, right? And also, if you're having significant atrophy, you may need a traction device to kind of stretch on the penis to allow it to expand. So penis pump or traction device, uh, and, uh, follow the Mediterranean diet. That's how you prevent penis atrophy. The reason why it's atrophy, because you have less testosterone. So you got to get your testosterone level measured, Marvin, uh, and, um, um, and you can, um, either supplement the testosterone with injection to pellets, um, and you're 71, you probably have low testosterone. So you can still have testosterone pellets or injections even with Crohn's disease as well, and get your testosterone level up. And that will help with the penis atrophy because the penis needs testosterone. It has a lot of testosterone receptors. So when your testosterone level is low, it will cause the penis to shrink or atrophy as well. So as a man, you need your testosterone level up to the way it was in your 30s. Because when it starts to drop, it will affect your penis size and the erection. That's why testosterone is very important for a man. Okay? But you don't have to live with low testosterone. You can easily supplement it with injections with testosterone cypionate, or you can either get an implant as the pellet form, which stays in there for 4 months. Now there's an oral pill that you can take for testosterone. I'm not sure that works the best at this point. We have to wait and see. see. But you don't have to live with low testosterone, guys. All right, we— there are ways to supplement it safely as well. So having said that, thank you for being with me for this hour. You guys are great, and you're asking good questions.
