HYGEIA SOCIAL STRENGTHENING
The HYGEIA Mind Shift 360 programme, implemented by Preventia Welfare Foundation in Kerala, is a one‑year, integrated student‑development project targeting learners aged 15 and above, especially those from economically disadvantaged or socially vulnerable backgrounds. It combines cognitive‑strengthening activities, psychosocial wellbeing monitoring, digital and AI literacy, stress and lifestyle education, career‑readiness guidance, and capacity‑building for teachers and counsellors. A mobile app underpins continuous self‑assessment, progress tracking, and referral pathways. The project follows a five‑phase implementation model (preparation, active development, behavioural consolidation, future‑readiness, final assessment) and includes quarterly reporting, a safeguarding and ethical framework, and a detailed monitoring & evaluation system. Expected outcomes span improved attention, emotional regulation, digital responsibility, healthy lifestyle habits, career awareness, and strengthened institutional capacity, with a focus on scalability and sustainability for broader expansion across Kerala.
