The Unshakable Empire Masterclass: Build a Business That Runs Without You

Dr. Toby Potter teaches founders how to escape the operator trap, where they become the business's single point of failure. He walks through the Unshakeable Empire Operating System using North Star Garage Doors as a case study: a $1.2M company restructured with daily huddles, KPI scorecards, and a 90-day growth plan. The program offers three service levels to help businesses become fundable for investors.

Hey, hey, hey everybody! How are you doing tonight? Holy cow, what an amazing evening we have in store for you guys. There is a ton of people on here and I am so grateful, so thankful that you took the time out of your Tuesday night to join us, which says so much because each and every one of you are looking to start 2026 on a different foot with a different direction and a more powerful outcome. And we're going to show you how to do that tonight. So real quick, before we get started though, I want everybody to jump in here and tell me where you're from. He's over there. So jump on here real quick into the chat. Tell me where you're from real quick. I want to see where everybody's from because we are working with people worldwide and I want to see where you're at, where you're coming in from, because we have a lot of questions, a lot of things. And one of the things I want to make sure that you understand, I learned this a long time ago. You get out of something what you put into it. So the more energy you put into tonight, the more interaction, the better this will be for both of us, because it helps me understand what you're needing and how I can help you get there. So what do we got, Nick? Where's everybody coming from? Nigeria. Nigeria, nice. Yeah, yeah. All over the world. Love it, love it, love it. We're not going to go through all of them. Let's get started because I know some of you may have some young kids that got to go to bed here in a little bit. Some of you are old like me and got to go to bed here in a little bit. But that's okay. I can promise you this. You will not be disappointed if you are a business owner and you are making somewhere between $500,000 to $5 million in annual revenue, not profit, annual revenues, tonight is for you. Tonight is customized for you. And we've got some really, really big things that were given to you after tonight. So stay tuned. I want to share with you who we are, what we do, and how we can help you hit your goals in 2026. So tonight is all about becoming an unshakable leader in your life, your wealth, and your legacy. See, we're going to help you build that dream that you started, and we're going to talk about that because I promise you this, me included, nobody went and became an entrepreneur, an owner, a CEO to work their tail ends off 24/7 to hit mediocrity. When we started our businesses, we had dreams, we had visions, we had aspirations, right? This was you when you first started. When you decided, I'm going to leave corporate America, I'm not going to start this job, I'm going to start my own business. It's because you saw the value of yourself and the opportunity out there. You saw dreams, saw aspirations. They said, I have the power to control my own destiny. Working a job, you do— you make other people rich. For you entrepreneurs, for you owners, you are 1% because you took a chance and believed in you enough to say, this is who I want to become. You said, by doing this, I'll be able to reap rewards, enjoy the fruits of my labor, be able to transform lives by, by building teams and helping them grow and seeing their families grow and their kids grow and all this. As an entrepreneur, we have dreams and we're visionaries and we want financial freedom out of it. And this is what you saw it to be look like. You saw when I start this, I looked off into the distance and I saw big aspirations and amazing team and a bunch of employees and smiling faces and awards and accolades and trips and all this, right? But then it turned into this. How many people here— real quick before we get into this— how many people, this is your world right now? Total chaos. Put a me in the chat. Put a me in the chat if you're a business owner and you're like, yes, I'm running rampant, I'm exhausted. I am just wearing 9, 10, 12 hats and I am in total chaos. Put a me in the chat. Good. Loving it. Loving it. See, It's so easy to start a company when you have vision, you have dreams, you have aspirations. It's so easy to take that from a one-man shop like a Jeff Bezos, like a, um, Bill Gates. They all started in the garage, one or two people, no overhead, no employees, and then they built them to empires. And you've started the same thing. You started as a 1, 2, 3, 4-man shop and you built it to a certain level, and now you're stuck there and you're saying, how do I get past this hurdle? What is going wrong? I did the same thing when I started Global Integrity Finance. I was going— I was making $60,000, $70,000, $80,000 a month myself and a processor underwriter. 2 people. We were churning and burning. We worked Monday through Thursday, sometimes on Friday. Her bonus checks were almost $10,000, $12,000, $15,000 a month. And I thought, holy cow, it's really easy to do. Let me grow this thing. I mean, if I can do it by myself, handling everything, the originating, the soliciting, the closings, the funding, all that, doing the rehabs, surely I can teach a bunch of loan officers. See, I learned a lesson. Not everything is transferable. And you're running into the same thing. When you started your company, you were the glue, you were the visionary, you were the one that had all the answers. And it soared, it took off, it built, it grew to a certain level. And then chaos took over. And we're going to explain why that is. And how we can help you break through that and now start achieving all the aspirations, all the dreams, all the wealth that you long for. Here's one thing I'm going to tell you first and foremost. I am not here to motivate you. I am not a motivational speaker. I'm not a Tony Robbins, Stephen Covey, a Zig Ziglar, who is my hero. I'm not a motivator. I'm an implementer. I'm a person that will sit down side by side with you and build systems out to ensure your business goes from where it's at to where you want it to go. That's my job. So there's not going to be any motivation here. There'll be a lot of me jumping up and down because I get very excited and very passionate. Because when I transformed our company to the company it is today, I made a vow that said, I want to help every small business owner out there. I want to be able to take what I learned from the streets and implement it to every business out there to help them achieve their goals. Because it wasn't any fun. It wasn't exciting. In fact, a lot of days I didn't want to do it anymore. You've probably been there. You probably understand what I'm saying. But I'm not going to be here motivating you and blowing smoke up your skirt, telling you that it's all rainbows and fairy tales. Okay. Owning a business is the hardest thing you ever do, but it is also the most rewarding. And we're going to talk about that. So let me ask you this. I got a couple of questions I want to ask you, and there'll be 3 of them. And I want you to answer a question. I want you to say yes or no in the chat. Are you suffering from these constraints? Lacking capital, staffing challenges, sales growth. Right now in the chat, yes or no, are you lacking capital, running into issues with your staff, maybe not having the right employees, not enough employees, and because of that you're not able to grow your sales? Say yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Something else I want to let everybody know, we are giving away freebies tonight. And the way you get put into the drawing— I didn't bring the bucket out here, I should have started this out— the way you get your name put in the drawing for the freebies is by communicating, by jumping into the chat, by doing— every time you do that, your name goes into the jar. The more times you communicate, the more times your name goes in there, the higher chance of being pulled out. Okay, and also, before we go any further I want to know if Jalisa Myers is on here. Jalisa Myers, if you're on here, hit the chat saying I'm here. Jalisa Myers, huh? Yep, Jalisa Myers was our 500th register for tonight and she wins $100. See, I love helping people. What's that? TMTM. Okay, Jalisa Myers, if you're on there, you were the number 500th registrant for tonight's webinar. Because of that milestone, we're gifting you $100 if you're on the deal tonight. That would suck because she did it at— she