Welcome to Genesis.
Are you spending the majority of your time, energy, money, mindshare, on communicating with patients in this case, or are you spending a lot of time, money, energy, mindshare, creating marketing content, or are you analyzing a lot of things? Are you always coming up with new ideas like weigh the buckets and you want to use AI to empty the those buckets first. So how do I get this off my plate so that I can spend more time doing the human stuff or so I can add the really cool things?
Hello and welcome to the Remarkable CEO.
Podcast, a show dedicated to chiropractors who.
Want to transform their job into a.
Business so that they can have a remarkable practice as part of a remarkable.
Life, not instead of one.
With your hosts, Dr. Pete Camiolo and Dr. Steven Fransen.
What's up, Remarkables? Welcome to another episode of the remarkable CEO podcast, Chiropractic's number one business podcast. I'm Dr. Steven Fransen and I'm here with a special guest, our very own in house AI expert and Brad Costanzo. Brad, say hi.
Hey everybody. Thanks for having me. Steven.
Brad. So, you know, I always just refer you as Brad, our AI guy. So the name of your business is Accelerated Intelligence? Is that what it was?
Yeah, I was like, yeah, everybody's into artificial intelligence. And I was thinking, you know what, people don't usually associate artificial with anything positive in this artificial sweetener. Artificial people.
That'S just a tool. We want accelerated intelligence.
I love that. I love that I always say that we're actual intelligence. So I guess we're all on the same thread here. So I'm excited to have this conversation. It's really continuing a conversation that you and I started very, very publicly at our last immersion. I think it was our last one or two immersions ago. It was fantastic to have. You had one of the remarkable practice immersions, Adding huge value. You made a big splash, was super, super engaging. And I know everybody walked away, was like, I always asked, what were your takeaways from the immersion? And your name kept coming up. In fact, it was annoying because I'm like, well, what did you think about these things? And I kept hearing about how excited everybody was about your. You have a Big share right from the front of the room on the main stage. So I'd love to be able to keep that conversation going. And how about an update? Because let's face it, this is a dynamic, fluid situation, you know, when it comes to AI and how to best utilize AI as a business and even more specifically, what chiropractors doing right now and how are they utilizing and really leveraging AI in their practices. I've sort of thrown that challenge your way to be able to say, hey, what are the two, three, four ways that you're seeing chiropractors really leverage AI in their practices from a very practical and tactical perspective. So we're going to get into that. But before we even do that, I know you have a framework that you're going to walk people through that are just sort of creating, create context for the conversation. And I'm very excited about it because, you know, frankly, we have embraced AI at the remarkable practice. In fact, you know, we launched our remarkable Sherpa, our AI coach, which is my AI clone. It's having Dr. Steven Fransen in your pocket. And if that sounds interesting to you, our clients actually have access to me now 24, 7, 365 with our AI clone. We call it the Remarkable Sherpa, which is you can have a conversation with me and you can ask me anything you want. And you know, it's been amazing to see. We uploaded everything, all of our content, like, everything, like the book I wrote, my four academies that we created, six years of podcast content, countless hours of live events and immersions and coaching calls. It's impressive. Brad, I'm impressed. When I ask you questions, I come back with the answers. I'm like, yeah, that's exactly what I would have said and exactly how I would have said it. So thank you, brother. We've got over, I think it's 900 people just from inside of our client base that are engaging and using it as, you know, a 24, 7, 365 coach that they can ask anything they want to. So, hey, thanks for making that happen. Thanks for getting that off the ground for us. It's been a super exciting and successful initiative.
It's been fun to watch.
So let's talk about this framework. So why don't you cook the table for us before we eat? You know, context for, you know, general high level AI. How are people using it? And I know you five categories.
Yeah. And then we'll dig into the details and it's like the first thing that most people want, like AI is The talk of the town. It affects absolutely everybody. Nobody can really hide from AI, but it's also really overwhelming and confusing because there's so many aspects of our business, of our life, that it touches. And it's really easy to get excited and then completely paralyzed with. But I don't know where to start or what do I do or what do I add to this? And AI can do so many cool things. And the very first, the very first reaction is, let's do all this cool stuff for our business. And that is where the, that's probably the biggest mistake is looking for the cool things to do. The first thing to understand is what can it do, what can't it do, and in what categories? And it took me about a year of working with business owners to really come up with this because I was also getting overwhelmed. And I realized AI only does five things. And I call this the five buckets framework. And these five categories. Every, every one of these little micro tasks falls into this. But this five bucket framework will allow you to shut out some of the noise and then find and prioritize projects. So as I go through this, this is not just an academic explanation, but these five buckets are thinking, creating, communicating, analyzing, and automating. Those are the only five things that AI does. And I'll go into a little more detail. So with thinking, the thinking bucket, these are all of the things that are, let's say, they're not public facing, they're brainstorming. It's research, it's ideation. It's coming up with. Maybe you've got a newsletter. You're coming up with ideas for what might the, what might my audience want today? Right? Like just thinking through this. Maybe you're coming up with a marketing strategy for getting new clients. You're like, all right, here's my, here's my goal. What should I do? Give me five ideas. The next bucket is the creating bucket. Well, what does AI create? What creates text? Like ChatGPT, text, images, audio, video, and combinations of all four of those things. So you can have it create a video script with and a video and a audio that goes along with that video and put them all together. And now you've got a completely faceless. Maybe it's an avatar video, you know, you talking, right? Like, I do those all the time. And the thinking and creating bucket are the two areas that most people live in. You know, they're creating blog posts and emails and sales copy and actual books. The other three buckets are oftentimes ignored. And I Think that's a