How to Stay Focused and Consistent: The Entrepreneur's Guide to Real Results

Toby outlines a framework for moving from interest to obsession to achieve real results. He argues identity, not circumstance, determines success, and presents a 7-day challenge with three non-negotiables to reshape habits. Doubt sabotages progress; anchor on facts and God's truth instead.

Morning. All right, hope everybody had an amazing, uh, Easter weekend. Um, you know, we had two celebrations. I don't know if anybody follows me on Facebook, but we had the resurrection of our Lord and Savior celebrating Easter. But, but even just as exciting, just as empowering, we celebrated my granddaughter turning 3. So I don't know which was the biggest celebration for me. It— because of one, I get to enjoy the other. But it's— it was an amazing event, man. It just— I wish you all could have been there. Mariko happened to pop in. Saw the festivities. I don't think he wore his princess dress. One of the things, you had a dress code. You had to wear a princess dress and a tiara. I didn't see Mariko in his, so he couldn't stay very long. But it was, it was an amazing celebration. We all had a blast. So it is 8:03. We're going to jump right in. I had shared with you guys that we were going to go on to lesson 2 of Committed, but I had so much feedback, so much interaction about committed to self and we didn't finish it. So I told the individuals who were asking more questions about this and about that, I said, then let's just, let's just jump back on it today and let's conclude committed to ourselves. We talked about the doubt. We talked about the resistance. We talked about being committed or being interested. And here's the thing. I learned something else. There's a third level that I really want us to really focus on. We talked about being interested is, yeah, I would really like to have this. I'd really like to do this. I'd really like to have success. I'd really like to have an amazing relationship, you know, true fulfillment, financial security. I'm really interested in that. But I'm not serious about it. I mean, if it's convenient, man, I'm all in. But the minute it gets hard, we find reasons, excuses, and blame. That's not committed. That's interested. When we're committed, nothing stops us. We're like, I understand this is going to be tough. I get it. And I'm willing to do what it takes because if that person or that company can have that success, then I believe enough in myself to achieve the same. So whatever it takes, just guide, direct, influence, uh, put me a roadmap out there and I'm in. That's committed. But see, there's a third level that never even really dawned on me, and that's called obsessed. When you're obsessed, you eat, sleep, sleep, drink, 24/7 about what you're wanting to achieve. Committed says, I'm willing to do whatever it takes. Committed says, nothing will stand in my way. I want to lose 20 pounds, and I am a sugar freak. I'm a sweet freak. I'll find a way to get past that to lose my 20 pounds. Obsessed says, I don't stop thinking about it until I've achieved it. And here's where it resonated with me. I'm obsessed. I am that addictive personality that whenever there's a challenge, an objective, a goal, I'm obsessed with it to the point it wears everybody else around me out because I go all in. I don't stop and I don't accept other people's lack of as an excuse. In fact, I get frustrated and irritated when I hear you can't do this or we can't do that or, or that's going to be tough. I get it and I accept it. So therefore, let's just rally together to achieve it. See, that's obsessed. And when you're obsessed with something, all you see is the goal line. All you see is the fruits of your labor in the future and you never let anything deter you. That's the 3 levels that I want to talk about. And this is where we're going to conclude today. Committed to self. You know what? This may be too jacked up. So I tried to modify the— let's go to the old one, have the new one ready. And then when we get to that slide, I'll tell you just to switch it over. But we were at why people fail. So, you know, we talked about what you think is what you are. If you think, you know, my grandfather was a blue-collar worker, my family, my parents were blue-collar workers, therefore I'm a blue-collar worker. No, you're not. You're not. You are exactly what you want to be. You can become anything you desire. And for those that that just sit there and say, well, you know, God didn't give me these talents, these gifts, this opportunity. You are only kidding yourself. Are you here to tell me that God loves this person more than he loves you? That God blessed this person more than he's blessing you? No, he's not. Yeah, why people fail. That's what we'll start right there. Why people fail. See, people fail because they negotiate through trials and tribulations. People fail because they don't have a true sense of their own identity. People fail because they just accept, well, that's as good as it can get. And that's total nonsense. I'm— I just I get so infuriated for people who I know, when I can see them, when I can see their heart, I can see the fire in their eyes. I can see the passion of drive that's within them and they won't release it. It infuriates me because then I hear about how I just, you know, I'm living paycheck to paycheck. I'm not able to ever get ahead. You know, I'm not providing to my family the way I'd like to. I hear that and I say, well, then fix it. Well, I can't. I can't, Toby. I can't. I'm just not wired that way. I'm just not built that way. Oh, so God built you differently. He left things out of you. He said, nope, I'm not going to give these talents or these strengths or this ambition to this person. They need to be mediocre. They need to be just average. Is that what you're telling me? Because I don't believe it. I don't believe it for one second. I think you have convinced yourself of that because you settled. You've settled. You've