Hallelujah, Jesus! Good morning, everyone. Glory to God. Thank you, Jesus. We praise your name, Father. We bless you. We honor you, we adore you, Jesus. Thank you. This is the day the Lord has made. Hallelujah! And we rejoice. Glory to God, and we are glad in it. We worship you, Father. We adore you. We bless you. Bree, Baba Soroko. Yes, Lord. We bless you, Lord. We bless your name, Jesus. We bless your name. You're worthy of praise. You're worthy of glory. Hallelujah. You're worthy of honor. We bless you, God. Come in, everybody. Good morning. We're going to pray in just a moment. Just going to give a little time, just a little window for people to join us this morning. You know, I'm so happy for the opportunity to spend time with the Lord. I've always been. There's no other place I'd rather be than in the presence of God. Glory to God. So you guys come in, uh, this is 5 o'clock prayer. And for those of you who are uninitiated, my name is Apostle Mike Woods, and we just— we're just in love with Jesus, man. And I am telling you, you know, he's a real God. And outside of religious practices and things that we go through, uh, to appear like we are a part of his family. Listen, man, drop the appearances and get in his presence for real, and you'll learn that he's really real for real. It's not just something you heard about, not just something preached about. God indeed is real. Glory to God. So we're grateful today and we're excited. Glory to God to be in the presence of Jesus Christ. Glory to God, he's a wonderful God. He's a mighty God. And God says, you come in, do me a favor, please, by all means, share, like this video, share, comment below. If you have something you want us to pray about, please comment below. If you have someone you want us to pray for, please comment below. We will pray for them. Glory to the name of God. Hallelujah! We worship you, Father. We adore you. Beside you, beside you, aya, my manchi, aye lelebe oseatai. Ah God, there is none other. There is none other. Oramaha se shabata sia nosia. Koramahata We bless you, God. We give you the glory. We bless your name, God. We bless your name, God. Yes, Lord. Yes, Lord. Yes, Lord. Yes, Lord. The worshipers are worshiping. We bless you and we honor you and we praise you, God. You're glorious, you're mighty. You know, and we're gonna get— we're gonna pray, but just for a few moments, I want to share something with you. You know, I think that many of you today— this is what I sense strongly in my spirit— we're praying for souls. Glory to God. We're believing God for 100 souls in the next 30 days. Glory to God. 100 souls to souls to be added to the church, uh, for our ministry in particular, our local church. I want you to believe God with us for souls. And if you're a minister, if you're a pastor, if you're a leader, listen, I want you to trust God. Praise Jesus for souls. Amen. I think we've become so detached from the reality that God really wants us to win people to him. I mean, that's for real, you know, that's, uh, that's very important. I talked about that yesterday, and today I want to pray because I think one of the reasons many people do not evangelize and share their faith the way they should is because many people— hear me— are frustrated in their faith. They have their own set of troubles, and they're spending time trying solve their own problems, and they're crying out to God for, you know, what they need him to do for them in particular. And I get it, you know, I really get it, man. Um, and it becomes hard to really, as a human being who has your own set of stuff or things or troubles that you're dealing with, to extend to someone else But there's a level of maturity where you continue in purpose, you continue in the assignment, and you trust God in faith that he's got your stuff while you're doing his will, trying to help someone else. But you have to get there. Amen. And many times during a time of trouble or calamity— hear me, all right— it's difficult to remember a lot of times the promises of God. I'll say that again. A lot of times during trouble or calamity, it is very difficult to remember the promises of Jesus. And you know, trouble has a way of grabbing our attention in many, many, many times, and the pressures of certain moments in our life can really be overwhelming. And all we want to do is get out of what we're in. Everybody's been there. You've been in a situation where it was so tough, it was so hard, and all you did was want to get out. I've been there, man. I've, I've had some challenges. I've had some things that came up against me. I had some things that have happened to me that I just really believe my whole life was over because that thing, uh, what I just feel like, it's not— this is just something that I can't