I won't tell you where success or what success looks like, but I'll tell you where it lives. Right? So success lives sustainably when you have alignment between three very important elements. Right? And so you've got your core values, you got your vision story, and you got your behavior. You have to have alignment between those three things.
Hello and welcome to Build your remarkable practice podcast. This podcast is dedicated to chiropractors who are in the seasons of launching and building their practice. Join myself, Dr. Lona, and my co host, Dr. Bobby as we have conversations each week as it relates to building the practice of your dreams. And remember, you can have a remarkable practice as part of a remarkable life, not instead of one. We are here to lead you on the way.
Welcome back, you guys. We're back on the Build your remarkable practice podcast podcast and I have our guru, our master, our CEO here with us today. And I just got to spend the weekend with him and his beautiful family. So welcome everyone. We've got Dr. Steven Fransen here with us, and I know this is going to be a fruitful conversation. So, Dr. Steven, how are you doing this morning?
What's up, Dr. Lona? I am still flying from last week. It was just so awesome to have the back to back. We had our leadership team out here and then had all of our. Well, all of our global coaches out here. The Aussies didn't make the trip over. They come over for the immersion. So I think we had 11 of us, 12 of us, something like that. And what a blast to just do life with you guys and then practice what we preach. Train, train, like lives depend on. It was awesome.
Yeah, it was a great weekend. We had a lot of fun. And I. I mean, I don't love the ice bath, but I still did it.
You did great. You did. You crushed that.
Yeah. I don't know. Last year was easier, but that's okay. I'm glad that my one time a year happens at your house.
That's awesome. All right, well, we're going to jump in today, so we want to make sure that you are prepared for your end of year. And Dr. Stevens got some great stuff for us, so I'm going to let him hit it off wherever he wants to go. I know. We were talking about how to make sure you are prepared for 20, 25 and what, you know, what's the framework to get yourself prepared. So, Dr. Steven, where would you like us to start today?
Well, I'm really excited to have an opportunity to, you know, to get in with this audience What a privilege always to speak to chiropractors, but to speak to chiropractors that are in the build season of their career, man, I just, I, I just put myself back. I transport back to when I was in the build season with my awesome wife, Dr. Camilla, when we were slugging it out and I just put myself there and I'm like, what did I need to hear, right? So what did I need to hear in that awesome season and would have compressed time for me, maybe kept me from making some silly mistakes, some expensive mistakes, wasting time worrying, right? So the, the worry associated with, you know, being a business owner, being an entrepreneur, being a chiropractor, especially if anybody out there is like, new to or just about to start, right? There's all kinds of worry and angst around that. Like, I was like, what can I use this time to share and, and help accelerate everybody's success, right? So whenever I use that word, success, especially in this setting, very careful to make sure that people understand that we're not here to tell you what success looks like for you. So you should never let anybody do that, you know. So unfortunately, um, you know, I always coach from scar tissue, and I've got plenty of scar tissue here, right? So I, I did, I let somebody else tell me what success looked like because I just didn't fill in the gap myself. I didn't fill in the blank, right? So nobody had challenged me to be able to do the deep work, to go inside out, right? So do go inward and really unearth the things that are most important to me. And one of those is what does success look like to you, right? So if you don't, if you're not, if you're not careful about, you know, clarifying your own success story, what your vision for success means for you, like, really personally, what happens is you're going to let somebody else project on you and tell you what success looks like. So I just want to put the asterisks on there. My pastor said something once that just really stuck with me, which was, be careful how you define success, because you're going to spend a lifetime pursuing it, right? So if I can bless everybody here listening right now with just that one thing is like, hey, let's define success for you. Like, what does it look like to you? And we do have a framework that we do when we talk about this. And I won't tell you where success or what success looks like, but I'll tell you where it lives, right? So success lives sustainably. When you have alignment between three very important elements, right? And so you've got your core values, you got your vision story, and you got your behavior. You have to have alignment between those three things. I like to say God is good, right? Think about the word for success is actually alignment, right? So he, you know, he loves chiropractic, right? So find those three things. This is when you have ease and function and health and sustainability. And whenever there's any dysfunction, misalignment, this is where you have dis. Ease and you have stress and breakdown and destruction, right? So I love my, my buddy Patch and tempo always says the. Any. Any contradiction leads to destruction, and the degree of the destruction will be a reflection of the degree of contradiction. That's what they're talking about, right? Between your core values, what's most important to you, your vision story, what success looks like for you and your behaviors, right? So as a business owner, the behaviors are, how do you choose to invest your time, energy, focus and money, Right? Those are the things like, once we understand and unearth, what are your core values, what's most important to you? The vision story should simply be an expression of those core values. And then, and then the tough part is aligning your behaviors, how you choose to invest your time, energy, focus and money as a business owner. So, Dr. Loan, I think that's a great framework. You probably have this conversation through the lens of the Rubik's Cube.