did it today at 12:59. If she registered at 1:00 today and then didn't even join, I just— I don't— I don't get it. Life happens. But anyway, answer the chat. Are you lacking capital? Are you having staffing challenges because you're having to make all the decisions? You're a staffing challenge. And because of that, are your sales growth plateaued? Okay, great. Love it, love it, love it. Let me ask you this. If I was to drop $1 million into your business account today, would that solve all your problems? Yes or no? Type in the chat. Yes or no? True or false? Either one. If I was to drop $1 million into your business account today, Would that solve all your problems? Yes or no? Let me tell you, the answer is no. Because if you think $1 million just dumped into your company will fix all your problems, you don't know what the problems are. You don't understand the problems. See, adding money to a weak structure, all that does is collapse the structure faster. You guys have probably seen this. It's all over, uh, uh, the, the DirecTV channels. You know, the, the lottery made me lose everything. The lottery caused me to go into drugs or whatever. People who never had money won the lottery, and then for the next 2 years was great, but then was worse off after that than they were before it. Your business is the same way. Without structure, without disciplines, without an organization flow, it doesn't matter how much money I put into it, it will collapse and then I lose my money. Okay. Third and final question. A lot of people tell me as we're coaching them, you know, if I just had 3 or 4 of me, this would be so much smoother. See, that's wrong. There's only one of you. There's only one of you. And duplicating you, cloning you isn't going to fix the problem. What you need, what we are going to help you do is find and train the people that can replace you, that can take on those roles and responsibilities so that you're not making all the decisions. You're not having to be everywhere all the time. That's the problem with your business today. And you know it, you recognize it. See, you're the Ferrari engine, but you're running it on a go-kart chassis. And that would be really fun for the first 5 miles. You're going 200 miles an hour, man. You talk about wind in your hair, bugs in your teeth, screaming through the highway until the wheels fly off. Which is what would happen, which is what's happening with your business. You're a Ferrari engine trying to build and grow your business on a go-kart chassis, and it can't keep up with you, it can't support you, and therefore you're struggling. What we're going to do is we're going to go back and redevelop, redesign, and rebuild your chassis so that it can structurally support the growth you need. Because if you're looking to raise capital, a lot of you went in there, said, yes, we need capital. It's a problem that we're having. But no investor like me who's put $1.8 billion into deals is going to give you money if you're still running that Ferrari on a go-kart chassis. And I'm going to show you how we will fix your company so that people like me and others will invest in your company and capital will come to you. You don't have to go get it. But this is what we do first, is we rebuild the structure and your chassis. So there's 3 things that your business must have to grow: structure to support the growth, capital, money. We all know you need money. Every business needs money. Even Jeff Bezos, when he was $80 million in the hole with Amazon, he was still raising capital. And people like, you're $80 million in the hole. He goes, I know, we're good. And look at him today. But he still had to raise capital. He still needed it. And everybody who invested is making a shitload of money today because they understood that his structure was correct and it would support where he wanted to go. These are the things we're going to do for you. Once your structure is built, the capital comes, and then we go after the sales so that you can pay the capital back and take all the rewards. You can take all the profits. You can have that golden parachute. That's what we do for businesses like yours. Okay. So many times I hear this story right here, man. I'm wealthy. I got tons of money, but I'm working 20-hour days. I'm working 18-hour days. I'm working 7 days a week. See, that's not a business. That's a job. That's survival. Doesn't matter how much money you're making. It's what kind of life are you living? And that's what's got to change. And I guarantee you, every person that we've talked to, every person we worked with has said the same thing. Look it, I built it to the certain level. And now I'm in survival mode just to keep the doors open. We can fix that. When— what happened was that you got too big for just you and the outside influences, all the customers, all the supply chains, all the disruption that's going on around you created chaos and you weren't structured properly to delegate and to handle it. This is where things went wrong. So you try to fight it with chaos, with— you try to fight chaos with willpower. You think, you know what, I can just— I'm strong enough, I'm dedicated enough, I'll outwork this problem, I'll work harder and I'll be able to work through the situation. And you might. But the problem is, is what happens when it happens again? Because you didn't put any practices in place to protect you for the next time. And so you're in a roller coaster of fighting these chaos with your own energy. You pull forward, you hustle, you grind, but your vision and your goals, they haven't moved. You're still stuck. You're still at that plateau. The harder you pull, the more tension you create, and eventually people break. Called burnout, stress, sickness. Heart attacks, strokes. I don't want you to be in that statistic. I want you to be the person that's enjoying your family, your kids, your grandkids, and looking toward a great retirement. That's what I want to help you achieve. That's where I want to go with this. This is where I'm at. And so I know how to get you there because I've been there. See, the operator trap is what we've been talking about. You as the operator, as the owner, have been having to handle everything. Everything. The biggest limiter to scale is what we call the operator trap. And this is what puts a ceiling on your revenues because you can only do so much in 24 hours and you're limited. But when you have the right system, when you have the right structure and strategy, I can promise you, sky's the limit. Sky's the limit. I'm going to stand up now because I'm going to start getting excited about how we're going to help you transform your business. One of the things I want you to understand, you're not the cause, but you are the problem. As a visionary, we see dreams, we see opportunities. We see things that most people don't. As a CEO, as an entrepreneur, you're different. Things come to you and you see opportunities to capitalize on them, and it's easy. And you have a vision and a dream and an aspiration. The problem is, is entrepreneurs, visionaries are not operators. They don't understand structure. They don't understand delegation. They are alpha males, type A personality, and they want to handle it all themselves. And this is where you become the single point of failure. If you're serious about growing your business, if you're serious about going to the next level, if you're serious about a financial future and enjoying today, stay on here because I'm going to show you how we will transform your business and help you enjoy everything about your life that you started out. Think back when you, when you first was looking at starting that business. Think back to that first slide and you're looking out across there and like, man, that's what I want to do. That's where I want to be. This is my call. How far back was that? And then think about yesterday. Think about today. How many times did you want to throw in the towel and say, I'm done with this, fed up, I'm irritated, like, capital's not coming, sales aren't growing, staff sucks? That's real. You're not alone. But I can promise you, there are answers. Don't ever work harder. Don't ever think you can outwork your situation. Don't ever think that just by putting in more hours, putting your nose to the grindstone, is the solution. Because if that was the case, you would have already broke through. If that was the case, you would not be here tonight. So let's already put the elephant in the room. Working harder is not going to solve your problem. You trying to do it yourself is not going to solve the problem. Anything that you're thinking of right here, right now, I can