Like everything you mentioned. Yeah. Like if I write it on a scrap piece of paper, if I'm somewhere, I feel like that's not right. I need to get a book. If I don't have the right book, I'm not gonna do it. What's the most effective thing you can do?
Well, I guess if we're talking about effective, like what is the goal you want out of it? For me, it's a lot of it is just processing emotions and working through problems and just getting things out of my head. Or else I just kind of get stuck. Stuck in these thought loops and cycles and I just need to get it down. If I'm feeling very organized, I will try and like put everything into journals or put it on a doc or something, but so much gets lost and it's, it's okay.
