Hey everybody, this is Toby with Global Integrity Finance. Hey, I've done this video before and I've done it in several conferences and guest notes, keynote speakers and all that, but I wanted to shoot a real quick video about the passion behind Global Integrity Finance and how we ensure your success and profitability as an investor. There's 3 key elements you as an investor must have to guarantee success. Number 1 is a property, a viable property or project. Number 2 is money. Number 3 is knowledge. You don't even have a clue how many horror stories we've got where somebody's come to us and said, hey, I did I did a deal with so-and-so, they financed it, but they didn't give me any rehab money, and I didn't realize it till after the fact, and I don't have any money to do the deal. Can I refinance with you guys and get this thing rolling? Absolutely. We look at the overall picture. We look at your success, your history, the property, what the profitability is on that property, how much work it's going to take, and do you have enough money in the budget to ensure getting that deal done. And then you have to have knowledge, whether it's hiring somebody as a mentor or a coach, a contractor who's done a ton of deals. That's a partner for you. That is the guy that— or girl— that has to care as much about your success as you do. It can't be somebody you just hire as a hired gun who doesn't care whether you make it or break it. They get paid anyway. You've got to have somebody who has passion skin and blood in the game so that you both win. Global Integrity Finance is here to help you do that.