gotten comfortable with, well, I'm 35, I'm 40, this is as good as it's going to get. You know what? Ray Kroc was 60 when he started KFC. Wait, Ray Kroc did McDonald's, right? Yeah. Colonel Sanders. Yeah. I'm getting my fast foods mixed up. But Ray Kroc didn't even get started with McDonald's till his late 50s. He had struggled and failed and struggled and failed, was a miserable salesperson, miserable, miserable family life, miserable entrepreneur, but had a passion and a fire and always knew within himself there was something greater. And when he found it, he was a dog on a bone. With obsession to achieve it. Colonel Sanders had his chicken recipe all over the place, couldn't get anybody to buy into it, couldn't, couldn't sell it for crap, and then started his own restaurant and said, watch me. And we know the end of the story. You saying God made them different? God built them different? God gave them talents that he didn't give you? No, stop, stop. Go to the next. Your identity is your power. Your identity is exactly where you are because of what you've accepted. Your identity defines who you are, what you are, and where you are. Once you have an identity shift, once you become committed and then obsessed, nothing will stand in your way. You'll figure it out. Oh, I, I needed to go to the gym this morning, but, but this came up. Fine. This came up. Work around it. Well, it wouldn't be convenient if I put that off. If I went to the gym and then did that, it may disrupt the rest of my day. Then you're not committed. You're only interested. Well, I have this. I need to make calls today, but my phone, I got to get it updated, or I can't even come up with all the excuses that I hear because I just get infuriated. Most of us, most of society is only interested in a better life, only interested in having full fulfillment, having a financial freedom of success. They're only interested because it's too hard. That's why they say successful people are the 1%ers because the 99 others accept the fact that it's too hard. And they don't identify with their calling, with their purpose, with their passion. They don't identify with that they were built the same way everybody else was. They were given the same opportunity, the same resources, the same fire as everybody else. They don't identify that God created all men equal. Abraham Lincoln said it. He created all men equal, and then he gave us the power to choose. He gave us the ability to discern. How bad do we want it? I get so fed up with the people that say, you know, Toby, I pray to God every night for a better life, for financial security, for that I could just get a break. God's not gonna give you a break. You go create your break. God will protect you, guide you, direct you, but you have to take action. If I could just get this, if I could just get that. No, go get this and go get that. Understand you have the power and the ability to succeed. Succeed in all things known to man. When you understand that, that you are built the same with all the same resources, tools, and talents, and when you start believing it here, because there's a fire here, you will start achieving. You will become obsessed, and nothing and no one will deter you. Go to the next one. Go over now, go to the, uh, the acoust— uh, acrostic. I want to talk to us about doubt. Yeah, that one right there. See, doubt is what kills all of us. Doubt distracts us from who we want. I— what if it doesn't work? What if I fail? What if I put all this time and this energy and I go down this road and it doesn't work? So you've already been defeated because you've already given yourself an out. See, I thought, I knew it was, I knew this wasn't gonna work. I just knew it wasn't gonna work. Yeah, you already went into this fight knowing you're gonna get beat up and you will get beat up because you've accepted that as your fate. And when it happens, it's no big deal. See, doubt— D in doubt— distracts you from what you can become. It overlooks the evidence, and the evidence is in front of you. The evidence is if this person and that person and this person, that person is having an amazing life, having true success, growing and establishing. If they're doing it, why not you? Why not you? So you overlook the evidence. Oh, well, the evidence is my grandfather, my father, my brother, my sister, my cousin, my whole family has been failures. Fine. Break the chain. Be the one that rises above. Nothing says because they are failures, you have to continue it. Only you say that. The you in doubt undermines your confidence. See, it distracts you from your beliefs. It forces you to overlook the evidence in front of you. And then it undermines your confidence where you say, I'm not qualified. I can't do this. And here's the deal. Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're correct. You're correct. I will preach this till the day God comes and gets me. Whatever the mind can conceive, the body will achieve. Whatever you believe, and this is where you become obsessed, to where you're thinking it 24/7. I have a goal, I have a vision, I have a passion, and I've written it down. And if you're not writing it down, you're already losing. I've written it down. Here's where I am today. It is April 6th. Here's where I am today. Yesterday doesn't count. Last week is over. Last month is gone. Today is April 6th, and this day forth, here's where I'm going to go. Here's who I'm going to become. And I look at the evidence that if anybody in this world can do it, why can't I? Why can't I be a multimillionaire? Why can't I influence others? Why can't I? Because see, this is what God said. I've created all men equal. He didn't shortchange you. You shortchanged you. You quit believing in you. You lost your identity. See, and then this is where the B comes in, and you start believing the facts around you, or, or the feelings around you versus the facts. And you can't argue with facts. You cannot argue with facts. You can't. The facts are the