promise you is not the answer. Because you've been trying that already. You've already been down that road. And where's it got you to? Not where you want to be. Promise you that. So hear me out. See, This is where all real businesses are built. Structure precedes scaling. It's like when you're building a house, you don't just throw the roof up there on a couple of 2x4s. You build a foundation, you frame it up, then you put the roof on it. So you build the structure before you get to enjoy the fruits of that labor. Businesses are the same way. I've done over 6,000 real estate deals. And every one of them, I had to make sure the structure was sound. Doesn't matter how well you pretty it up. And I've ran across several contractors who thought if they just threw some paint on it, it would be fine. It collapses, it rots, it falls apart. The foundation of your world is the same with everything— you, your family, your business, your finances. You have to have a strong foundation and a structure to support where you want to go. And the reason why you're where you're at is because your structure keeps collapsing, keeps collapsing. Every time pressure comes, every time the storms of life come, your structure collapses. Employees don't show up, sales don't proceed, employees are lazy, They're demanding. Trust me, I get it. I've had over 500 employees in the last 30 years. I know what you're going through, and I know how to help you grow and achieve. Number one, we're going to do is we're going to look at your structure and we're going to rebuild it and design it for you. Structure creates clarity, and this is where capital markets looks at businesses? Are there clear roles in the organization? See, the one thing that you have to understand— and yeah, I'm gonna ask you this question, and then— and don't answer it in the chat, but answer it to yourself. If you didn't show up for work at your company for 2 weeks, would the business fail? I want you to think about that. If you took 2 weeks off without telling anybody, not like you went on vacation, even when most of us go on vacation, we still work. But let's just say you just took off for 2 weeks, got hit by a bus, had a heart attack, had a stroke, whatever, and was out of the business for 2 solid weeks. Would your business fail? If the answer to that is yes, this is the number one problem. You weren't made to be the operator. You weren't made to be the chef, the cook, the janitor. The waiter, the host. You were made to be the visionary, the dreamer. When we create clear roles, you continue being who you are and the best that you can be at that role, and everybody else measures up to that. Clear decisions are made by those heads of departments, not you. If every decision has to come across your desk, There's the problem. Because see, I can't put money into that because if something happens to you, the business fails. But when you put clear roles in place, those individuals have the ability to make strong, educated decisions and execute clearly. The business runs and grows and thrives. In order for your business to be fundable, it has to have this foundation: roles and authority, standard operating procedures, risk controls, predictable revenues. This is what we look at when we're looking at investing in businesses. Are these in place? And if they're not, we got to get them there. So you may not be fundable today, but I promise you this, in 30 90, 12 months from now, you will be. In 30 days, 90 days, 12 months from now, you will be fundable using this system, meaning you can then take and go tell the high net worth individuals, the family offices, the sharks that I'm going to introduce you to, this is what I want out of my business. You guys ever watch Shark Tank? The people up there that are— have a profound business, they don't cave on the terms. They set their terms and they wait till somebody sees the same value they see. And if that happens, a deal is struck. NeuroGum. I don't know if anybody ever saw the NeuroGum. I had my NeuroMints out here. NeuroGum went out there and did a Shark deal, and it's the biggest thing on YouTube now. But the Sharks was offering them, you know, I'll give you $1 million for 10%. I'll give you $5 million for 15%. Mark Cuban said, I'll give you $30 million right now. For your company, buy you out. And they said no. And all 5 sharks was throwing this money in. The 2 brothers said, not interested, not interested. Walked away without doing a deal. What are they worth today, Nick? $10 billion, $10, $12 billion today. Who's crying? The sharks, not the business owners. They knew their value. They had this in place and they knew they could scale. And they took off. Go watch it. NeuroGum. It's one of the biggest stories out there. See, I need you to understand that when we build a company for growth, for expansion, for conquering an empire, the decision makers must have owners and they must take ownership. Investors fund clarity. Not confusion, not chaos. A decision owner isn't just responsible for making the call. They're accountable for the outcome. So when you put somebody into a department head and you give them full authority to make a decision, they better be ready to own that decision and be ready to explain why they made that decision. And once they do that, Transformation takes place inside the business. They may fail, they may make a mistake, but it's okay. We all make mistakes. Hell, I still make mistakes. But we learn from them, we grow from them, and we then, as a business owner, can fully understand, is that the right person for that job? And it may not be. See, right now, a lot of business owners I work with are so desperate to have an employee that they just tolerate. Mediocrity. They just tolerate half-assing. They're scared to lose the 3 employees, 5 employees, 50 employees they have because they're like, well, you know how hard it was to get them, get them trained? Yes, but how much money are you truly losing today because they're not hitting on all 8 cylinders? They're not living up to the potential that you believe they have. This is what the Unshakeable Empire operating system will get for you. See, with decisions, you get results, you get education, learning, and improvement. And the whole team has to evolve with that. The black line is probably you. One month you're up, one month you're down. One month you're up, one month you're down. One month you're up. Here's why. When there's no sales, when there's no capital coming in, you as the owner step in and take over and go back to the day one, meaning you're making calls, you're making sales, you're dealing with customer service, you're doing everything again, trying to train up your sales guys. And so therefore you have a great month and then you step out and they don't carry the weight because the structure is not there and it falls down. And then you start it all. It's a roller coaster. With our system, we're the red line. You're always going to grow, you're always going to build, and you're going to scale. This is what investable companies look like. 100% clarity. Do you have people? Do you have the right people in the right seats? And are they leaders? Your processes are documented and easy to follow so that you can remove Sally and put Peter in that place, and all he has to do is follow a system. It's not rocket science. It's people management. Can we predict your revenues by— based on your market, your area, your structure, can we predict what you're going to look like in 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, 24 months? 