mistake. But those other three buckets are the communicating bucket, which think about chatbots on your website. AI clones that allow, you know, 900 and growing chiropractors to interact with your digital clone voice agents. These could be like 24, seven virtual assistants that we often set up for clients. That call comes in, it qualifies them, it finds out what they want to do, it either transfers them to a human or it schedules an appointment or it does it via text message. Right? All of these things are possible. The next bucket is the analyzing bucket. And the analyzing bucket is interesting because it does two types of analysis. One is quantitative data spreadsheets. You know, you put in your P and L, put in customer records, find trends in the data, find graphs and stories, do things that would normally only a data scientist could take care of. And then there's qualitative analysis and that could be analyze. One example, we've got salespeople or clients with salespeople, maybe sometimes they have a, you know, hundred salespeople. We'll take the top salespeople and the bottom ones and we'll analyze like three or four call transcripts with clients. And what we're having to do is we're having IT analyze the, the sales conversation and look for best practices and corrective course measurements. So we did this with a client not too long ago that was, we took their top people, we had to analyze it, break it down what they were doing. We took the bottom people, it broke down where they were messing up and where they were losing the sale. And then it created a corrective sales training program for all the lower end people based on what they were already doing right and wrong. And it just said, look, here's, here's where you're knocking it out of the park, but here's where you need help. For instance. Objection. Handling. You did it like this, the top people did it like this. And then it create, it analyzed what worked and it created a corrective customized thing. There are sales teams, especially the people who received this corrective training. I just got told about a week and a half ago that in 30 days the sales conversion rate went up 25% just in the first 30 days, just from getting this. And that's huge for, especially for a larger company. The last piece is automation. Now, automation has been around for a long time. There are tools out there that some people may not be familiar with, but some might. Zapier.com, make.com and these are just tools that connect different pieces of software. So that when this trigger event happens, go to this software and take this action, and then go to this software and take this action. Right. Basic stuff, but now we can add an AI layer inside this automation. So we create a smart automation. And that means I'll give you a very simple example of a smart automation. I've got a Google sheet. I come up with an idea for like a quote for a blog post. I type it in the spreadsheet, I walk away. Five minutes later, I have a really well formatted and written blog post about that quote, relevant, following a framework, and then it gets posted to all my social media immediately as well. And all I had to do is write down a quote behind the scenes. What's happening is I write that in, it's triggering an automation tool to go in, interact with like ChatGPT, write an article or a blog post or a social media post based upon that, send it over to like a database of content, and then post it out on all my social media. That's what's happening behind the scenes. And that's a very simple example of automation. But with automation, the sky's the. Your imagination is the limit. Right? Okay, so what do we do with all these buckets? Thinking, creating, communicating, analyzing, and automating. I call them buckets for a reason, because buckets get weighed down with water or junk, right? So whenever you're trying to think of new priorities, you want to weigh your own buckets. Which buckets are the heaviest? So are you spending the majority of your time, energy, money, mindshare, on communicating with patients in this case, or are you spending a lot of time, money, energy, mindshare, creating, marketing content, or are you analyzing a lot of things? Are you always coming up with new ideas like weigh the buckets and you want to use AI to empty those buckets first. So how do I get this off my plate so that I can spend more time doing the human stuff, or so I can add the really cool things? And by doing this, you may find sometimes it's one, two or three little projects that I can take over, which can revolutionize your workflow and buy back like hours, sometimes days per week of your time. But the goal is to weigh those buckets and if you only find one thing, it could be worthwhile. Now what? The next thing I do is I take those ideas for those projects and I just, you know, I work with my clients to say, what would be if this worked? What impact would it have on your business? On a scale of 1 to 10, you know, would it be a 10. And how much confidence do we have in this and what level of effort would it take? So we'll take these ideas, these projects, we'll just kind of score them out. We sort them by the score and we go, all right, these are the things we do. So in my business, I, I'm not a programmer, I'm not an engineer, I'm an entrepreneur as well. I'm a business owner. And my entire goal is how do we use this to get better outcomes. And that better outcome is either more money or more time. And this is the way, you know, we find a few projects to do at once without the overwhelm, without getting euphoria from all the tools. And it's been working out really well. So that was kind of a long winded soapbox about this framework.
It's great because I think that you, what you did was you stirred the pot a bit. We're, I mean, let's face it, we're on the, we're on the precipice of, you know, something new. Like, like, not to date us, Brad, but, you know, we were in business and I was in practice before the Internet. Right. So to speak. Right. So the Internet was there, but, you know, we weren't, we had an embrace. Like, I remember building a website while I was already in practice. I remember the introduction of social media, Right. So I remember the idea of like people having a merchant account where people give you money across the Internet. That was a scary place to be. I know we sound like old dudes saying that, but we've lived from this analog to digital transition. And it was, it was, you know, people were apoplectic at that point. Right. So it's like. And you see the same thing happening again now with, I would suggest it's as big of an inflection point. And I don't think that's an original thought, to say it that way.
If not bigger. Yeah.
If not a bigger, you know, the.
I actually think it's bigger. Yeah. And I actually think it's bigger because it's available to absolutely everybody. And the level of innovation that is happening in disruption is a hundred thousand times faster than the Internet. Like, the Internet came around and then people were still going, well, how do I use it and what do I do? And there was slow adoption.
It's integrated.