facts. If anybody else, and look at the most prominent millionaires in the world today. They all came from nothing. They all came from nothing. They all were dead broke or immigrants who had less than you have. They established citizenship, saw the opportunities, and then took the world by storm. Those are the facts, ladies and gentlemen. And you can't tell me that God gave them more than he gave you. That's nonsense. And then T, see, doubt keeps you spiritually stuck. You're not doing God any favors, and you're definitely not pleasing God when you're not living the absolute best life that God has created and established and wanted for you. You're disappointing God, I want you to fully understand that. Discount Tires, call me. And Discount Tires, call me if you're on here. She's on here. I don't— I can't take this call, baby. Um, so it tries to keep you spiritually stuck, meaning if you're not personally growing, you're not spiritually growing. Toby, that's not true. I bow my head every day. I go to church every week. I'm this. Stop it. Stop it right there. That is not glorifying God. If you're miserable, if your life stinks, if your marriage is not favorable, meaning it's not on fire, if your kids don't look up to you and say, you are amazing, and someday I want to be like you, Mom or Dad, then you're not glorifying God. You're not glorifying God. They're settling. Just because you go through the actions doesn't make it correct. So doubt distracts, overlooks the evidence, undermines your confidence. It, it forces you to believe your feelings over the facts, and it keeps you spiritually stuck. All right, go back, go back. Yeah, go back to the original. You on here? Is that where we're at? Yep. See, the weak will say, I try, I'll do my best. Those are people that are interested. I'll try, let me try, let me give it my best. No, the strong, the committed, the obsessed say, I'm going to execute and I'm going to follow through come hell or high water. I don't care what life throws at me. The IGNITE program is solely designed to help you achieve everything you've ever wanted in life through 3 disciplines: spiritual, mental, and physical. Therefore, if these 3 pillars are profound in your daily disciplines, following through is a cakewalk. Following through is simple. Because you're now grounded with the strongest arsenal you could ever imagine. My mind is powerful, my spirit strengthens me, and my body is physically strong. So it doesn't matter what's thrown at me, I welcome it, because the more it's thrown at me, the more I know I'm in line with what God has in store for me. The more the world throws at me, the more challenges, the more disruptions, the more chaos that's thrown at me, the more I know I'm in tune. See, devil doesn't want you to have success. And the devil says, you know what? If I can just throw this distraction or this idea, it's not that I tell them they can't be great. What we'll do is we'll just tell them not today. Not today. See, that's Satan winning the battle against Christ. He never tells you, you're not good enough, or you won't achieve this. What he does is convince you to say, let me put this, I'll give it a shot. Oh, see, I tried and it didn't work out. I had all intentions of going on this diet, but not today because today we're celebrating this, and not today because we're doing that. I was gonna, I was gonna read a book this month, but you know what? They were sold out. It was out of order, so I'll check back with it next week. Go get another book. Is that the only book out there that can improve you? No. But see, that's what Satan wants you to understand is if I can throw a distraction, an obstacle, a hurdle at you and deter you off that path, he wins. And every day you procrastinate, that every day he wins more and more. Next. See, what you do each and every day is your true identity, your true who you are. What people do one thing is how they do everything. I want you to hear me on this people. What you— how you do one thing is how you do everything. Are you interested? Are you committed? Or are you obsessed? That's the difference. That's what you need to fully understand. Where do you stand on a day-to-day? Well, you know, I'm interested over here. I'm committed here. But by golly, I'm obsessed over here. No, you're not. You're not. There's nobody in the world that is that talented that can segment it. You're either all in or you're not. So look at your life, audit your life. Are you obsessed or are you comfortable or are you miserable? Most people are miserable. Most people want more. The reason why there's 180 members of the IGNITE program is because they all want more. They all want more. They want to become more. They want to do more. They want to provide more for their family. They all want it. Trust me, we all want it. There's not a person, there's not a person in the world that says, eh, I just want to make about $60,000, $70,000 a year. Live in a trailer house and be living paycheck to paycheck and maybe get some government subsidy. Nobody ever starts out that way. And yet 98, 99% of Americans end up that way. And to top it off, we use this statistic all the time. To top it off, 87% of them begrudgingly get up every morning hate the drive to their job that they really, really hate in fear of being fired or laid off. Think about that. Are you in that category? Are you one of those people that just— and if any of my people say yes, I'm gonna be pissed. But seriously, if you hate your job, if you hate your life, On April 6th, 2026, today is the first day of the rest of your life. Change your habits to change your identity. Change who you see you are. Look in the mirror and say, "I am amazing. I am wonderful. I am successful. I am achiever." And get obsessed with who you are. Not who you were, but who you are. Go ahead. Here's a 7-day discipline challenge. For the next 7 days, you have to decide 3 daily non-negotiables. Now here's— you have to be honest with yourself, ladies and