fix, but that was the point, you know. God bothered me to make me better, to push me into a deeper place with God. And I'm saying to you today, you know, God has bothered you to make you better. And many times, listen to me, it could be very helpful to just pick up your Bible and start reading. One of my go-to passages of scripture, glory to God, is Psalm 20 and Psalm 91. Psalm 21 says the Lord hears us. Hear me. In the day of trouble, the name of the God of Jacob defends us. Some trust in chariots, some trust in horses, but we will remember the name of the Lord our God forever. Oh my God. So listen to that. He hears us. Psalm 20. In the day of trouble. Oh my God. He hears us in trouble. Then Psalm 91, another one. He that dwells in the secret place of the Most High God shall abide in the shadow of the Almighty. Glory to God. And I need you to hear me, guys. If you find the secret place— Hashia, hurabah— for real, if you find the secret place for real, your life will never be the same. Trouble will never be the same. I'm not telling you trouble won't stop, but you'll, you'll deal with trouble in a whole different way because you live in a place of peace. You live in a place of perpetual joy, and no matter what happens, no matter what comes against you, you're able to sustain and live through it. Glory to God. Yes, Lord. Why, Michael Woods? You're able to do it because the joy of the Lord, hallelujah, is your strength. And you're in that secret place and you're experiencing real, hallelujah, interaction with God. Are y'all hearing me today? Real interaction with God. Aya ya basanda lo bokosya. Come on, just lift your hands and worship him. Hallelujah, hallelujah! Just worship him. We bless the Lord. He's good, he's mighty, and he's glorious. Ah, beside him there is no other. He's perfectly and absolutely wise. Glory to God. You know, a lot of times when we're stressed— listen, I, I hear you, Lord. I'm, I'm moving, I promise you, I'm moving. And we're going to pray. Glory to God. But a lot of times when we're stressful, it seems like prayer can be hear me, a waste of time. A lot of times when there's trouble, it seems like a— especially to spend time in prayer, because again, the trouble overwhelms you so, and you just like, I just want to get out of this. And but real prayer is really not even addressing the trouble, it's entering into a place, a secret place with God, where in your time of fellowship and time with him, what you're going through and what you're dealing with is addressed, and you don't have to sit there and rehearse where you are. I'm not saying don't talk to God about your trouble. I'm saying don't make it the focal point of your time with him. Make him the focal point. And when you make him the focal point, he stands up on his throne and says, I like this. I like this worship. I like this time with my son, with my daughter. And he comes in and he fellowships with us. And one thing about the fellowship of the Father— when the Father fellowships with us, he changes everything. He changes us. And even if he doesn't change the trouble, he gives us the fortitude and the strength and the peace to know that we can handle it, that we can go through it, that we can literally be victorious in what we're in. Glory to God! Hallelujah! Glory to Jesus! I feel the anointing, guys. I'm telling you, no matter where you are, because I want to pray for you in your trouble this morning. I want to pray for us in the midst of things that are happening in our world that bring stress, that bring trouble. I want us to know today that God is our refuge and he is our strength. I want to pray for your faith, that you will constantly visit the word according to Romans 10:17 that says faith come by hearing and hearing by the word of God. See, I want you to be in such peace with your life that whatever you're going through, that you don't faint, that you don't give up, that you don't it, that that thing will become a testimony that you can share with others. You look, I was going through this, but look at me. It wasn't my money, it wasn't my friends, it wasn't my family, but God. Hallelujah! God got me through this. God got me to this point. And I'm telling you, all praises and glory be to God for the things that he has done. We're going to pray in a moment, but I'm just trying to encourage you, don't give up in trouble. Don't quit in trouble. God knows when I look back over my life, there are things I've gone through, glory to God, that should have killed me. Glory to the name of God, that should have literally took me out of here. But when I look at where the Lord has brought me— oh yeah, yes God, hallelujah! When I look at where God has brought me, children of God. I am grateful. Oh, I am thankful. Goshia Bandeja. Because I