Yes, I love that. And, and I, I think just the clarity there too, when you can ask yourself, like, maybe you're someone who's had vision, you know what you want, but your behavior is way out of whack and where you're like, yeah, I'm not stepping into the person that actually has that and that that's why you're not getting it. Or like you. You showed us that many times we've been pursuing someone else's vision and not taking a moment to really think about what is it that I really want. And so that can be a thing too. Like, maybe you're going to work every day. You're. You're pounding the pavement, but it's for someone else's vision and it' alignment with what you want. So just do not press go. You know, don't, don't proceed past this if that's something you haven't explored in your own mind first.
So, yeah, and I think it's, you know, I think it's helpful to think of. Core values don't fluctuate, right? So your core values are your core values. And this is really the heavy lift. The heavy lift is really to identify those things, right? So. And most people just don't do the work, right? Think about what it means. It's like the core values of the things that you say are the most important things to me, right? So don't be. Don't be flipping about. Don't be casual about it. Don't, don't. Don't just scratch them down on the list. Maybe like, oh, that's going to make a great poster in my waiting room, right? So talking about the core values of your practice, this is the core values of your business. Your core values, if those are the things that are most important here. It's a code of conduct, right? And we like to say the core values become the bouncer of your business, right? It determines who gets in the club, who does not get into the club, and who gets thrown out of the club, right? So you'll be hiring and firing people based on your core values. So you got to do this work to make sure that you're super clear on, like, what are the core values of the business. I like to say these are forum tattoos, right? These are. There's a permanence to this, right? So don't be. Don't be casual about it. Your vision story will be dynamic. It'll be fluid, right? So we all remember life, like in chiropractic school, and somebody told you you should have a vision for your life and success in your practice. You're like, okay, great. And you had this imagination. That's awesome. And that's what you start doing. You start vision casting, and then you start learning and experiencing and observing. And then you actually, you know, get ready to open your eyes. So you've really done some work and you've done some exploration, and that vision story probably started to wiggle a little bit, right? So it started to maybe drift a little bit or to evolve a bit, right? And next thing you know, we're in practice, or maybe we own a practice. And then we start hiring people. And then maybe we find we fall in love with somebody in our vision story changes, and then we get married, our vision story. Then we have kids. That's God's sense of humor. The vision story is like, okay.
Right?
So. And then each season of your life, just give yourself the grace and the allowance and the encouragement to continually challenge your vision story. So it'll be like, I've got a bookshelf over here in the corner of my office. I've got journals for every single year since 1991, 1989. Excuse me. And it's just one a year stacked up. And it was my vision casting journal and I just wanted to take what I had going on in my head and put it down into the journal. And it's fun to go back and read them because there's a red thread through it. Right. But it was so fun to watch the different iterations.
Yeah, I love that I have journals scattered throughout. Like, if people saw me, they're like, that's a Beautiful mind. Because I write the same stuff over and over and over and over again. And, and, and it evolves. But it, you know, the amount of pages filled with similar content and similar ideas. But I tell you what, that if you look back for me the last 15 years, it is wildly incredible the things you put down on paper and how it comes into fruition. So again, like, this may sound like sometimes like woo, woo, or like heady conversation. I'm telling you, like, it is so purpose driven and so important to like you actually gaining traction in your life.
