She's been told that she has stage 4 breast cancer, metastatic breast cancer, and there's nothing else to be done. But somewhere deep down, she knows that this is not the end of her story. And she begins to search. She's not just searching for hope, but for truth. And that search leads her to a physician who doesn't treat cancer the way that most doctors do. He doesn't talk about fighting or killing or time left on the clock. He talks about restoring health, about removing what causes disease and reawakening the body's natural intelligence. And that physician? That's Dr. Thomas Loty. I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Lodi a couple of years ago when we were introduced by Chris Work. And he has been my brother from another mother ever since. He has spent decades helping people who were told that they have no options, who walked through his door as patients and walked out as participants in their own healing. And tonight, we're not just talking medicine. We're talking about philosophy, therap, the mindset, and the deep cellular knowing that healing is always possible. Dr. Lodi, welcome.

Jan. It's great to be back. I'm. I was looking forward.

I'm so happy to have you here. I've been so excited for this. So, listen, you have an amazing, amazing, amazing origin story, and it's been a little while since you've been on my podcast, so in case there is someone who. I don't know how they wouldn't know who you are, but in case there. There's someone that doesn't know who you are and doesn't know your origin story and doesn't know how you came to be this, let's say, revolutionary person with this revolutionary. A revolutionary thought leader in the cancer space. Can you tell us about how this came to be and how it got started and where it grew from?

Sure, sure. Well, I.

Because you never really fit the mold. I mean, we had the same kind of training, but you never really fit the mold.

No, I never did. No. And I think it's because the way I came in, I came in. First of all, I grew up, like, from the age of 14, reading Herbert M. Shelton, who's a naturopath. I didn't. I didn't know the difference between a naturopath and a medical doctor or do. Or. I didn't know any of that stuff. I just. I. I just. Dr. Shelton. So, anyway, I was read. I read him.

Did you always want to be a doctor?

Never wanted to be. Ever. Never. So. So.

All right, well, that didn't work out.

Well, no, no, that's why. That's why. You know that joke about, do you want to make God laugh? Tell him your plans? Right. Yeah. Right. Anyway. Exactly. I'm reading Shelton way back when I was 14, so I never learned the wrong way. I learned because he. He talks. I don't know if you've read him or not, but he talks about health. There's a group. There's a book called Health for the Millions. It was an old pocketbook. Look here. I just. I. Oh, that's not it. Anyway, it's an old. You know, they call them pocketbooks. A little book. Anyway, it's a weird name, Health for the Millions. But you start on chapter 13, because chapters one through 12 are boring, unless you've read 13 through the end. But anyway, he talks about health, and I. I just. I grew up on that. So by the time I was 21, I was already 18. 19. Yeah, 19. I became. I just stopped eating corpses, animal corpses, and. But I was in college, and I. I said, I don't want to do anything in the Western world. So I, I dropped out of college and I bought a one way ticket to India. And I moved to India at 19 and lived on an ashram for two years. And my goal was to find my way back to God. That I thought that's what, that's what we're, that's our ultimate goal. So why waste any more time, you.

Know, so get closer.

And after a couple years I realized it was interesting, the monks that told me they wanted me to go down to New Delhi to do shopping. This interesting story. So go back to New Delhi. So I was wearing those, these white, they're called doities. It's a long like shirt and then, then the bottom part is kind of like a skirt that you tie a long skirt to your ankles and if you tie the, if you tie the knot to the left, that means you're a householder. If you tie it to the right it means you're a monk. So I had of course turned to the right and I'm walking that. So now I'm down in New Delhi and I'm walking and these two western girls walked by me wearing jeans and I went. And when I looked at them I realized, and everybody was looking at me could be like. It'd be like a priest doing that.

You know, because you're not a monk.

Yeah. And I looked and I went. And at that moment I realized I can't stay. And when I went back to the. I went back to the ashram up, up the mountains. They were, the monks were standing there holding my clothes and smiling because they knew, they knew I wasn't ready. I just didn't know. Anyway, circuitously, I wound back up in the US A few years later and I started psychology and I. And I started practicing as a clinical psychologist. Psychologist. And I kept running into situations where I didn't understand what was going on with the person because I didn't know their. I didn't understand biology or physiology or pathology or any of that or pharmacology because I didn't understand that I couldn't get the whole picture. And I realized I got to go to medical school. So I didn't go to medical school to become a doctor. I went to medical school to round out my picture so that I could really work with people and help them because I had gone through the spirit mind and I now the body was at the end instead of the other way around. So anyway, that was my, that's how I got into it. So I always knew about health and all that And I realized that in medical school, we don't. That's not even. They give this much to diet and they give zero to health. So I realized, as doctors, we don't even learn what health is. And our goal is to help people be restored to health. So it makes zero sense to me. Never did make any sense to me. And. And then I, you know, I've studied. I realized that it was a Rockefeller who pretty much brought, pioneered, I mean, championed the disease model. And the whole disease model is just a model. It's. It's an. It's an idea. It's an idea that there are these things out there going to. That diabetes is going to get you and you got to get rid of it. That high blood pressure is going to get you, and you got to get rid of it. Arthritis is going to get you and you. What? There's no thing out there called diabetes. Okay, what is diabetes? Oh, it's my body responding to too much glucose. Want to get rid of that? No, I'm going to stop making my body have to respond. It's not going to respond. It won't have to adapt if I don't put it in a situation where it doesn't have to. So we are on the wrong track with the wrong names, and we're going down the wrong way, and we cannot possibly achieve any kind of success. And when. And all the successes that happen in the world field of medicine are by accident or have nothing to do with what they did. And I know I. A lot of people who are just listening must think, this guy's a freak. Why is Dr. Janet even having him on? You know?

But we'll get to just wait, sit tight, because you're going to figure out very quickly why I have him on.

So. So, so anyway, that is it. So the myth of disease, that's the big one. And I guess that. And so my goal has always been. And when I work with a person, it's not to get rid of any particular manifestation of their toxic body, like whether it's hard time saying the word cancer. I hate the word cancer because it's a terrible word. It hurts people when you say it. It hurts them, you know, because when you hear the word, you hear the word deaf, and I don't like that. They are chronically fermenting cells. Okay? They're not cancer. They're not Leo, they're not Gemini, they're not Virgo, they're not Sagittarius.

We agreed that we were not going to use Sagittarius.

Right, okay. That's right. Okay, okay.

We agreed on that.

I know, I know. That's a beautiful sign. I love it. I love it. That's why you tell the truth. You get like an arrow, right? The truth. So that was my, my, my interest that. So I came into the world of disease, which is a myth. That's why, by the way, MD is in case anyone's wondering, stands for mythology, doctor. Okay, so, okay, so we are, we are. We learned all about the mythologies. We know them in detail. But health. What are you talking about? Health. And I think it should not be permitted for hospitals to call them health care help, call themselves health care facilities. And I don't think that doctors should be called health care practitioners because they're not. Because they don't even know what health is. They can't define it. They're not looking to get it. They're looking to get rid of this and get rid of that and get rid. And how do you get rid of something? You go to war against it. So it's a military operation and it's. Anyway, I'm just, I've, I've, I'm working on a book. I'm, I, I, this one I'm going to actually finish and I will be done in about three weeks. Whoa. Yeah.

You're really close to being done then.

Yeah, and then. And it has nothing to do with medicine, oddly enough. I have three other books that I haven't finished that I'll do, but this one, it's called, it's called the Coming Dark Ages. And in it I trace a lot of stuff, but I, I bring, I, I, what we're talking about right now, I go into detail. So I hope I'm still alive after it gets published.

All right. I'm going to transition a little bit. So you are almost a lifelong vegan.

Almost.

I think you decided in your late teens or something like that to stop eating animals, and yet you worked for Dr. Atkins. Tell me about that.

I was a closet vegetarian because Dr.

Atkins, spoiler alert, Was not a vegan. I don't even know. Did he eat any vegetables? Wasn't he like anti vegetables?

Yes, yes. And, you know, it's interesting because he, if you all know the Atkins diet, Right. The Atkins diet was really a British diet. And it was done. And he, he stole it didn't sell anybody that he would. It, it was how the, it was a British diet for diabetes. That's what they, that was their diet for diabetes. And he basically took it and called it the Atkins diet. And of course it worked good. It worked good. You're not eating any, any carbs. So you, you know, you're not going to have problems with the sugar because like I was saying, it's not a disease. It's a response to too much carbs, too much glucose. So I worked for him and he had this thing where every month all the doctors, I forget, there was eight of us or something, you had to have breakfast with him. And it was across the street. It was in New York City. It was across the street at this coffee shop, and they had on their window the Atkins diet. You know, breakfast. The Atkins breakfast and stuff.

Yes. So anyway, every plate, plate full of eggs and bacon. And I'm sure that's what it was, right?

It was a. It was a sausage, sausage, sausage, cheese omelette with a side of bacon. So anyway, I would. Every time I got there, I said, oh, you know, I forgot. I ate, I ate this morning. I always got. I don't know how I did it, but he really liked me. He called me his heir apparent. And that really got this other doctor upset because he was. Been trying, struggling for years and I, and I didn't even. Anyway, but I was a closet vegetarian. I, I worked for him just because I knew he was smart, he had learned a lot, and he was one of the guys that opened up the world of alternative medicine for us. You know, he, he one of the guys that paved the way. So for that I appreciate. I just think he had it wrong with diet.