gentlemen. Are you interested? Are you committed? Or are you obsessed? And I want obsessed people. I want the people that are obsessed. I want the people that say, you know what, I'm fed up, I'm pissed, I'm mad, I'm sick of this. Those people are my people. Those people will resonate with me, my energy, my drive, my passion, and my glory for God. Interested people, go away. Go away. Drop off this call. If I offend you because you're only interested, don't show up anymore. You're wasting your time and my time. I want committed and obsessed people. And committed, we're gonna move you to obsessed. We're gonna move you over. I'm gonna get so fired up that you're just gonna fire up with me. You're gonna mirror my energy. You're gonna mirror my passion. You're gonna say, you know what, I'm done. I want more. My family wants more. My kids want more. Are you the person that everybody wants to be around? Are you the person that everybody just wants to rub elbows with? So maybe some of your energy and some of your affection and some of your drive will rub off on them. Are you that person? If you're not, why not? Why not? Are you the person when you walk into a room, everybody goes, holy cow, hey, look at that guy, look at that girl, that's what I want to do, that's what I want to hang out with, that's who I want to mirror my life with? See, that's the difference between being interested versus committed and obsessed. These individuals run the world, and the world runs with them. Go ahead. Here's the rules: there's no excuses, no skipping, no negotiating. When you're serious, when you make a promise to yourself— and don't make the promise just to yourself, because as we already know you will backslide. Make the promise to your family. Sit down, write it out, and say, honey, kids, come here. This is what I'm going to do for the next 7 days. Here's my— because you can't eat an elephant all at once. You eat an elephant one bite at a time. Transformation of your life is like eating an elephant one day at a time. So here's my 7-day commitment. Here's who I'm going to become. I'm not happy with me. I know you, my spouse, want more out of me. You married a greater person. You married a leader. You married a visionary. You married somebody who will transform the world. But first, I got to transform me. And I know you want that from me. And the kids, you want your parent to be that way. So here we go. I'm making a commitment to you. To myself and to you, this is what I'm gonna do first. And I give this 7-day challenge with no excuses, no skipping, no negotiating. And here's the deal. Now you have accountability. Whether they hold your feet to the fire, which they should, more importantly, you've made a verbal commitment to them. And every time you see them and you slip up, The guilt should overwhelm you. Every time you make an excuse, the guilt should overwhelm you. Every time you do a negotiable, the guilt should overwhelm you because now you have eyes on you that are judging you. Hey, Mom. Hey, Dad. I thought you weren't going to do that anymore. I thought you were changing. You're right. My bad. Thank you for holding me accountable. I love you so much. I'm gonna do better. I love you so much that I'm gonna do better. I love you so much that I'm going to be better. In fact, I'm going to be so amazing that you're going to be proud of me and you're going to tell all your friends How amazing my parent is. How amazing my dad, my mom are. Because you know what? They weren't who they were today, yesterday, but because they love me as their child, they've now become better and they're striving more. See, that's the challenge. That's being obsessed. And watch your life transform. Go ahead. What's this really all about? It's not about productivity, it's about your identity. God created all men and women equally. God created all men and women equally. Therefore, each and every one of us have the right— we're entitled to the absolute most amazing life ever. We're entitled. You either believe the scripture or you don't. Stop cherry-picking verses. Stop cherry-picking chapters. Read the whole Bible in its context and understand that this is the only book in the world that is the most truth ever. You know how? Because it was written by 40 different authors in 3 different continents over 1,500 years, and it has the same message. Do you understand that? 40 different authors, 3 different continents, 1,500-year span, but has the same message. No other book in the world will ever measure up to the Bible. So you either believe it, or you're just so close-minded that you only want parts of it, and that's blasphemy. So if you believe it, then believe that God created you the same as he created everybody else, and you have the right to have everything that everybody else has. If you're looking up to somebody, said, man, that person, that guy, that girl, they have an amazing life, have an amazing marriage, have amazing children, have amazing financial security, have great— realize when you say that, holy shit, That could be me. That should be me. In fact, that's going to be me. When you say that, recognize what you just said. If they are somebody you aspire to be, you're envious of the life they have, just recognize you're looking in the mirror. That's you when you get ready to go after it and achieve it. I'm freezing. Huh? I thought I was on fire. No, that's their— that's their internet. What? That's their internet, not you. Okay. Some people say they can't see you or slide. Stuck in motion. This is what this is about. It's your identity. Become someone who keeps their word. No, no, see, I, I, yes, first and foremost, stop lying to yourselves, but that's the easiest person to lie to. But when you start holding an accountability meeting, and this is what I challenge you with, you have to have a committee, you have to have a community, you have to have a group that says, I'm with you. I'm with you, brother. I'm with you, sister. I'm with you, husband. I'm with