That's right. Because you're, if you're fluent in your core values and you're clear on them and you've really done the work and you get to the bedrock. Right. And you're very, very diligent about keeping your vision in front of you for you. And if you share your life with somebody, with your spouse, your partner or, you know, team members, it's like if you just keep casting the vision in front of people like that clarity, clarity is the greatest accelerant. Right. So you're just going to be continually speaking clarity, you know, for yourself and for everybody else. You'll need to recruit to help you manifest it. So, and there's lots of different ways to capture, we said journals. Some people do vision boards, some people do, you know, all on their phone or, you know, this is like they'll do canvas spreads and you know what, whatever it is for you, however, however, whatever is a natural, energizing expression of that. Capture it, capture it and continue to just challenge yourself to get that clarity.
So Dr. Stevens held up the Rubik's Cube and any of you that have played with the Rubik's Cube, I love that this is the analogy for the framework. Yes. Because most of us are not good at even solving one side of that. And, and also most of us are not good at solving our practice. And so we're going to try and help you see where it is very similar to a Rubik's Cube in that the sides of the cube all influence the other side.
What's up, Remarkables? Hey, let's face it. 95% of our problems are people problems. You can't find a players, can't keep a players, don't know how to leverage. Your team can create expectations and agreements or hold people accountable in order to optimize your team. Doc, what would happen to your practice if you were finally able to get the right people in the right seats, doing the right work the right way? For most chiropractors, it would change everything. You'd increase your capacity to see more people. You'd make a bigger impact and a bigger income. You'd be able to delegate and scale your business. Or maybe you need to get your ass associate relationship dialed in. That would mean you get your time freedom back. You could get a handle on your schedule, maybe even become a CEO. If this is what you want your 2025 to sound like, make sure that you join us for the remarkable team building immersion in Tampa, Florida, January 31 and February 1. Or in Brisbane, Australia, February 28 and March 1, 2025. I can't wait to be back in Australia. Doc, bring your team with you. Get everybody on the same page. They'll be back in your office on Monday with more clarity, more accountability, and more purpose than ever. Energize and mobilize your team and see your practice grow. What are your goals for 2025? Is it a seven figure foundation, a seven figure revenue, seven figure profit, or maybe even a seven figure exit? Whatever season you're in, you'll need a seven figure team. So, Dr. Steven, you already announced vision. You want to kind of take us into the Rubik's Cube analogy? Yes.
So, so you know, the, the Rubik's Cube, I think is the perfect metaphor. It's on the COVID of the remarkable practice book that I wrote for my son who threatens to become a chiropractor. And it's just my how to guide, right? Definitive guide to building your own thriving chiropractic business. And the, the Rubik's Cube has always been the construct that we use to teach people how to create the success that God has seeded in their mind, right? So they're calling, right? So the Rubik's Cube is a good metaphor because I wish it were as simple as just solving a jigsaw pu puzzle, right? So one dimension, 300 pieces, line them up, and it looks like the COVID on the box, right? So, man, I wish it. I wish it was that simple. Right. It's, you know, the Rubik's Cube is. Is six sides, and all six sides must be solved simultaneously for you to actually solve the puzzle, right? And we all, we've all worked with the Rubik's shoe. Like you said, you get two sides down, three sides, four sides. And every time one side gets jacked up, it jacks up the whole puzzle, right? So you literally have to solve all six sides. And it speaks to its own fluidity and its own dynamic character. It's like this is your practice, right? So, and I'll suggest that there are six sides to the Rubik's Cube of practice success, and you have to solve all six sides to really optimize your business. And I'll be bold enough and say, I think you should solve them in this order. So, number one is vision story, which is what does success look like to you? Number two is leadership. Who do you need to become to be able to lead this next iteration of your business? Number three is systems. You have to systematize everything. You need to create systems that are optimized, right? You need to operationalize and optimize your systems. Attraction, conversion, retention, team building, collections. And then you have to professionalize it with great team members, right? A players only. And then it's training and developing your people, right? The best ROI is training. And then finally it's energy, right? So we know energy is everything, right? So the. This is a living organism, right? So the practice is a living organism. When the energy's up, the practice is up. When the energy's flat, the practice is flat. When the energy is down, the practice is down. Nobody can explain it, but nobody will deny it. This thing's a living organism and energy is everything. So good.