It's integrated. It's in everything. And I always, I often joke that saying, oh, I work in AI will sometimes be like saying, I work in. With the Internet, I work with email. Like, what do you mean? Everybody, it's just so ingrained in our lives, but it's a shiny object we can't afford to ignore, so.

Here's how I look at you and your role in our, in my professional life and in our business is you're like our AI concierge. Now you might hate that term, but concierge is the person that you go to when you're like, hey, I'm new to this town, I'm new in this hotel, I'm new in this place. And here's what I'm looking for. I want to, I want a great hotel that's got a good, you know, in a great area that's got great nightlife. So we can walk out and go have a cocktail afterwards and then maybe go to a club. How do I get there? Like, it was like, I'm your guy, right? So you want to, you know, here's the car service, ask for this person. You want to go to this part of town, go to this club, right? So like, I mean I, I think of that as you're the interface because you know, you used a lot of verbs when you were describing AI, Right? And what I. In my experience, you know, I'm by no means a tech savant, but in my experience, it's the steps in between the tasks that get people tripped up. When you say, hey, you got to upload this here, okay. And then you send this over here, right? And then you download that over there and then you use that to do this. And then next thing you know, it's like, well, hold on, hold on. How do you, number one, which, how do you know which, which tools to use? Right? So what platforms, what GPT, what, what agency? Like, how do you know what, what to use? And it's the verbs, you know, they get us like, well, what do you mean? Send it from here to over there. It's like, how does that happen? Because it doesn't happen automatically. Like, it's nice to speak about it from a, from a high level. In my experience, it is so much of that, the tripping up where, like, I don't even know where to start and I, I don't know how to connect the dots, if you will.
Yeah. One of the best ways to know which tools to play with is to play. First of all, there are a handful of tools that are your staples. ChatGPT for instance, right. And the, the big language models, Chat GPT, Claude, AI, Google, Gemini, Grok from X Meta just, you know, has their own one. So all the big, all the big boys have their, have their AIs. And I'd say for most people, that's the big workhorse, especially for thinking and creating buckets and, and analyzing buckets. So there's, you can do almost everything with let's say Chat GPT and get the paid version. You know, there people still poking around with a free one. Get the paid $1 20amonth, it's super cheap. Then the other aspects of like, well, what other tools do I need to use?
There's a concept I call toolphoria, which is this euphoric feeling like, look at, there's 10 new tools a day coming out and everyone's leapfrogging each other. And look what I can do, look what I can do. Look what I can do. The truth is that they are leapfrogging each other and you don't have to chase every rabbit on this. Find a tool or two that works for you. And by the way, I'll share my favorite list of tools here at the end of the show.
But that's great. So there'll be a resource that we can download so I'll put a link to the resource that you'll provide for us. That's great. So that'll be the show notes, guys.
Yeah, it'll be accelerated intelligence, AI trp, make it really easy. That being said.
The first thing when it comes to finding which tools to use. So there's a couple of ways I do it. I will sometimes ask AI which tools to use and it's getting better at picking that. Sometimes I'll Google it. There's a good friend of mine started a. He started a website called FutureTools IE and that is a great place to go in. And he's curated all this list of tools. He's got thousands of tools on there, and you can select what features you want, et cetera. And it's one of the places I go to find new tools for different things and you might like. It's as, you know, it's as rocket science is going. Here's what I want to do. Google or search it to see. Is there a tool that does AI for chiropractors, AI for this, AI for social media. In the old days, it was like, oh, well, the old days, is there an app for that? Well, now, is there an AI for that? Right. So there's no rocket science behind finding the tools. It's stumbling across and playing with them, trying not to go too deep down the rabbit hole. I do because this is my business. So I get to. I get paid to play. But that's one aspect. But then the other aspect goes, well, now how do I use this? What is the workflow like? I even as simple as how do I prompt Chat GPT to give me what I want? Like, I don't know how to prompt. Well, that brings up another little framework that I created called the Mac method Mac. And it simply means mentor, assistant, critic. So when I'm creating, let's say, content or anything else for this, I first treat ChatGPT. I use that as in general for all AI. As my mentor. I go in and I say, here's kind of what I want to do. And I'm an idiot. I don't know how to do it. Sometimes I'll actually talk to it like that.
Yep.
Please teach me the way to do this. Here's an example. I want to give a speech. Okay, I've never, I've never given a public speech before. That's not true, but let's just say I hadn't. I need to give a speech to a group of chiropractors about using AI.
Create. Like, teach me how to create an outline for a highly compelling keynote speech that needs to be like, 45 minutes long or whatever, et cetera. Give me an outline. So now it's teaching me. It's like, oh, well, here's what I would do. You would want to open with a hook and do this and do this and do this. I'm like, that's great. You've just given me a framework.
Yep.
And now I say, now, these are my. This is my general content. Now write it for me. Okay, so now it's being your assistant, so. Or your author, in that case. So teach me what to do. Now do it. And now the third part is the critic part. It never gives you the best output the first time, so I always ask it. Now, this is great. Please critique this and tell me how it could be better. And this is a recursive process. Right. I just go over and over and over until I get what I want. Now, if you already. This works best if you already have an eye. If you're one of those people, like, I don't know how to do it, but I'll know it when I see it. A lot of us are like that. That's how I use it. So teach me how to use you. And this is the biggest hack there is. Like, I don't know what to do. Ask it what to do. Then do it for me. Then critique it and make it better. I also use this mindset of being a Hollywood director. So AI puts us all in the director's chair. So in a. In a Hollywood scene. I've never directed a movie yet, but I've seen enough on TV that say, you know, the director sets the scene, he says, action, and then the. The actor goes out and performs the role. If the. If the director doesn't like it, they say cut. And they go back to the actor and they give him more background, more context, more direction. I need more drama out of you. I need more comedy. I need you to be this. Let me give you your backstory.
