Hi, everybody. My name is Dr. Eric Janowitz, the founder of the Synergy Life. And I am so excited to start this podcast to bring to you the greatest information to help people to achieve their best health and their best life ever. So the purpose of the podcast is to help us to interview very successful people in every area of life, from finance to relationships, to marriage, to their career, to their health, to their spirituality. And look at that. And through a process that I developed called the Synergy Success Cycle, that will allow us to really uncover what is making them successful. You know, so many people are just so competent. They're unconsciously competent at what they do. They're masters that it's hard for them to define what it is that they're doing to really create amazing success in their life. And so for the past 20 years, I've really looked at this process and said, hey, what are successful people doing? What is their pattern of success? And I broke that apart in these four quadrants that we're going to be unpacking throughout this podcast. And my goal is that you, as listeners and viewers, can use this information to improve the quality of your life, to essentially serve as a hack in terms of creating great life. I have a good friend of mine, Jenny, who's with me. I've known Jenny for 13 years as a patient of mine in my practice and also as a friend. And we're going to be turning the tables today. So normally in the future episodes after season one, I will be interviewing successful people in different areas of their health and in their life. But this season, in season one, the table is going to be turned where Jenny is going to be interviewing me to see what are the elements that I have done to incorporate this concept in my own life as well as the lives of thousands of patients that I have had the ability and honor to serve. So welcome. I'm glad that you're here, and I hope you enjoy the journey.
