The NATURAL Solution You've Been Missing

Dr. Betty Murray talks with Jen, who survived stage four cancer and now runs a plant stem cell company. Jen explains how plant stem cells work and why they matter for menopause and women's health, drawing from her own recovery and a new documentary and book.
Foreign.
Stem cells. You know, I, it's, it's so interesting how much stem cells have come up in, you know, recent scientific history and sort of hit the, you know, Instagram and social media. TikTok. Like everybody's talking about stem cells, but you've kind of been in this world for a while and I think you're going to help us display some of the myths and some of the, some of the positive and negative. So I'm actually very excited to have this conversation.
Yeah. Thank you so much. Such an honor to be here with you.
Yes, yes. So I want to backtrack before we start really digging into stem cell properties and how you use them and where. Because you have, what was it, like 130products or something like that.
Yes, a lot. You know, my husband runs the company and I keep adding plants and he keeps saying, oh my gosh, too many skus, Take some out. And every time, you know, it's just, it's, it's a funny experience.
Yeah, it's kind of like, yeah, shoe shopping in person, all those other things, it's like, well, no, I'm not going to get rid of one. I need to be this one.
I know.
Exactly, exactly. So, so I'd first like to kind of back up and say, how did you get into stem cells and health? I know that you've, you had some health crises, but I'd like to hear the story because, you know, everybody comes from a unique perspective, you know, and I'd love to hear your personal story. Yeah.
So, you know, I was in the corporate world for 29 years and you know, I was one of those people that had, I waited to change until I had two major health crises. The first one in 2008, which catapulted me deep into the natural healing world. So I ended up literally having a book fall on my head called Hands of Light, you know, and at that point I realized, okay, I'm being guided here, or maybe I'm getting the two by four. And I read the book cover to cover and I ended up going to a four year healing school. So I got a degree in the healing sciences and a practitioner of the Barbara Brennan School. And then I just kept going. So I, you know, I'm kind of the type A personality, which I'm assuming, you know, many of us are as women. We've, we've grown up in this era where we had to be independent, be financially independent, all the things. Right. And so I did a two year study with the 13 Indigenous grandmothers, became yoga Certified medicinal aromatherapy. You name it, I did it. And I was doing it all on the sly. So I was still in banking, I was taking classes at night, on weekends, taking vacation. And so this went on for about a nine year period. And in 2012, I graduated from healing school and I said, okay, I'm going to stack step out of corporate. And I did for three years. And then I started having visions. I'm an intuitive. I started having visions of wearing a suit. And lo and behold, about a month later, a prior boss called me, who happened to be the only man I would go back and work for. And I went back and three months later I had stage four cancer. So that was, you know, that was the second major healing crisis. And at that point I knew that I was basically being told, it's time for you to step out of this high stress, no sleep, travel all the time, not eating healthy, all of the things that I was doing into something much bigger and more purpose driven. And so I did, I did natural healing. I did not do standard of care. And it was the first time in 2015, so 10 years ago that I finally started to listen to my body. So I grew up with the messages, no pain, no gain. Don't cry or I'll give you something to cry about. So, you know, I just drove through things. My lymph nodes were the size of golf balls. And I had people around me saying, you need to go see a doctor. And I said, I'm good, you know, just keep on going. And so it finally shook me to my core. I was given a 23% chance of being alive in five years. And so I knew if I didn't make drastic changes in my life, that I wouldn't be here. And so those were the two things that catapulted me out of this long term life career into the natural world. And then in 2017, my 2017, 2018, my cancer marker started going back up. I'm like, wait a minute, I am not doing this again. And I was visiting a friend, it happened to be in Dallas. Her husband was a doctor, and he came out with a bottle and he said, this has saved a lot of my patients lives. And I'm like, oh great, what is it? You know, very casually. And as soon as he said embryonic plant stem cells, the only thing I can say is that I felt like I was struck by lightning. I had goosebumps all over my body and I started talking 100 miles a minute and I said, what is it? How does it work? Why does it work. I need to know everything. I became this pit bull and he's like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Calm down. And three months later, I went to a week long class. And on the last day of the class, the guy teaching the class said, and I'm going to be selling my company. And here comes that exact same feeling. Goosebumps all over. And in that moment, I knew, okay, I am being guided to something. And so I ended up buying the assets of the company.