you, wife. I'm with you, mom. I'm with you, dad. You gotta have a community and you've got to tell them, I'm making a change today. It's April 6th, 8:35 AM, 2026. Today is the very first day of the rest of my life. And I'm making a commitment to you and to myself to get out of my way and quit having this doubt and achieve the absolute best I can achieve. Go back to the other side. I'm going to show you the, the, the new slide today. And there's another doubt. I'm going to show you how to beat doubt. I'm going to show you right here how to beat doubt. So scroll down. Got it. There you go. Yep. How to defeat doubt right here. Write this down, everybody. Write this down. How to defeat doubt. Number 1, never ever ever ever, regardless, never move away from God. Never. You have to know who created you, who has all authority, and you need divine intervention. To have success in life. You have to have it if you want long-term success, long-term happiness, long-term fulfillment, long-term anything, including eternity. Never move away from God. In fact, at all times, you know, the, the Jesus Christ only asked us to do two things. In all the New Testament, it always summarizes to do two things: to pray without ceasing and to glorify God in all that we have and all that we do. That's it. That's it. Pray without ceasing, glorify God in all that we have, all that we are, and all that we are to become. If you do that, he will bless you because everything else becomes a byproduct from that. Number 2, open your heart. Quit being so mad. And I have to work on this, ladies and gentlemen. What I love about this Ignite program is I learn from my own preaching. I learn and I start looking in the mirror as I'm talking, like, oh, I screwed up there. I got to work on that. I'm not above you all. I'm just as human and I failed just as much. I want you to understand this. I am probably a bigger failure in all that I say than, than you guys realize. But I'm up here leading this because I want myself to grow. And the best way for me to grow is to be learning it, teaching it, preaching it, saying it, whatever, doing it. Because now I have 188 people that watch everything I do, every post I make, everything I do. I got people watching me and I know it. And I— 188 is no big deal. That's, that's a small— we're going to be over 1 million by the end of the year. I can promise you this. We will be at 1 million followers at the end of the year. But I have people waiting for me to fail, waiting for me to slip up. That's my accountability. I've chosen to be on a stage. I've chosen to be on a platform. I've chosen to speak God's word. And therefore Satan, it says, dude, just give me an inch to screw up. Just give me an opportunity and I'll show you, you'll fail. And I know this, but here's what I also know. I'm expected to fail. That's why Christ came. That's why we just celebrated Easter. Christ knew we would fail, and so he sacrificed the perfect human sacrifice for us to fail and be forgiven. And when I know this, then I know that, you know what, I'm not a failure. There's a difference between failing and being a failure. A failure accepts that they're never going to be anything more. A failure accepts defeat. A failure doesn't get back up. A failure allows the world's noise to dictate their future. That's what a failure is. We fail every second of every minute of every day in our thoughts, in our actions. But God loves us so much, he says, you know what, that's okay. I'm here. I forgive you. I'll guide you. I'll strengthen you. Keep pushing forward. Keep going after those goals. Keep going after that transformation. Let me be beside you. And when it gets really, really, really, really tough, I'm gonna pick you up and carry you as long as you are devoted to me. So don't move away from God and open up your heart to receive whatever blessings are before you. And look at everything as a blessing. I say this every week. I'm going to keep saying it because I don't know that it resonates. Ladies and gentlemen, you were given the opportunity to wake up this morning. Your family is not mourning over you. There are hundreds of thousands of people that did not wake up this morning. They don't get another chance. They're done. How? How? Let me, let me. Think about this. Let's just say tragedy happens and you're laying there and you only have a few hours left. Are you going to be proud of the legacy you left behind? Are you going to be proud of the life you lived? Can you say, Lord, I'm ready, I've given it all, I've left it all on the table, so if today's the day, if now is the time, I'm okay with it? I have no regrets. Can you say that? And if you can't, then you better fix it, because we don't know how much time we have. We don't know how long. And there will come a time— and how embarrassing would it be to go stand before God and God say, what are you doing? I gave you all the opportunities, all the talents, and you sit around and pouted and whined and cried. And you blamed everything else. And yet I was here for you and you never utilized me. Could you imagine what your life would be and how embarrassing it would be? Let me show you. Hey, I hope there's no Johns on here. Hey, Johnny, let me show you. If you would have done what you were given the talents to do, let me show you what your life would have looked like. And he gives you that flash. How embarrassing. And then he says, but this is the life you chose. See, I give you free will. You could have chose this life. You could have impacted these lives. You could have given all this to your family. You could have created this legacy, but you chose to be this. And I'm— I welcome you into my arms, but what a disappointment. I don't want to have that conversation. I don't. I, I— there was a, there was a, a meme that said, when, when my time comes and they're at the graveside, I'm going to come screaming 900 miles an hour, sliding into my gravesite, screaming and hollering, kicking and yelling all the way to the last