So when you think about that and what you just laid out for us, what are some of the practices you would encourage, especially a doc that's like, hey, I'm building my practice right now. My name's on every line of the practice. On some level, you know, when I look at this, what should I be looking at, like, in reflection, maybe from 2024 and into 2025 to just squeeze the juice out of the year I've just went through.
I love it. So we teach the construct of the four seasons, right? There's four seasons available to a chiropract. Launch, build, scale and exit, right? So launches first year in business. If you're going to own your own business, build is when you're an established practice, but you're an owner, operator, which means you are the One that's head down, bum up, taking care of all the patients, right? So scale is when you take that job you love and turn it into the business you've always wanted, right? So you add multiple practitioners and providers, maybe even multiple practices, right? So, and then there's exit, which is when you're looking for your successor, right? You want to make a graceful and profitable exit, right? So launch, build, scale, and exit. And I just really want to honor this season of build because I think it's easy for us to sort of poo, poo the, the build season, but it's a. It's a glorious season and it's absolutely critical. It's where God's got you in the gym. It's where you're going to develop the core strength that you'll need to really run the business that you've got in your mind. You know, the remarkable business we say is the one that supports your remarkable life, not competes with it, right? So there's an assumption we're making, is that you are trying to create a remarkable practice as part of a remarkable life, not instead of one, but you get to divine, define what remarkable life means to you. I just, I don't want to be. I don't want to contradict what I said earlier about not projecting, right? So you get to decide what that looks like. So if we talk about the build season, know that whenever you hear me talking about build, I'm talking about build it to scale it. And whenever I talk about scale, it's like, scale it to exit it, right? So build it to sell it. So launch to build, build to scale, scale to exit, right? So been doing this a long time, lona.
And what I know to be true is no one has ever regretted building a business to sell it, right? So. And that might feel like such a foreign idea to people listening right now. This is like. But trust me, this is an oak tree conversation, right? So when we say that, and you know when's the best time to plant an oak tree? 50 years ago. When's the next best time? Today, right? Like, believe it or not, one day you will exit your business, right? So that's a great thing, but let's make that all about Monday, because it's not a Sunday thing. This is a Monday thing. Because owning a business that you build to sell is so much more fulfilling, it's so much more productive, it's so much more profitable, and it's so much more fun, you know, owning a business that you built to sell. So I'm Just gonna, there's, there's my limited projection right on everybody. This is how I think you should do it. Right. So let's have a conversation about build. And I think, you know, we start with vision, right? So you have to have that vision. Here we are coming up in the end of 2024.
Wow.
Let's talk about vision casting for 2025. Right? So as a build chiropractor, you are the boss, right? You are the visionary, you're the owner, and you're the person that has to tell the story that everyone else is going to need to listen to and get clarity around. This is where we're going, right? So in the remarkable practice we teach this concept of a three year view of your practice and a three year view of your business, you should always have a three year view. And as the visionary, you got to recognize that's your job, that's your role in the Village, okay. Even at Built, when you're in the build season, right? So your job in the Village is to be looking down the road three years ahead, which is, this is where we're going three years from now so that you can make decisions today that will manifest where you must be one year from now in order to make that three year vision a reality. Does that make sense?
Yes, definitely.