Oh, wow. I did not know that. Yeah. You were like, okay, I want to do some healing now. I'm an entrepreneur and I own a plant cell company. Company. Yeah.
So it was, it was, you know, really miraculous. And so just one, one last thing to add there. So, you know, it was interesting. We had this week long immersion class, and I'm an experiential learner, and the, the man teaching the class did not have a single product in the class. Nothing. And so I left there and, and I got. I get this message. And so I, I sat with it for two months. What does this mean? You know, what am I being guided toward? And so I finally called him a couple months later and I said, I want you to put me on a protocol. I want to see what happens in my body first. And I did. And two months later, my cancer markers were in the normal range. And I said, okay, there's something so much more here that I want to learn. And so at that point, I called him up and I said, I'm the one who's supposed to buy your company. Wow. And. And so In August of 2019, we closed the deal.
Oh, my goodness. Oh, my goodness. That's so, that's, you know, such an interesting ride. And I think, you know, we're contemporary, so we all grew up in that experience that just like, you know, young, young women, I'm gonna sound like an old lady now, but young women, they don't know that we watched movies like Working Girl, and that was a big deal to work in corporate America. And it was like, no, you sell your soul, you. You walk across hot coals, you die in your seat. Right? Because. Yeah, because that's what you had to do to get what we thought was close to equality, which we're still fighting for, but at what cost, right? Like you were telling your story, and I'm like, oh, my God. So like my story. Yoga certifications, 11 years as a teacher. I mean, the whole nine yards while I was still burning the candle at both ends, like just grinding myself into the ground. It's like, oh, my God, why do we do it? You know?
You know, and I think as, as women, you know, I, I don't know what, what role you were in before, but, you know, in medical school, but it was mostly men in corporate and banking, I worked with mostly men. And, you know, I was the one who skipped my lunch, worked through lunch, you know, easy. And at one point I was working 20 hours a day, and I don't even know how that's possible. And then I would see a lot of the other people and again, I was probably one out of 100 women in the banking world where I was. And they were going golfing and having long lunches and having their coffee, and I kept thinking, what are they doing differently? Why can't I get there? And I think that part of me which was for sure part of the cancer story was I gotta prove myself. I've got to prove that I can keep up. Right. So that, that machine, that programming in the background of, you know, just go. And the worthiness piece, which, you know, for sure came out in what I cleared going through the process. But anyway, yeah, it's, it's a, it's an interesting ride.
No, I, you know, actually I, I'm not an MD. I'm actually a PhD. And so like you, I spent years in corporate America. I was the first female hired to the company, answering to the CTO in tech in the mid-90s. So, like, dial up days. So I totally get you. Yeah. I was like, I am working three times as much for half as much money with all. With twice as much responsibility. Like, literally, the company I worked for could not make a dime. Like, if the stuff I had wasn't running, no money was being made. Everybody else was working on stuff that could have broke behind the scenes and the company could still make money. And I'm like, I'm waking up in the middle of the night and working for five or six hours and then working all day long and, and they'd be at a golf course and I was like, just because they're not doing, like, they're not. They're just not taking on the responsibility. Oh, yeah. Such parallel lines. Oh, my goodness. Such parallel lines. So. Yes, yes. So. So tell me. So we gotta, we gotta break this down. So there's plant extracts, right? So there's plant extracts. And we have a lot of those. Tell us the difference between embryonic plant, stem cell and extracts. Because I think a lot of people may not understand that there's a difference.