Action.
And it does it again. You're like, cut. So with AI, it's very similar. You don't have to start with a blank page, but you do have to define what you want and then refine what it gives you.
That's right.
And those are the things that allow you to get really good, quality outputs out of the AI is just understanding. Teach me. Do it, Critique it. And then once more is your role to direct.
I love that.
I love that. Mentor, assistant, or author and critic. Right. And understanding a Framework like that. You know, we teach in frameworks, right? So frameworks are so helpful because obviously it translates across anything you want it to do. And you know, half, half the time people will show up and they really don't even know what to ask it, right? So, and you know, having that, having, having a framework like that and understanding, prompting and you know, using AI right now for me it's, you know, it's, it's a daily activity. You know, I can tell you, just yesterday I had it creating a logo for me for a T shirt that we're doing, which was incredible. Like a three step process. Instead of paying $400 for somebody to mock something up for me, I had it in four minutes and it was exactly what I was looking for. And then just before that, I was having a conversation around should we be hiring this role or this role? And I wanted to differentiate those. I needed a job description. Like comparing, for example, for a client, the difference between a, a marketing director and a marketing manager. What are the differences between those two? Give me a bullet, a job description and Give me the five top KPIs for each one of those. And it would just spit it right out. And I'm like, okay, good. So, so that's actually showing me the difference between those two roles. And I actually had to write up a job description for a president the other day. I was like, like, I want what, what would the KPIs, what's the difference between a CEO and a president? And like, I mean, just the idea of like that's just that those are like real organic applications that I used this week, you know, just of, hey, how can I go to that? We're using AI now to transcribe our podcast and create our copy for it. So, you know, so now we take the transcription of the podcast and say, give us a title subtitle and bulleted summary and a paragraph summary. So, and then that used to be Dr. Pete's job is he would pull that out of this conversation, he'd pass that on to me, I would do the final sort of copy chiefing on that. But now we're skipping the Dr. Pete step so that he's freed up from not having to do that because he's a super busy guy and it goes right to me. And guess what? Here's three titles and I get to choose from the three. And I scrub those and you know, put my own spin on them. Here's three potential subtitles. And then here's the bullets that we pulled out of it. And here's the paragraphic summary of the podcast. So anybody who's watching this podcast, go and look at the notes that came off of the podcast. That's a summary that came right out of AI I know for our website. As you said, we now have chatbots on, on our website that you know, are inspired by our Remarkable Sherpa. That's our virtual coach that we have for our clients inside of our paywall where you get access to all of our content through the Remarkable Sherpa. Now we have that being built out for the website so that anybody lands on the website. And so many of our chiropractic clients, our, our coaching clients are doing that now where they're building that out for their website. It's like, wouldn't you want to have somebody who is answering the questions according to the way you would answer them when somebody lands on your website, Brad, it's spectacular. Like if you, if you just get, I think it's the word is inspiration. If you get inspired by what you see other people doing, like, oh, that's so cool, I need that. How do I do that? So if you were to pick three things that you were like, just briefly, what do you see some of the chiropractors using very specifically, like, yeah, sort of the way I listed it, what do you see people using that seems to be, you know, winners now that we're testing out in the field and seeing real time chiropractic application.
Yeah. So what you just. One of the things you just mentioned is one of them like chat bots on the website and virtual phone agents. So this is, to me, it's one of the biggest heavy lifters because your entire role as a chiropractor is to get, you know, convert new leads into patients and then keep the existing patients you've got.
Right.
So people want convenience right now. And a chatbot that is intelligent is extremely convenient. They come to the site, they click on the chatbot, they ask questions, they get answers. They don't have to call up now. They can just ask these things. It generates leads for you because, you know, oftentimes it can just naturally ask for their email address.
That's right.
And it can even book appointments for people based upon what they're saying. So no longer they have to call in. No longer they have to do with this other stuff. That's a big piece.
They can also click on that one right there. Because where I've heard our clients really successful using it to respond to their digital marketing leads.
Yes.
There's Something for immediacy. Right.
So that's where I was going next.
Okay, so like a 300% increase in conversion if you are answering within five minutes. Let's speak to that.
Bingo. Yeah. So what a lot of clients now are doing is they'll do Facebook ads, meta ads, you know, Facebook, Instagram, and oftentimes what the more effective thing to do is you click on the Facebook ad and it opens up a little Facebook form. It doesn't have to do this, but they'll. It'll ask for their name and phone number and email in order to get. Maybe it's a coupon or maybe it's something else. Right. Well, if you take a day or even hours to follow up with that person, especially manually, you may lose that lead. They may go to somebody else.
Yes.
With this. The minute they do that within. Within five minutes or less, it sends a text message. Or, you know, it can also do this inside social media. It'll send a text message. Hey, I just, you know, thanks for calling. Dr. Fransen's office, this is Sam. I noticed you just inquired, is there any way I can help you right now? And they immediately get into conversation. Well, this is an AI bot that is having a very intelligent, human like conversation designed to find out, well, what is. What, you know, is there any particular reason you're. You're inquiring about this?
Is there any service you want?
How can we help you?
