In this brief monologue, the speaker reflects on the growing difficulty of maintaining personal godliness and passion for God while simultaneously trying to inspire others and lead them to Christ. They express frustration that the more they strive for a deeper, more godly life and aim to ignite a profound fire within existing believers, the harder the struggle becomes. Overwhelmed by the compounded pressures, the speaker finds a moment of potential insight after reading a course titled "Victory Tax," suggesting a search for guidance amid the spiritual battle.

I always knew the more I drove for a more godly life, the more I drove for more passion for God, for inspiration for people, the more we tried to build this program, the harder the fight was. And I was like, you got to be kidding me. I hear I'm trying to inspire others, trying to lead them to Christ, trying to inspire them— for those that already know Christ, to build an in-depth fire within them for Christ— and all this noise is compounding on me, and I don't get it until I read through this course on the Victory Tax.