Yeah. You know, the easiest way There are two easy ways to explain it. If you look at something like broccoli, broccoli is really good for us. But if you look at broccoli sprouts, they contain really high levels of sulforaphane, which is an amazing, amazing part of the plant that helps with cancers and inflammation and all kinds of things, right? Gut issues in the body. Or if you look at a newborn baby, their eyes are bright, they are full of life, their skin is soft and supple. Versus, you know, those of us that are older, we've got wrinkles, we're a little weathered from life, right? So that's the big difference. So most plant extracts come from an adult plant and only a part of that adult plant. So if you look at eucalyptus, for example, essential oil, let's just use an essential oil. Most people know what an eucalyptus essential oil is that, that comes from the leaves of the eucalyptus tree. So you're getting the adult eucalyptus tree that's been growing, it's been dealing with rain and droughts and all the things, right? It's been weathered by life. And you're getting one aspect of it and it, you know, eucalyptus is amazing. Love eucalyptus. But if you look at a plant stem cell extract, you are dealing with the entire potential of that plant and you get every single aspect of, of that plant. So it is an undifferentiated part of the plant typically comes from the buds of trees in the springtime. So those little teeny buds that you see on your trees and you know, most, most people have some type of spring where you see that and in that new growth on the plant, they contain the stem cells of the plants, they contain cellular water, so structured cellular water. Just like we have in our bodies, they contain something called juvenile phytohormones. That is what make them unique. So that's what tells the plant grow into a leaf, become a flower, it will tell how that plant will become those things. And they also contain primary and secondary metabolites, peptides, exosomes. All the things that are being isolated now that we see in supplements are all contained in that new growth on the plant. So you're literally getting the vital life force of the plant. You're getting light and frequency and the sacred geometry. If we want to be a little woo woo there. But you're getting sacred geometry as well in your body. And we now know we are energetic beings, we are frequency beings. So you're getting all of that from plan plant stem cells.
Okay, that's awesome. So, yeah, I don't Think. I don't think I knew that distinction as well. I mean, I, you know, thinking about, yes, I knew it was undifferentiated, the stem cell, but I wasn't even thinking about, like, somehow or another in my brain. I was like, oh, exosomes are something we found in human or, you know, extracted fat, you know, from fat cells and then separated and the growth factors. But we're really seeing all of that. So. Yeah. So to me, that sounds like obviously, the application of plant stem cell could be in almost any application then, Right?
Correct. And, you know, really, if you look at how they support the human body is they've got this cellular water, right. So if you look at structured water, you're literally getting structured water from this plant. So it's completely compatible. And in coherence with our bodies, they are known as a drainage remedy. So I look at drainage remedies as kind of a step beyond detoxification. Because the way a drainage remedy works is if in a Monctary organ, so one of your big detoxifying organs is blocked. And let's face it, most of us have liver congestion, kidney congestion, colon congestion. These will recruit the next organ to get the toxic burden out of the body. So that's the difference. So you don't have the Herxheimer reaction that you have when you are taking, typically, an adult plant, okay, like a milk thistle, let's say, to clean up your liver. So these will recruit. Oh, liver's blocked. Let's go to the kidneys. Kidneys are blocked. Let's go to the colon. That's blocked. Let's go to the skin. So they will. They have the intelligence to find a way to get the toxic burden out of the body. So that's number one. Number two, they bring the extracellular matrix back, back into coherence and back online. So when I look at my case, I had cancer. One of the issues with cancer is the immune system doesn't detect it anymore because these cells start proliferating. Right. So in that case, with these plant stem cells, they actually bring that back online. So now the immune system says, oh, there's a cancer cell over there that's not supposed to be there. Let me go after it. And then the third thing they do is they regenerate things that are broken down. And so, you know, if we have cartilage that's broken down, we've had cases where somebody who has carotid arteries that are blocked while the product is working on cleaning that up, it will regenerate an artery to create blood flow so that there's not an issue. And we have that in MRIs, scientific, you know, scientific evidence of the before and after. Wow. So they're pretty amazing in what they can, you know, the gifts that they bring to us as humans.
So I would assume, like, you know, as you put these products together, the idea is that you sort of create a product mixture that's going to fix the current sort of imbalances in your body, much like we might do, like you said, like a detox or a microbiome cleanse or something like that.
Yeah, 100%. And there are, you know, if you look at history, we now know that plants have an affinity for certain organs, and we know plants have an affinity for certain systems or conditions. Right. So if you look at, most of us have had some kind of liver support, milk thistle, rosemary, juniper, dandelion. We know those plants support that. So these also will support those same organs. They just do it in a different way on a different level. So they actually go at a deeper level to clean out, strengthen, and detoxify, and they are known to really, really support the organ system. And in my experience as a holistic practitioner, if your organs are having issues, you will have issues somewhere in your. In your body.
Oh, definitely, definitely.
That is.
That is so wild. So. So if we were to look at. So let's face it. So most of my listeners are a perimenopause menopausal woman, you know, may or may not be doing hormone replacement. A lot of them may be. Or they're exploring bioidentical hormone replacement, you know, and we can't necessarily replace, like, the. The estrogen because there's no longer ovarian production. But a lot of these ingredients have been found to help reduce a lot of the symptoms and other things that we associate with menopause. Do you have some favorite sort of combinations that you like to do in these cases?
