Mark Cuban argues new entrepreneurs shouldn't take loans at the start because monthly debt payments kill your control and add stress. Speaker C agrees and says real-estate beginners can start with zero money down if they find the right partners and mentors.
When you start a business, what point do you use your own money based on your own sales or own content? And at what point do you get a loan?
I think you don't get a loan. Okay, you don't get a loan. I mean, that's, that's a recipe for disaster when you're first starting. When you owe money to the bank or you owe money to somebody and they want that payment every month, everything changes.
Your stress levels go like this.
Always, always, always, you got to do it so where you can control your own destiny. You always want to do it with your own sweat equity if you can.
