Apostle Mike Woods Sr. leads a prayer session on renewing your mind through Scripture to achieve revival, win souls, and receive healing. Thank you God! We bless You Lord! We bless You Lord! Shandolo Lokoja Shekete de Viboziya Tanda Ema Soto Koshi Shibaba Ha Osorabade Emre Kokushi Habaa Babosa— thank You God! We bless You Lord! We bless You God! We bless You! Andemabo kosi ataye? Thank you, Jesus. Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, we bless you, God. We bless you, God. We bless you, God. Hallelujah! Glory be to your name, Jesus. Glory to God. Hallelujah, hallelujah, glory to God. Whether you're here live or by replay this morning, we want you to do us a kind favor and please share. Please share. Glory be to God. Please share. Thank you, Jesus. Please share. Please share. Glory be to the Father. Glory to God. We're praying today again about souls, about revival. And glory be to God, it takes— my God— a renewed mind really to want to see people born again. Glory to the name of God. I, you know, I really don't believe that a person's mind has been renewed if they do not have an innate concern about others knowing Jesus. It's so very important. Listen to me, glory to God. Listen, listen very closely. It's so very important that your mind be renewed. You know, you can't have a passion for anything that pertains to God if you do not have a renewed mind. Glory to God. So this morning, yeah, that's what we're gonna do, uh, we're gonna pray, glory to God, about renewing the mind, because this is what we want God to do. We're going to confess and we're going to trust God. Hallelujah! That he will renew our mind, our spirit. Glory to God! Our soul and our body. Glory to the name of God! And that he'll cause us to be transformed. Praise Jesus! Glory to God! Let's read, praise God, a few scriptures. Let's go to 3 John. 3 John. Somebody write 3 John 2. 3 John 2. The Bible declares, and I'm reading out of the Amplified, beloved, I pray that you may prosper in every way and that your body may keep well, even as I know your soul keeps well and prospers. I'm gonna read that again because it's just all right to read the Bible. Amen. The scripture says again in 3 John, glory to the name of God, 2, it says, beloved, Beloved, hear me, I pray, glory to the name of God, that you may prosper in every way. So here's the Apostle praying for the people that— and he's saying, beloved, glory to the name of God, he's saying, listen, those of you that are close to me, that are intimate in my assignment, my purpose, I pray— this is what he's saying— that you may prosper in every way. So even this morning, God, as we pray, we pray for your people and we pray for your beloved, those that you're concerned with. And God, we prayed this morning that they would prosper in every way. Hallelujah. And that their body may keep well. Oh, Rabbi Shikura bakaya, even as I know your soul keeps and prospers. Hallelujah! Let's go to Romans 12. We're going to pray. Praise God! Our mind's got to be renewed. Praise God! So we can receive the promises of God, so we can be obedient to the assignment of God, and open our life up as a light so men from all walks of life, whether they're rich, whether they're poor, whether they're middle class— glory to the name of God— whether they're destitute or whether they're soaring on a mountain, we need to be a light in every way that men of all walks of life can be drawn to us. Romans 12— yes, Lord— and 2 says, be not conformed to this world. Hallelujah, hallelujah. This age fashioned after and adapted to its external and superficial customs, but be transformed— changed— by the entire renewal of your mind, by his new ideas and its new attitude, so that you may prove for yourself what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect in his sight for you. Glory to God. 1 Corinthians 2 and verse 16. You can go back and read these later. That's why I want you to write them in the comments. Glory to God. So you'll have notes. For who has known or understood the mind? Hallelujah. The counsels and purposes of the Lord, so as to guide and instruct him and give him knowledge. But we have the mind of Christ— glory to God— the Messiah, and hold the thoughts, feelings, and purposes of his heart. You know, as a born-again believer, when you receive the Holy Spirit into your life— that's why you need the Holy Ghost, glory to God— That's why you need to be saved and filled with the Holy Spirit, because— oh my God, oh my God— when the Holy Spirit's entering your life, you begin now to house the mind of Christ, the Messiah. The person of God is the Holy Spirit, right? So, and then you begin to hold the thoughts, the feelings, and purposes of his heart. They become dear to you because he's moved in. It's just like anybody else that moves into your natural home. Someone moves into your natural home, listen to me, you— hallelujah— take, uh, you hold them to heart. Even if you bring home a new child from the hospital, you hold that child to your heart, and you hold their thoughts and their purposes. You have feelings for them. Hallelujah. You don't just let anybody move into your home. And when you receive the gift of the Holy Spirit, hear me, you house the thoughts and feelings and the purposes