Yes, and actually, if you haven't seen the documentary, I highly recommend it because our filmmaker had pcos. And she said, okay, I want to do an experiment. I want to try these and just kind of see what happens. And she agreed not to change her diet, not to take any other supplements, but to only take two products. One was Chaste Tree, which chastree is wonderful to help balance progesterone and estrogen Vitex. And then the other one was a complex called HPO balance, which it works on the hypothalamus, pituitary, ovarian axis. And those are the only two plants she Took. And she was making these beautiful mocktails and all kinds of ways to take them. So even though the directions say either put directly in your mouth or put in a little water, she got creative and started doing this. And in seven months, so seven months later, her testosterone, which was I think 79 or 80, came down to the normal range of 57. And so her PCOS, all of her symptoms went away and everything came into balance. So for sure, Chaste tree raspberry is another one. So it's a beautiful plant for women for just about any stage of their evolution. And then HPO balance. And then we have another one called Change of Life, which is wonderful for women going through menopause. So those are my four favorites that I use with women. And in addition to that, you know, we have things like osteoporosis, insomnia, that kind of thing. So we have plants that work with that as well. Mountain pine is an amazing plant for osteoporosis. And oftentimes what we have found is with osteoporosis, there's a heavy metal component. And so these are one of the best heavy metal chelators of any plants.
Okay, I did not know that about thyme.
Yeah, really good about cleaning out the bones and all of that. And we've had really good results for osteoporosis, osteopenia, things like that.
Oh, that's impressive. Yeah, I had no idea about mountain pine. That is awesome. Yeah, really great. Now, you mentioned it and sort of glossed over it, but you have a documentary that's won some awards. So everybody, she's shy. She's written a book, too. So you wrote a book, and then you tell us about the documentary and then tell us about the book. Because I think that's really important because this is going to be new information for me. Most of my listeners, they didn't even realize stem cell exists in plants. You know what I mean? So, yeah, let's talk about. So tell us about your documentary.
Yeah. What happened? So here I bought the company in 2019, and I was, you know, in my studies with the grandmothers. I actually started. This is kind of strange, but I started channeling the plants. So what that means is I can sit with somebody and I will start hearing the plants talk to me. Okay. So I put it out there. Yes, it's a little weird if it's the first time you're hearing it, but it's really just a mention that I'm very connected to plants. And so one day I was meditating and What I heard was nature does not like to be owned. So you think about us. We own land, we own homes, we own these things. We use that word a lot. And what it told me was, nature wants you to be the steward of these plants, so you are the steward. And so I sat with that for a while, and I said, what does that mean? What does it mean to be a steward? So to be a steward means to be a caretaker, to be responsible. And what's fascinating about plant stem cells is if you go back in history, in 1158, a woman named Hildegard of Bingham actually wrote a book called Physica. And in there, she mentions the buds of eight trees. She was considered the first naturopathic doctor. In this book, Physica, she's saying, go outside and get sunshine, eat healthy, drink clean water. So she's saying all the things, and she writes about the buds of these eight trees. Then you cannot find any research, no literature for 800 years. And then in 1958, they reappear in Belgium, of all places. So these are known in Europe and really hadn't made their way here. So I sat with this notion of how do I become the best steward? And I said, oh, I need to write a book, but I want to write it in a way that people can understand it. You know, There are about 10 books in publication still on these. The medical term is called Gemo Therapy. Gemo means bud. And they're all either way too scientific or they don't make any sense, or they only talk about 38 plants. And I said, okay, I'm going to write a book. So I wrote a book. And then I said, what else could I do? And I said, I want to do a documentary. And so the documentary is called Nature Provides, which is also the name of the company, the Ancient Wisdom of Plant Stem Cells. And it's really about my health journey, healing from stage four cancer. And it's also about what these plants are, the science behind them and how they work and why they worked. And when I go back to 10 years ago, I look at least 15 years older than I do now. And that is evident of the toxic burden that I was carrying. And so that toxic burden, you know, I don't carry it anymore. And I have light in my eyes. And, you know, I'll be 60 in December, and I feel like I'm 30. And so, you know, you look at that vitality. I've gotten that vitality. That's what they've gifted me with, and that's what they do for people. So the documentary is very personal. We kept it under an hour, so it's 58 minutes. And we've just been blessed with. We won three cons film festival awards and we're continuing to win awards. We just won best health film at the Documentaries Without Borders International Film Festival. So it's just been, it's been a wild ride. It's been very humbling and just very surreal. So I feel like I have held up my end of the bargain of being a steward, a good steward of these plants.