Well, the concept of using diet to reverse these, you know, if you don't want to use disease, but reverse metabolic dysfunction. Right. That was revolutionary. That was absolutely revolutionary. To use diet to reverse dysfunction.

Yes. Yeah.

So even, I mean, I don't think he got it right. But in any event, I mean, it worked, right? Short term. It didn't reverse cardiovascular disease, as it.

Turns out, which is what happened with him. Right. He kept, he kept having many heart attacks and we would always have to do cpr and I guess. And then I, after I left, he had a fatal one. But he couldn't fly for the last couple of years. He couldn't even get on planes. And he was not, he was not well at all. And he wasn't that old. I think he was, what, early or mid-70s or something? It wasn't that old.

You know, I don't think he was that old, but I don't remember. But I don't. I don't think he ultimately died of cardiovascular disease. Did he. Didn't he get, like, hit by a car or something?

No, no.

He was on have a Brain Plead.

He fell because. Because of either an arrhythmia or.

Or a single episode or something. Or a CVA or.

Bad shape. Bad shape. It's too bad. It's too bad because. And I don't know how he didn't get it, but he didn't get it. By the way, he. Something very interesting.

It's very hard to teach the blind to see, as you very well know.

If they don't want. If they don't want to. Right. They think that they already see anyway.

Yeah, I mean, we're gonna. We're gonna get to one of those topics tonight, but I want to start off with the war on cancer. Right. Nixon declared a war on cancer. And you and I are in agreement here that cancer is not something to fight, but instead it's something to understand. So I would like you to tell everyone what it really means and how does it change from our perspective? And how should people be looking at it instead of looking at it as some foreign body and something that you have to fight? What's wrong with that? What's wrong with that line of thought?

Okay. Very good. Yeah, well, that's exactly. I think I was referring to a moment ago about the concept of disease. To think that cancer is a. The way we view it, whether we realize it or not, we view it as not us. It's something that got into us. So, like, people will often use the possessive pronoun, my cancer, Right. Meaning. Because if you use a possessive pronoun, my shirt, my dog, my car, it's something other than you that you have. It's not you. Okay, so my cancer, something foreign, or the cancer, whatever you do, but it's not me. And it got into me, and I've got to get rid of it. And, you know, and I've heard people say. I'm sure you have, too, sitting in front of you on day one saying, you know, I'm really healthy except for this cancer.

You know, nearly everyone unhealthy, except for I have breast cancer. And it's like astounding, right? Like that people think that these two things, these two concepts can exist at the same time.

Exactly. And. And that's. See, that's. That's the. That's the problem with the myth of disease. So when you view it as this thing that some. It's almost like we. Basically, the understanding of the disease model is morphed from the germ theory and so basically what it is, is it's like it's just this germ and I've got to get rid of it and I'll be fine. So there is no it. And if you understand what, how these, how the tumor evolves, how it comes to be, it's no, it's, it's a different mechanism, but the same concept as becoming insulin resistant and what they call diabetes. Your body is adapting to the fact that it's lost 60% of its mitochondrial function, which is how we use oxygen and glucose to make energy very efficiently. 1 glucose 38 oxygen ATP, which are energy molecule. When you lose up 60%, the body says, the cells realize, because remember, here's the, here's the all cells. The fundamental thing that any cell must do, whether it's a single cell organism or a multiple multi cell organism like us, the cell must make energy. It must take something from the environment and turn it into energy. And that, because if it doesn't have, because 55% of the energy that a cell makes is just to run its sodium potassium pumps to keep it viable. So if it doesn't have the energy, it can't do its work. So that's number one thing. So when you mess with the energy, the cell says wait, that's what I, that's my job. So it now it says I can't get enough from glucose. So it's gonna, it turns, changes operating systems from, from being a, what we call oxidative phosphorylation to glycolysis, which is fermentation. So it switches over. And in order to be successful, since like remember I said one glucose is 38 ATP. Well when you lose your mitochondria, one glucose is only two ATP. With fermentation, that's 19 times less efficient. So now you need 19 times more fuel. And in order to get the fuel, you up regulate insulin receptors, you downregulate this. So it does all these metabolic, what they call epigenetic changes. And now it can make it, now it can survive on gly, on glyco, on fermentation. And it's called a chronically fermenting cell. It's exactly what it is. It's information and there's no fear. The word cancer is no information and only fear. No information. It doesn't tell you anything. I've got cancer. We don't know what that mean. What does that mean? Nobody knows what that means. But if I say you got chronically fermenting cells, you go, oh, okay, so they're fermenting so why are they fermenting? And you can come up with a strategy to deal with it. So it's rational, it's real, and it's why we talk. We actually talk, everybody, so that we can communicate. So anyway, that's why I don't use that word. And plus, every time you hear it, you just got stabbed in the heart. Anyway, so. So to answer your question is if we view it as a thing and we try to kill it and we forget we don't know that that's us, we're actually killing, we're damaging ourselves. So what we need to really do is make that adaptive process no longer necessary. So we've got to change our underlying biochemistry so that it won't have to do that. And that's the only way we'll be successful. Because think about it, if something is growing and I'm hammering it, it's still growing, right? So maybe I can hammer it down a little bit, but it's going to grow back up. If I don't deal with why it's growing, I'm not going to be able to. You know, I'm going to be. Eventually the hammer won't work. And it's like. And you know this better than anyone in the world, if surgery worked, we wouldn't be having this conversation.

That's right.

Oh, you got cancer. I just take it off. It's gone. Well, it's not. And why? Because if you realize, and I think of the analogy that really works is you have a poison apple tree, everybody that eats the apple dies. So you call the tree doctor and they come in, they cut off all the apples. Did we solve the problem? No. Because next fall you're going to have a new crop. It's not the apple. It's so that if we look at it that way, then we understand that. And by the way, one other thing, one other that goes into that, when they say you have stage one, two, three, four, that's ridiculous. Stage one, you've got a little nodule in the breast, just a little one, at least eight years in the making. And during that time, all the other little islands, microscopic islands that we're trying to grow, have gone through your lymph and your blood, your blood vessels. They're already everywhere. You've already got microscopically stage four, but we're going to call it stage one. And it's not stage one. It's actually microscopically stage four. And now we know that once you biopsy it or cut it out, you turn off a mechanism that it was using, you know, it's like, it's. It's like it became the alpha male. So what it did was it sent out these signals to all the little islands so that they could not grow. Grow blood vessels. It blocked them from growing blood vessels. And the minute you.

So you think it's. You think the primary is suppressing the population that is outside of the primary.

Yeah, And I've got an article on that with biopsies. I'll send it to you. And it actually does that. So it's like, it reminds me of an ovary, of menstruation. You know, during the month one of the follicles becomes queen and, and makes it right. And then, you know, and they. All the others get suppressed. Well, it's the same kind of thing with this. You've got all these microscopic islands and the one that becomes the biggest sends out inhibitory signals so it cannot grow blood vessels, and it's growing blood vessels. But when you disturb that, now that that inhibition is released and now they're all. They all have the signal to go. And so anyway.

But not everyone develops metastatic disease, right? Not everyone. I do think that there are biologically aggressive processes and processes that are not biologically aggressive and everything in between.

How many, what would you say, what percentage don't have metastasis?

Oh, I'm not saying they don't have metastases. I'm just saying that there are because I think probably everyone who has invasive cancer, sorry to use that word, everyone who has invasive chronically fermenting cells probably has some degree of metastatic presence in that those cells are breaking off and going into the bloodstream and circulating around the body. But I don't think that ultimately everyone is going to die of overwhelming chronically fermenting cell burden. Right? Like, I don't think that that would be everyone's outcome. I think that there is a certain percentage of people who that outcome is true for. And I also think it depends on the, on the host, right? Like, where is your immune system? Where is your, where's your nutrient status? Where. Where is the rest of your physiology? Because all of that really matters.

Well, it's fundamental. And for example, when you, if you had a large gash, you cut your arm, you have a big gaping laceration here, and you go to the doctor, all they can do is approximate the edges, they're going to sew it up. But you have to heal. The healing comes from inside. There's nothing external that's going to make you heal, and that's what we're looking to do is to heal, right? So. Yeah, that's exactly true. And you know what's really the, the queen of them all. The queen of them all, really, and it's is the mind. And the reason I say that is because if I have. Here in Bangkok, we have a lab that's licensed by a Japanese lab. And so it's really, you know, the Japanese are like the Germans of Asia, right? Everything's perfect.

Just so.

Yeah, just so. Just like this. So he. They have a lab where they, you send in the, you send in a blood sample of your. From a patient, they spin out the natural killer cells and then they measure the amount of gamma interferon being produced. And if it's over 500, then you're fine. If it's between 200 and 500, then you're borderline. And if it's below 200 and you don't have CFCs, chronically fermenting cells, you will. So anybody that I've had who was 500 or low, lower, we give another larger sample, they take that out, they, they spin out the natural killer cells again and they have this very, you know, what is what they call it, grade four lab or, you know, you have to wear a spacesuit. And anyway, they have, and they, they have the natural killer cells in a, in a dish and they use Interleukin 2, IL2 to activate them because that's what the body will do. And the IL2 activates them. And once they're measuring that it has enough gamma interferon, then they put it into a specific growth medium and they, they grow them out until they have 10 billion. So then you get an infusion of 10 billion of your own natural kill, activated natural killer cells that, you know are activated because they're producing gamma interferon. So what I would do is I would look at people and I, and I would see. And I had this hunch and it turned out to be true. And that is the people that were saying, God, I'm so. This is wonderful. I'm really glad I saw that their natural killer cells, because I kept sending to get measured, were still producing gamma interferon. The people who were saying that were afraid or angry or. Within 48 hours, they were inactivated again.

