Jeffrey Bland tracks his blood glucose with a continuous monitor, comparing white bread to a Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat shake. The buckwheat produced a flattened glucose response. He plans to test the shake mixed with buckwheat flour next.
Well, here we go into day five of our continuous glucose monitoring study and I got a little show and tell for you today. So you recall that yesterday was the use of our HTB shake mix, our Himalayan Tartary Duckwheat shake mix. And the data is really kind of interesting when you compare my continuous blood sugar monitoring.
Data of the shake mix versus white bread. Over here is me with white bread over here is me at the same time of the day than on a different day, obviously with the Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat shake mix. So you can see the flattening of the glucose response with the shake mix. It's really an interesting example. So tomorrow.
What are we going to do? We're going to do a little experiment and that is that we're going to take our shake mix and we're going to add it together with our Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat super nutrition flour. So this will be an interesting study tomorrow. So stay tuned as part of our continuous glucose monitoring study.