know if it had not been for the Lord, I wouldn't be alive today. I wouldn't have my right frame of mind. Glory to God. So I worship him this morning. I praise him for all the trouble that he's brought me through, for all the failure that he's picked me up from and literally and deliberately restored my life. Oh, Rabba Sandia, I give you glory, God. We bless your name, God. Let's pray. Father, in Jesus' name, we come before you today in the name of Jesus, acknowledging that you are our refuge and our high tower. God, you are refuge and a stronghold in time of trouble. God and Father, we decree and declare today that you will hide us. Glory to God. In your shelter and in the secret place according to Psalm 91. Your— oh my God, of your tent, of your dwelling, of heaven. We will sit in heavenly places. We will move, hallelujah, from this earthly dimension into a spiritual place, and you will hide us in your tabernacle. Glory to God. And Father, you will set us upon a rock And we decree and declare that our head shall be lifted above our enemies. Even as I'm praying right now, somebody's head— orabakaia— is being lifted above your enemies. The enemies that are coming against you, the enemies that bring up your past, the enemies that bring up lies and rumors and gossip about you. Oh my God, God, right now as I'm praying, Father, I thank you. You're good, you're good. Listen, I can't tell you the the many times God has done this for me. He will lift your head above your enemies. The attacks have come that have publicly come against me, hallelujah, where I didn't utter a mumbling word, didn't say anything in retaliation. I kept living, I kept praying, I kept preaching. Was it hard? Yes, hallelujah, yes, yes. But I trusted God to lift my head above my enemies. And you know what, I thank God when I look at my life and how God brought me through in peace and how he continues to raise me up in so many areas. Glory to God of my life, whether it's business, finance, ministry, you know, because I know he has my back. Can I tell you something? God has your back today. Glory to God. So Father, we thank you for lifting our head above our enemies according to Psalm 91. Glory to the name of God. And we decree and declare, hallelujah, that in your tent we offer sacrifices of worship and we offer shouting of joy. So Father, this morning we worship you, we adore you, we give your name the glory, we give your name the praise, God, we give your name the honor. Oh, basse, yeah. And say God, we love you, and we declare this morning that the joy of the Lord— hallelujah! We decree and declare We bless you, God, and we honor you, God. We worship your name, Jesus. Hallelujah, hallelujah. And in your presence, God, in your tabernacle, in our temple, in your tent, we offer praise to you, O Lord. So hear us today when we cry, God. Somebody ought to cry out to the Lord now, even as we're praying. Glory to God. At this 5 o'clock hour, you ought to cry out to God in your trouble. Father, we cry out, God, and we declare this morning we cannot help ourselves, God, and we will not be helped except you help us, God. So Father, we ask you today to help us, Jesus. Oh God, help God, help God, help God. Help God right where we are. We cry help. Somebody ought to shout help. Oh, rabba, if you're watching this prayer, glory to God, live or by replay, I dare you, make the devil a real liar and type help in the comments. Ushka tababasaya. And as Oko Shuba Briske Shu To Shabaki Kamamandasa. And as you cry to God today for help, I want you to know that he is helping you right now. He's helping you with your children. Yes, Lord. Hallelujah. He's helping you with your children. I see— I'm looking at somebody right now that's watching us either live or by replay. Yes, Lord. Your children, you have put everything you know to put in them that was right. You taught them right from wrong. You taught them the ways of God. You took them to church, and now they've come of age. And I'm talking to somebody, that child has strayed and they have their own mindset and doing their own thing, and their growth spiritually has been stunted. Hear me when I tell you, God is about to bring your child home. Glory to God! I see them worshiping, I see them praising, I see them taking victory over the problems in their life, whether it be addiction to drugs, whether it be addiction to some lifestyle that is not of God. I'm telling you, deliverance has has come to your family. Deliverance has come to your house. Oh, reba brisco, rushkia, paaya. Oh, soto rabaka, in the name that is above every name, in the name of Jesus. Oh God, I'm talking to that wife that's frustrated in her marriage. Your husband's cheating, your husband's not loving you like the way he should, and you've stood your