We don't teach kids about their brain. We don't teach them about how their mind, body, and space interact with each other. And we can't protect our kids 24/7, but if they're empowered with the knowledge of their own brain, how it works with their body, how your body talks to your brain, and how precious our nervous system is, they're going to be light years ahead. I mean, imagine if you had known about your nervous system and the way your brain works when you were younger. So habits die hard, and the earlier we set healthy habits, the better it is for the brain to follow. Healthy habits don't have to be as difficult if we teach kids about their brain. Now imagine you had learned all this as a kid. It is so empowering.
