by county. So we find out which county you're looking at that you're working in, and we would load that database for that county. So that's going to give you close to over a million properties. And those are— and then we narrow those down by vacant, number one, non-owner occupied, and, um, maybe foreclosure, pre-foreclosure, short sale, divorce, probate, whatever that negative status is. So we know that seller wants out of that property. We know, you and I both know That the property is vacant and it's non-owner occupied, that investor's losing money. That property now is a liability, not an asset, because he's not making any money. And so we then know how long it's been vacant, and we now know how to go in there and really sweet-talk them to unload that property to you at a discounted price so that you can wholesale it.