Absolutely. That is so awesome. You need to like, own that. That's a big deal. It's a. To write a book. Right. To write a book and also to create a documentary, especially a documentary that not only helps people understand how to utilize these products and plants, but, you know, I agree with you. We should be stewards of the planet we're on. We're here renting space. That's all we are. Yeah. In two generations, no one will remember who you are. Right. Like that's just like that's the cold hard facts. Within two to three generations, no one will remember you were here. And. But the planet will still here. Whether we are or not is left to be seen. And we are, it's on loan to us. And I take it very, very seriously, you know, and so I'm with you on that. So if you're looking forward to like the next couple years and things, what things are you most obviously passionate about? Where do you, where, where are some of your worries? Do you have worries? Like I have some worries. Do you have worries about, you know, our planet, what's going on? And particularly protecting the access to things like platforms, stem cells.
Yeah. You know, when I look at the biggest crisis that we're in, it's twofold. Number one, we are living in one of the most toxic times ever for humanity. You look at our air, our food, our water, tire dust. You look at all of the things that, you know, it's not even microplastics anymore that we're consuming, it's nanoplastics. So we don't even see them. They're finding nanoplastics in glass water bottles. I mean, come on.
Right.
And so we're just living in such a toxic time and that's a huge concern because at some point our bodies were not evolved to handle this much toxicity. So chronic illness is at an all time high. 93% of people living in North America have a metabolic health issue, which means they're on the way to some chronic Dis ease in the body. And then I think the second thing is how we have disconnected ourselves from nature. So technology is amazing, right? But there's a term called nature deficit disorder that a man named Dr. Richard Love coined. And he said we used to know where our food came from. We don't. We can eat whatever we want whenever we want it, right? So we're eating out of cycle, out of our circadian rhythms. We're sitting in fluorescent lights under desks, you know, at desks all day. You know, you go back 100 years. Our ancestors were out in the field, they were mostly farmers. And they, they would go to bed when the sun went down and they would wake up when the sun came up. And we have totally lost that connection to nature. And the reason that's so concerning is we are nature. Nature is simply a reflection of us as humans. That's why we're having, you know, these crazy weather patterns because we are out of balance. And nature's like, hey, hello, we're going to have another hurricane here. We're going to have a, you know, another out of season weather patterns. And so to me, those are the things that keep me up at night is how can I contribute? And it's interesting, you know, I've been working with one of our mindshare partners to help really find my voice. Because I'm so much more than plant stem cells. What I really do is I help people find their true potential. What is their purpose, what is their impact on the planet? And I just happen to do it through partnership with nature. I just happen to do it through the plants. But the plants, I shared with you what they do on a physical level, but they're also conscious awareness beings. Plants have a consciousness 10 years ahead of us is what I learned from the grandmothers. So they are alive. And Dr. Zach Bush is one of my favorite people to follow. Now he's a triple board certified doctor. And he said, just like your pets, your plants know when you're gone and they know when you're coming home, when you're within 2km of your house, your house pets and your outdoor, you know, friends know that you're coming. And so they are working on our consciousness to help us wake up. We need to wake up to these disconnects in this toxicity that we have created, you know, through man made crap. And so that's a lot of what I teach is helping people reconnect to their own inner being. Because we're all here to do something amazing. We've just been conditioned not to believe that. And so I want to support people in finding that amazingness inside of them, that vitality, that health, because we are designed to be healthy, thriving beings.
