Global Integrity Private Equity Fund is a pooled fund that is backed by real estate assets. Global Integrity Finance lends money from that pooled fund to investors looking to buy real estate, invest it into a single-family residence or multi-family residence, fix it up and sell it for a profit. We lend nationwide. We focus on single-family residence, multi-family residence, but primarily 100% all residential financing. We don't do any commercial financing. It all has to be residential investment properties.
