I use my red light therapy to increase collagen and elastin in my face to improve circulation, decrease inflammation, improve skin tone and youthful glow. I'm Dr. Anna Maria Temple, holistic pediatrician helping you raise healthy kids with less medications. You can use a loom box over the chest, the upper chest area, especially in kids and young adults, to help stimulate the immune system because this is where the thymus gland lies. My beautiful daughter Allie uses a loom box daily to reduce inflammation from acne.
You know, my wife is a wellness doctor, but I was an orthopedic surgeon for 20 years. We always don't agree on gadgets, but one we do agree on is the lum box. You'll see it's got infrared, near infrared and red light. There's some nice studies on this. So I actually use this all the time for after workout muscle soreness, for joint pains. Man, I'm getting older and you wake up every day and something new hurts. The Lumbox hasn't been great actually. There's some nice studies to show it's better than icing even for after workout. So I'll just put it on the elbow. I've actually put it on my neck. I've used it all over my body and it helps quite a bit. So listen, I'd recommend it if you getting getting the post muscle soreness or just starting to get creaky occasionally like I am, I'd recommend it. And I don't recommend a lot of gadgets, but I think this is a good one. So check out.
The free guide link in my bio on how to use the Lumebox for any ailments and any ages. And don't Forget it's a 45% off January 2nd through the 5th link is in the how to guide.