Yeah. And that's funny. Yeah, it's. It's. You know, I tell people all the time, like, I'm a steward of my plants. Like, in my office, I have two plants, and when I'm travel, I'm like, please, please, please, please, please check it. And they're like, it's okay. I'm like, no, no, no, they can't. Like, I feel guilty at a very horrifying level if I let my plants die. Yeah. You know, because what I tell them all the time is just because you can't hear them scream doesn't mean they aren't right. Did you ever see the study? So it was a study. They were taking, you know, the little ferns that if you touch them, they close. They're not the fly, the Venus fly trap, but it's a fern. And when you touch it, it closes. So they put this plant in a. You know, in its pot in a vacuum, and they dropped it, right? So it had no other stimulus. They'd drop, and every time it would hit, it would close, you know, it would close its ferns. The 37th time, it stopped closing, and they're like, huh? So they kept dropping, and it stopped closing because it's like, okay, I just learned. I learned what's happening here. I'm okay. They said, okay, we're gonna go get a different plant. And they repeat the study again and again and again. And every single time, at about 37, they stop. Which shows that plants have sentience, right? Like, so we think of it as nothing. I'm like, okay, just because we don't hear it talk to it, you know, or don't hear it speak back. Just because. Doesn't mean they're not doing that. It just means that we don't have the sophistication to understand, you know, and.
We'Ve minimized it, right? We, you know, as. As human beings, we have a tendency to think we're the superior, you know, species on the planet. But plants have 20 senses. They can hear, they can see. They're communicating all the time. So if you have a plant here and it's getting eaten by insects, it will release a scent to warn the other plants. Like, hey, prepare, you know, Prepare for battle. You're getting. We're getting eaten over here. You know, so there's all kinds of studies have been starting to happen in the last 20 years that just show like, wow, plants are pretty incredible. Yeah.
Or like the old growth trees, like, they're the grandmothers, the wise sage grandmothers that protect the other ones and support. Like, it's like, it's all very fascinating to me. And also legitimately, you know, like, we should recognize that and understand it. We're just the major predator. That's all. We're the predator and the nutrient of the planet. We have figured out how to live in every possible environment, and we are the largest and most destructive predator. That's it.
Yes, we are.
You know, but much like the dinosaurs, we could also go away real quickly.
I know I. I used to chuckle when people would say, oh, we need to save the planet. And I said, no, Mother Nature will save herself in one big shake and we're all gone. We need to save ourselves. We need to start looking at what we're doing to contribute to the disasters that are going on the planet right now.
Yeah, no, I mean, it's. Yeah, it's true, because we have to watch out for the water and, and for the food and everything else. Like, you can take red dye out of food all you want, but if we don't have the EPA and we're not protecting our environment, that's all for show. Right. Like, that's a distraction at best. And so, you know, there's a lot. And so I'm with you on that. You know, sometimes it feels insurmountable, and then other times you're like, we can make a difference. Right. And I usually operate in the week and make a difference environment, but I'm certainly there. So where do you see. Where do you see you taking plant stem cells? And what do you see for your future for the next couple years? What else? What other things are you working on?
Yeah, so we've got two more episodes coming out for the documentary. The second one, you know, Knock Wood, will be out in about three weeks, which is more into the consciousness of the plants and a little bit more of the science. So we're putting that out there because we've had a lot of people finding us as a result of the documentary. And then the third episode will really be case studies, so be different practitioners and what they're seeing in their practice and what's working and how they're helping people. Because we have everything from chiropractors to cancer specialists to gut experts, we have just a broad group of practitioners who are utilizing these in different ways. And so I'm excited about those two episodes coming out. And then it's really just, you know, I'm letting myself be guided to, I think continuing things are kind of tough on the planet right now is continuing to support people, especially women. I have a love for helping women, of really finding their strength, finding their voice, being able to show up. I think it's our time. You know, one of the things I learned from the grandmothers is we completed a 10,000 year cycle of masculine energy. And if, if you go back 20 years, it was all about climbing the corporate ladder. It was about power over, it was about achievement. How many certifications do you have? It was all about the head. And we have completed that energetically. And that's part of the driver for the chaos happening on the planet is those old structures that were built in that masculine energy have to come down so that we can build. Now. It's about power with, it's about collaboration, it's about the heart. And so, you know, we, we went from being vertical to now horizontal or really more of a circle. And so I want to be part of that. I want to be part of that movement to help, you know, help women see we're not broken just because something's going on with our bodies. It's just a message that something's out of balance and to come back into balance. And I don't know what it'll look like. I know next year I will have a TED Talk. I've seen that show up and we'll see what happens after that.
Yeah, no, I totally get it. You and I have very much the same passion. You know, I have friends going, aren't you going to wind down and retire? I'm like, I just finished a PhD. What are you talking about?
