He called me right back, I think in tears. He said, "Toby, nobody has ever done that for me. You don't know me. I signed up for your Ignite course. I wasn't on the call. You noticed I was, and there's a ton of people on the call. You noticed I wasn't on the call, but then you called me to make sure I was okay." And I said, "That's what we're supposed to do. I thought that's what I'm supposed to do. I care about these people." I truly want them to become better. Now, I'm not gonna make them get on the call. I'm not gonna make them do the courses. I'm not gonna make them do the daily disciplines. But if I see that you're not, it's my job to figure out why. And maybe you don't care enough, but maybe you do. And if I can help you ignite and grow and inspire that fire back inside you and you become a better person, be the better you, then we've done our job. And so I talked to him and he's like, I will never miss another call. And I just can't believe that I did not sign up for this a long time ago. And I said, well, the good news is it wasn't out there a long time ago, but now you have it. Now let's run with it. And that's what— that made my whole day, knowing that— I don't know what they have in their hand.