Oh, that's so interesting.

So I realized that the mind, I guess I can use this word again, trumps everything. You know, it. I don't. It doesn't matter if the person was eating right, if doing everything right. If their mind is, I'm gonna die. It's. And that is the, that's really turns out to be the one and I the. And the. So there's a field of study called psychoneuroimmunology, psychology, neurology of the brain and immunology. And it's very powerful. For example, if you look at one of the main controllers of the immune system is the pineal gland, which produces epithelium, which, which modulates melatonin, which is a, you know, one of the reasons we get lose our immunity as we get older is we lose melatonin. The other one is our thymus gland. We use our thymus and then thyroid also. But anyway, psychoneuroimmunology, so they've done testing where they have catheters in people and they get meditators who've been doing it for decades and meditation for everybody that if you don't know, it's not thinking, it's not thinking. So it's not really mindfulness, it's mindlessness. If you can turn your mind off, right? Because your mind if just by the nature of the mind. 80% of human thought is negative. So even if you're picturing a beautiful mountain and rainbow or something underneath it. So you got to stop thinking. So the minute you stop thinking, you take your foot off the brakes of the immune system and they see immediately the natural killer cells go through the roof. The CD8s go through the roof. Everything gets really strong. Psychoneuroimmunology. So anyway, if we are negative, if we are afraid. And so I think one of our jobs as, as being physicians is to inspire people to let wipe away the standard of scare. Because that's what the Rockefellers have done. It's not the standard of care, it's the standard of scare. They tell you, I feel it's my obligation as a physician to inform you. Inform me what? You're going to tell me. You're going to give me a bad. You're going to tell me when I'm going to die. Do you know when you're going to die? By the way, while you're at it, did Biden die yet? You know. You don't know when I'm going to die. And when they tell you, if you don't do what I say, you're going to be dead. How do they know what happens to the people who don't do what they say? They don't come back. You don't know. There's no data.

They honestly don't know.

It's a lie. It's a lie unless you're wearing a white coat. It's called a medical opinion, but it's a lie.

I know that you worked in the United States for many years and you saw the standard of care and what they do for treatment. And if there was one mainstream chronic fermenting cell treatment that you could wipe from existence, which one would it be? And why?

What you and I do is something called integrative oncology, which means we know that there's no one system that has all the answers. And so we, we get. We are. We're more like a conductor. We decide, okay, we get. This is. We need this, this, this, you know, so allopathic medicine, the MD stuff has some answers. There, there are, There are times you've got to use it and, and, and, but, you know, like. Because if the baby's coming out feet first, you don't go to the herbalist, right? So there are times. There's time you got to know when to use what. And that's kind of what we do. We're the conductors there. So it's really hard. So when I think of radiation, would I not do radiation? Well, yeah, if you got a. You got a brain tumor and it's growing and you. You got a tumor on the spine. I mean, I wouldn't, I never would do it to soft tissue. It destroys soft tissue. You wind up with. I had. I've had so many women with fluid in their lungs and pulmonary fusions and even. What do you call it, what's it called?

Cardiac tamponade. When they.

We had to do emergency windows on them because they had cardiac tamponade, because they had. Had radiation in the left breast. So I never do soft tissue, but I would do that. So I can't say that I would never do radiation, and I can't say that I would never do chemo. I do chemo, but I do it. I studied for the Dr. Donato Paredes Garcia III, who's the grandfather, grandson of the guy who invented IPT. And I do low dose with chemo. And wow. I. No hair loss. No. No bone marrow suppression. And we get the tumor. So it's pretty nice. And I. But I reserve it for situations where someone's. Because, as I said, you can pick the apple off the tree, but that's not solving the problem. So unless it's about to impact the vital function, unless it's excruciatingly painful, unless, you know, there are certain situations where we've got to do it and that I can, I can accomplish things really quickly with it. So I can't think of anything I wouldn't do. I don't know, maybe about the checkpoint inhibitors, you know, but again, like the checkpoint inhibitors, you know, they call immuno oncology or onco immunology. Anyway, if you think of the body, you've got trillions of trillion, not trillion, sextillion, 21 zeros of chemical reactions going on every second. And you say, aha. That one there. If I block that one there, I'm going to change the game. No, you're not. You throw a boulder into the stream, it's going to go around it. You can't. The arrogance and ignorance to think I'm going to just block this one thing and I'll take care of it. You're not. So you can't. You can't look at it that way. You've got to work with the whole system and appreciate it and love it. Maybe the checkpoint inhibitors would be the one I wouldn't do. But. But I guess my answer is really that I think there's a place for most of what we do. Surgery. I mean, you got, you got. I had a guy, his whole left colon was a. Was being obstructed, but there's no other choice.

Yeah. So maybe I'll ask something that has been quite controversial. I think I know how you feel about it, but I'm going to put it out there. Maybe we're talking about screening. Tell me how you feel about screening with mammogram. Because we have been sold that mammograms save lives. I would like to know your opinion on that. We have been sold that mammograms are safe. I would like to know your opinion on that. And we have been told that mammograms save breasts. I would like your opinion on that. And that if you do not recommend screening mammograms, you are dangerous. Let's see, what else have I been called irresponsible? I don't know that that pretty much covers it.

Well, then they would be.

How do you, how do you feel about screening mammograms?

I am. I'm appalled that it ever came to be it. And I'm even triply appalled that it still exists. You know, let's say you didn't go to medical school. You didn't do any. You did. How about you didn't do anything? You were. You're in third grade and someone's going to take part of your body, squash it and then irradiate it. Okay, first of all okay. I mean, now, when you squash something. Now, breasts are for men. Men might not be aware of this, but you probably are. But women are almost as sensitive in their breasts as men are in their testicles. You can't just go up and squeeze a woman's breast. It's going to hurt her a lot, right? So here you have very sensitive tissue, and you're going to squash it, which is called trauma. The response to trauma is inflammation. Inflammation brings more blood in, more flow and all that stuff. So now when it's in that condition, you're going to send in ionizing radiation. What. So anyway, my answer is I would never recommend it ever, for any reason. It shows calcification. Show what? Calcium, by the way, is the last pathological process when a cell is dying. It's like the last thing in to try to neutralize things. And, you know, so we're going to see calcium all over. If I do an X. If I do X rays on somebody who's over 50, I'm going to see that their bones don't have as much calcium as they did. And I'm going to see little calcium deposits in this blood vessel. It's called. We call them flea. So it's as if we all get metastatic calcium conditions as we get older. Our calcium leaves our bones and it goes all over the body. So you're going to find calcium all over I. That's another thing. And then the other thing is now we're. We're finding DCIS a lot, which should be left alone and, you know, treated with diet, and we're cutting off breasts, and we're putting people through with. With just. They don't even, you know, if they. If you call something stage zero. Now, when I was studying mathematics, zero meant nothing.

Zero.

So anyway, if it stays zero, you're going to cut it off. So, anyway, so I think more people have died because of mammograms than would have died. By the way, I. I sent. When I was still in the US I sent my. I was sending a patient over to Banner to get a breast ultrasound, and the radiologist contacted me and said, you can't do that. You need to get a mammogram first. So I said, I'll tell you what. You take your testicles, squash them, irradiate them, and I'll send you all my patients. He hung up on me, by the way. But the point is, I don't care what they think. In fact, if they like me, I'm in trouble. If I ever get a pat on the back by any of those guys. I'm in trouble. So I'm glad when they don't. So that I don't think, I think mammograms are dangerous and I don't think. And by the way, if you keep getting them, yeah, you're going to get breast CFCs, because guess what? Radiation causes CFCs.

So it's so astounding to me that this is somehow a surprising concept to mainstream medicine. It is astounding to me. And yet every single day I have haters every single day. Like I am somehow hurting people by discouraging.

Do you ever get it from patients or their families? Or is it always the medical world?

Mostly it's breast radiologists, but occasionally there is like a mammothec or, or there, there are still a lot of mammograms, saved my life. What do you, what do you say to that?

Right. Well, I, I said I, I tell them that you're, you're basing this on a story you were told. You were told that this X would have happened, and because you did this, it didn't happen. But these are just stories. They're there. There's nothing to do with the truth. It's the same thing as the, the doctor who tells you, if you don't do what I say, you'll be dead in three months or whatever it is like that. It's a story and if you believe it. I had a guy with a glioblastoma and we were talking and he kept looking at the clock. I said, what are you looking at? What's going on? He said, they told me I'm going to die, but don't remember when. So can you imagine? Isn't that sad?

It's so sad. That's awful. But this narrative is very real. It's very pervasive. And I think that it's just about the best ad campaign there ever was. Now, we recently had an ad campaign which, which I think is almost as good, if not better in 2021, when we were all told that, that we had to go and have something done. And you actually said in the very beginning when you were Talking about the CFCs in the breast and you said, that thing has been there for eight years, but what do you think of these new turbo cancers? I mean, I know you're seeing them, I know you're seeing them.