Right. So it's the now, the next next to ultimate, you'll hear us say, right? So having as much clarity as years out, you hit 10 years, 15 years out. That's wonderful. But I don't know about you, but things start getting a little wonky after five years, 10 years out. I mean, what we just went through, you know, last five years. A lot can change in five years. I like three year view, right? So I have more clarity on that. And then I can make decisions today as the visionary that, that will get us to where we need to be one year from now. Which is my challenge to everybody. It's like, what do you want your business to look like? What's your vision of success by the end of 2025? We're here at 2024, 12 months from now, by the end of 2025, what does success look like for you? Once you have that picture in your mind, it should be like a movie. You then have to be able to say to everybody on your team, close your eyes. I want you to see what I see. And you've got to be able to cast the vision. I love what Dr. Pete says about this. Visions are caught, not taught. Right? You've got to cast the vision that Everybody here is, and it's going to be so clear and so compelling that they're like, that must come true. And this is what I want to commit my time, energy, focus and talent to manifesting. This is the calling of the visionary.
And then that helps lead you into asking yourself the next question, which is, am I being the leader that can walk that out? Right?
That's exactly right. This is your invitation to become your own hero, right? So to be able to look off into the future and say, who do you want to become? Right? So your business three years from now is going to call on you to be a better leader. It's going to call on all of us. Like, I, you know, I look to Dr. Stephen Fransen three years out, and I'm so inspired. I'm like, bro, some work to do. Some work to do. I'm like, I'm like, that's good, that's good. You know, so I have clarity and I can ask myself questions like, what would, you know, the 2020, what is that 28, 2027 version of Steven Branson do in this situation? What would he say? What would he be thinking, Right? So it's like, next thing you know, you're just comparing yourself to who you're trying to become because your business is going to require that of you, right? So for you to be able to pull that business forward. So always keep your eye on the leader you're trying to become three years out and then one year from now, and I mean it, like, literally, what skill sets are you going to need? Attributes? Are you going to need, like, muscles? Like, like where do you need to have more discipline or restraint, Right? So maybe you're a procrastinator. Maybe you show up late for everything. Maybe you're overspending and not being a good steward of your resources. Maybe you're a poor communicator, Maybe you're a harsh communicator. Maybe you cry every time you talk to anybody. Like, maybe you're just yelling at everybody. Like, like, literally nobody wants to work for a crazy person. Do you have your reporting systems in place? Do you have your data? So you're not at this crazy emotional person that just leads through instincts, right? So you've got to, you got to have data where you have a high data environment, you have low emotions, we have a low data environment, you have high emotions, and nobody wants to work for a crazy person. So what attributes do you need to work on and identify them so you can train them like muscles, so you can become the leader that your business is going to need in 2025.
So good. Re. Listen to that. All the things he just laid out there and ask you hear those questions and that leads us in then asking like, do I have the systems? And what systems will I need to do this vision, Right? That's the next step here.
So when we talk about systems, my, my monikers, I'm the systems guy, probably because I love to reference systems. Because what systems create is reproducibility, right? So systems create reproducibility. So you can be certain that you have consistent outputs, right? So you can be, you can be certain that you have predictable positive output and outcomes, right? The consistency. And that's what creates scalability, right? So when we talk about the difference in a job and a business is businesses are scalable, durable and transferable, this is what allows you to create scalability and durability, which eventually drives the transferability piece. So you do have to have systems for everything, which means for attraction, conversion, retention and team building, right? So those are the five domains of practice. So everything must be systematized, right? So that means sop, Standard operating procedures captured in either digital format and, or printed in three ring binders, right? You've got operations manuals so that if you got hit by a bus, somebody else could come in and be able to say, okay, this is what we do. This is how we do it. This is what we say when we do it. This is where we do it, right? So you've got to capture all of your systems for marketing, sales, delivery, hr, team building, and the financial piece of it. Everything must be systematized.
If you're feeling overwhelmed as you're listening to this, this is why you should jump on a call with one of us, because we can help you with this piece. Incredibly so, as well as the team building.
That's an important point. Like, I love that you said that, Dr. Because the purpose of the business is to solve a problem for other businesses, right? So this is our purpose. Like, you guys don't have to figure any of this out. Like, if you're like, holy crap, that smells really overwhelming.
