Think about your brain like you would a beloved pet or a most precious baby that needs you to take care of it. You could even give it a name. This is powerful because it could help us get unstuck from negative self-talk and into a more beneficial problem-solving curiosity mode. The second tip is to never forget that your mind and your body are connected. Your basic needs have not changed since you were a toddler. So when you're feeling down, ask yourself, if your brain needs a nap, or a piece of fresh fruit or vegetables, a hug from a friend or a pet, or movement and exercise, or consider the fact that you might be feeling under the weather. Thank you so much for spending this time with me. I wish you wellness.