What do you think that changes it? Changes it. I still think this. I worked with a. I worked with a. One of the greatest geniuses of all time. And sadly, the world may never know it. His name was Tsuneo Kobayashi. He was a biochemist who became a medical doctor and an oncologist. And I used to go to Japan. I worked with him maybe 20, 25 years, back and forth, back and forth. He developed something called tumor marker combination assay. And he realized that a tumor is like a pregnancy. And actually this is not, is not a new concept because James Beard, a physiologist back 100 years ago, said the same thing. You know, in order to have a baby, you've got to have the, the new, the, the baby, the new organism. It's got to find a nest and, and needs blood vessels. You put those three together. So it's got to get the uterus and all that. It's the same with a tumor. It's going to have the malignant cells, they need a place to sit, and then they need blood vessels. And so what he did was he looked at the different cytokines, chemicals coming out of each of those cell parts, and he came out with a thing called tumor marker combination assay. He does it and he has an algorithm and he can tell you. And he called them stage one, two, three, four and five. Stage one was zero cancer. I'll use that word for now. Okay, zero cancer. And stage five was one gram or more. So stage four was micro milligrams, three was micrograms, and two was nanograms, if we had to give it in that kind of concept. So he found out that basically everybody was a three or a four, either micrograms or milligrams. And it. And if it didn't get to a gram or more, it hasn't yet become a tumor. It's not, it's not what we call clinical cancer. He. The Mayo Clinic didn't believe him. So back in 88, the original from Rochester sent him 100 tubes of blood, didn't tell him anything. Male, female, baby, grandma, what? And said, okay, what do you do? So he did his thing and he got. And he was 88 accurate. They were blown away because that's more accurate than a pen scam. And he said, they said, but that was right during the Japan bashing era. I know if you remember that, because I. Japan, Yeah, I think what, Honda or somebody sold something to Russia. I don't know what it was. So anyway, so he didn't get invited over, but he perfected it. He got up to like 93%. It was incredible just by doing this thing. So I guess my answer is this, that we all have a Background of this we've got, because remember, it's just an adaptive process. Once the cells have enough damage, they start to do this. It's standard. It's like a reflex.

It's a normal response to an abnormal environment.

Exactly. And so we all have it. So with the turbo cancers, I think that just wakes it up, but and adds to it the turbo cancers. You know, from what I understand, you.

Don'T think that it set the stage for immune derangement. You don't think that that's what's going on there.

Right. Plus the SV40, we know it has SV40, which is that virus we know about. It's called simian virus number 40. They found that originally in polio and now. And we know that it causes CFCs. And in 1959 there was a name, her lady, her name was Eddie, right? Mary. Mary Eddie. She worked for the nih. Betty, Mary Eddie. Anyway, she went on TV back in the day when we had little black and white TVs and she said, I found this virus in the polio vaccines. And she said, the next few decades we're going to see an explosion of cancer back in. I don't think you can find that clip anymore on TV, but SV40 they found in these Pfizer Moderna things. So you got the SV40, you got the spike protein and you put that all together and you've got a deranged immune system and you're stimulating the production of new CFCs. So I had a 17 year old girl with stage four colonial.

Oh my God.

You don't see that in 17 year old girls.

No.

Or boys. It's an old person's condition. And the same with. We had a 23 year old man with a prostate. Stage four prostate. 23 year old man. Doesn't ever happen.

Oh my God.

It doesn't. You just, you don't, those things don't happen. It takes a while to develop. Same like with women. Ovarian. You're not going to see ovarian. But we do in a young woman. You're going to see it in an older woman. And so that's the tragedy of what we're, of what we're seeing now. So, yes, it's immune derangement completely and, and, and a chronic inflammatory thing from the spike proteins and the RSV. I mean the SV40.

SV40.

And it's a perfect, it's a perfect, it's a perfect ugly, terrible storm. So yeah, yeah, I'm, I'm, I, I'm, I don't know what to do for.

People out there, and there are a lot of them. Is there anything that you think that they can do to reverse the effects.

Of having been injected? Huh? The only. You know, I think Peter McCulloch, Dr. Peter McCulloch has a good program for. For detoxing, and a few people do, and they all involve using nattokinase. Now, nattokinase, for those that might not know, it's an enzyme that produce. It comes from fermented soybeans. So fermented soybean is called natto. It's a Japanese dish, and there's an enzyme called nattokinase. And it turns out that it stimulates. You know, we have. We are our blood. We have a clotting system and an unclotting system, right? And there's a. It's a fine balance. So it's the fibrinogen and the plasminogen. Right? So because you have to make a clot so you don't bleed to death, but you can't. You don't want to keep clotting, so you got to turn it off. Anyway, the natto stimulates the plasminogen, which breaks down the clot. So that's kind of nice, right? Because all the other stuff we use heparin and coumadin, all that stuff stops the clot from happening, but it doesn't break up the clot. This breaks it up. So anyway, it turns out it also breaks up and dissolves spike protein, and that's come out in the Japanese literature. So it's really nice. That's part of it. And there are. There are several things in his. And I think I would advise anyone to look him up if you don't know Dr. Peter McCulloch, he's a brilliant guy and he's been a spokesman about all. All this.

And they really tried to silence him.

Oh, yeah. I'm surprised he's alive.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. No, it was. It was a lot.

You know. You know, one thing I wanted to bring up, and you're the perfect person to bring it up with, is the whole estrogen receptor. I. I think it's. I don't know what to make of it. You know, when. When we look at estrogen receptor positive, do you know what that means? That just means that you have more than 1% of the cells or showing a certain kind of staining. More than 1%, meaning they have. They've upregulated estrogen receptor alpha, and now they can also down. And I had a woman biopsy she had a tumor just below her nipple. Triple positive or triple negative. And the draining lymph node was. Trip was the opposite. If this was positive, that was negative. Anyway, so it mutated and it didn't mutate. It's just that we have to understand cells are doing what they do because of their own particular microenvironment. And so, so it didn't need to have them here, but it did need to have them there. And if something can upregulate and downregulate, it's not a mutation. Okay. Because if you have down syndrome, I don't care how much what I do, you're going to still have down syndrome.

Right.

That's a mutation.

Right.

Anyway, so the whole estrogen receptor. So my question is, do I treat them differently? And no, I don't. I don't, I don't.

Because you don't think that that's just another narrative. I mean, first of all, the way that I see it, breast cancer is far more likely a disease of estrogen deficiency than it is of estrogen excess. Far more likely a disease of estrogen deficiency. And I think part of the reason why we're seeing a ramp up of breast cancer is not because of estrogen excess. Although xenoestrogens are certainly an issue because they are carcinogenic in and of themselves. So like, let's not blame our endogenous hormones when they're. It's not the same as plastic.

Right.

But I think the upregulation comes from the fact that we are. And as evidenced by infertility rates and hormonal imbalance getting younger and younger and younger is that we have this toxic environment that is really affecting our endogenous hormones. And the. They're not there in the levels that they used to be. They're not there with the balance that they used to have them. And we're seeing dysfunction as a result. But no one's ovaries are causing breast cancer.

Exactly.

And now this is a narrative that is being told because it's a way to sell drugs. And the story seems logical. And so people buy it. And also they put all that fear in you. You have estrogen positive cancer. Oh my God, what do I do? How do I get rid of my estrogen? I need to get rid of my estrogen. Right? It's this narrative, it's this whole narrative. And yet we know that first of all, there's not one kind of estrogen receptor. There are several estrogen receptors and they're there for different purposes. And Our solution to these hormone positive cancers is we give them things that we think are blocking, but they're actually acting on the estrogen receptor. Tamoxifen is acting on the estrogen receptor. So we think that, you know, people are so afraid of estrogen. Guess what? Tamoxifen is estrogen. It's a modified estrogen, but it's an estrogen, right? And people don't know that. And even the aromatase inhibitors are acting on the receptors and people don't know and understand this. And not for nothing, it's normal to have estrogen receptors on your breast cells.

It's normal.

It's normal. And I think part of, part of what's going on at least recently and why we're seeing an increased number and a decreased age of incidents has something to do with what happened in 2021. Because I'll tell you, I heard this from so many patients that after they got their shot, their period was their words, not mine, bananas.

Yep, yep, yep.

Okay. So that only happens when there's disturbance in the hormone balance.

That's it.

So, and I don't think they were making more, right? They're not making more. The factory doesn't get more efficient when you, when you damage it, the factory turns off.

Well, it's like if you go back in the, in the, in the medical research literature, you find out that it wasn't too long ago that breast cancer was treated with high doses of estrogen.

That's right.

Excessive.

Because it's suppressive, it's protective.

And then.

And progesterone. What do we treat metastatic breast cancer with? Progesterone.

But that's the thing. If you say I'm triple positive, that means you're progesterone receptor positive. So should I stop? Progesterone. Is there any drug? No. No. So they don't even talk about it. So the reason that.

Oh, I know. Don't you love that? Let's measure it. But we don't have a drug for that.

Right.

So don't talk about it.

Right, right.

We don't have a drug for it. So we're just going to talk about the estrogen.