second, to the last breath. When I go out, I'm going to go out big. I'm going to go out just like an atomic bomb with a legacy that says, that guy changed my life. That guy made a difference. That guy pissed me off so bad that I changed my life. See, I've said it for 30 years. You can be mad at me all you want, but be sure when you're going and making those big deposits, you're still pissed at me. You can be mad at me all the way to the bank, to the bank of fulfillment, the bank of life, the bank of security. Be mad at me. I don't care. I want you fired up. I want you pissed off because the minute you're there, I know you're obsessed. And if I'm not punching you in the gut, I don't think you're not going to ever get punched in the gut. Understand the truth. Oh my gosh, how to defeat doubt? Understand the truth. Quit accepting your feelings as the gospel truth and start looking at the facts. Start looking at what really can I become and stop being a scaredy cat. Believe the facts of what God has built. Those are your facts. There's your goals. There's your achievement. There's your value. There's your support. And then take the next step into that journey. So we're going to go through it one more time, then we're going to go back and wrap this up. Don't move away from God ever, for any reason, at any time, ever, ever. Open your heart to receive everything that God has instilled, installed for you. Understand the truth. Your identity is the truth. And believe the facts of what God has built. And then take the next step into that journey. Remember, today, April 6th, 2026, is the first day of the rest of your life. And today you either make a change and you move from interested to committed or from committed to obsessed. You either make that change or you don't. And if you don't, then just don't. But quit whining about it. Quit crying about it. Quit saying, poor me. Quit saying, I, you know, I've given it all I got and this is all I get. Stop it. Stop it. If you don't like where you're at, you don't like the life you have, Make a difference. Make a change. All right, jump back to the other presentation. Mm-hmm. Should have a few more slides left. Okay. This week you should prove the opposite. Most people spend their life proving they can't trust themselves. They lie to themselves. They accept the noise around them. They accept everything that the world is saying about them. They accept their heritage. They accept their shortcomings and they lie to themselves. I don't think I can do this. I don't believe I can achieve that. I don't believe I deserve more. Guess what? You're right. You're right. If you think it, you will achieve that. Versus You know what? I'm going to prove it wrong. I think I've shared with you guys, my brothers, my true bloodline brothers have told my wife, jokingly or not, Toby was a black sheep of the family. 4 brothers, 4 sisters, bunch of us. Toby was the black sheep. He was the rebellion. He was this. We believed by the time he was 30, 35, he'd either be in prison or dead. That's God's honest truth. My wife and my kids have heard this multiple times. We're so glad, Angie, he found you, because we believed he would be in prison or dead by now. He found you, you resurrected him. And maybe she did. And this is why your family is so important. Angie is my rock. She is my soulmate. We spend 24/7 together. We drive to work together. We work in the same office together. We ride home together. When I go on a trip, she's there with me. I will not go anywhere without her. Now, my kids say because I'll get lost, I won't pack right, I'll get stuck at an airport because she is the guidance of it all. I don't care the reason. I don't care the reason, but I do not ever want to go anywhere without her. Because she is what we are. It's not me, it's not her, it's us. I have a profound relationship with my wife and my kids, and I made a vow when I was 24 years old that when I was ready to get married and have a family, this was a vision that I wanted. I wanted them to never want for anything, and I wanted their dad to be the most profound father their kid, they have ever known. And then all their friends say, holy shit, your dad is freaking cool. He's amazing. He's stern. He's disciplined. He's direct. But gosh, he's a lot of fun to be around. See, I wanted to be that guy that everybody wanted to be around. Not because I'm egotistical, but because I have so much energy and so much drive to influence others that I never wanted to lose that. And I wanted my girls to see that. I wanted my wife to say, see that guy over there? That's my husband. That guy that's, that's taken over the whole room when he walked in? That's my husband. That's mine. You can't have him. Keep your grummy little paws off. See, that's what I believe in. That's the passion, the fire, the goals. I never wanted to let them down. And we've lost it. We've had it all. We've lost it And I didn't give up. Some of you guys say, well, I know I'm broke. I'm this, I'm that. Ladies and gentlemen, let me tell you, I've told you, and I'll tell you again, nobody was ever as broke as we were. When you go from making $100 million a year to being homeless, you're fricking broke. You're fricking broke. I'm recycling water bottles. I'm stealing coupons out of the Sunday paper just to put food on the table. I'm going to garage sales, finding knickknacks to sell on eBay. I'm doing whatever it takes 'cause I did not want to accept defeat. I did whatever it took to rebuild the empire we have today because that was my identity. And I knew, God, you didn't bring me all the way here just to stop here. This is just another chapter in my life, but let's get to the next chapter 'cause I don't like this one. This is ugly. This is crappy. But if I have to go through this to learn, then I'm willing to go through it to be better. I sold, we would go to garage sale after garage sale, to secondhand stores. We went everywhere to find little unique stuff that I thought I could sell that