and the strategies and the desires of God for your life. Oh my God. That's why you gotta let him in and let him have control. Let's go to Joshua 1 and verse number 8. The Bible says, for the law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night. That you may observe— hear me— and do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success. Some powerful principles in that one verse. So he says, first, the book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth. Out of your mouth. Hear me. Oh my God. But so that means you should constantly be speaking the word of God out of your mouth. Praise God. It shall not depart. Every conversation should be seasoned with grace, with the grace of the word. It should be yay and amen according to the word. Not mean you walk around quoting scripture all day. But what it does mean is, is that your speech, the foundation of what you say, no negative comes out of your mouth. Your words are faith-building, they're constructive and not destructive. It says, watch this, you shall meditate on it. Secondly, the word day and night, the word meditate there is hagi in Hebrew, and it literally means to chew it up, swallow it regurgitate it, chew it some more, swallow it, regurgitate it, chew it some more, swallow it, you know, and to repeat that process until what you're thinking on and what you've read, what you've studied becomes easy to digest and becomes one with your spirit. Woo! He said, why do you need to do this? That you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. So hear me, oh my God, when you allow the word of God not to depart out of your mouth, when your conversations are built on the substratum of God's word, God's kingdom constitution, and you're constantly thinking, meditating Hagi Ai, chewing up that word, swallowing it, regurgitating, breaking it all the way down until your spirit understands it. Hear me, until your spirit becomes one with that word. Listen, listen, he says, watch this, but then, not before. So the word has to become one with you, and you have to begin to walk out the word and live your life according to the word of God. See, when you doing things your own way and you're committed to your own ideals and ways of doing things— yes, Lord— you're gonna— you're going to make things harder than they need to be. But when the Word is your guide and your life is governed by the book of the law, the kingdom constitution, the Bible, and you meditate on it, it becomes one with you, and you observe and do according to all that is in it, the Bible said you'll make your way prosperous. You will propel forward in every area. Hallelujah! My God, you'll, you'll prosper financially. You'll move forward in your marriage, in your relationships. You'll move forward as a parent. You'll move forward in your career, in your profession. Your past will have no authority to stop you because the word of God is the force that precedes you. Hallelujah! Because you're meditating on it. But when you judge life according to your heart and your thoughts and not the word— I know people that, listen, will not pick up their Bible until they're listening to somebody teach or preach, or until Sunday or a Bible study. Man, you need to be studying the word every single day. Hallelujah! It's your force of life. It's your guide. It's what causes prosperity when you become one with it, because you act out the principles. Because it says, you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success. You'll think before you do, and it will create good success. Let me keep moving. I didn't mean to spend that much time on that. Let's go to Proverbs 1— oh my God, I'm sorry, Proverbs 3, verses 5 and 6. Watch this. The Bible says, lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind, and do not rely on insight or understanding, your own insight or understanding. You hear that? You got to dismiss your own insight and understanding. Oh my God, oh my God. And in all your ways, know, recognize, and acknowledge him. So in everything you do, involve him again. Hallelujah. This is how you get your mind renewed. We're gonna pray according to these scriptures this morning. That's why I'm giving them to you. Oh my God. And he will direct your path and make straight and plain your paths. See, only confused people are people that don't lean on the word. Confused people are people that lean to their own understanding and trust, and they're confident in their own way of doing things. Oh my God, but God is so much smarter than you. He, he knows so much more than you. He's intelligent. He's the only wise God. Glory to God. It's in him we live, it's in him we move, it's in him we have our being. Oh my God, oh my God. In all your ways acknowledge him, recognize him, and he will direct and make straight and plain your paths. Let's go to Proverbs 21:5. Lord, I feel the Holy Spirit this morning. The Bible declares the thoughts of the steadily diligent tend only to plenteousness, but every Anyone who is impatient and hasty hastens only— oh my God— to want. Those of you out there trying to get too much too quick, trying to build kingdoms to yourself, trying to say and do everything in a structured way that reaches your demographic, that makes you have more likes