Right. And the worst you can have is triple negative. And what's the second worst? Triple positive. What? You know, there. It's. It. Anyway, they've got us so confused that, you know, and they give you these Lupron. They block your. I don't. It's on. They do the same, you know, prostate in a man. Is breast the same thing? They. They're both the same things. We know that the prostate now, it's got a lot of, er, beta, estrogen receptor betas. We know that. We also know that the testosterone is getting converted to estrogens in the prostate. So it's a very, very similar condition. But guess what? They both respond very nicely to soy. Soy is, er, Beta. Yeah.

Will you talk about that a little bit? Because that is a question that we get all the time. Because the medical oncologists say you can't eat soy. Soy is estrogen. That's estrogen. You can't eat soy, it's estrogen.

And people still don't know that. So, first of all, one thing people really need to do is if what you're hearing something that is counter to what you're seeing, don't doubt what you're seeing, doubt what you're hearing. So I looked around, I said, wait a minute. Japanese, as long as we've been measuring, live 10 years longer than everyone else and they eat soy all day long. So wait a minute, how, how is it bad? Right. So I, I couldn't put that together. And they never had breast CFCs until we introduced McDonald's. And they never had prostate. They didn't have it, basically. So it turns out that they're right. They're phytoestrogens. Phyto means plant estrogen, means estrogen. They're, you know, and they are. Right. They bind to receptors. Now, a molecule. If you put estrogen in a cell dish with cells that don't have a receptor, nothing's going to happen. It's the receptor that makes estrogen the, the hormone have a function. So we basically, the two fundamental ones are alpha and beta. Alpha makes things grow and beta shrinks. And it's interesting because estriol, so we have estrone, estradiol, estriol are the three parent hormones that we produce.

Yes.

I mean, yeah, three estrogens. Because men and women have the same hormones, just different proportions. Right, so. So the estradiol, estrone and estradiol bind heavily to the alpha and a little bit to the beta. Estriol, which predominates during pregnancy because God was pretty smart, binds predominantly to the beta and a little bit to the alpha. The beautiful thing about estriol, then, is because it's binding a little bit to the alpha, it's blocking it, it's sitting there, so the estradiol can't get on it. And the net effect of the Estriol is beta, so it turns out to be good. But that's the same thing as the phytoestrogens from soy. They are heavily bind to the beta and a little bit to the alpha. So they're, they're acting like a tamoxifen supposed to by blocking it and they're stimulating the shrinkage. So they're really, really good. And the studies, the epidemiological studies show that people that have been eating soy all their life have much less incidence of ever getting breast or prostate. They don't get those. And so it's the opposite of the truth. And that's what I've learned about if you just take everything we've ever learned and realize it's the opposite of the truth, then you know which way to go. But yeah. So we need to understand what estrogen and soy is good. I have all my patients and by the way, there's estrogen receptors on the colon, on the pancreas, on the stomach. They're all over the place. So when we think just like her.

Too, heart, bone, skin, eyes, literally everything, literally everything. Bladder.

So don't think, don't think. We're talking only about women if you're talking about estrogen. I want this for the men to understand. Or, or if you're a woman, you have colon. See, well, that's not my, it's. It, you know, it's the same thing with her too. We find her too on colonial because that's just the epidermal growth factor, it's a normal thing.

And on and on cardiac cells. Right. On a lot of cells actually. And you just know that that's true because when they give these anti her two drugs, well, you're damaging normal tissues. Why? Because normal tissues have these, have these receptors on them. So it's going to do, it's going to do damage to the normal tissues like your heart, which incidentally ends up being very important.

Yeah, yeah. You're going to switch, you're going to trade off this for heart failure. Okay. It's crazy. It's crazy. So the balance has to be that what do we, what do we do? And I, the way I look at it is we, let's do all of our efforts to restore normal physiology. Physiology. Let's try to bring all your systems into balance, your hormonal system, not block it. I'm not going to make it more out of balance. I want to bring it into balance, not out of balance. So we're not going to give you loop problem. We're Going to bring it into balance. We want to balance your, we want to heal your gut, we want to balance your immune system. And the other big deal is to balance the autonomic nervous system. And because we're always on sympathetic overdrive, which means we're shutting off the ability to heal and we're keeping ourselves stressed and all that sort of thing, we need to get the parasympathetic up. And so I always look for ways to help people do that. And of course, meditation, yoga, qigong, all those things do that. So does a walk in the forest. So does a. That's how you feel after a long run. That's how you feel when you're loving someone, hugging someone, stuff like that. And the other thing that's very interesting is the parasympathetic system is the vagus nerve. It's a nerve that comes out of the brain and the first two branches of the vagus go to the larynx. So when you hum, you are stimulating your parasympathetic, which is why I think one of the great benefits of doing people that meditate with the word om, it's really that vibration. So if you can hum, I think throughout the day, if you're like going to walk into your boss's office and you're kind of nervous about it, start humming. You can hum to yourself, but you're going to activate vagus and you're going to balance out your, your autonomic nervous system. It's very important.

Yeah. And you're also going to be able to hear better, concentrate better. Because when you're in panic mode, you're, you're the thinking part of your brain. Your frontal cortex is shut off. Because all you can think about when you're in that sympathetic overdrive state is you're in danger. Right. You have a saber toothed tiger on your tail. You're not thinking about which way to run, you're just thinking about running. You just need to go. So your ability to understand what's happening is so compromised in those situations. And yet most people are, are made to make decisions right there and then in that horrible state that is filled with fear.

You know, I really, what you're saying right now is, and I want to someday I wish I could challenge this because we know the study, I've got all the literature, the studies show that when you're in fear, you will check this out. You will do something that an authority says that you know will harm you. When you're in fear, you'll do something that you know will harm you that an authority says, this is proven, therefore you're not in your right mind, therefore the whole idea of informed consent is gone. You're not able to make an informed decision, therefore all those are violating medical ethics to have someone sign a paper saying, hey, I'm going to do X, Y or Z when they're in fear. You've just, it's like it's coercion. It's coercion. It's not, it's.

What I talk about in my book are not even. They're, they're not in a position to make a, an informed decision at all. Right. And they're not even given the information that they need to make an informed decision. It's almost offensive. And I do still think that these doctors are well meaning, well intentioned. I do. I do. They're just misinformed.

But let me ask you something. I've thought about that. Let me ask you, how long did it take you practicing conventional to realize what you're doing doesn't seem to work?

15 years. It's a long time. 15 years. I blindly followed, trusting that what was being taught to me was, was true. Taught, trusted that the due diligence was done. I mean, I've ordered thousands, I don't even know how many thousands of mammograms for people. I don't know how many I've ordered over the years, okay? Because the people that trained me told me that mammograms save lives. And I trusted that that was true. I trusted that despite the radiation, because everyone knows it's radiation. Right? I just, I trusted that this and, and I believe them. Oh, it's not a lot of radiation. It's very little radiation. And every year we improve it and it's less radiation that's also a L. And that it's the same radiation as if you were to fly cross country and you would never tell someone to not fly cross country. So it's okay.

Right.

And it saved lives. Right? This is what I was told and I believed it. I believed it because why would they tell me something that wasn't true? And why would the whole world believe it if it wasn't true? Right? And so I'm, I'm not trying to make an excuse. I was, I was ignorant and it was stupid for me to not ask and not look and not prove it myself. But quite frankly, who has the time? You know, I had to learn how to do a whipple. I had to learn how to do this. I had to learn how to do that. Like, I had to learn how to take a colon out through a hole that was this big. Like, I had a lot of stuff to do and to learn.

Right, so you just. Exactly.

I just learned, you know, where are all those things that I have to avoid? You know, where are the blood vessels that I can't hit and where are the ones. What should I cut and what should I not cut? I mean, I had a lot to learn.

Exactly.

Right.

Exactly.

I trusted, and it took me a long time, and it took my own diagnosis for me to be able to know. It took my own diagnosis for me to be able to answer, to ask the questions, even, because I was like, wait a minute. I don't want surgery and chemotherapy and radiation. I don't want that. Surely there has to be another way. So it wasn't until it was about me that I even questioned it. And most doctors, I guess, like, in a way, thank God most doctors don't have to face those decisions when they're in the early stages of their career. And so, you know, you train, you put your head down, you think you paid your dues and training, and you work and you. And you hope that you can pay off your student loans and. And you work because you have a mortgage and you have kids and you. You. You have tuition and you have whatever you have, right? And you work and don't think about whether or not what you're doing is the right thing because you were trained to do it, and you're a good doctor and you do a good job, right? But, you know, just today, my phone was blowing up by a breast radiologist. I'm not gonna name her name, but a breast radiologist who's telling me that I'm killing people by not recommending mammogram.

Unbelievable.

Literally, these are her words. I'm killing people by not recommending mammogram. And I should prepare myself for lawsuits.

Okay, show me. Listen, I believe you. Show me the data, okay? Just show me. Because I. You got that opinion. Can you show me where you. I don't know if people realize that probably the most exhausting job in the world is a doctor, if you're a good doctor, because you're never off. You're never. And it starts the first day of internship, actually starts in medical school, but then internship, you're gone. It's. Forget it. It's. You don't have a life. You don't have a life, and you're. You're on survival mode. You know, I remember running for. I Was like, I don't know, four or five months into my internship, and I was running to do a. A code. Somebody was coding a heart attack. And I'm thinking as I'm running, God, if they live, I have to admit them. I thought, whoa, what am I. What happened to me, you realize, because I was thinking of my own survival.

