You know, I had $170,000 in debt. But, you know, I understand that people may have upwards of three or four or more $100,000. And that's it's a it's not one event or one thing that you're going to do that's going to change all of that. It's little steps along the way. It's setting little goals. Again, delayed gratification I think is the is the most important thing that I try to talk to people about. And you know, sacrificing today and it's tough with, you know, spending five or ten dollars. You know, today doesn't seem like a big deal, especially in the grand scheme of things. But it's all about creating habits and a mindset of saving money. So I think it's being purposeful is is probably the most important thing for somebody who's trying to who's either just starting residency and has a lot of debt or, you know, someone that's just at the beginning of their financial journey.
