Global Integrity Investments bought distressed properties in Evansville, Indiana after 2023's rising interest rates and renovated them into 60 affordable housing units that exceed standard quality benchmarks.
So in 2023, when we saw the interest rates starting to creep up, we started getting a lot of deals coming across our desk that were distressed. So Global Integrity Investments said, hey, here's an opportunity for us to really take hold of this opportunity and capitalize on it. When I talk about making a difference, I'm talking about bringing these things up to the standard they should be so that people can enjoy their life and also make a living. Here's some images of the properties we did in Evansville where we started. Where we're at today, the difference we made in that, bringing in 60 units of affordable housing that is above standard.