Right, yeah.
Are you looking for massage? You're looking for Cairo, you're looking for pt, you're looking for, you know, whatever. Great. Are you a new patient? Excellent. Let me. I can book you in right now. Dr. Fransen has an appointment open Thursday at 2pm or Friday at 3. Do one of those work. And this is all happening via text. And it just, it feels human.
It's immediate, and we get to set the parameters for that. Like, you're teaching it what to say. So.
Exactly.
Anything that we're saying makes you cringe. Just know that you get to actually load up your own content and set parameters for, say, this, don't say that, talk about this, don't talk about that. And, you know, it's impressive.
Like, it really is.
Like, it's literally, I've heard sales applications now that are so compelling, you're like, they're so compelling, you're like, there's no way I could do better than that thing's doing right now, like I said.
And it's consistent. The consistency is the key because one of the, one of the biggest things that AI Has. It's not always perfect, but it's consistent.
Yes.
And humans are not consistent. I mean, we have to. We have to take bathroom breaks, we have to sleep, we have to. We have bad days, we have emotional issues. Right. We're just in a bad mood. We have a hangover.
Right, yes.
You know, so that you get the consistency of it. It gets trained. And people are used to communicating with robots anyway. We've all called up an airline and so, you know, or whatever. Press one for this, press two for this, and you go through.
It's not the. It's not the mechanical robotic voice either. It's an actual voice. And people now even introduce themselves as an. I'm an AI assistant for Dr. Steven Fransen and I can help you. Right? So. And it's not like some wonky computer generated voice. It sounds like a person to the point where very often you'll hear somebody say, are you a real person or is this a. Is this an AI bot? They'll be like, yeah, I'm an AI assistant. I'm not a real person. But, you know, I do work for one. And he's a great guy. And he's a great guy. Brad, let me help you. And it's like, literally they have personality and. And they can be sarcastic and they.
Oh, yeah, they're getting better and crazier and crazier and.
And literally people keep talking to them. Even once they figure out it's a bot, they don't hang up on them. They're usually like, holy crap, this is like wicked good. I need one of these for my business.
Well, and two, two funny use cases not in the chiropractic space, but one in the Dr. Space is I like, agent, the phone agent. And I need a new general practitioner because mine retired and I'm in my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance plan looking for people, doctors in network who are accepting new patients. And I personally called like two or three of them, and they're like, no, sorry, we're not accepting new patients. That's outdated. And I was like, I don't have time to sit here and do this. So I copied about 50 of the people in network from my Blue Cross Blue Shield. I dropped them into my voice agent, and I programmed it to call these numbers up and say, you know, you're like, Hi, this is Dr. Francis office. And say, hi, I'm calling for my boss. You know, I'm his virtual assistant. And I'm just calling to find out are you accepting new patients? And if they say yes or no. Well, if they say yes, it says, okay, thank you, I'll let him know. And then it populates through an automation, it populates a spreadsheet. These are all the people I talk to. This is their name and information, and they are accepting new patients. So now I. And I did that, and I found, like, at least five of them. Yep. So. And. And I got to listen to the recordings, and nobody knew, like, nobody said anything about it being not right. I also made. I was using another tool. I made a reservation at a. At a restaurant recently. I just went on this little tool, push call, told it what I want. I need reservations for four people Friday night, blah, blah, blah. And it called them up. And I got to listen to the transcript and the per. It even messed up several times. And I could tell it was a robot. But the host there, she was just so nice and kind. She had no idea it was a robot. And it booked my thing. So, yes, it's.
I was.
I was talking to a psychologist about this. This weekend in Atlanta, right? So he runs a practice and he actually coaches as well. And we were talking about these AI assistants, right? And how convincing they are, right? It's compelling, right? It's literally. It's. You're. You're. You'll listen and be like, oh, my gosh, I cannot believe this is a bot.
Right?
Like, when you're conversing with them, you're like, wow, you're really amazing. I can't believe you're. Oh, thank you so much. That's very kind of you to say that. Make sure you say that to my boss. You know, things like that. He's like, he's like, I'm afraid to bring one of those on because people would be like, wait a minute, can I just talk to you instead of talking to him? Because you're actually great and really nice and save me a few bucks.
Absolutely. And then so you were asking about some of the other use cases once more. That Communication bucket is a huge piece which. Just interacting with clients, also creating, you know, creating presentations for, let's say, you know, dinner with a doc or any other types of presentations out there. There's amazing ways you can go on either ChatGPT and say, here's some topics I'm thinking of. Can you create the content for it? You can go to one of my other favorite tools called Gamma, and you can have it create the entire slideshow presentation in minutes for you. That's a piece as well as creating marketing content just for. Whether it's for ads for social media. Social media campaigns, you know, communicating with existing clients and then using AI to get new leads is huge. But you know, you can automate appointment scheduling and follow ups. You can automate patient communication reactivations.
Yeah.
You can do predictive analytics, analyzing patient data to predict no shows or identify high value patients for targeted outreach.
Performance metrics. Yeah, you know, SE performance metrics.
Yeah. Writing high quality SEO articles before maybe one a week. Now you can do, you know, 10 a day. You can create virtual consultations. Right. And it doesn't have to be like medical, giving medical advice, but a lot of people are creating their own digital clones like you've got and using it, you know, quote, for entertainment purposes only, but for general information about health and chiropractic wellness, et cetera. You know, talk to my digital clone when you can't talk to me. Understand that this is not a substitute for medical advice. But once more people want convenience and the more you're able to, you're not cannibalizing this. You're just giving them something extra. And if you're giving them something extra and they're. The competition isn't you win.