90% of our companies, you can. Because we have 100% of a framework that supports all that. This is what you need. This is what you're looking for. This is where— why you're here tonight. Once we have the structure in place, once we have the roles designated, now we can start scaling. We can now go to the market. We'll help you find your niche. We'll help you design marketing materials. Will help create everything you need, whether it's overcoming objections, whether it's how to talk to people and close a deal in 10 minutes, whatever it is, we have the tools and the resources. I will tell you this, I haven't even given you my resume yet, but I started selling at the age of 6, and that is verified and validated. At the age of 6 years old, I went door to door selling greeting cards, and I have been a salesman my entire life. I know how to sell, I know how to overcome objections, and I know how to close deals, and I know how to train and teach that. Secret number 2 is once we build your infrastructure and we know it will support growth, we take off. We put that engine in the right chassis and we fire it up, pedal to the metal. Okay. But the owner cannot be the sales guy. The owner cannot be the one making all the sales. The owner cannot be the one making all the final decisions. I need you to understand that if you're serious about growing your company, you have to change your mindset. I gave a training yesterday and I alluded to a bunch of firemen. And you have your firemen, many levels. You have lieutenants, then you have sergeants, lieutenants, captains, and a chief. See, you're the chief. And I guarantee you, if you ever go to a fire, you're going to see a captain or a chief or both on site. And neither one of them got a hose in their hand. Ain't neither one of them pulling bodies out of the building. They're sitting back, they're watching, and they're guiding and directing, and they're giving him instructions, and they're letting their team do what they've been trained to do. That's you. But see, right now you're running in with the hose, putting out the fire, grabbing the bodies, dragging them out, going over to the pump truck, turning on the pump. You're doing all this. And guess what? The building collapses because you can't do it all. The fire will get too big. The structure will be too massive. Lives will be lost. The building will be lost. And you'll be burned out, if not burned up. Once we have that in place, now the capital starts looking at your numbers and says, is this investible? And if so, How do we become part of it? See, one of the things I'm going to share with you is capital is, is out there. Now, once we have that in place, your capital readiness is ready to hit the market, meaning we can take you and put you in front of all the money you ever want, all the money you ever need, and all the money you can handle. See, there's no shortage of capital. $5 trillion just in private equity alone. $150 billion in venture capital. That's your Shark Tanks, that's your Mark Cubans, your Robert Herkovich, your, um, Lori, whatever her name is, uh, what's Lori's last name, Ranier or something like that. And then you got Mr. Wonderful, I can't remember his name. Those are your venture capitalists, and there's thousands, hundreds of thousands of them out there. We're here in Dallas, Texas. There's a bunch of them out here. You've got $1 trillion just in banks. Banks have to lend money. They don't make any while sitting there. Nobody does. And then you got another $680 billion just in government SBA loans. And with Trump, all that he's doing right now, more and more is getting ready to be deployed to business owners. Trump is a small business owner fan, and I hope nobody here is offended about me bringing up Trump, but it's reality. He is our president today and he's implementing things that will benefit you, signing bills every day. Now, I know the tariffs and all this government shutdown has hurt a lot of people. It's hurt us. But what's coming out, we will take advantage of with you. But I need you to fully understand the chaos that's going on in your business today is what is killing your business today. Investors see these as red flags instantly because they're seeing the outcome 1,000 times. You're not the first business they looked at, and they can read between the lines. This is why they're billionaires. They make smart decisions and you can't hide anything from them. Them, and you don't want to because they will always find it. But we will help create an infrastructure, support staff, a sales staff, and get you out there, build you a pitch deck, and put you in front of high net worth individuals to raise the capital you need to grow your business. So here's the question, probably what you ask yourself every day: Why are you still fighting the same battles day in, day out? Why can't you stay consistent? Meaning sales were up, now they're down, then they're up, then they're down. What's causing that? Why do you feel like you are capable but you're still not in command? If you've ever asked these, I want you to know you're not broken. It's your structure. I've been there. I'm going to share a little bit about myself. So here's why you can trust what I'm telling you today to be the gospel truth of what we can do for you. This is an article that was written about me about 3 or 4 months ago in the Dallas Herald. I've been in real estate for over 30 years, lending and investing. In 2008, I lost over $100 million in the crash. Over $100 million. I went from being on the mountain to being homeless with a wife and two kids. That is the gospel truth. I lost it all because my structure didn't support my business when the storms hit. And I was upset. I was devastated emotionally, financially. My pride was shattered. I didn't know what I was going to do. In fact, Most days I didn't have a clue of why I would continue doing it. I failed. I felt like a failure. And I vowed one day that if I ever— once I rebuilt, because I knew I would— once I rebuilt, I was going to set it up in systems. I was going to record, document everything that I did so that I can help every other business owner grow their business. And it took me a while. That was 2008. This is 2025. We started rolling these courses out a year ago. See, I've worked with over 7,000 people. I have funded over $1.8 billion in deals since then, and I was in Inc. 5000 top 100 fastest growing companies in the Southwest. That's what I did after losing it all, after being penniless, homeless. Having nothing. This is what I rebuilt and this is what I can do for you. And it's not theory. It's true battle-scarred, driven from the trenches, blood, sweat and tears. I've written 12 books. There's only 9 up here, but I've written 12 books that explains how to do a lot of things. We have over 15 courses and as I told you, Inc. 5000 Top 100 Award, Private Lender of the Year, best of the best, speaker in over 5 countries, worked with over 7,000 people, and are growing and building more and more companies every day. These are the companies I work with over the last 10 years. These are all the companies I've had my hand in. This should speak for itself. Why would you want to trust me? Because I've been where you're at. I've been broke, I've been beaten, I've been beat down emotionally, financially, physically, and I made a comeback. And I made a vow that when I did that, I was going to get this out to the world as fast as I could. To help every person I possibly could. Because there's a lot of people out there that fully understand what they're missing. They fully understand where they want to be, and they fully understand that they can't do it on themselves anymore. See, I was stubborn. For the first 4 or 5 years, I thought I could do it. I did it once. I opened up a mortgage company in 1994. I bought a RE/MAX franchise in 1998. I bought a title company in 2000. I bought an appraisal company in 2001, and I was living high on the hog, making over $100 million a year. We had almost 50 residential properties, funding loans left and right, going to work like we were printing money. And then a storm came and I lost it all. I mean, I just— not that, you know, I went broke. I went belly up. I went belly up, homeless. Had to sell cars, motorhomes, yachts, everything. Had to get rid of it as fast as I could or the banks were going to repossess it. Ended up getting to where I lived on the streets for the most part. But I vowed right then and there that that's not where I was going to stay, that I was going to rise. Don't know how, don't know how long, but I was going to rise. And when I did, I wanted to take this journey to the world and show them you too can have all the success in the world. Today we're— listen to this. This is Bradley dropping bombs. You don't know who Bradley is? Over 5 million followers. Mindset's the only thing I have. Mindset. Fear. The reason why, from my experience, the reason why people don't do what they really want to do is fear, exclusively. And Zig Ziglar taught me a long time— I had the ability to work for Zig Ziglar and with him. And I was doing sales training for mortgage companies and it gets so frustrating. We go into an amazing presentation, standing ovation, blah, blah, blah. And it's okay. Now, you know, are you going to buy this package? And we have little success. And I asked, what are we doing wrong? He said, we're not. But you have to understand, people will do exactly what they want to do, period. But not everybody's willing to do what it takes to get there. They want to want it only to a level of, well, that's a little bit too hard for me, or I'm not destined for that. I don't deserve that. And that's where they start convincing themselves that they're not worthy of it, which is total bullshit.
