In this short interview, host Toby Potter (the Unshakeable Investor) talks with guest Anthony Russo about a 25‑question assessment designed to uncover personal and professional gaps. Russo emphasizes taking the questionnaire seriously and notes that the results highlighted both personal and professional areas needing attention, providing a clear starting point. The assessment serves as a foundational blueprint, offering a first step for anyone feeling lost. Building on that foundation, the conversation outlines a subsequent course, program, and coaching strategy that aims to develop self‑discipline incrementally—brick by brick—by aligning today’s needs with future goals.

Ready? Hey everybody, Toby Potter here, the Unshakeable Investor. Hey, I'm here today with my good friend Anthony Russo. Anthony, I want to talk real quick. You went through the assessment, you took the, the 25-question questionnaire. It told you all about you, told you about some things you should work on. You know, you tell me what it told you. Tell the audience what you went through on that.
You know, I, I, I took a— I took it very serious, which is a key. You have to take the assessment serious. You have to answer based on where you are in your life. And what it spit back to me was the things that I was missing, the things that I needed to look at more. It actually engaged the fact that I needed guidance in my personal life just as much as my professional life. So even though the assessment probably on the outside looks like it's just professional, it's not, right? It actually shows some of the— just in a very basic assessment, it shows some really impressive stuff.
So for those that are watching, why should anybody take that assessment? I think it's the starting point.
It builds the foundation of where you need to work from. It gives you the blue— it gives you the starter blueprint on where you should go, uh, where you should go next. That first step where they say, you know, if you can't see your way out of the forest, just take your first step. I think that's the best way to explain, uh, how that assessment works.
And, and, and the ultimate question is, what do you hope to achieve by going through the course, the program, and the coaching, uh, strategy that we've laid out for you?
Well, the— once you start with that initial assessment, because you have the base and you have the foundation, the idea from it is to build yourself up brick by brick. I think that's the— that's a great concept, is you're, you're looking at what you need today and where you want to go in the future. And I think that's how it really truly builds you up.
Perfect, perfect.
Thank you so much for your time, buddy. Look forward to working with you. I appreciate it.
