Hi, Jeff here. And I'm celebrating Earth Day. Well, you know, it's a couple of days actually after the formal Earth Day, but I've come to recognize that every day is Earth Day. We are all so fortunate to live on this magnificent planet, this orb sitting out in the darkness of space that has all these interacting, extraordinary things happening that gives us the opportunity to be humans on the face of this planet. But it comes with some responsibility, some stewardship, some commitment back to the stability of the system, to its regeneration, to its. And that's why Big Bolt Health has been such a fun activity for me. Because we're working in the land with the farmers of Tartary Buckwheat, we're working in the sea with the fisher people that are involved with sustainable mariculture. We are doing things that we know are contributing positive reinforcement to the stability of this magnificent planet. That's what it's all about. It's part of being here. It's part of our responsibility.