And you have this real estate coaching program that you now teach. You've launched this. And let's talk about that.
There is so many people out there trying to get into real estate and investing that I want to share how we were able to achieve that. Started in '94. As we all know, had the big crash of 2008, built an empire through that, was doing real estate, had a RE/MAX franchise, had a title company, was doing fix and flips, all that, lost all that through the crash and then had to rebuild. Started another company in 2015, was building it for exclusive hard money lending. Then we had COVID hit and another debacle who shut down that industry. And then of course rebuilt immediately, was named Private Lender of the Year. Was Inc. Magazine's top 100 fastest-growing company in 2022. So from all those pitfalls and disruptions, we were able to rebound and build bigger. And so we created this course. All right, before we go on, what we're going to do now, we're going to do— there's several questions on here that, uh, that I want to answer. So go ahead, Nick, um, give me a question if you can find them.
Now, J Thomas How would you describe the best way that capital is used to the best, to the max?
That's a great question, Jay. So when we do a deep dive on your business, we need to find out what the capital can be used for. Maybe it's for staffing. Maybe you need better staffing to support customer service, sales, invoices, all that. Maybe you need inventory. Um, so it's not really a simple answer. But that's what we would do is go in and do a deep dive as to where and how much capital is needed to get you going. Because once that locomotive is going, there ain't no stopping it. Next question.
So she is saying, yeah, I think it's not the mindset, but also, you know, being too greedy. If you need the help, take the help, even if it may cost you a short percentage. What do you guys think?
So you're correct. And why don't you grab the other mic so people can hear you read the questions? So read that question one more time, Nick. Yes, sir.
It says, whatever you're talking about, the mindset and an operator's mindset, saying that I'm thinking it's not only mindset, but not being so greedy. If you need the help, take the help, even if it may cost you a short percentage of what you own.
Do you agree with that? Absolutely. And this is— so you're 100% correct. And here's what has to happen. See, most alpha males, alpha females, Type A personalities are control freaks. And if you're married and your spouse is one of them, you know firsthand. If you're— if your spouse isn't, then you're the alpha male and you're the control freak. It's just simple. So recognize that. And what has to happen is the business has to be bigger than the person. So when we're talking to businesses and want to work with them— I was on a podcast earlier today and they asked me, what do we look for in the business? And the first thing we look for before we work with a company is compatibility. Is the mindset of that owner wanting to build that business? To make it bigger than themselves, or is it all about them? And if it's all about them, then I can't help. But if that business is to be established for a legacy and they know it can go on for decades after they retire, that's the business owner. So that's where the greed has to step aside. Because you're right, if you're only doing $1 million a year right now and you get 100% of the profits, I'm going to show you a case study that we just did. But, and you're running 9 different jobs, 12 different hats, and you can't get past that million dollars a year, and we remove you and bring in a staff, a training and all that, and now you go to $5 million, $10 million, you're making more even on if you only have 50% equity, you're making more. So that's a great question, and I agree with you 100%. What else you got? Is that it?
I mean, there's some we can go.
Okay. All right. So here's what we do. Because of where I was, because of what I did, where I was and where I'm at, I've made a vow to be able to create, build, and help others. We create the Empire Builder Operating System. This is not a coaching program. It's a partnership. See, most consulting teaches theory. We install infrastructure. We don't help you think about the systems. We build them with you. Our platform exists to bridge the gap between where you are right now and where the capital that you're needing is needing you to be to get it. See, there's capital out there. There's hundreds and hundreds and hundreds, trillions of dollars out there that's not making a dime because it's sitting in a vault and it's looking for opportunities. But you have to be at a certain level for them to deploy. They don't have that money because they make bad choices. And every company out there today has the opportunity to return a great ROI. This is what we do. We build the structure in the system to get you where that capital needs you to be. To be deployed. We install an infrastructure, not theory, not motivation, but operational installations to ensure that if anybody on the team gets hurt, gets sick, or quits, nothing breaks. That's the key to it all. That's the key to it all. And that most people don't know how to do that, or they're scared. See, if I told you right here, right now, I'm going to dump $10 million in your company and it's going to go to $100 million without fail, there's not a person on here who would say, I'm in, let's do it. But it's no different when you join our program and get our Unshakeable Empire system. It's the same thing. We're going to take you from where you're at to where you need to be. And then from there you take it where you want to be. See, we're just going to fill a bridge to get you set up and structured so that you can do whatever you want, grow and build. And most people have a vision of starting a company, growing it up, building it up, and then selling for X amount of money. And if you can't even get capital partners to jump in with you, ain't nothing to sell. Because you're the company and when you leave, the company dies. Operational installation is the key to it all. From an operator to a millionaire is what we promise you. So phase 1, right now you're operator dependent. We're going to move you from operator dependent to system assisted, phase 2, and then we're going to put you and move it over to system-led, meaning that right now we're going to combine the operator, the owner, with this system and do a smooth, soft transition. And once the systems are fully running, the team is fully engulfed, taking ownership, then it becomes system-led. And that's your platform to grow and build. See, right now you're just a prospect that high net worth individuals, the sharks, people that want to invest in businesses are just saying, well, maybe someday we're going to make you capital ready money machine. Okay, we're going to do an assessment. We're going to put— build out an architectural structure. We're going to implement that, have validation from every KPI we need. To show we're moving in the right direction with your business and then present you opportunities for capital. That's what we do. Here's a case study I was going to talk about. North Star Garage Doors. They came to us doing about $1.2 million a year. They wanted to 3x their money in 12 months. Okay. They wanted to go from $1.2 million to $3.6 million. Here's what we did. We look at— took a snapshot. Annual revenues about $1.2 million. They had service repairs around $660,000, replacement installations about $480,000, and then light commercial work, you know, just miscellaneous, really wasting time, 5% of the revenues. Their leads were coming from Google, referrals, which is terrible. 