But that's what happens, is you lose your empathy.

You lose your empathy, and you don't sleep.

When you're overworked and overburdened, you lose your empathy.

Because survival, it's. Survival.

Yes.

And I just want to sleep. I just want to sleep. It's. And that's what they do. They, they, they. They eviscerate you of emotion.

Yeah.

And, you know, I'll tell you, the first time I remember, I was go, I was going to a code, and I get there, and the senior resident says to me, no, no, we're not going to code. I go, why? They go, administration called. I said, it's what? It's a medical decision. It's not an administrative. What are we talking about? I mean, it was an administration. And I. I was like, you mean what? That blew me away. What. Anyway, the whole. The whole medical world is crazy. And, you know, the fact that you. You've done what you've done, which is incredible. Gone from. I love the whole concept, you know, used to cut off breasts. Now you're telling people you're going to teach them to keep it. I love that. But to go from there to where you are now and me and you know what we're doing, it's every day we're risking our careers. But you know what? We'd rather lose our careers than to harm people, because it's for the greater good.

Anyway.

We took a Hippocratic oath to do no harm to our patients, not to our careers. I didn't say. I say I do no harm to my career. No, it was to patients. And that's it. And if that's not what you're in the medicine for, then you got to go get changed jobs, you know, so I can no longer ethically practice conventional medicine. It's an ethical decision. Nothing to do with money or anything. It's just ethical ethics. So.

Yeah, I hear you. I hear you. So with that in mind, I would like to talk about some of the powerful things that you. That you utilize in this, I actually want to say, because this really is traditional medicine. Conventional medicine maybe is what is being practiced, but what we're talking about is traditional medicine. So what are Those traditional treatments, what are those traditional things that you use to address the imbalance and help people to restore their health? What are your go tos?

Beautiful, beautiful. So I've kind of divided the whole process into three fundamental pillars. One is stop making CFCs cancer, stop making it. Number two, target and eliminate it without harming the other healthy tissues. And number three, wake up the immune system. And, and if you can do all three, the only thing that you won't, the re, the only reason you won't success is you get hit by a car or a truck because you're going to make it. So stop making it involves cleansing, diet, exercise, going to sleep early, you know, eating healthy, prayer and meditation, having healthy relationships, all that stuff. And then balancing hormones. You know, all the balancing stuff that we talked about bringing your physiology back to a healthy physiology. That's the stop making it. Then the second part, the targeting is how do we, how do we get rid of the tumors that are there without harming the healthy cells? And we do that by what we call metabolic therapies. And metabolic therapies are different than cytotoxic therapies. Cyto is cell toxic. So instead of killing, we're using metabolism. So for example, high doses of ascorbate vitamin C result in something. It's called the Fenton reaction. It produces hydrogen peroxide. This is normal. That's how our adrenal glands make adrenaline. I mean it's a normal thing. So Anyway, cancer cells, CFCs don't have a lot of an enzyme called catalase where healthy cells do. So if you put the cancer cell in a situation where it doesn't have the equipment to survive and it dies, but the healthy cells do. That's a metabolic therapy. So a metabolic therapy is based upon the understanding the cancer cells inabilities, deficiencies. Right. And you're going to put it in a position where it can't survive, but healthy cells do. So that we use those. So vitamin C, I use that, I use intravenous curcumin, I use intravenous quercetin, I use, I use DCA dichloroacetate, I use alpha lipoic acid. And, and I do them at different times for different reasons. In ozone, I use ozone, I use it with either EBOO or EBOO is where you goes in one arm. It's almost like a dialysis of ozone. And ozone by the way has been used for decades in Germany. And, and you know, it's almost, it's almost considered standard. There's. I have a textbook Here, from an Italian. What do you call it, Professor? Where is it? Oh, anyway, I can't find it. Anyway, it's. It's a. Oh, here it is. Look. I don't know if you ever saw this. Wow. It's a textbook. You know, they use it in Europe for ozone. It's like it's all science. I mean, it's. So here in the US it's considered quackery, but not there. I mean, you're going to, you know, and the interesting thing is if you go behind the Iron Curtain, used to be the Iron Curtain, you look at all of the Eastern European countries that were Soviet and like East Germany and all that, they didn't have access to big pharma during the Cold War. So they were doing ozone hydrogen peroxide. They were doing Cuba too. They were doing all that. So a lot of the research that we have comes from there. They were doing that. I have a friend who's a biological dentist and she was Russian and she was trained there. So pretty smart lady. She started medical school at 15. After medical school, she went to dental school. So she's one of those anyway. But as a dentist, when she was in medical school in Russia, she learned ozone. They. They learned to use. They did ozone injection of joints. And they were. It was like standard over there. And so then when. So to do it in biological dentistry was easy, an easy segue for her, you know, but the point is this. So those are the things I use. And because they don't harm and they do accomplish what we want. And, and then. So those are in those. Other than that, you know, the balancing. I use biologically identical hormones, plant based. I try to do. And, you know, and I, I think probably the most important part of healing is to eliminate all the potential sources for the original cause, the toxins. And you can't say what caused my CFCs. What didn't you live in the 21st century. It's everything, you know, there's no one.

Thing for anyone ever.

No. So there's no the thing. So what you want to do is. Okay, I want to. You gotta go to. You gotta deal with your dental. I'm telling you, I had a. I had a woman. Many inflammatory breast, cfc, root canal on that meridian. She was gonna go to Sloan Kettering for a clinical trial. I said, you understand that's an experiment. I said, okay, but you got to get this out. So I sent her to a real biological dentist. She had it out. She went to Sloan Kettering six weeks later. And they said, I'M sorry, you're no longer eligible for the trial just with taking that out. So you can't ignore these things. So you start with the mouth and then you clean the body and you clean the colon and you take care of the lymphatic system. You've got to get rid of the re. Like if you had an aquarium and the fish were sick, you can put medicine all day long, but until you change the water, water, they're going to still be sick. And that's the way I look at detoxification, is changing the water in the aquarium. And we've got to do that and then we've got to be vigilant because we're up against EMF 5G, and I hear now 6G is already out. I mean, who knows what we're up against in our food. They're putting, they're putting this, this stuff in our. It's like, wow, it's like we're at war. And so you've got to continually clean, clean your body, guard your health, do all that stuff. And, and, but, but again, remember up here, you need to know that your body is doing one thing always, and that is what is necessary. It doesn't make mistakes. God made it. It's doing what's necessary. So if your body's doing something, don't think it autoimmune the body's attack. We just don't see, we don't understand why it's doing it. Doesn't mean it's stupid and it's attacking itself. But, and then understand that and say, all I got to do is make sure my body doesn't need to do that anymore. And it's, it's, I think it's regaining, restoring a respect for our body, a respect for God, a respect for nature, and understanding that because they've got us believing. Remember, science took over religion. Science is the new religion. When you get sick, you're not going to go to your rabbi or your priest. You're going to go to this guy over here who's 23 years old and wearing a white coat, who doesn't know anything about life, never paid rent. And you're going to ask him, how can you get healthy? And you're not going to go. So we don't go to our rabbis, we don't go to our priests. We don't go to that anymore. We, we. So it's the new religion. And that religion says that the body's stupid, God, stupid, all that stupid. Don't bet here, believe in us. We've got these magic potions. It's really a black art. And you notice the Caduceus is the sign of, of, you know, the snake, serpent, savior, you know, that's it. That's the Caduceus sign. So though you. They're not even hiding it. So I call it, I call it. I call hospitals the house of horrors and I call the doctors, the witches and warlocks because they, they commit sorcery. They. You are going to die. You and people, it's a. They put a spell on you. And by the way.

But I think they believe it. I think the doctors believe it.

You don't think I do. In the deep down, if you've been practicing a long time, you don't think that. Wait, I'm not seeing anybody get better. I mean, I mean.

Well, that's what's amazing to me about like medical oncologists is that they, they do know that no one gets better. So I'm not quite sure what's going on there.

It took me, I did it. I started. I started my fellowship. Right. Six months. I quit. I couldn't. I saw them walk in healthy and I saw what we did to them. That I said, yeah, wait a minute, this doesn't make sense.

Yeah, but I mean, maybe they think that they're giving them extra time. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know what they're thinking. But you would. But the people that have been doing it a long time, you just really have to wonder.

You know this the woman, I, I think I told you. She had widely. 28 year old woman, single mom, had widely disseminated non Hodgkin. And her oncologist said, your daughter's going to be a orphan. So help my really good bedside, man. Anyway, she came to me six months later, everything was okay. She went back to him and showed the PET scans, said, you want to know what I did? And he said, no, no, because he doesn't want to know.

I know. Well, Kelly Turner had this problem when she wrote her book. When she wrote her book Radical Remission. She went back to the medical oncologist and she said, you know, here are the people. I found them. The people that refused treatment and went and did their own thing and they lived. Do you want to know? And they said, no, because we don't want to create false hope.

I think they. Because they don't want to. They need to justify what they're doing, I think. And that would hurt that process. Humans have to justify what they're doing. We have to ourselves. We have to convince ourselves that we're lying. Yeah.

And rational.

And you're not. You can't. And really, any common sense. If I took a healthy person and I gave them something and it made them sick, how can I conclude that I give it to a sick person, they're going to get well. I mean, it's. There's no sense. By the way, I hope I don't get killed when I write this, when I publish this book, but I'm gonna. I'm gonna. I'm exposing all of this. I'm sure it's been exposed before, but.