ground. Hora babasaya. God, I hear you. You stood your ground for years. Glory to God. You prayed, you've gone to church, you've tolerated it. But I heard the Lord say, liberty has come. No longer should you suffer. And you stay because of some religious legalism that has kept you fearful of walking away from your marriage. Because yes, God hates divorce. I hear you, God. Yes, the Lord hates divorce, but he loves you more. And because the reality is you're— you are divorced because you're estranged. You're not making love, you're not intimate, You're not communicating. You don't feel a sense of protection and security in that marriage. You are divorced, just not on paper. And God says the— it's almost like you were in prison and you— your release date came up, the doors open, and you didn't leave the cell. You stayed in jail. I don't know who I'm talking to, but I'm prophesying to somebody now. The prison door has swung open. Glory to God. And I heard the Lord say, get up, get up, get up, walk out of the jail. Your release has come. You've been free and you've just been enduring because you've been fighting this psychological battle in your mind. The jail cell is open. Bre, aye, oso, rukuska, dande, bose, ma. Get up and go. Said the Lord. Yeah. So Father, we thank you. Yes, Lord, at this 5 o'clock hour for victory. We thank you for your glory, God. We thank you, Lord, that on the authority of your word we have grace that's sufficient for us. And God, we ask you today be— to be glorious to us and answer us according to Psalms 91. And God, we declare that we have been made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Hallelujah. And when we cry for help, glory to God, your ear is forever open to the prayers of the righteous. Hallelujah. Thank you that you hear us when we pray, and you hear us in the day of trouble. Thank you, Lord, that the name of the Lord— hallelujah— is our strong tower. You hear us and you deliver us from our distress and our trouble. God, we declare today that you are close to us. Yes, God, I want to tell somebody right now, you may feel alone, you may feel this morning that God has departed, but I want to say to you that the Lord is close to you. Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah. You know, I went through something yesterday. Let me say this, I, I have to testify right here. God, I thank you guys. I'm just being led of the Spirit as we're praying. Hallelujah. I want you to embrace the closeness of God. He's close to you. You know, sometimes things that we go through in our life, it can make us feel as if God has left us. And a lot of times God will pull us into seasons of isolation where he, he doesn't reject you, but he denies you of certain comforts that let you know he's with you. And he's teaching you faith to trust him when you cannot trace him, to trust him when it's hard. All right. And so the reality becomes, listen to me, that trusting God— ila tebaaya, brie soro shebaaya, mon suraba koshi— God never leaves us and never will he forsake us. Father, I thank you that you'll never leave us, you'll never forsake us, and I thank you that you're with us now. Yeah, I hear you, God. So on yesterday— yes, Lord— eba Urebebe siaya. Rizkorobo shoto rabandi asataba. Something happened. I was in a meeting with one of the executives I work with, and they said, Dr. Woods, somebody sent me something. It was something that, yeah, you know, the Bible says forget those things which are behind, reach to those things which are ahead. And you know, with the internet and social media, you know, people Google you, you know, people research your past, and not understanding, you know, that first of all, you can't believe everything you read on the internet. And secondly, even if you do have a past, even if the things they find is true, it's your past, and people change. So this was 7 years ago, and so somebody sent him a screenshot of something that was posted about me, and it brought up all of these old feelings that I had of being abandoned by God. Now, God did not abandon me. He didn't. I felt abandoned because I felt like, oh God, you could have blocked this, you could have stopped this. But I understand, so I understand why all of it happened. I don't understand why the person that did it did it. I understand why I was in it. And you know what, it made me a better person. It took my prayer— even though I was a praying man then, it took my trajectory in prayer to a different level. It took my relationship with God to a different level. It caused more power to flow out of my ministry. Even at that point, I had already seen so many miracles of healing and deliverance, but now I see them so consistently. It caused my prophetic gift to be sharper. All of the supernatural benefits of feeling