20% of their business coming from referrals is terrible. The reason being, it was a one-man show, so customer service wasn't there. Their 5-star rating was way below 5-star. When 20% of your business is referrals, this is what you've got to figure out first and foremost. They had some warranty work, which is nothing, and then, you know, different partnerships with different companies, contractors, painters, electricians and all that. The core problem, the owner was the operating system. As I told you, here was his infrastructure. He was an owner-operator. He had 3 field techs, 2 people doing the installations, 1 admin lady and a part-time bookkeeper. Now you want to talk about a mom-and-pop shop, but it's doing $1.2 million, Toby. That's right. This guy was working his butt off and was going to die of a heart attack because he did good work, but his customer service follow-up was terrible. Terrible. Here's the numbers. $1.2 million gross sales, materials, labor, operating expense, he was left at the end of a year for about $192,000. Now, if he was taking a salary, any of it or all of it, he wasn't making any money. If $200,000 or $192,000 happened to him, it's over with. Katie bar the door. Now those 5 people are unemployed. Yeah, those 5 people are now unemployed. Here's a one-man show. Here's what we did. We took the Unshakeable Empire operating system and we did an evaluation. We created a command center. We put in systems to scale. We did a client review. We needed to make sure that his clients— he showed them that they had value. Because when you let a client customer know they have value, that they mean something to you, they'll refer you to everybody they know. We worked on their leads. How they were obtaining them, how they were— hold on one sec, Clint Cruz here. That's fine. How they were getting the leads and how we can get a better resource of those leads. So then from there, we created a strong sales system and delivery. See, by putting in the infrastructure, they started scaling. It's that simple. He, the owner, would became the fire chief, not the fireman. He started delegating, started orchestrating. And when there was big fires, meaning a job went south, the wrong doors came in, or the installers screwed up, he was able to deal on that fire alone while the other people dealt with the little grass fires. And he was able to smooth over the clients, make it right, and grow his referral business. Week 1 through 4, we had to stabilize and create the command center. This guy was old school, and it wasn't that he was old school, he was too busy running too rampant to get caught up with today's technology. He had no clue what AI could do. We run AI on everything we do. If you're not using AI— and I'm not talking about ChatGPT, I'm talking about real AI— board of directors, marketing strategies, implementation, uh, uh, worst-case scenario analysis. I mean, using AI to the fullest, you are missing out, and we will show you how to do that. We built a command center on the first 4 weeks. We built this out. We had— he had 10-minute daily huddles with his team leads. Everybody knew their job for that day alone. They want to put them into chaos. So you would take one day at a time, weekly 1-hour reviews of what happened all week, what failed, what worked, why did it fail? And why did it work? Fix what was broke and keep moving with what wasn't broke. And then we told him how to do a 90-day growth strategy. Months 2 through 6, we started working. Now that we had the infrastructure, we had the systems in place and he could support growth. Now we start going obtaining customers, start going after homeowners. Builders, various entities, going to network meetings, everything that they needed to do to grow. Months 7 through 12, it was time to go get him some capital so that he can go to the next level and grow and build his business. Scorecards were built with over 15 metrics. You have to be able to inspect what you expect. And I mean, it has to be down to the penny. I will tell you a real quick story. I knew a guy that owned a bagging company. They bagged potting soil and cypress mulch and things, and they sold to Lowe's, Home Depot, Walmart, Ace Hardware and all that. And when they sold the company, he had to stay on— the owner had to stay on for 3 years. And they were in a board meeting and they were just dumbfounded by his profitability. And so they were asking about changing the bags, the bags that the soil came into. They could get a better deal if they went with this other company in their mind. And he shared with them that by going with that other company, they were going to lose $0.03 a bag. Now, $0.03 a bag is no big deal to a $25 million company, right? Well, if you look at— they're running 100 semi loads a day out of that plant. There are, I think, 65 bags per pallet. And there is, I think, 35 or 36 pallets per semi. You do the math because I'm not going to do it every day. $0.03 a bag adds up really fast, but that's how fine-tuned He took that soil company and he measured everything to know where everything cost. See, he wasn't making hundreds of dollars per bag. He said, I only wanted to make $0.10 a bag. I needed to profit $0.10 a bag on anything I sold. That was my margin. But we were running 100 semis a day and the company was worth $20+ $1 million. See, that's what I'm talking about. That's how you scale and grow a company— through metrics, measurables. Inspect what you expect. This is what we offer you, the Unshakeable Team. We're going to provide you with all the tools, all the resources, all the insights, everything you need to not only redevelop, redesign scale, achieve capital if needed, but more importantly, build a company that you can enjoy, build a life that you can enjoy, build something that you've always dreamt of. I promise you this. There's not one person on this call tonight that became an entrepreneur, became a business owner and said, I want to live in chaos. I want to be sleepless at nights. I want to toss and turn. I want to have headaches all the time. I want to have ulcers. Nobody did that. I promise you that. Every person that's on this call today said, I want to be this, I want to create that, and now I'm stuck. How do I get there? This is what we do. We have 3 different levels to work with you, and I can't answer what level you're at until we meet with you. And I won't just sell you a program and hope that you succeed. That does me no good. I don't need your business. I want your business. I want to earn your business. I want to show you where I was and where I'm at and where you're at and where you can go. So we have 3 levels: do it yourself, do it with you, or done completely for you. And it just depends upon your business and the level that you need to achieve. Maybe some of you are just struggling with sales and you just need your sales team to be re-energized and re-channeled and re-coached. Easy deal. Have that done in a week. Can take your sales, whatever you're doing. I can double your sales team and production in a week. Maybe you need better marketing. Easy. We ran an ad for this webinar tonight, started it last Tuesday at 8:00, and had over 527 people register for it. We know how to market, and I know it's 527, but I think it's a bunch in a week. That's almost 100 a day registering. 100 a day that's getting this webinar right now and this information. Maybe you need to just have your books looked at and reanalyzed and figure out where you're bleeding, whatever it is. Or you need— hey, I need a complete workover. I am that Ferrari on a go-kart chassis, and I need, I need to build a real Ferrari frame. And once we build it, you know how to drive. Or you say, you know what, I don't even have my driver's license. I'm afraid to go 200 miles an hour around a racetrack. Why don't you teach me how to not only build the structure, put that engine in there, and then teach me how to drive? That's done for you. These are the 3 levels we offer you through this program. Okay, these are some of the programs that comes with it. You have the 12-month Unshakeable Empire operating system that will get you exactly where you want to be. It's a full in-depth analysis of your business, broken down to the minute detail, so that we can figure out what's wrong and show you how to fix it. The playbook you get custom built and everything we have. Here's one thing why you're not going to get a price here tonight, because it has to be custom built for you. You, if you've bought other programs, self-help webinars, seminars, all that, those are one shoe fits all stuff. And you know what? It didn't work, did it? It might have given you inspiration. It might have given you insight. But it didn't fix your overall problem. In fact, it may have led to more problems. See, what we're going to build for you is customized specifically for you. A true blueprint, a true operational guide for daily protocols to be measured and executed and implemented. Weekly war rooms so that we can make sure that everybody on the team is following protocol. It doesn't do any good if half the team is rowing this way and the other half is rowing that way. You're just going to go in circles again. And we have to make sure we have the right butts in the right seats. So you have the 30-day Empire, which says, I'm going to do it myself, build it out, give it to me, give me guidance, give me instructions, and I'll do it myself. You have the 90-day that says we're going to build it, we're going to work with you over 90 days until you get up and running, implement everything, make sure you have the right team, the right structure, the right strategies, the right KPIs. And after 90 days, you take it and you run with it and you implement it. Or we have the 12-month to do it for you. This is a done-for-you program where we work with you week after week, month after month for 12 months to make sure that not only did we build the right chassis to put that massive Ferrari engine in it, but now you know how to drive it so that when we step out, you take off running. See, this is where we want to make sure success is absolute. Any questions at this point in time? Okay, what do you got there, Nick? You got the mic? Let me put the mic up. Nobody can hear you. Go ahead.