This. Your job is not to figure it out. This has all been figured out.
You do.
You know, there's 50 ways to skin this cat. But what we've created in the remarkable practice is the Remarco practice system that's been proven out over the last 15 years, constantly evolving and improving. And we've got thousands of chiropractors around the world that are implementing the system and going and growing. You Know, our job is to help more people, help more people. So your job is to implement proven systems. You shouldn't spend any time, energy, focus, or money just trying to create things. You should be spending all of that implementing and mastering.
So good. Yeah. So, I mean, as you think about the Rubik's Cube and, and you're like asking yourself, how, how well have I done in 2024 with these categories? Like, just know that you could make this easier on yourself, likely by hiring TRP to help you get so much of this house in order and have vision for systems, vision for team, vision for where, you know, you guys have maybe short circuited because you haven't had the right amount of money flowing. You know, all those things are things that we can help you with 100%. Okay, well, I know we've got to keep our time tight, so you can definitely, you know, explore more on the Rubik's Cube with us. But I want to jump into this thing called the 1% rule, because we are ending a year and Dr. Steven had mentioned that this would be a great question for him to answer is what is the 1 1% rule? And how should chiropractors be looking at this as they end their year?
Okay, so the question we get quite often is, you know, I really want to be able to make a greater profit, right? So I love the expression that revenue is about vanity, profit is about sanity, and cash flow is king, right? So as chiropractors, we're purpose driven, right? So at the end of the day, that's awesome, right? So what we want to do is we want to make a bigger impact and we want to make a bigger income because you need to make the money that you'll need to, to be able to walk out your mission, right? So no money, no mission. So for any of you who are like, hung up on the financial piece, if you got a broken money blueprint, please reach out and spend some time with Dr. Lonna. Right? So no money, no mission. You've got to get on the other side of that. You got to recognize that none of, none of you are set out to create a nonprofit, right? So you've got to be profitable so that you can create the team that you'll need to reach your potential, to buy, to invest the technology and the development of that team and to get the space that you'll need and, and do the marketing that you'll need to be able to reach your potential. If it's, if you're really on purpose, the natural state of an on purpose, practice is growth. Right. So this absolutely requires a healthy cash flow. Right? So. So I get this question a lot and I love the 1% rule, and I'm going to, I'm going to teach it by asking a question. If we're talking about profit, like profitability, which is the money that you get to take off the table that you, that you put in your pocket. Now the profit is, if you're the owner, is distributed to you, right? So you get paid your salary and then there's profit on the backside of it, right? So not to go down the quagmire of remarkable money, but I want people to start getting a fluency in that. Right? So the profit is the money that you get to take off the table. Right. For you, Right. So you've got revenue, which we call collections, and profit, which is once you've paid all of your overheads, all your expenses, this is the money that's left. That's called profit. Okay. Yeah. If you would ask the question, what would have the greatest impact on your profit between these three elements, increasing your price by 1% or decreasing your overhead by 1% or increasing your volume. In other words, chiropractic adjustments by 1% between those three, price overhead. So price up 1%, overhead down 1% or volume up 1%, which one would have the greatest impact on profit? Wish we had. For the record, I got this song right now. We should have the jeopardy going.
Y. Yeah, I said, and I said when we were talking about this, he asked me and I, I got it wrong. So if you don't feel bad.
The more on purpose a person is, the more likely they are to get this wrong, right? So chiropractors get this wrong all day long, right? So the order is actually increase your price, then decrease your overheads, then increase your volume. Each one in that descending order is going to have a greater impact on the profit, right? So if you just increase your prices, that money drops right to the bottom line, right? So if you reduce your overheads or you're just dealing with volume, you still have to push everything through your profit margin, right? So ultimately, guys, here's the punchline. Do all three.
