You know, one of the things that we've— that I've learned over the years in real estate is when you see opportunities, you must capitalize on them. This is one of the biggest opportunities we saw. We saw this back in 2008, 2010. So in 2023, when we saw the interest rates starting to creep up, we started getting a lot of deals coming across our desk that were distressed. So Global Integrity Investments said, hey, here's an opportunity for us to really take hold of this opportunity and capitalize on it. And our team did an amazing job. To see these people having to live like this, paying rent to live in something that was just substandard. I— it didn't even qualify to be slumlord housing. It was below that. When I talk about making a difference, I'm talking about bringing these things up to the standard they should be so that people can enjoy their life and also make a living.
