In this instructional video, Toby Potter (the Unshakeable Investor) presents a sales methodology called "Sales Assassin Mode" designed to help salespeople close deals without feeling pushy. He begins by reframing the perceived problem from a "sales problem" to a "guilt problem," urging listeners to abandon apologetic, hesitant approaches and adopt a confident, outcome‑focused mindset. Potter then introduces the SNIPE framework—Set the framework, Navigate the truth, Intensify the cost of staying stuck, Present the path, Extract a decision—and walks through each step with concrete language, question flows, and example scripts. He emphasizes diagnosing the real problem, quantifying the cost of inaction, presenting a concise solution, and directly asking for a decision, all while maintaining a non‑manipulative, service‑oriented stance. The video concludes with a call to action: viewers can message the word "assassin" to receive a detailed call sheet containing the exact lines and flow for implementing the SNIPE process, positioning the approach as a precise, confident way to close harder, cleaner, and without feeling pushy.

Hey everybody, Toby Potter here, the Unshakeable Investor. Tuesday morning, bright and early. Uh, as you can see, I'm in my office. We were unable to record in the studio. Uh, we've got a huge event coming up this weekend, Saturday at, um, 11 o'clock Eastern time. Huge webinar, big marathon webinar to really, really roll out some amazing products and programs and tools to help you become better. But today is all about sales. Today is continuation of sales. Uh, today we're talking about Sales Assassin Mode. How to Close Anyone Without Feeling Pushy. So let's get started. Let's get in here. I know you all have a busy, busy day, so let's rock and roll. If you've ever gotten off a call thinking, I know I could have helped them, but I didn't want to sound pushy, then this is for you. Today I'm going to show you how to flip that from an awkward, needy salesperson to a sales assassin that's calm, precise, emotionless, and basically all about the outcome. Fully committed to the truth. Not manipulative, not slimy, but yet deadly effective. So let's go. Buckle up. Here we go. First, I need to destroy a lie that you've been carrying. You do not have a sales problem. You have a guilt problem. First thing I want you to understand, you feel guilty for wanting to sell. You feel like you're talking instead of serving. So you pull your punches, you soften your energy, and you skip the real questions. And then you let the people off the hook. And you say, okay, so just think about it. And see, that's not kindness. That's quiet cowardice. Here's the mindset shift. I'm not here to pressure you. I'm here to protect you from staying stuck. When you believe your offer truly helps, it becomes selfish, selfish not to lead people to a decision. Sales Assassin Mode starts with that conviction. Understand that. Now let me give you a simple framework so you can close hard without feeling pushy. Write this down. Snipe like a sniper. S, set the framework. N, navigate the truth. I, intensify the cost of them staying stuck. P, present the path. E, extract a decision. And then S, set the framework. You open the conversation in authority, not apology. Here's how this call will go. I'm going to ask you a few questions that are direct. To understand where you are, where you want to go, and what's stopping you or what's in the way. And if I'm confident I can help you, I'll tell you how. And if not, I'll tell you that too. Fair enough? That's how you start. You just need 3 things clear. You lead, you tell the truth. And this is an evaluation, not a performance. No pressure. Just structure. Number 1, navigate the truth. Now you disguise or diagnose what's the real problem that you made that helped you create and book this call. How is that showing up from day to day, and what have you tried so far, and why didn't it work? You're not hyping your program, you're exposing the reality. Pushy feels like, let me tell you how amazing I am, how great our products are. Assassin mode feels like, let me tell you what actually is happening. Intensify the cost of staying stuck. Know that that knife turns gently but firmly. If nothing changes in the next 6 to 12 months, what does that cost you in money, energy, and relationships? And fast forward one year, if you're in the same exact place, How does that feel? You're not creating fear. You're refusing to let them lie to themselves. This is where most salespeople back off. See, assassins stay in. Silence is your friend here. Let them feel it. P, present the path. Now and only now you present. Now, based upon everything that you've told me, here's what I see. You don't have a motivation issue. You have a skills, system, strategy issue. The way I help is simple. And then you briefly outline your process. In program, we do A, B, and C so you can get from wherever you're at to your goal in a timeframe that works. Short, clear, confident, no overselling. E, extract a decision. This is where most people turn into jelly, but not you. You look at them in the eye and say, here's the investment. If we do this, I'm all in on your outcome. Are you ready to fix it now? Or are you choosing to stay where you already are? That's it. See, you don't want to say, No pressure. You can think about it for weeks, days, whatever. And only if you want to. It's totally okay if you don't. See, that's just nonsense. You don't bully, you don't beg. You simply force the reality to the surface. And a no is fine. A yes is great. The only thing you refuse to tolerate is the lie of, well, maybe not now, maybe someday. Bullshit. That's the assassin mode. Let me give you one more line you can steal that removes the pushy feeling instantly. My only agenda is that you stop lying to yourself about what you're wanting to change but not making the decision that matches. Whatever you decide, decide it fully. That is pure service. That is pure power. So here's your new play. Before your next call, say this to yourself, write this down. I'm not here to impress. I'm here to assess. I'm not here to pressure. I'm here to protect. Then run the SNIP, S-N-I-P-E. Set the framework. Navigate the truth. Intensify the cost if they don't make a decision. And present the path to success that they've been wanting to achieve. Extract a decision, yes or no. If this hit you and you know it's time to step into Sales Assassin mode for real, here's your next move. Drop in the word assassin into the chat here or DM me that word and I'll send you my Sales Assassin call sheet with these exact lines and the question flow on how to get there so that you can close harder, cleaner, with more confidence, and mostly without ever feeling pushy. You don't need more hype. Stop the hype. Stop the motivation. Get to seriousness. You need more precision. You need to step into— you need to own it. If you are in sales and you know that there's a ton of money to be made in sales, and that's why you chose that career, then you need to change your mindset and go after solving problems. Quit pushing products, quit pushing how amazing you are. Solve problems and help that client make decisions that's going to impact their life, because that's why they picked up the phone. That's why they're talking to you, because they need somebody to guide, direct, and help them. But don't be pushy, be direct. Hey, this is Toby Potter, the Unshakeable Investor. Thank you so much. Have a wonderful day, and we will talk to you tomorrow. Check it out.
