Dr. Adriana Huertes from Senergy of Veno Chiropractic explains the Webster technique, a chiropractic method using pelvic adjustments to help breech babies move into the correct position for delivery.
HI Dr. Adriana Huertes from Senergy of Veno Chiropractic Is your baby rich? Don't panic. There is a natural way to support your body at our office. Let me make this clear. We do not turn babies. Instead we focus on adjusting your pelvis, your lower back and reduce the torsion within that uterus. How we do it we use a technique called Webster. It gently reduces tension surrounding all the ligaments around your uterus and your sacrum, creating a space so your baby can move freely. Now why is this important? Your sacrum right here plays a key during delivery. It helps regulate contractions and it guides your baby's head into the proper engagement into that cervix. When your pelvis is misaligned, it can also restrict movement making it even harder for that baby to settle down into into that perfect head down position. Chiropractic care is a gentle, safe and a drug free way to support your pregnancy journey and promote an optimal fetal positioning.