and more followers— oh my God— and makes people engage, so you adjust so you can get that attention. Listen, because you're moving in impatience and you're shaping your world around someone else's desire and not the assignment of God for your life. But the Bible said the thoughts of the diligent, those that are consistently and steadily diligent, they tend only to plenteousness. So when you're thinking about your outcome, when you really want plenty that is sustained See, it's not enough to get plenty in a season and you're not able to sustain plenty. It's one thing to get it, but it's another thing to keep it. And the only way you keep it is that you go through the process that qualifies you to keep the plenty. You go through the trials, you go through the tribulations, and you are steadily diligent in spite of whatever you're going through. I gotta go, man. I could teach these, boy. Let's go to Hebrews 4:12. For the word of God, hallelujah, that speaks is alive, full of power, making it active, operative, and effective. It is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating to the dividing line of the breath of life, soul, and the immortal spirit, and joints and marrow of the deepest parts of our nature, exposing sifting and analyzing and judging the very thoughts and purposes of our heart. The word of God, I'm telling you, it's everything. It's everything. It's alive. It's not some book of archaic writings. It's the word of God. It's the logos, the logic, the thought process of God. It is alive and it's full of power. It makes us active. Yeah, that's why you got to renew your mind with the word. It makes us active, it energizes us, it makes us effective. See, many of you are being ineffective because you're trying to do it yourself and you're not doing it through the word of God. Listen, if you're just joining us, we love you. Please share, please comment, let us know where you're joining from. We're going to pray in a moment. We're just laying the foundation. Hallelujah! Because the Bible said we pray according to his will He hears us. Hallelujah. His will is his word. So every time we pray, we ought to build— see, your prayer life is ineffective because you're praying amiss. You're not praying in alignment with the word of God. And, and this is why your prayer life is ineffective. This is why it doesn't work. This is why when you pray, things don't happen. Oh my God. Oh Jesus, help us, Father. Oh my God, let's go to Philippians. I gotta move forward, verses 6 through 8. Ah, glory to God. Do not fear to have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition, definite requests with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known own to God. Verse 7: I love the Lord. Hallelujah. And God's peace shall be yours, that tranquil state of a soul assured of his salvation through Christ, and so fearing nothing from God and being confident with its earthly lot of whatever sort that is. That peace which transcends all understanding shall garrison and mount guard. I love the Lord, thank you, Lord, over our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Let me keep moving. I ain't gonna mess with— I can't. 2 Corinthians 10:4. For the weapons of our warfare— of our— we're gonna pray in a moment. Thank you, Jesus. Are not physical weapons of flesh and blood, but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds. Proverbs 16, verse 13: Roll your works upon the Lord, commit and trust them wholly to him. He will cause your thoughts to become agreeable to his will. Oh my God, his word. And so your plans will be established and succeed. Are you hearing the theme of this, this morning? When we renew our mind, we could— we will be very successful in everything we do, including reaching the lost and winning souls. Oh my God. 2 Corinthians 10:5. I'm almost done. Inasmuch we refute arguments and theories and reasonings and every proud and lofty thing that sets itself against the true knowledge of God, And we lead every thought and purpose away captive into the obedience of Christ the Messiah, the Anointed One. Hallelujah! We love you, Father, and we worship you, and we adore you this morning. We thank you for your goodness, your mercy, your grace, your kindness, your favor. Father, we declare and we decree today that beside you there is no other. You're God, and you're God all by yourself, God. And Father, even as we arose to seek you early, as your word says, Father, we ask you in the name of Jesus to hear our prayer, for your word declares your prayers are forever open to the righteous. And Father, even as I pray this morning, I thank you that we shall prosper and be in health, even as our prospers. And I decree and declare, God, that we have the mind of Christ the Messiah, and we do hold the thoughts and feelings and purposes of his heart. God, we trust you, Lord, with all of our heart, and we lean not to our own understanding, but in all our ways we acknowledge you. And God, we thank you that because we speak to you, because we acknowledge you, we thank you that we we will not miss it to the left nor to the right. But dear God, we will be on point, we will be accurate, God. Our steps, oh my God, will be structured and ordered by you, God. Hallelujah. Everywhere we