abandoned Oh my God, push me into a deeper place. Here's what I'm going to tell you. God is with you. But those feelings tried to rise up, and immediately tears began to drop down my face. And the Lord says, son, I love you. He said, I'll never leave you. And I, and I didn't leave you then, and I haven't left you now. And I've given you favor in every situation, no matter. And I've proven to you, no matter, no matter what this says, I have shown you favor, man, so rejoice. And immediately I got a peace in my spirit. Help! Shabba, urababan si atorabaka. Because— and I called my wife. I said, after I got out of the meeting, I called her. I said, look, I, I just want you to pray with me. Let's just pray, because, you know, I know God is close to me, and, but, and I I was feeling some kind of way about this, but let's just talk to God together as a unit, as one. And we began to pray on the phone. And let me tell you something, when I came out of that prayer, I felt so much victory. Ah, yabba sora bakia. I felt something I didn't feel in 2014. I felt a deep appreciation for what I went through. Listen, God is close to us. So Father, we thank you. We pray that for being close to us even when we feel like you've left us. God, we thank you for being close to us even when we feel like you've abandoned us. God, we thank you that your word says you'll never leave us nor forsake us. God, we thank you that it's the trouble, it's the pain, it's the rejection, it's the storms that draw us to you. You said no man comes unto except you suguru, except you draw us. Suguru literally means that except you drag us, God. You drag us into your presence, into your plan, into your strategies for our lives. So thank you, God, for trouble. And God, we thank you today that even as we cry unto you, you're delivering us from all of our troubles. Thank you for that. You protect our lives, you protect our livelihood, you protect our businesses, you protect our jobs, you protect our families, God, because you're close. Hallelujah. And we thank you that the things that the enemy thought would kill us kept us alive. You know, many of you today, I hear you, God. The enemy has hit you with his best shot. But you're still standing. The enemy has hit you with his best blow and you're still here. Listen, don't fret over that stuff you're going through right now. He's already hit you with your best shot and he should have killed you when he had the opportunity. But the very fact that your heart is beating and there is breath running in and out of your lungs right now, it is an indicator that God still needs you. He still needs your purpose. Oh God, oh, how I love you, Jesus. Thank you for being so merciful and gracious to us, God. Thank you, God, that we take refuge according to your word and we find shelter and confidence in you. Yes, Lord. Hallelujah. In the shadow of your wings. Hallelujah. We take refuge and we are confident. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. That the calamity, the trouble, the storms, the problems that we deal with, that they will pass. Oh, glory to God. And thank you, God. That you perform on our behalf. Yes, I hear you, Father. Oh, the Lord said to tell you this morning, there is about to be a performance of the Holy Spirit in your life. Get ready for the performance right before your very eyes. Even as I'm speaking now, the curtains are opening. Oh, the curtains are opening and there is about to be a performance in your life. The devil is being rebuked, the problems are fading away, and you're being emerged from trouble by the power of the Holy Spirit. And right before your eyes, there's about about to be a performance. You're about to see great change happen in every aspect of your life. There's about to be a performance. Brace yourself. Be at peace. Glory to God. God's about to perform. Yes, Lord, on your behalf. My God. Yeah. Thank you, Lord, for your strength and your power. Thank you, God, that we have the victory. We respond by faith. To trouble and calamity. Yeah, yeah. And we're full of joy. We declare it this morning. We respond in faith and we decree and declare, God, that we are full of joy. Hallelujah! We're full of passion. And Father, we are passionately in love with you and to pursue you, God. And we decree and declare, Jesus, that we will be witnesses for you in Samaria. Hallelujah! In Jerusalem, in Judea, and in the uttermost parts of the earth. And people will see our light, and they will know that you are God. Father, we are assembled this morning for you to bless us in trouble, to give us a zeal in trouble, that we can be a faithful witness to you, that we can minister to those that need ministry so that your glory can be revealed in our lives. God, Father, I touch and agree with all of