Good morning, guys. Hey, I want to jump on here real quick and tell you about some extremely exciting stuff that we've got going on here at Global Integrity. So over the years, we've built an immense amount of relationships with investors, with brokers, commercial brokers, with banks. And as you may or may not know, we launched a company last year, an acquisition company buying multifamily units. And we were able to go out there and in 12 months we acquired over 300 units, almost a $10 million profit, which gave us a little over $20 million in assets. And so in doing all this, I realized that one of the things that we did— I'm not doing the way I should be— is coaching, is sharing how we do stuff. You know, we talk about that your net worth is equal to your network. And I attribute 100% of my success, 100% of our growth through our network, through relationships that we've built over the last decade or so. So one of the things we're doing now is I'm going in and I'm interviewing all my partners, whether it be my investors, whether it be my brokers, whether it be banks. But I'm doing an interview and sharing with you all who they are, what they do, how they started, the pitfalls, the growth, because I need and want every person to fully understand real estate is the place to be. I know there's a lot of stuff going on that, you know, say that real estate is such a fickle beast and that, you know, it's up, it's down, all this. But you know what? I'm here to tell you, in 30 years of being an investor, 30 years of being a bank, real estate is the one thing that has always held true. There's only one other commodity that I feel is just as solidified in investing in, and that's gold. And I can't buy as much gold as I can real estate, and I don't get the rate of return on gold as I get with real estate. I'm still a real estate guru. I'm still a real estate guy. I still believe real estate, especially residential housing. Now, if you get into commercial, yes, that's a different beast. Residential housing, everybody needs a house, whether it's to own it or to rent it, but everybody needs a house. And so I am, I am all in. I'm balls to the wall. I am solidified in residential real estate investing, and I want to show you how you can make your next $1 million, $10 million, $100 million in real estate investing.