I'm gonna pray for you. I'm going to pray for you, but.

It needs to get out.

You have to pray for me because I'm on a lot of people's hit list these days, too.

Is it. Is it. Is it just the mammogram or is it everything because you're not doing surgery anymore?

I'm not doing surgery anymore. It's. It's. It's the mammogram, and it's that, you know, I'm. I'm giving people alternatives. So I'm. I'm talking about the tears test, the ARIA tears test, where it's measuring the S100A8 and A9 proteins, which are present 93% of the time, and people who have circulating breast CFCs. And, and I'm. I'm using a. An imaging modality which is, you know, FDA cleared. I didn't invent this, and I didn't. I didn't roll it out and I didn't bring it to the fda, you know, but they want to shoot the messenger. They want to shoot the messenger.

And why are, why hasn't conventional adopted this?

Well, I mean, it's coming. So there's a very major. I don't know if I'm allowed to announce this, but there's a very, very, very. Probably the most major medical system in the United States has a unit in their breast center and sent all of their fellows to train. So it is. It is going to be very rapidly adopted and, and there's gonna be a lot of egg on the faces of the people that attacked me. But I'm not like, that's not what I'm about. And my response to those people that attack me is, instead of fighting me and fighting for mammogram, which is an archaic technology, and stop reinventing the mammogram. Stop putting lipstick on that pig. It's a pig done right instead, why don't you learn about it. Why don't you have some curiosity if you think you can make it better, Come make it better. Right? The only thing that's going to make it better is if we work together, because we're seeing things on QT that, quite frankly, most people don't know what they are. They've never seen them before. We're seeing things on a level that we never saw before.

What do you like? What do you see?

We're seeing like cellular changes. We're seeing resolution that we didn't see before. And most radiologists don't even know or recognize. So unless you're reviewing pathology slides all day long, you've never seen this before on imaging. So you don't know what it is and what to call it. And we can tell the difference between, you know, the investing fascia of the breast will get calcifications because it's not a.

Well.

It'S not a well profused tissue. It's kind of like the in between tissue. So there's calcifications all the time. And it's not a smooth layer of tissue. It interdigitates with the breast tissue. But we can tell what's in the capsule of the breast and what's in the breast tissue proper. So, you know, we talk about these capsular calcifications and people like, oh, calcifications, freaking out about calcifications. I also don't think that everyone needs to know about calcifications. I mean, we talked about that. It's not the calcium. The calcium is not the problem. And even if it is associated with dcis, I don't think we need to know about that either. Again, stage zero, this is not going to affect a woman in her lifetime. Why are we talking about it beyond what we could be doing to improve your physiology, to improve your metabolic health? That is a worthwhile conversation. That's why I use the ARIA test. Because the ARIA test is not a test for do you have breast cancer or do you not have breast cancer? It's a test that, that asks the question, do you have the inflammatory precursors for breast cancer? And if you do, okay, get imaging. But if there's nothing that we can see there, amazing. Because guess what? You have opportunity. You have the opportunity to change. You have the opportunity to improve. You have the opportunity to remake your metabolic health so that you don't go on to disease. Right. And yet they're saying, oh, it's not a validated test. It's. Which it is. It's not FDA approved. It's not covered by insurance. I mean really, this is our mark of what we should and should not use because it's covered by insurance. When insurance is all about a gamble, it's all about a gamble. Like, because I don't really want to help you for too long, right. So let me let you get to as bad as you can get so that I don't have to pay that much and for that long. I mean, you know, that's what that's all about. So. All I want is for people to be healthy. That's all I want. And I don't want to contribute to the their demise. I don't want women to be, have to have their breasts put in a vise where 20 to 50 pounds of pressure are applied to it and then it's radiated. That's not what I want. And the response of, well, it doesn't hurt that bad really. That's not the point.

But it does, but it does.

Some women, it does. Some people, it doesn't. Right, but it's still not the point. The 20 to 50 pounds of pressure to the tissues of the breast isn't good for anyone. And then radiating it afterwards, it causes inflammation.

Yeah, it's madness.

And that whole madness about it being the same as a cross country flight, well, you have to recognize, because a three year old can recognize that there is a vast difference between the scattered radiation that you might get on a flight and the focused coned down radiation that you get to the tissues of the breast during a mammogram. And yet radiologists who should understand this more than anyone say this all the time, that it's the same as a cross country flight. It's like you check your brain at the door.

Exactly.

Listen, that's so crazy to me.

Ask the radiologist if this is so benign, why aren't you standing next to me? Where are you? How come you're hiding over there behind all the, you know, it's not. Okay, it's not. It's like, you know, one, you know, the, that's the whole thing with, with, with radiation, by the way, cross country flight, you can't even compare them because when you get above 30, 000ft, you not only have ionizing radius, you have muons, you have neutrons, you have gamma rays, you know, you have all these other cosmic rays. So you can't compare that to it. It's like grapefruits and pigs, you can't compare them. You know, so the whole thing is absurd. You know, I'd like to, if, if I could is I'd like to help people who have the BRACA handcuffs.

Oh yeah, let's talk about that.

I want to get that off here. Here's just. Statistically, what is it? Eight, nine percent of all breast cancer is BRCA. Something like that. Yeah. Okay. That means 92% is not. Yeah. So if you have BRCA and you get CFC's cancer, was it because of the BRCA or was it because of the same reason that the 92% got theirs? You don't know and nobody asks. And so the thing is, did it. So the whole idea of that. And by the way, you get one chromosome from one parent, one from another. So it's kind of like if, I don't know, people know there's something called like thalassemia minor. If somebody has thalassemia minor, they're not really affected major they are. So in other words, if, if you have one chromosome, you're still okay, you can still deal with it. So what should you do if you have it? Be really healthy now. What should you do if you don't have it? Be really healthy so it doesn't change.

But the thing is, if you are someone who has a BRCA mutation or any of the mutations in the tumor suppressor genes, the very worst thing that you can do is expose yourself to more environmental toxins. So one way to guarantee that these people are going to get breast cancer is to screen them early and screen them often. That's the guarantee. Right. So that drives me a little crazy. And the thing that's really interesting is I think the breast cancer incidence with BRCA now is in the 80s, right? Like 80 some percent. But you know, that wasn't true 50 years ago. And it really, it wasn't, it wasn't true that their, their risk then was only slightly above the general population. And it's only since our environment has become a toxic wasteland and our, our mindset and our lifestyle is, is one of just constant stress and worry and busy and all of that. That's what, that's what changed the incidents, that's what changed the penetrance.

I agree, I agree. And you know, the truth is 5% of the human population has genetic problems. We never see them, they're institutionalized. The hurler's syndrome think they just can't make it. The ones that we see are the high functioning down syndrome, but that's what we see. So if you're among the 95% that made it the first grade, you're okay. And you can't blame your genes. Now you have to say, okay, it's up to me, what am I going to do with these genes? Because if we understand that our genes are really the parts department, what they do is they offer all the possibilities that our cell might need in its adaptive requirements, right? So, and, and this. And the DNA doesn't decide what to do. It gets a message from the, from the membrane which is in touch with the extracellular fluid. Oh, there's too much estrogen, you know, so the, the membrane gives the signal. So the membrane is in the parts department. Just opens up a little link. That's all it is. It's the parts department. We have to understand that. And it's so, and the beautiful thing there is this. Since everything a cell does, it's doing it because in response to the environment, it's extracellular food. We realize that we have probably about 80% authority over what's going into that extracellular fluid because it's everything we eat, drink, smell, taste, goes through our skin, think, feel, and all the hormones and all the stuff we make and all the waste that we haven't yet excreted. So in that milieu, that is the sea in which our cells live, we have a lot of control. So we can modify that. And by modifying that, then our membranes will, that will change what signals our membranes of our cell will give to the DNA. So the DNA, remember, just the parts department. And the reason you know that's true is this. If you take the brains out of anything, it's going to die. You take the brains out of a cell, it doesn't die. In fact, that's what a red blood cell is. A red blood cell has no brains. You took its nucleus out and it lives 120 days. And the reason a red blood cell lives 120 days is it runs out of parts. There's no parts department, but it didn't need that. So the brains of the cell are the membranes and the DNA. And we need to understand that, we need to put the DNA where it is. Because ever since they came up with the, they delineated the human genome, they're coming up with all kinds of stuff. If, if, if cancer was genetic and 1 out of 2 men and 1 out of 3 women get it, that means we should all have at least one parent and one grandparent who had it, and we don't. So it's not genetic. And if it was genetic, it wouldn't be increasing. So please, you've got to unravel these lies and I don't know how we can do it. That's really, I really. My message at this time in my life is I just want to teach other doctors to please wake up and teach everybody to unlearn what they taught you. Just unlearn it. It's just not true. I promise you it's not true. And that's really what I want to do. How do I teach people to unlearn? It's very difficult.

I know it is. But if anyone can do it, it's you. All right, I have some rapid fire questions for you.

Yes, yes, yes.

Okay. What's the one food that people consider healthy that you would never eat, but.

One food that people consider.

Well, and it's okay if you don't have one?

Well, flesh.

Yeah.