It is a value add. It is a value add because the first thing people will say is like, oh my gosh, you're going to replace yourself, you're going to be out of a job. It's like, ah, you know, it's like, I think we're quite a ways away from that and our jobs just keep getting better and more sophisticated because you know, at the end of the day it's enabling us to advance because we're not hunkered or down or buried in busy work and all of these other, you know, time suck type activities. Mindset. Everything I'm doing is just accelerating.
So you know, yeah, you're spot on. And that's, that's the key that, that acceleration is one of those things that, you know, this, this train is moving forward, moving forward fast. And you know, you're either, you don't have, you don't have a choice.
Yeah, you're either on it or you're not.
Yeah.
One of the other, one of the other really cool things that people are doing, you know, the virtual soap notes and just, you know, ability to record the conversations and not have to take, you know, manual notes as well. You know, there's a lot of different tools out there that will do this. But you know, oftentimes you just push a button on your, like turn on an app, it starts to listen to your conversation, it creates the notes for you.
Yep.
And, you know, some of those are, oh, you know, the. The other thing is just learning new innovations and techniques and concepts in the medical profession. Right. So I'm sure that there's new innovations in chiropractic, you know, adjustments or whatever all the time, and staying on top of those things can be challenging. So if there's something new that comes out, maybe there's a big paper, maybe you need to kind of just, like, synthesize it quickly. It's a great way to stay on top of new advancements and then learn it. I love using AI for accelerated learning. There is no reason. If you're ignorant about a topic that you want to know about, and you're still ignorant in a couple months, you want to be ignorant because you can create customized learning plans using AI in a matter of minutes. That can teach you way better than, you know, just sitting down and reading a book or. Or doing this. Right. Like, using it to customize for you and just stay on top of industry.
Trends is enormous, incredibly effective, and so efficient. So, you know, my own personal experience with it was a wow. We released our remarkable Sherpa, our AI coach, which is my AI clone. All of my content that we uploaded. The first time I got to see it was live. I was standing on the stage revealing it, right? So it's like, that was a hairball moment. I'll tell you what, talk about sphincteric moment. There was a video clone of me interviewing an audio clone of me that was up on the screen behind me at 40ft high with. In front of 700 people. And my team, all they did was they said, doc, we want you to give me three questions to ask the AI clone, the remarkable Sherpa. And. And. And that Sherpa is going to answer in front of the audience. And I'm like, guys, are you sure this is freaking hairball. And by the time it came to hitting play on that thing and, like, for, like, going live with it, they were the ones that, like, doc, you sure you want to do this live? I'm like, yep, we're gonna do it now. It's. It's. It's this. This thing is released, and we're letting it go. And I'll tell you what, I was standing there on stage looking up, and there's an AI video version of me talking to an audio clone of me. And I'm just doing commentary on me, interviewing me. And all I had to do is give it three questions and it. And it could have spoke. You Know, I had to interrupt that. It was, you know, 20 minutes long of a response, and it was exactly what I would have answered. So, Brad. Yeah. Bingo.
One thing I also want to, like, emphasize because people do get worried, rightfully so, that our civilization is going to automate away the humanity of what we've got. And my entire philosophy is do the exact opposite. Automate away the robotic things so that you can focus on the human connection. Like, if you had all the time in the world, how often might you actually just pick up the phone and call your clients and check on them? How often would you do the things that don't scale, the human things that don't scale, that provide a true connection with your audience? And that's one of the things that we live in such an increasingly asynchronous society.
Yes.
And asynchronous meaning, you know, I text you, you text me back on your, you know, on your convenience. People hate to get phone calls these days. Right. Just text me. We no longer gather around the water cooler the next day because we all watch Seinfeld at 7pm on Thursday nights. We, we stream it on On Demand. Right. We don't have these shared human experiences as much. That's this, that's living asynchronously. And so we lose a lot of this, the humanity.
And we risk. If we try to automate everything, we risk driving that deeper. But I think the people who will win are the ones who automate the things that just. They have to do. They hate to do it so that they can build these connections with the humans that are the ones that matter. And finding ways to do that, I think is the best use of AI that there is.
Man, that's a great place to wrap this up. We started with the human factor. We ended with the human factor. And the AI is just going to enable us in between to become more efficient and more effective. So, Brad Costanzo, thank you, brother. Thank you for all you've done for us and what you're doing for chiropractic. What's the best way for people to get in touch with you if you want, they want to learn more or. Yeah, you had some resources as well. I'll put the resources down in the show notes, but what's the best way for us to reach you, follow you in the socials, et cetera?
Yeah. So on social, everything is at Brad Costanzo, and then my website is Accelerated Intelligence AI. You can go there, check it, check me out. Sign up for my Accelerated Intelligence Brief, which is a weekly newsletter that gives some of the cool things that are happening in the space. But also as mentioned, I've got some resources from my favorite tools to workflows, etc, acceleratedintelligence, AI forward slash trp. So those will be free for you guys that you know. A lot of chiropractors that I've spoken with, really, really liked some of these free resources, so happy to provide them.
All right, man, thank you for helping us help more people. Help more people. God bless.
Thank you.