go, oh yeah, we will follow after the Holy Spirit and the word, God. Hallelujah. Glory to God. We won't move without you. We won't sign another agreement without you. We won't take a job without you. We won't start a business without you. We won't make an investment without you. Ika shiba bri sheboku rushka bate bozo ruba keta posha. Yes, God. Imande surabakaya. We bless you, God. And we thank you, we thank you, Lord. And Father, we submit ourselves today to your word, God, which exposes and sifts and analyzes and judges, God, the very thoughts and purposes of our hearts. And Father, we thank you, we open ourselves up to that, we surrender to your word, God. And we say, God, judge us, God, according to your word. Expose us according to your word. Show us ourself like we've never seen ourselves before, God. Many are arrogant and lofty and feel like they are beyond your word, and they can do what they like and they can do what they please. But God, I'm praying this this morning, that you will not expose them to the world, expose them to themselves in a very real way. Let them have an encounter with you that will judge them, that will sift every thought, everything in them that comes against your word. Remove it and bring deliverance, God, in Jesus' name. Father, we decree and declare that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but they are mighty through you to the pulling down of strongholds. Strongholds of intimidation, Lord. Yes, I hear that even as I prayed this morning. Many that are listening live or by replay, they are intimidated. Intimidated. They operate in high insecurity. They're intimidated by life, by people in authority. They're intimidated by intelligence. Orebekeskitabaya. But give them to know they do not have to be that way. Hallelujah. No matter what their background, what their educational, uh, disposal is, God, in the name of Jesus, oh, give them to know that in you they live and move and have their being. And they have access to divine intelligence and spiritual intelligence. Thank you, Lord. God, I bind up the spirit of fear that wars through our carnality, thoughts that rise up that cause us to be afraid to progress and move forward and even to witness, to minister to those who are lost. God, I pray for the saints of God The person that knows you, that you would renew their mind to the point, God, that they will not fear, that they will boldly represent you and speak your word to others, that they may receive the glorious gospel and that their lives may be transformed just like we have, God. We bind up doubt, unbelief, and failure. Oh my God, we refute arguments and theories and reasonings and every proud and lofty thing that sets itself up against the true knowledge of God. And Father, we lead every thought into captivity. Hallelujah, hallelujah, into the obedience of Christ. Christ our Lord, our Savior, and our Messiah. And Father, we declare that today— yes, Lord— that today, May 7th, 2021, that we shall be transformed the more by the renewing and the redoing of our mind. Yes, God, that we may prove what is good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Hallelujah. And Father, we declare today that your word shall not depart from our mouth, but we shall meditate. Hallelujah. We shall meditate, oh yeah, brisca taba, on your word all day, all night, God, that we may observe that it's always right in front of us, that it is a part us, that it is the leader and driving force of every decision. Woo! And we'll do according to all that is written in your word, for then, God, our way shall be made prosperous, and then, God, we will have good success. Yes, God, I hear you. Father, right now I just bless your people who are watching me live or by replay with good success. And I decree and declare that every person under the sound of my voice has good success right now in the name of Jesus. I declare that everything their hands touch, naturally, spiritually, financially, relationally, emotionally, I decree that they have good success right Oh, in the name of Jesus. Oh, and Father, we declare that our thoughts are thoughts of the diligent. We are consistently diligent, and God, we tend only to plenteousness. We do not major in lack. Our diligent actions and work according to your word, our our diligence in sowing, our diligence in serving. Oh my God, our diligence in saying, oh my, basiko, the word of God, and ministering to those that are lost, it leads us only to plenteousness. So we sow, we say, oh my God, we serve. We sow, we say, we serve. And God, we thank you as we serve the assignment and the purpose and the plan and the strategy for our life. God, you lead us to plenty, God, in the name of Jesus. And therefore, God, we are not anxious about nothing. Thank you. But in everything, in every prayer, in every petition, with thanksgiving, and we present our request to you today, God. And we declare that the peace of God transcends all understanding and will guard our heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Oh, thank you, Lord. All right there, you know, just stop and clap your hands and say thank you, Jesus. We bless you, God, for what you're doing. Oh God, we declare, God, that we will fix our mind today on whatever is true, whatever