You're like, I'm just getting started.
I know I was like, I'm just getting started. But really what drives me, it really is because I, you know, the Dalai Lama said it, you know, middle aged women, I don't think I'm going to mess up the quote, but midlife women are going to change the world, right? And it's because we have to recognize that we have access that most of younger women don't have. We have assets, right? Most of the time we have better assets than we did when we were 20. And we have the ability to start looking at the future of what we want and really, really change it. You know, and so I just look at that. But most of us are like in this sort of, I don't know what's going on with my body. I don't know how I feel. My Brain's not working right. Like, there's all these things, and we're just. Many of us are stuck feeling bad, and so therefore, we don't take that next step.
Right.
Whatever that might be, you know, And I just think, yeah, there's. There's an opportunity for women to really come into a circle and just, you know, change the world, you know. Yeah.
And be able to support each other. You know, I wasn't raised that way. I was raised, you know, in that masculine energy. You climb the ladder. It's pretty lonely, you know, climbing up that ladder, you know, especially being one of the only females. And a friend shared with me probably about 10 years ago, she said, you know, we live our lives in thirds. The first third, you're a child, you're being taken care of. The second third, you're either a mother or you're climbing the corporate ladder. And it's really about taking care of other people. And then the last third, it's all about us. Right? So we're in that time, in this. This midlife. It's. It's all about us. And what do we love and what do we, you know, what gifts do we have to bring out? And that, you know, to me, that's what lights me up every day, is I feel like I'm in my prime. And I know you feel that way and you look that way. And so I think as long as we're in our prime, you know, we have something to contribute and to make an impact. And that's. That's why I'm still here. I know that's why I transcended that journey that I went through to get aligned to my purpose. So I can support as many women as possible in really feeling great, having a vital life, and really being able to create their own impact, whatever that looks like, for each, you know, each one of them.
Yes, yes. So we're going to put together some information for some of the women watching. So especially some of the products that we were talking about, like the products, the plant stem cell products that are best for women, whether they're perimenopausal, menopausal. And so we're going to put together, just for you guys on Menopause Master, we're going to put together a special page so you guys can look at the ones that are perfect for this, but then you can investigate all the other products. You got everything? Yes, Everything under the sun.
We have things for gut, for bones, for sleep, you know, for allergies, you name it. But we want to Just help guide you so you don't get overwhelmed because there are a lot of products and. And a few more coming this year. So anyway, that's a whole other story. But yeah, so we'll have a special page for your audience to support them, and we can certainly support any questions and things like that as well.
Okay, awesome. And so tell. So tell my listeners. Also, where can we find the book and also the documentary? Because now everybody's gonna be like, I have to go watch that documentary.
So the book is called Ancient plant wisdom, how to utilize plant stem cells for maintaining and improving your health. And you can buy that on Amazon or you can buy it on our site, which is plantstemcells.com that's easy to remember. And you can also find the documentary there. So right now, because we're still in film festival mode, we've got to keep it behind a registration page. So you just need to fill out. You know, you can go click on something. You'll fill out a form, and then you'll get access to it right away.
Okay, awesome. Awesome. Well, I'm so excited that you have two more episodes coming out. I know that was a labor of love, and I know some of the people that helped you work on it, which is amazing.
Oh, yes.
So, so amazing. So awesome you. So well deserved. So, so well deserved.
Thank you. Thank you so much.
Yeah. So, Jen, it's been fun having you on, and I can't wait to see you in a couple weeks. We're going to a big event. We get to dress up like superheroes on one of the nights, which is fun. Awesome. Other than the heat in Scottsdale, you.
Know, in September, 2 degrees or something like that.
Yeah, yeah, I'm not looking forward to that.
No, me either. But it'll be a fun event. Amazing people there and so grateful to be here with you and your audience and what an honor and privilege. Thank you so much.
Likewise. Likewise. Thank you, Jen. So everybody listening. Thank you for listening to Menopause Mastery. So don't forget to go out and check out the products and also check out the documentary and book. And then I will be back with you next week on Menopause Mastery. If you happen to be watching this on YouTube, don't forget to subscribe and leave a comment and let me know what you think. I like to respond to all of those, and we do take questions, so if there's something you want me to talk about, make sure you put it there, too. And we'll be back with you next week.