So, James, do they get the presentation sent via email afterwards? No. And then Danielle asks, is this for businesses already started mostly, or for startups that are pre-seed or seed?
So that's a great question, Danielle. Traditionally, we need this to be businesses that are up and running, but we do have the ability, if you are looking at a startup and a seed, to maybe work with you on a pitch deck. The good news on a startup, you don't have anything broken. You haven't made any bad hires, you haven't made any bad choices. So that's not too bad of a situation. But we need to make sure that you already have everything in place, that you are a legit business. You're just trying to get launched.
Would you say it's harder when you're a one-man show opposed to having a team?
No. When you're a one-man show, we don't have to undo bad habits. We don't have to undo bad attitudes. We don't have to undo bad reputations. When you have a team and you're struggling, something's wrong. Attitudes, temperaments, customer service. And that is a hard thing to overcome. So when it's a one-man show and we're scaling you up, we can start fresh with everything and build it from the ground. It's like taking a house. Here's a great example. Is it easier to build from the ground up or go take a 1910 house and rebuild it? A lot easier to build from the ground up, right? I got a foundation of concrete here. All I got to do is frame a roof and go. But if I've got an existing house that's 100 years old or 110 years old, I got to be careful because it could collapse on me because the infrastructure may be weakened that I'm not aware of. So that's what we have to look at, and this is the deep dive we do. And if we can't help you, we won't enroll you. That's a promise I'll make to you. What else you got there?
Um, Gia asked After launching one business, when did you know you were ready to open another business and work on that one to build it and everything that goes with it? Because that takes time. But if you're running one business already, how do you expand it to more?
So that's a great question. That was Gina. Gia. Gia. So Gia, as I said earlier, if you can walk away from the business for 2 weeks or longer and nothing changes, means everything stays the same and grows. Then you're ready to start your other business. If you have the ability to train somebody up and put them in that role so that you can step out, that would be the first move. Once that's done, you better test it, meaning step out, maybe just show up every now and then at random times and see how the business is still going. Keep an eye on the books, keep an eye on the sales, keep an eye on customer services. If you see that everything is still moving solid, Now it's time to go to the next one where you can put that same time and energy in. 90% over here, 10% on the old, where you can really focus. That's, that's how I would advise. And that's how we've done it.
Are there any businesses that are exempt from, from this program?
Yeah. Brothels, gambling institutions. Anything illegal is out. Anything else?
The other one was just a quick one if you want to answer. What are some good AI apps to use? Oh, that's—
I can't give away the secrets, buddy. Man, that's— knowledge is, is key. Uh, there are some really, really good AI, and that is one of the things that we have spent a lot of time in the last 6 months evolving and developing. In fact, one of these, these programs, what I will tell you, we will develop a board of directors for you, and that board of directors will review every one of your meetings. Every one of them, whether it's a 10-minute, a 30-minute, an hour, every week, doesn't matter. Every one of your meetings, these board of directors are your board of directors. They review your meetings, and then they're, and they're experts in that field. In that industry, and they produce output, guidance, direction, so that you're hearing it from experts who've been there, done that on billion-dollar levels as to how they would handle that meeting in that situation. That is one of the key things that we offer that nobody else offers. It's a board of directors that will guarantee you information, education, and insight. Okay. Now we kind of went through that. Any more questions real quick before we move on, Nick? All right, so something else we're offering tonight, and tonight only, because you've been on here for over an hour and you are still looking to hear— we're adding some bonus stuff to this. Hi, I'm Kevin Harrington.
I'm an original shark from the hit TV show Shark Tank, and I've helped launch over 500 products generating over $6 billion in global sales around the world. And I know what it takes to win over investors.
And I'm Brenda Ringwood, speaker, business strategist, and founder of Becoming the Better You. I've helped thousands of entrepreneurs and built platforms to give women and minority-owned businesses the tools to grow, scale, and lead with confidence.
And we've teamed up actually, Brenda, uh, to bring you something very special. It's called the Minnow Pool. Now this is a game-changing workshop and a retreat where you're going to learn how to structure your business build your brand, and pitch to investors like a pro.
If you're ready to stop playing small and start making power moves, this is your moment. The Minnow Pool is where visionaries get ready to swim with the sharks.
Apply now, space is limited.