is worthy of reverence, whatever is honorable and seemly, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely and lovely whatever is kind and wholesome and gracious. This is our thought process today. And God, if there's any virtue, if there's any excellence, God, that flows out of our life today, God, hallelujah. If there's anything worthy of worship and praise, God, hallelujah. We will think on and we'll weigh in on and take account of these things. We let no negative thoughts come to our mind and we don't allow any negative words to come out of our mouth. We decree and declare today Our words are faith-building. Our words are constructive and not destructive. And we declare it now in the name of Jesus. No matter what anyone else says against us, because we thank you, Lord, that no weapon formed against us can prosper. And every tongue that rises against us in judgment, we shall cause to be in the wrong. Why? Because our life is driven by the word, and our life makes us epistles written and read of men. So the light of our goodness the light of your glory, God, that flows out of our life. Men shall see our good works and you will be glorified, and many will be turned to righteousness because of this, God, in the name of Jesus. So Father, today, Lord, we roll our works upon you. Hallelujah. And we commit and trust them wholly to you, God. And we declare that you will cause our thoughts to become agreeable to your will, and so shall our stand, uh, oh, be solid. Our stand shall not be removed. Our ways and our plans, hallelujah, shall be established and they shall succeed. And we say this today in Jesus' name we pray. Amen and thank God. Hallelujah. We love you, Lord. Thank you for a renewed mind, a witnessing mind. I'm telling you right now, you'll never be the same if you walk according to those scriptures I gave you this morning and you come back and you keep praying this prayer over and over, speaking it out of your mouth, confessing it, putting— making it personal to you. I'm telling you right now, you'll begin begin to see the manifestation of a renewed mind flow out of your life. I love you all, whether you're watching us live or by replay. Thank you. Listen, I want to encourage every one of you— glory to the name of God— to join us this weekend at Rhoda Church. It's going to be another supernatural weekend. And hey, listen, if you're in the Atlanta area, we We have relocated our church. You can go to rhondachurch.com to get the information, and I'm super grateful. We're now in a space that's probably, oh my God, 10 times larger than where we were. Uh, glory to God, our space, glory to God, can hold a great harvest, and I'm supernaturally proud of that. I'm so grateful because we're going after souls like never before. Listen, there's no time to run from the church. It's time to be in church. The church— we've been declaring it since March of last year that the church is a COVID-19 free zone. No one from our family has died from COVID Thanks be to God. We're, we're, we're, we're prayerful and we're sympathetic toward those that have lost people because of this crazy disease. But you know, we just declared, glory to God, that COVID would not kill us. Because God is Jehovah Rapha, the Lord our healer. Why would he put something on us that's gonna kill us? Glory to God. He— if it did show up, it came— God is the healer. We have declared that Rodder Church is a COVID-19 free zone, which means if you come into Rodder Church with it, you're gonna be healed. Hallelujah. If you come without it, you'll never get it. And really, we have decreed that the entire facility is an infirmity-free zone. So if you come in with any disease— AIDS, cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes, it doesn't matter, whatever the infirmity— if you come with it, you will be healed, because sickness and disease cannot live in that zone. And my body is a sickness and disease-free zone. And you ought to declare that out in the word. Glory to God. He said he would above all things that you prosper and be in health. We read that in 3 John 2 today. Your mind has got to be renewed to believe it. So I'm going to invite you out to share with us. We got some great things happening. God, the word we're teaching on kingdom this month, and I promise you, you'll be blessed. I love you guys. If you want to be a blessing to our church, you can do so, one, via Cash App. Most people on social media— glory to the name of God— Um, they, they give sporadically, and at the end of the day, that's your choice. We don't do this for your giving, but if you want to support us, you can do Cash App and use the Rother Church tag in Cash App, or you can simply go to our website rotherchurch.com/donate and you can sow your seed that way. However you choose to give, uh, we trust God that he'll multiply your seed a thousand times more, and we appreciate your gifts and your giving, because that's how we're able to continue to do what God has called us to do. Listen, I love you. Heaven smile upon you is my prayer. You know, God is a good God, and beside him there is no other. Enjoy your day, live it through the word, and watch how wonderful your day is. Y'all be blessed. God bless you. We'll see you soon. Hallelujah.