Hey Doc, Steven Fransen here. If you're like me, you know that we're in the business of saving lives. And when business is good, everybody wins. That's the good news. But here's the bad news. Most chiropractors don't own a business at all. They own a job. It's a job they love, but it's a job. And far too often it feels like that job job owns them. Is this true for you? Do you own a business or a job? Have you built and do you run your practice on brute force? Does it rely fully on your time, your effort? A pound of your flesh? Are you responsible for all growth, for all new patient generation? How about new patient conversions? Is it all up to you? How about patient care and delivery? Are you a sole practitioner, an owner operator who owns the practice but is also the only one that is head down and bum up taking care of all the patients? Is revenue generation or collections all up to you? Let me ask you the most telling question, doc. What would happen if you took 90 days off? What breaks in my experience most on purpose chiropractors do not lay awake at night worrying about their practice. They worry about their their business. Let's slay that dragon. The Remarkable CEO program has helped hundreds of chiropractors just like you turn the job that they love into the business that they've always wanted. Are you ready to run and build your practice on leverage instead of brute force? Do you want to create the scalability and durability that will allow you to make a bigger impact and a bigger income? What would it mean to grow your practice, increase your productivity and your profitability? Do you want to get your time freedom back? Are you ready to turn your pirate ship into a battleship? If this sounds like you, then the remarkable CEO program is for you. Just last year, 53 of our remarkable clients received the Seven Figure Club Award. Meaning they hit the million dollar mark for the first time or their next million dollar level. Be it 2 million, 3 million, 10 million, up to 36 million and growing. Now don't Doc, is it crazy to imagine that your practice could be next? Click the link below and learn how to apply for the next cohort of the Remarkable CEO program. We look forward to working closely with you and creating the business that supports your remarkable life, not competes with it.
Please stick around for more business insights from this week's bonus interview with our remarkable success partner dedicated to helping you, you more successfully help more people. Enjoy.
All right, guys, so today we've got a special guest on the show. I'm speaking with the awesome Alan Polish from AP4 Wealth. And this is someone, guys who, when it comes to all things wealth management, retirement planning, insurance, so many of us, you know, haven't really got this figured out or the last time that we looked at any of these things were potentially years ago. But it's something that we know everyone at some point in life is going to face. They're going to face, you know, these, these events that happen in our life that if you just line up all your ducks properly when those events happen, you're going to be covered, you're going to have peace of mind, you're going to ensure that everyone's being looked after, you're being looked after, your family's being looked after. And I don't know anyone who does it better in the business guys than the guys from AP for Wealth. And today I've got Alan to join us in the show. Alan, what's going on, man? Take us through a little bit about AP for Wealth. I know you guys have been doing some splendid work with chiropractors when it comes to the things that we just chat about, but I'd love to know a little bit about AP4 wealth and what is it that you guys offer everyone?
Dr. Bobby, thanks for having me. Look, we're, we're essentially like, we're a growing financial planning business. We're specializing in superannuation insurance, retirement planning and investment. Our big focus, I guess, is focusing on the Cairo niche clients because obviously they've got a lot, a lot of work on to do. They're very busy, busy people. You guys obviously have a very demanding role. So what we do essentially is we come in and we work out how we can fill in some of the gaps, especially around the insurance front because a lot of you guys have families, you know, high income earners. So essentially, if anything was to happen to you, we would obviously need to make sure that there's gaps that are filled there to ensure that, you know, you get a positive outcome.
Yeah. So talk to me a little bit about that. So I know this is a conversation that, you know, early in my career I made sure I took seriously and talk to me a little bit about what you recommend in terms of insurance. So obviously as a chiropractor or as a chiropractic system, listening to this, especially chiropractors, business owners, you know, we're high income owners, like you said, and obviously you usually the primary bedwin and then a family. And so you guys have products where if things were to happen, because let's face it, life happens. So let's remove the word if and insert the word when things happen. Because as life goes on, things happen. Injuries are inevitable things, accidents are inevitable, death is inevitable. And what you guys do is you help us get the structure set up properly on time so that when those things happen in the future, we know that family's being looked after and we've got complete peace of mind that we're, you know, working now to be able to set up, set up family up for a lifetime essentially in the future. Is that right?
Yeah, that's right. So a lot of clients that we work with, along with the chiropractor practice, they, they essentially have default insurances that were set up when they first started working through like default super. So what that means is there's actually no contract between you and the insurer. So if anything ever happens to you, the insurer doesn't know anything about your health, doesn't know anything about your occupation. And where we come in is we try and set you up with the best policy for a Cairo that they can have in terms of the insurance offering. So, you know, some, some insurers are more specific to blue collar, some are more specific to accountants. Some insurers really want to specify and specialize in with, with chiropractors. And that really then helps get you a positive outcome. Because if we can make sure the definitions align to what you actually do, if you do make a claim, the process is a lot easier because remember, an insurer is always first to not want to pay you out. But essentially if we do all the work beforehand while you're still quite healthy, then we can, we can make sure you get a positive claim.
Yeah, so what I heard there, and I want to make sure, I repeat this for everyone, is the better, the more thorough and the more work essentially you do before an event, the easier, more streamlined the process is after the event. Is that right?
Yes. 100. 100. And that's why there's different structures you can have like when it comes to paying insurances through your super fund. So it helps with your cash flow, but there's also structures when you're protecting your income to pay out of cash flow. And because you guys are earning quite a good amount of income, you can claim that as a tax deduction. So there's different ways of structuring it. But I think our expertise in the field of dealing with specifically in the health industry shows us that not every insurer will be sort of covering you for specific conditions based on that occupation.