for a couple bucks. I might pay $1.50, $2, $6, $8 or something. I would sell it for $6, $8, $10 or $12. And that wasn't where I made the money. I made the money 'cause I could charge $10 to $15 in shipping and handling that nobody ever understood. It didn't cost me another $1.50 to ship and handle, but I can make $10, $15. And if I sold 10, 20, 30 deals a week, I was making $200 and $300. That's putting gas in the car, food on the table, paying the rent. See, you do whatever it takes when you're obsessed. You don't accept defeat. So this week, this week, you have some non-negotiables. You have 7-day challenge and say, I'm going to give up these 3 things to become better, or I'm going to do these 3 things to become great. And then you're going to prove yourself the opposite of what you've been. What's our next one? Oops, that screwed up. Keep the one promise to yourself for 7 days. That's all I ask. One bite at a time, ladies and gentlemen. And here's the deal: each and every one of you, each and every one of you have the ability to call me, book a call, and say, Toby, I need help. I want more. I want to become more. I want to do more, but I don't know how. Let me map it out for you. Let me be your guidance counselor. Let me be your prayer warrior. I don't care what it is. I'm challenging you to book a call and say, I need more. I'm tired of what I'm living. I'm tired of the pain. I'm tired of the hurt. I'm tired of the disappointment. And for the next 7 days, Toby, I need a plan, I need a roadmap, I need a guidance counselor, I need a prayer. I don't care what it is, I am here for you. I devote and dedicate for you. This group is a free session. I don't get paid to do this, and I look to see and want no money from it. I want transformation of lives. I want each and every one of you to go impact somebody else. And when you start believing in you and you start empowering you, it will resonate with those around you. And you're gonna feel so much better. And your family is gonna go, holy shit, who is this person? And your spouse is gonna go, that's who I married. That's the champion that I desire. That's the person that I'm willing to go through fire with. If your marriage is in trouble, it's on you. Not her, not him. If your marriage is in trouble, your kids don't respect you, your kids don't listen to you, that's 100% on you. Stop blaming everything else. Start taking action. Stop and say, all right, I don't agree with what he says. But I got nothing to lose. So let me give it a try. Let me see if this hothead, arrogant, egotistical, high-energy boy has a clue. Get mad, get pissed, challenge me. I beg you, I will transform your life overnight if you allow me to. But you gotta book the call because I don't know what you need. I don't know where you're hurting. I don't know what you want, but I can tell you this: myself, my team, and my God has got your back 100%, without a doubt. I can promise you I've got enough support on this group right here that if I don't have the answers, I know where to go to get them. I've got leaders in this group that are just begging to be a part of this transformation with you. Next one. Nope, that's it. Back it up. That's it. Perfect timing, 8:55, and my voice is almost gone. Here it is, Monday morning, 9 o'clock, and I've already lost my voice. You guys get me so fired up. Pull him. There you go. All right, any questions? Wow, what a Monday morning! Happy Easter, everybody! Let me see the gallery. Yeah, we have 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 monitors in the studio. Yes, this reminds me of something Ed Mylett once said: one of the most insidious forms of child neglect is a parent who doesn't chase their dreams and potential. Amen, brother. Amen, brother. Steve, you are absolutely correct. For those parents who not building themselves to be a legacy within their children are— it's, it's child abuse, it's failure. And you not only failed your family, you You failed God. See, a lot of us, and I mean, there's a lot of us I've talked to who didn't have the best parenting. Parents were either absentee or abusive. My father was one of them. But here's the deal. As much as I hated the life he gave us, I hated being on the dairy farm, I hated having to do what he did, I hated the way he disciplined, 'cause he didn't know how to spank you. He beat your ass. I mean, when I spank my girls, I made a vow because when I got a spanking, my dad would spank us until his arm was wore out. I mean, you're sitting there taking these licks and you're thinking, all right, 30, 45, 50 licks. You think of Vic and he got stronger and stronger and stronger. As I got older, he got stronger. So the licks went on. I mean, we would literally have whelps up and down our back and our butts. Welps. And so I vowed that when I spanked my girls, because I'm a believer in spanking, it would be one swat. One. And I had to give it my all. I had to make sure they felt it. But it was one swat, period. And I would tell them, you're getting one swat. So all you got to do is bear down for one swat. See, as I got older, I thought, I can tough it. He got to give up eventually. He never did. And then when the spankings didn't work, the physical beatings. So I say all that to say that, that, that just because our parents were this way doesn't mean we have to be this way. My father was taken from this life early. He was 53 years old, died of a very horrible cancer, and I believe he was taken because he was doing no good to the people that loved him the most. But I will also tell you, as bad as it was, as much as I hated who he was, I loved him as my father. And I spent 8 days at his bedside waiting for him to wake up from the coma that he was in, just to say, "Dad, I'm sorry. I screwed up. I should have been a better son. I should have loved you more. I should have forgave you more." See, I spent 8 days at his side just wanting to give him my forgiveness, not to get forgiven from him, but for me just to give it. And he