Do all three. You know, it wasn't multiple choice, right? So it's just you have to recognize, prioritizing in what order so many of you could give yourselves a raise because. And to increase by increasing your prices because most of you are under market and you're undercharging, right? So it's been my experience with eyes on thousands of practices that Most of you are undercharging and there was an interesting study on price testing that was done and I hope I don't jack up the numbers, but from my recollection it was you could increase your prices by 15% and 65% of your customers would not notice.
Yeah.
Not that they wouldn't quit, leave you, you know, wailing and gnashing your teeth. It's like, think about that. You can increase your price by 15% and 65% of your customers don't even notice. Meanwhile we are like wailing, we're, we're wringing our hands, stressed and worried. You should be increasing your prices every single year in your practice. It should be part of the culture of your business. There's obviously some kind of inflation adjustment, cost of living type adjustment that you do with your prices as well as your, the salaries of your team members, but really increase your prices even more than that every single year and just know that the market is going to just show right up and you can price test until they don't and it's going to be a much, much higher than number than you think it is.
So good. Especially I jumped off several calls last week with some docs who hadn't raised their, their fees in like since before 2020, right. And, and like on one hand I'm like I love you for loving your people so much and on the other hand, like your mission is strangled right now, right?
So yeah, everybody is paying for every, paying more for everything, right? Why aren't they paying more for your, your you know, services of love and significance? Right? So at the end of the day guys, you've got to focus on delivering value. That's where your focus needs to be. Not on cost. Right? So everything you should do should be about increasing the value, right? The experience of your people so that they understand and appreciate the value of the care. Because in the absence of value, the only context people have is the cost.
So Good. Thank you Dr. Steven. And thank you for everything you do for all of us to get. Becoming better versed in entrepreneurialism as it relates to the chiropractic profession. Because I do think we, we have such heart driven like pract and, and then all of a sudden we're like crap, I gotta build a business here too and make it sustainable and, and like you say scalable and durable. So I do wanna double click on something you said earlier which was like not also you know, thinking that because you're a one doc office that somehow like don't downplay that like what he said, like, this is where you build that muscle and that muscle leads you into being that much better of a leader as you're asking other people to build and grow and then become part of the ecosystem that you've built. So, you know, celebrating this season because it is like deadlifting and building a muscle that you haven't maybe taxed as hard. And so some people spend longer in that season than others. But if I think back, so many of the lessons I learned in there is what I then get to gift other people in as they're going through it. So just know that this is a very valuable time for you to squeeze the juice from like, what went well, what didn't go well, what can I change so I don't repeat that same experience? It's so.
Yeah, that's exactly right. Well, the theme for our team building immersion in January is never fight alone. Right. And I just want to make sure people understand you're not alone. Right. So all of the challenges, the pain, the fears that you have, you are not the first person to experience any of those. So why are you trying to experience those things and solve them on your own? Right. So God's good and he's kind and he wants us to make all of our big mistakes in a little room, in a small room, and then he's going to give you a bigger room. Right. So what we do, you know, he's got you in the gym for a reason. We're the personal trainers that come along and be like, okay, fix this jacked up form. Make sure you're doing this frequency of workouts. Let's take a look at that diet. Right? It's like literally, it's like, just understand that our coaches, we can come alongside you guys and just keep you from making really expensive mistakes and pull the growth forward, pull the money forward. Right. And, and just not ever. Don't ever feel like you're in this by yourself because you're not so good.
That's a great place to end this. So team building is coming up January.
3Rd and February 1st.
Yeah. In Tampa, Florida. We'd love to have you join us. So reach out to one of our team or look on our website. It is one of them that you do not want to miss. My team always come. I think we've been there for five years in a row. We get so much out of it. This would be a great, awesome, great way to start.
Let's put a couple of things down in the show notes. We'll do a link to this book, the Remarkable Practice. If you want to read my book, we'll do a, we'll give away the ebook. So it'll be a link for that. Let's put that there for them. So if they want to explore this Rubik's Cubes conversation, go deep. And then let's put a link for the team building immersions for us and Australia. So I know you've got an international audience here. Let's, let's take care of our Australasian brothers and sisters as well.