Yes, spot on. And I love what you said earlier. What makes you guys unique. It's not just you'll toss any product our way, but you'll obviously look at what's the right product based on specifically the carburetor industry. You guys know the industry loyal. I know that you do all of my stuff, you do a lot of stuff for growing emerging amount of chiropractors within our tribe. And so you guys are going to tailor solutions that you know works best inside of the chiropractic industry.
Yeah, that's right. So, so essentially like you know, as a chiropractor, you know, chiropractor, your business structure, your setup, you know, it's quite specific. So understanding how what a Cairo even does for work, what they do during the daily, their daily routine and all of that, that actually helps us determine potentially what policies and best outcomes we can have. So it's really understanding what a within their job. I think that's where we sort of a little bit different to other like other advisors.
Yep, yep, I love it. And on that note, I know that obviously insurance is a large part of what you guys do at a rock star level for offices. Is that the only thing however you guys do specialize also in wealth management and future retirement planning as well, is that right?
Yeah, yes, that's right. So we focus on superannuation. So building up, you know, your superannuation because ultimately that is what you're going to be left at in retirement. So essentially we focus on the investments in there. Also strategies around how we can structure it so you can pay less tax by using your super. But we also do investment planning so manage funds, ETFs, direct shares. Now a big part I think of what, what I guess you know, as Cairo, as you guys like to do is you like to obviously purchase property and usually sometimes the best way of doing that is potentially through a self managed super fund. Right. So I guess that's where we come on board because we essentially need to give advice that as SMSF is created in an investment strategy is done. So I think, you know, focusing on those three to four areas will sort of hold you in pretty good stead.
Yeah, yeah, absolutely. Yeah. A lot of car brokers do love to eventually buy the premise that they're practicing in. Right. Property play. So self manage super fund is definitely a large part of that. So you guys can help with the organization, the setup and the management of that too, right?
Yeah, 100%. So we pro, we, we project manage that. Obviously we would deal with an accountant potentially to set that up. Would also deal with the solicitor to make sure that, you know, all the, all the lawyer stuff is done as well. But essentially we're doing the investment strategy on top of that. So it's a bit of a project. It's a team, team effort.
Yeah. Love it. So I guess my final question, Alan, is I'm listening to these podcasts right now. Who is the right person to contact you? So if I'm listening to this and maybe I haven't done my insurances at all, that would be like an emergency red flag. It's like get on top of asap. The earlier that you do it, the more affordable and the better the outcome is. Or maybe if I'm listening to this and you know what, it's been over a year since I reviewed any of my stuff. Who'd be the right person that should reach out to you guys in the back of this?
It can be a single single person. It could be someone that has a young family. I think, you know, when, when you actually realize how often claims do happen and injuries, injuries do happen. I mean, making sure that, you know, your loved ones are protected. So I do truly believe, you know, people that have anyone that they love in this world that want to make sure they're going to be not financially burdened is definitely somebody we want to see for the insurance space. Anyway. I love it.
I love it. That's exactly what I did. I did this with you guys way before I had children or family, you know, but that's a great way of putting it. Anyone in this world who has someone that they love, guys, remember, you're doing it for them. And I know, you know, you guys obviously get up on stage and say, hopefully, you know, the worst doesn't happen. But I'm just going to be real with people and say the two things in life that are guaranteed are death and taxes. So I, I actually look at it from a different angle and say, when this happens, aren't you just. Wouldn't you have. Wouldn't you be thankful to make sure that you do all this on time so that insurance, everything is sorted and you know that, yes, the people that you love are absolutely looked after. You know, the future is bright for them either way, right?
Absolutely. I think that's the. That's the biggest one. Like, we've had probably four meetings this week where a client has had cancer. Mental health issues. It's everywhere. So sometimes, I guess when we speak about it, we don't want to be morbid to the point of making someone feel very anxious about things. But essentially, claims are on the rise. Mental health is a huge, huge thing and you never know what's around the corner. So I think making sure that everything is set so that way you don't have to sell off assets if anything happens is definitely something you want to work on.
Yep, yep, nailed it. So there you go, guys. So if this is. You listen to this and you need to sort out your insurances, you need to set out your future planning, your wealth planning. Guys, get on top of this thing on time. What do we do, Alan? Just get in contact with you and next steps will be organize a meeting, have a chat with you guys, jump onto a zoom call. Is that right?
Absolutely, yeah. So we have online inquiries on our website where you would put your name, your mobile number and your email. My mobile number is also on our. On our website. And the details. The lovely, remarkable practice.
We'll leave everything in the show notes. So that guy's easy. If you just jump in the show notes, there'll be a link in the show notes that you can just go straight to Alan's details and then literally book a call with Alan or his team and then get on the phone, have a chat with you guys. Right?
Yeah. So the first. Yeah, the discovery meeting is complimentary as well. So it's about where we actually work out what we may need to do. And then after that, we could obviously have discussions going forward. But the first meeting is really just to get to know each other and see the lay of the land and how we can help you.
Yep, yep. There you go, guys. So organize it on time. Discovery meeting. You guys get it there. These guys are fantastic. Like I said, they look after all of my stuff and a growing amount of docs within the TRP community. So get this organized in time and it's something that you can then sleep peacefully at night knowing that all your ducks are lined up in a row. Alan, thanks so much, man. I appreciate all the work that you do, not just for us. But for chiropractors in general. I know that you guys are making some waves in the entire industry, and it's definitely something that's been needed.
Thanks, Dr. Bobby. Thank you for your time.
Thank you, man.
