Toby from Global Integrity Finance explains how the company is shifting from mortgage broker to lender in 2025. The firm now helps brokers scale their business, fund deals, and transition into becoming lenders themselves.
Hey everybody, this is Toby with Global Integrity Finance. Hey, I want to come out and reach out to each and every one of you real quick. When I started out, we were just a broker in 2025 or 2015. We were just a broker. We didn't know what we didn't know. We were brokering to Lima One, to RCN, to Rock Capital, to all these other aggregators or lenders. As 2025 comes, we want to share with you the new direction of Global Integrity Finance. One of the things that we really, really love doing was helping brokers grow their book of business. And not only do we help fund their deals and help manage their customers and help be that voice for their customers, but we also help them understand what it takes to go from being a broker to a lender. And every person has that desire.
