One of the most annoying things is knowing what you need to do and still not doing it. Ever have them, those days? I know I do. Like these beautiful, gorgeous flowers. Sometimes even doing something like this, I procrastinate on. But what about sending that thank you note? Those kind of tasks can swirl around in our heads. Sometimes we might not get to it. And this is some of the most important things we can do to like reach out and thank people and to connect. And this is one of the reasons that I created Relaxasaur. Every day has this little slot that says important so you can put in something like thank someone or frogs. Which is that nagging thing, that little bill that you have to pay or something you have to send to the IRS. These little things and the ability to just check them off, cross them out, so super satisfying. I'm a physician, board certified in radiology. I got really tired of diagnosing diseases from the inside out that I knew was preventable. So now I'm a lifestyle medicine specialist and a resilience expert. I help so many high achievers manage their nervous system so that they can perform at their best and be at their healthiest mentally and physically. Because let's face it, mental and physical wellness and peak performance go hand in hand. These are not separate things. Everything in this planner was something that I absolutely needed for myself, and my students want it as well. It has everything that I've been teaching for over 10 years to keep you mentally and physically resilient. Right now we're having a special. You're gonna get two 30-minute sessions with me just so that we can get you off on the right foot to change whatever it is that you want to change in your life right now. I love hearing from you guys, so send me any questions you want me to answer as far as wellness and resilience goes, and I'm I'm also writing a book by the same name, Relax to Soar, so I'd love to have you request anything that you'd like to see in there.
