A lender shares three borrower types he won't work with again: the Vanisher who disappears after funding, the Over-Promiser who hypes deals that flop, and the Drama Magnet who blames everyone else. He's lost money, time, and sleep on each.
I've lost money, time, and sleep because of these 3 types of borrowers. And trust me, I don't care if they're offering the deal of the century, I won't ever work with them again. Number 1, the Vanisher, the guy after we get everything funded, you can't ever get them on the phone to see how the project's going, only until they need something back from us. They're never around. Number 2, the Over Promiser, that guy that comes in, I got the deal of a century, oh my gosh, we're going to make so much money. You got to fund this deal and it's a piece of crap. It always is a piece of crap. And then the drama magnet, the guy that everything is going wrong. Everybody else is at fault. Everything else is against him. And they wear you out. They suck the life out of you. They drain you. Don't be one of the three. Be the guy that everybody wants to do business with. Talk to you soon.