But I think the worst food in the world, the worst thing you can ever do is eat anything fried. Okay. Just to let you know that it's safer to smoke a cigarette than to eat a french fry.

It's crazy crushing because I do love french fries, but. I know, but I know they're horrible for you. And every time I pick one off of my kids plate, I'm like, I feel horrible afterwards.

How do you eat just one?

Oh, I don't.

You can't. I don't.

And I get started and then I hate myself and then I feel awful and then I. And then I redo it.

Yeah.

And I vow to never do it again. And unfortunately never comes. But each time, it's very, very seldom now. But I hear you. You're right. Okay. So are you a coffee believer or no?

Yes.

Okay. What's the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?

After peeing?

Yeah, after peeing, we all pee.

I usually, I live right across from the ocean. It's really nice. I go outside, have a nice balcony and I usually do some breathing and meditation.

Amazing. Okay, and what is one practice that you think is the most effective that absolutely everyone can do?

Again, that's the mind. It's just learning. If people that pray and they think meditation is an eastern way of praying to Buddha or something like that, it's not. Prayer is talking to God and meditation is listening for the answer. Meditation is learning to shut up. Really hard to do. But so what I would recommend to everybody one thing. Commit to two minutes. Anybody can do that five times a day. Just pick five times a day to do two minutes and just sit back, eyes closed, put a mask on if you want, and just quietly and in. And with all Your heart and soul. Listen to your breathing. Just listen to your breathing, okay? Because that's God. Because when that breath leaves your body turns back there. That's where. So anyway, if you do that and you can finally get to the point where you're listening with a. You're truly. When you first start, you last about three seconds. If you're doing it five times a day for six weeks, eight weeks, you're going to get up to 10 seconds, 12 seconds and at some point you go through a doorway and you wind up in a place called now. Which never began, never end, it's eternal. That's regardless. And the minute you do that, your immune. It's called psychoneuroimmunology. So I just. If anybody do that, it's an immune enhancing situation. It's also calming. And if you can learn to find that place in you that is independent of all everything else and you're gonna walk into a situation that you know is going to be stressful, you can, you can access that, you can get to that. It's kind of like a safety place place. So find that place. It's very, very important. It's a place where only you are. But once you get there, that's where God is. So anyway, that's what the one practice I would recommend. And the number two real close second is going to bed early, 8 o'. Clock.

Yeah, I hear you. I'm missing that tonight.

I know, I'm sorry. My fault.

That's okay. I want to know what is one health myth that you wish would just die already?

Well, the thing about you got to eat. I have my. I. I always eat a little bit of protein. Protein? What do you mean? You mean animal flesh? Because basically you know that spinach has 49 bi calorie protein and dead cows only have 36%. Anyway, so the whole idea that that's protein and that we gotta have protein, protein, protein. It's a mantra, right? Protein, protein, gotta have protein. That's the one I want to. Because really what we need to be getting is healthy fats. That's the MO. That's more important because protein. Humans only have 5% of breast. Of the calories from breast milk is human. In humans is protein. Protein, right? So in, in cows it's 13%. Horses and you get up to the dogs, they're around 32%. And then cats around 38%. And then the rat is the king of them all, 49%. And the amount of protein in the breast milk correlates with the number of Days till weaning. And that means they've doubled in size. So we have 5%. And just think about it. Breast milk is the. God has decided this is the substance. You need nothing else to bring you from helplessness to viability. So it's a perfect nutrition. So it's got everything you need. The perfect food, the time that you're growing the quickest because your body doubles. You don't double as an adolescent. You don't go 4ft to 8ft.

Right.

So you double as a baby. God said, nature said that you only need 5% of your calories to be protein. Therefore, it's impossible. I mean, let me. Okay, you worked in hospitals for many years. I worked in hospital. Did you ever see anybody admitted with kwashiorkors? No. Okay.

Or morass, because we know what that is. But, but, but no one else knows what that is.

Protein malnourishment. We just don't see it. I've never seen it. It's protein malnourishment.

But they teach it to you like no one's business in medical school.

And we don't see it because why? Because even the person that's eating Twinkies all day long doesn't have it. It's like impossible not to get protein. Right. So anyway, for us, I just want. I. So that's my. Of all the myths I would like to get people off of. It's that. Because unfortunately they wind up eating. Because, you know, and the other one is that in. As Americans, we think if a little is good, then a lot is better. I know that turns out to be true of nothing. So, I mean, even oxygen, it's really important. You put 100 mask of oxygen on, you're going to have emphysema. So you can't, you know, it's not true of anything. So anyway, we need. So to. What I'm saying is too much protein. When you get over 10, 15% of your diet is going to be animal flesh, you're in trouble. You're in trouble. So.

Although I do tell people to include spirulina in their diet, specifically energy bits, because it is an excellent source and a very easily absorbed source of protein.

It's amazing.

Far easier to absorb and utilize than any animal protein. And if you're eating 30 grams of animal protein, I assure you, you are not absorbing 30 grams of animal protein.

No way.

Right. So I do tell people to, if you want to make sure that you're covered right with your protein, that spirulina and specifically, I Mean, I just happen to love the brand Energy Bits because I think that they do an amazing job. It's Katherine Ostron's is it fresh? So it is dried but it's not heat dried so it's dried in tablets and it is just. She controls the process from the very beginning to the very end. And by the way you could actually set up the apparatus to grow it. But you don't have to have. Yeah. But anyway. But it's really. You're right. I think spirulina. I believe if you had chia seeds, spirulina, broccoli, sprouts, you pretty much.

You almost take flax. Do you include flax in your, in your mix, in your cocktail?

Flax, I swear by flax. Listen, you know it not only is a beta agonist, it down regulates alpha.

Yeah.

It tells your body to.

I'm telling you, I swear by flax. And I actually think it's delicious. So for me it's like a win win, right? I really like the flavor and how it makes things taste.

So you can like what? The smoothie I recommend is use some sort of nut milk that you made. Take three tablespoons and grind it. Put that in two handfuls of broccoli sprouts, and then put in whatever you want, strawberries or pineapple, whatever you want to make it delicious. And you've got. I mean, because the broccoli sprouts, you know, think about broccoli.

Yeah.

It's crazy.

It's amazing. Yeah, yeah. No, it's amazing. I agree. Absolutely. Okay. So what's the. What's your. What's the book that changed your life? Is it the one we talked about in the beginning?

Which it was.

You showed me a little, like, paper, a little pocketbook. Is that the book that changed your life?

No, the one that. The one that. What changed my direction was from conventional to non conventional was a book called Medical Miracle by.

Oh, yeah, yeah.

William Campbell Douglas Jr. And it was just about peroxide. And the reason it changed my life is I read. I read it. Everyone can read this. It's written for the layperson. It's called Medical Miracle by Dr. William Campbell Douglas Jr. MD. He was pediatrician, like a third generation doctor. And he. It just talked about the biochemistry of hydrogen peroxide. And it was dedicated to a guy named Charles Farr, who was an MD, PhD, and he almost got a Nobel Prize in 1992 for his discovery of the metabolic pathways of peroxide. But anyway, it's central to most of our fundamental cellular biology. And when I read that, I realized, wait a minute, what I'm doing has nothing to do with physiology, has nothing to do with biology. And when I finished that book, I could no longer ethically practice. I left. In fact, I went to Charlie Farr. He was in Iowa, and I apprenticed with him for like six months. And I just went around. I spent two years going around to doctors who knew something and I would learn differently. Yeah. And that blew my mind. I realized that it was like first year of medical school, they go, well, this is how the body works. Second year, and this is what happens to it. These are the problems. Then the third year, you go in the hospital, they say, now, forget all that. This is what we do.

It's so true. Forget everything you learned. Forget it. And just diagnose, prescribe, diagnose, prescribe, diagnose, rinse, and repeat.

Right. Exactly. Right. Yeah. Yeah.

Okay, last question. If you aren't a doctor, what would you be Doing.

I would like to be a philosopher farmer.

I could see that for you.

I love working. I, I, I want to work with nature. Not to change it, but to just be part of it. And philosophy is just something that happens to me. So I read, I read, I've read all the religions. I just love that. So I love knowledge and all that. So that's what I would do. Philosophy farm.

I love it. I love it. Well, I could talk to you forever, as you very well know, but I need to put a cap on it because it's past my bedtime, because our schedules are not synced up and you are in a different time zone all together than I am. But I always delight in our time together. Dr. Lodi, it is always, always a sincere pleasure to be with you.

Me too. And I realize, I think you may be the only person I consider a peer. I'm serious. There might be out there. I'm sure they are.

So. But anyway, it's live, and I just answer questions about CFCs and stuff like that. And of course, I have a clinic in Arizona, an oasis of healing. We've been there 20 years. And then, so that's no acesofhealing.com but then just drlody.com doctorlodi.com it's just me. And I have three groups for people, you know, people that are interested in health and healing. You know, we have weekly zoom and stuff like that. And it's everything from fasting to diet to exercise. Just how healthy? Second one is parasites group, and the third one is CFC group. If you're in the parasite group, you automatically have membership in the Health and Healing. And if you're in the CFC group, you automatically have membership in the other two. So those are fun groups because I get to, you know, if on the Sunday Night Live, I have to read questions that people sent in during the week. But on the zooms, it's interaction, you know, because if someone said I have this lump on my head and now I can say, when did it start? Is it soft? Is it hard?