never did. He never woke up and I never got that peace. Don't be that parent to where you ran your kids off, where they rebelled against you, where your family is in disarray because you're not the man or the woman that they need you to be. It is child abuse. Anybody else? I don't see my boy Stephen on here. So Toby, can we get a copy of your slides? Copy of the slides? Yeah. Okay, thank you. Um, we're going— so This committed course, this committed program is going to be a course that we're throwing into Ignite. We have the 5 different levels of it. You have yourself, you have relationships, you have career. I can't remember now. So you have yourself, you have your relationships, you have your career and your journey. But there was a 5th one. Yeah, I don't have it in memory. But anyway, this will be put into it. So as we complete each one, They'll be loaded into the Ignite portal and you guys can download them from there. If you do not know how to go into the Ignite portal and pull this down, Christy, I'm not going to give you another course on that. I'm sorry, sweetie. I could see you going, oh, how do I get in there? I'm telling you, you are killing me, Smalls. You are killing me. But, um, we'll, uh, Randy, send her the link one more time. I mean, eventually she's just going to have it burned into her brain. But yes, go into the Ignite course, uh, you can pull that down. Ignite portal. Any other questions? See a lot of new names on here, a lot of new names. I don't see my boy Benji. I see Brandon, I don't see Benji. All right. Hey, ladies and gentlemen, it is 9:00 Monday morning. Again, happy— hope you all had an amazing weekend. Happy Easter. It's April 6th, 2026. Today is the absolute best day of the rest of your life. You have a choice. You can either Stay average. Stay complaining. Stay whining and crying about why everybody else has an amazing life and you're stuck in this paycheck-to-paycheck world. The, you know, the choice is yours. The choice is yours. Stop blaming everybody else. Start looking in the mirror. You have 7-day challenge. I want to add to this 7-day challenge to get up and look in the mirror and say, am I proud of who I'm looking at? Am I proud? And be honest. Make sure there's nobody in the room, in the bathroom, wherever. Make sure it's just you and be truthfully honest with yourself. And if you say no, that's fine. In fact, I want you to say no, I'm not happy with who and what I see. I'm overweight. I'm out of shape. I'm miserable. I'm mad. I'm broke. I don't like where I'm getting ready to head to. Whatever it is, if it's all, that's okay. It's absolutely okay. But start being honest with yourself first, and then you can be honest with your family. Hey, family, I'm not happy. As you all know, I'm not happy. And here's some changes that I want to start making on me. And, and once I achieve these, then we're going to go to this level. And once I achieve these— see, we, we take and eat an elephant one bite at a time. Don't try to transform your life overnight. It will never happen. In fact, that's what the devil wants. That's what Satan wants. They want you to see how overwhelming this could be. Therefore, I can't achieve it. I can't do it. That's just too much. You're right. It is. I would never ask you to do that. But you have to look in the mirror and say, am I everything that I can be? Am I sharing my message to the entire world every second of every minute of every day? Am I living testimony to the greatness that's within me? Can people look at me and say, Wow, that person's got it going on. Wow, I wish I had their life. Wow, what do they got that I don't? That's when you know you're getting there. You haven't arrived, but you're getting there. And if they can, if you know in your heart, mind, and soul that those conversations aren't happening, then fix it. Just fix it. Two words, fix it. 5 letters. Break it down, fix it. Be everything that you want to be. Be everything that your family expects and desires you to be. That should be enough. And then know and believe that God is there to give you strength to give you discernment, to give you courage, because he wants it too. There's nowhere in the Bible— nowhere, I can't find it— that God says, I want you to be broke, I want you to be miserable, I want you to be unhappy because this is where I need you to be. Will he put us through that? Absolutely, absolutely. Because see, you're gold, you're silver, And in order to be pure, you have to be brought through fire. And all those impurities have to be burnt off. You're a diamond. You have to go through pressure. Absolutely. The finest minerals of the world are not just made easily. They're refined through fire and pressure. You're better than that. You're bigger than that. You're more valuable than that. So understand, you're going to go through trials and tribulations. Consider it pure joy, my brethren, when you face trials and tribulations of many kinds. This is the renewing of your strength through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Any questions? Not in the chat. They're all silent today. Silence of the lambs. Rated. Ray, we appreciate you, buddy. Appreciate you. All right, ladies and gentlemen, have an amazing week. I tell you what, I tell you what, come Friday— I come Monday, one week from today, we're going to be asking you, did you keep your promise? I'm going to go around the room and I'm going to ask you, did you keep your promise? You're going to lie to me? Are you going to lie to yourself? That's okay. I'm going to call you out. This is the Ignite program. This is to ignite you, to fire you up, to embarrass, piss you off, and make you better. So if you know you're going to get called out and you aren't ready, I wouldn't show up. I wouldn't. Because I'm not scared, ladies and gentlemen. I'm not scared. I know who you can become. I know your calling. I know your purpose. And I know your passion. So make it happen. Have an amazing week, ladies and gentlemen. Gotta go.
