A short podcast episode hosted by Dr. Anne Truong (Sexual Health for Men) that records an informal street-style interview exploring adult sex education topics. Participants discuss clitoral anatomy (host states the clitoris extends about four inches internally and resembles a wishbone) and orgasm-related statistics (claims: self-stimulation ~30 seconds, partnered average ~25 minutes, vaginal-only orgasm ~10%). The episode closes with promotion for Dr. Truong's resources (Modern Man Club, mensexualityclub.com).

Hello there. I was at a cocktail party this past weekend and we talk about a topic that's been whispered about but rarely discussed openly. We asked men and women about the understanding of sex education, and guess what? We discovered a surprising knowledge gap that you won't believe. Stay tuned and let's uncover the sex education together.
This podcast is for you. The modern man. I'm Dr. Anne Truong, your host. I'm an intimate health medical doctor and best selling author of the book Erectile Dysfunction Fix. I'll do a deep dive into sexual health and performance and how it affects men of all ages and backgrounds. So let's get started and be sure to visit my website@sexualhealthformenpodcast.com for more information and resources from the show. See you on the inside.
We were just talking about clitoris. Okay. And you may know, but I'm gonna ask from a man's perspective, how long he thinks the clitoris is inside and outside. What do you think?
You're talking inside and outside?
Yeah, the whole anatomy part. First of all, you know where it is. Well, first of all, you know where the clitoris is. Where is it? You know where it is?
Yeah, I know where it's at.
Okay.
At what o' clock is it? 12 o' clock or 6 o'? Clock?
You're getting deep. Depends on which side you're looking at. Give me a six. It could be a 12. I've been both.
Oh, my God. Oh, my gosh. Let's say she's lying down.
Okay.
She's lying down. Face up.
We get live or we just questioning what question it. How many inches Time? Five and a half.
Five and a half. All right. Another guy says five. You guys are close. It's actually four inches.
I was closer the first time.
Four inches. And it looks like a wishbone. So what you see is just the tip. What? Visible at the tip, but it goes on the inside. Looks like a wishbone. Like this. And split into a V. Exactly like a wishbone. Do you know that?
I didn't know that, but now I do.
Yeah. So the erogenous dome for a woman is actually all throughout that area of the wishbone.
Is it skinny or is looks like.
A wishbone like this.
Which way does it go?
Down? Downward. Where's the top? All right, so I don't know why.
We'Re getting so deep into this.
So let's see where the clitoris is. Where the clitoris it goes in and then down. So it goes in about an inch and then down to where the lips are. It's hidden behind there. That's the woman erogenous zone. Yeah, that's where the clitoris is. Behind four inches. Looks like a wishbone. Exactly like a wishbone. Down.
So what angle is this at? I'm doing it for the footage.
So what do you think? You think, is that a real thing? The 4 inch? Is that surprising for you as a woman? That looks like a wishbone? No, I didn't say. But a woman. A clitoris is purely made to be for pleasure. It has no other function except for pleasure. So a woman has that for pleasure. A man's penis, however, functions three things for an erection, but also for where the urine comes out and also where the semen comes out. Right. Breathe in. But for a woman, no other function besides just pleasure. It's a wishbone. So you're neglecting the whole 80% of the whole pleasure organ if you just think that that's a little knob that you see. Women are a whole lot worse. Yeah, you got a whole lot of work to do.
Do you have any more extremity questions?
How long does it take for a woman to reach an organ? Yes. From beginning to end on an average.
Oh, average. Seven minutes.
Wait, are we saying like self provoked orgasm or.
I've seen them happen fast.
Self provoke. I know what you're talking about.
Is it a season part or a new part?
Partner? Oh, that's a good question. See how they're doing? I mean, self provoke, probably.
Self provoke.
30 seconds.
Yeah, 30 seconds.
That's the answer. Self provoke. By herself. By herself.
What's the answer?
The average 25 minutes.
No fucking way. That's bad performance on the male end, am I right?
25 minutes.
What about with a partner?
25 minutes? It takes time. She needs to bring the blood flow down there. Yes. It's not the wham, bam, yeah, it's time.
Literally the whole body. It can't just be down there. No, I understand.
So 25 minutes.
I must be good or something.
Hey, hey. This is adult sex education, right? This is what you need to know. This is what you need to know as an adult. This guy is an intelligent guy. We found out that he needs to know a lot of stuff about a woman body. I'm sure he's a sexual maniac, but don't you agree there's a lot of things you don't know? This is not something you can google. This is not something your partner's gonna tell you.
What?
I will tell you, because this is what I do. Right?
Yeah.
I Hope you're learning something.
I'm learning. 25 minutes.
I've got one for you. Good. Well, they can guess too, too. But what is the percentage of men that can actually get their woman off?
Whoa.
That's probably like fractional.
Why would y' all say fractional? I have another question. Maybe you may know this. What are the percentage of women that can have orgasm through vaginal orgasm?
Definitely, like less than 30%.
Yeah.
You know what?
That's my wife.
Lower.
Yeah. She's awesome. Come here. Come here. I met her.
I met her.
Very minimal guess. Get a number for what. What percentage of the women that had vaginal orgasm?
1. 9%.
Close. 10. Close. 10%. Damn.
I was pretty close. Out of 100, right?
10%. One off.
Out of 100. That's solid. You hear that?
Huh? 10%. In order to please her, where do you focus on the 90% of the time? What would you talk about? The wishbone.
Where do you focus on the wishbone.
And how long the wishbone?
Four inches.
