So, you know, I've seen more deals blow up, fall out because the buyer couldn't get the money in time. If you're trying to go through a bank, a traditional retail bank, to get your funding because interest rates are low, you're going to be in a world of hurt. Number one, they will not lend on the rehab. They'll lend on the purchase and then they're going to make you put W-2s, pay stubs, other assets. I mean, it's red tape nightmare.