So that's what we're also giving to you. As you saw in a previous deal, I'm with Kevin, been working with Kevin for over a year, and his team, uh, co-authored a book with Kevin. I don't have that one out here. So we are building this middle pool, which is basically anybody from $500,000 to $5 million who's needing capital. But here's what I can promise you. I will not introduce you to the sharks until your business is capital ready. And when we set you up as capital ready, those people— Kevin, Damon, all those sharks— will listen because they know what we did with you. We— they know how we built it, and they know it is fundable. This is one of the neat things you get from me and my team that you will not get from anybody else. Also, the first mineral pool is going to be here in Dallas. We have a live event right now coming up on February 12th, and at that we're doing a workshop. If you you join the team tonight, we are giving you VIP passes to this event here in Allen, Texas, February 12th. And in that, you will be educated on how to get in front of the sharks in the middle pool. You're going to hear amazing speakers— myself, Dr. Reuben West, Randy Goodwin. Uh, Randy Goodwin is a Hollywood actor for over 32 years. Plethora of movies— Vampire Diaries, CSI Miami. I can't name them all. He's probably 60, 70 different movies. If you go Google him, you'll see he's going to be there because Randy is looking to deploy capital also. He loves what we're doing. He loves how we're building and growing businesses and he wants to be a part of it. He's coming to our event to speak. And to work with each and every person that qualifies. So understand, this is a value-add. If you register tonight, this is what we're giving to you. Seating is limited. And that's not just a cliché, that's— I'm sure you've heard it before. Look, I can't help every business immediately. I can't. I would do— if we enrolled all 60, 70 people that's on here and all the people that are on Facebook and YouTube and all that's watching, we would fail. We would absolutely fail. So we're only taking the first 10 that we can get for this February 12th event. So if you're serious about scaling and growing your business, we're going to drop right now into the chat, book a call. I'm not giving you any prices. As I mentioned, I can't give you prices. I don't know what you need and I don't know where you're at, and I'm not going to just sell you something for you to fail and me to be rich, because I also offer 100% money-back guarantee, and I don't want to refund anybody's money. Okay, this is a partnership. This is not a coaching call. This is not a sales call. This is a partnership. I want to grow and build your business. Put the QR code up. Put the QR code up there. What if they don't have the ability to QR code it? I You did it in chat too. Okay, so book a call. You— we have about 6 or 8 slots available for tonight. You can talk to somebody, get clarity, get understanding, get enrolled. And then if those fill up, which it looks like they're filling up pretty fast, then you're gonna have to wait and talk tomorrow, Wednesday— uh, tomorrow is Wednesday— Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. And then that's it. That's it. We'll fill the 10. We may fill the 10 tonight. So I would definitely book your spot, get on the call. We have 8 spots for tonight. Yeah, maybe, maybe 6. I can't remember what they decided they were going to do. But we— because this was so powerful, because we had so many people register and so many people join on this, we wanted to go ahead and open it up tonight so that we can get you going. If you're serious about a better future, about a better life, and you're tired of the chaos You're tired of wearing 8, 10, 12 hats, and you're tired of hitting that proverbial ceiling of growth. What do you got to lose? Let me ask you this: if you do nothing, if you say, well, I need to think about it, or I need to do this, and if you do that, what's going to change tomorrow? Nothing. I'm going to answer it for you. Nothing. You know why I know nothing's going to change? Because you didn't do anything different yesterday than today, and you didn't do anything different last week or last month or last year. See, now is the time for you to make a decision. Are you sick and fed up with beating your head against the wall? Are you sick and fed up of working 10, 12, 16, 18 hours and not achieving anything? If the answer is yes, book a call, talk to my team, figure out where you fit, what we need to do to get you enjoying life, making the money you desire, and having the fulfillment that you want for yourself, for your family, for your employees. See, I know every person on here who started their business or getting ready to start their business has aspirations for glory, excitement, not headaches, not chaos, not turmoil. Nobody signed up for that. But 94% of small business owners— and it may be higher than that— but 94%, we're going to go with that number, of small business owners live in chaos. Barely get by and are unable to scale, mainly because they're too emotionally invested. No other reason. You bring in my team, we will show you how to grow, how to build, how to enjoy. You want financial freedom? You want wealth? You want retirement? You want to make millions? You have to make a decision tonight. You have to make a decision right here, right now. And if you don't, then you already made a decision. See, you're going to make a decision. Either I want something different, I want more, or I don't. And are you going to let the little noise in your head tell you, oh, you know what, this is too good to be true? Look at— we're giving guarantees not because because I'm trying to make it sound better. I give guarantees because I know it works. I know that we can work with you if you're qualified, scale and grow your business, and help you achieve everything you've ever wanted in life. Jeremiah 29:11— if any of you are Christians, look up this verse. Jeremiah 29:11: I know the plans I have for you talking to you. The plan to prosper, not to harm you. If you're struggling in your business, if you're fed up, tired, irritated, agitated, that's not prospering. That's surviving. Now's the time. This is 2026. The first week of this year, make the right decision. Make a different choice. To get a different outcome. As I said earlier, Zig Ziglar told me a long time ago, you are where you are because you chose to be there. You are where you are right now in life because of the choices you made, and you chose to be right here. Make a choice to be different. Make a choice to do different and to become everything that you've ever wanted to become. Book this call. Any questions while we're waiting for those slots to be filled up? Go ahead.
Let's see, talk more about the board of directors, or is it a board of advisors?
It's an advisory board. Yeah, so you're right, so it's not a board of directors, it's an advisory board. They're going to review every meeting you have and they're going to give input so that you can execute accordingly. Now you make your own decisions, you're still captain of the ship. But this board of advisors are going to review any pain points, any objections, any conversations, and make sure you're still going down the right path.
The other one was, um, where do you start with building a structure? How do you know which employee will be the biggest impact?
That's where we go in and do a deep dive. We interview, we talk. We have to have a full understanding of you, your business, your team, and their mindset. As I said when I was sitting down there interviewing with Kevin Harrington and with, uh, uh, Brad Lee, mindset is the key to everything. If your team is not on the right same page as you are, it won't matter. We need to make sure they understand the value that they bring to the team and the value that they have on the business. This and make sure their mindset is right. And if they're not, maybe it's just not the right position for them. We move them to a different position, or maybe it's not the right company. So through evaluation— see, the difference between you evaluating them and me, I don't have any emotion tied to them. My team has no emotional tie to them. You do. This is where we step in and help. We're advisors, we're consultants, and we're growth coaches. What else you got? See, one more.
How beneficial is the board of directors?
I'm telling you, the board of directors is, is, is profound. It's absolutely profound. You've never seen it make a mistake yet. I've never seen it make a mistake yet. And again, these aren't just random board of directors. These are board of advisors that's specific to your industry and specific to your size. They are custom-picked for you and they are your board of advisors for the entirety of the program. Good. All right. Any more? All right, ladies and gentlemen, it has been a full hour and a half. I truly, truly thank you. I guess, uh, our, uh, Jalissa Myers never showed up. Wow, I get to keep back the $100. She— what? She is here, I think.
She is in there too. Yeah, just a different name.
Here's her $100. She is. Julissa Myers, you were the— I don't know if you remember or if you were here when we announced that you were the 500th person to register for the event. I don't know if I can pick this up on the camera. Will it pick it up? Can you read it right here?
There you go.
Yep, number 500. 12:59 today, registering for the event. So listen, I need you to book a call so that we can get you your gift. Okay. All right. I'm going to give it 2 more minutes just to make sure, because I know the minute we hang up, you guys are going to have a ton of questions. Book those calls. Let us— you got nothing to lose by booking a call. You got everything to gain. Everything to gain. But do me a favor, ladies and gentlemen. You've spent an hour and a half with me. I spent an hour and a half with you. Don't book a call and then not show. You just took away from somebody else because we have limited slots. And if you book a call and then don't show, somebody else might, might have been the only time they had available, and then they thought, well, I just, I have to wait now. And I don't want anybody waiting. If you're serious, and I'm old, and look at It looks like we have filled almost every slot so far. I can't help everybody, so we will be screening these, but I want to help you. I want to help you. So make sure you're serious about your commitment. Make sure you fully understand how we can help you. That's what this call is for— clarity. As I said, if you don't have clarity with me, there's no way I can get clarity in your We're serious about what we want to do. We want to help you. I've been there, done that. I want to help you have the goals, exceed them, and enjoy them. Okay. All right, Nick, we are done, buddy. Thank you, guys. Wonderful. Have a great evening. Appreciate you. Talk to you soon.
