In this brief devotional, the speaker reflects on the increasing difficulty of inspiring deeper passion for Christ in both newcomers and seasoned believers. He describes a sense of spiritual warfare, where the more he strives to lead others toward a godly life, the more resistance and noise he encounters. The speaker mentions a specific resource—a course titled "Victory Tax"—which he credits with helping him clarify and navigate these challenges. The overall tone is a mix of frustration at the mounting obstacles and hopeful determination to continue the fight for faith.

Chapters

I always knew the more I drove for a more godly life, the more I drove for more passion for God, for inspiration for people, the more we tried to build this program, the harder the fight was. And I was like, you got to be kidding me. I hear I'm trying to inspire others, trying to lead them to Christ, trying to inspire them— for those that already know Christ, to build an in-depth fire within them for Christ— and all this noise is compounding on me, and I don't get it until I read through this course on the Victory Tax.