my brothers and sisters in leadership that you will add souls to their ministry and that no weapon formed against their ministries will prosper. And God, that you would do a new thing in them and through them, and that the greatest days will unfold now. Father, I pray for the harvest. For Father, your word declared the harvest is great but the laborers is few. How prophetic is that? We yet live in that time now, and because of trouble, many have stopped laboring. They only labor to solve their issues. But God, we lay our trouble at the altar, and I pray today for the Lord of the Harvest to take care of our stuff and take care of our business as we take care of yours, God. And I pray that you send laborers in the vineyard, those willing to reach out to those that are lost and be a light to them. So many, hallelujah, have missed this point, God, because they address their own personal trouble, many addressing their own personal kingdoms. But God, hear us today, that we can be effective and faithful in you. We triumph, God, in trouble. We minister in trouble. Hallelujah! We will pray in the midst of trouble, and we will cast out devils, cleanse the leper, heal the sick, as you told the the apostles in Matthew 10. We will go, Lord, and do your bidding, and we praise you for it now in Jesus' mighty name. We bless you today, God. Amen. And thanks be to God. I love you guys. I pray, glory to God, that you have received the word of the Lord as we have prayed, Father. And I even release angels at my charge to enforce the covenant of your word this morning, for you said in your word that angels hearken to the voice of thy word. And I declare that every person listening to me live or by replay will have a supernatural day, God, and that their way will be strong. Strong and fortified by the Holy Spirit. I give you glory now, Lord, that prosperity and wealth will touch every life under the sound of my voice, and I bless you, Father, for it. I thank you for healing and deliverance, which is the children's bread. No person watching this video, live or by replay, I declare that sickness cannot stay in their body. We trust you by faith. Faith comes by hearing. Thank you that angels are working to heal diabetes, to heal high blood pressure, to heal cancer, to heal COVID-19. And we declare it now in the matchless name of Jesus. Once again, amen and thanks be to God. I want to read a scripture, then we're going— we're going to Psalms 9 and verse number 9. Psalms 9, stay with me. Psalms 9. I, this, I hear the word of the Lord. Amen. This whole prayer has been prophetic this morning. Glory to God. And I want to close this with this prophetic word from scripture. Psalms 9. Hallelujah, hallelujah. I want to read verse 7, 8, and 9, right? Psalm, Psalms 9:7-9. Here we go. But the Lord shall endure forever. Somebody type this on the screen. Psalm 9, verses 7 through 9. This is your text for the day. But the Lord shall endure forever. He hath prepared a throne for judgment, and he shall judge the world in righteousness. He shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness. This. Verse 9: The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble. Okay, here's what I want you to understand. One, the Lord will endure forever. He ain't going nowhere. The Lord is real. He's the same yesterday today and forever. Many of you listen to me, you don't know God because you're religious. And unfortunately, you served somewhere with a religious leader who didn't have a relationship with God, him or herself, and they had no way of teaching you how to really know God through all of your stuff in life. Listen, the Lord endures. He's real. I don't care what anybody says. An angel can come and preach another gospel to me. Hallelujah! They can burn all the Bibles, they can try to refute scripture and righteous theology, but guess what? I know him for real. He lives in here. I walk with him, I talk with him for real. Call me crazy, call me an idiot, he's real. He's brought me through too much stuff. Real in my body, healing in my finances, healing. Glory to God in my family. Glory to God, joy and happiness in my life. He is real. He, he's done stuff that nobody couldn't do but him for me. And I ain't the only one. There's so many of us in the world that have real experiences with God. The Lord endures forever. Serve him, trust him. I don't care where you are, he ain't going nowhere. He's got you. Number 2, The Lord is a righteous judge. He will judge in uprightness. He'll give justice to the righteous. You and I are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. His word is his constitution. Glory to God. Listen to me. The word of God is the constitution. My God. Of the kingdom. And God's going to give us justice according to the Constitution, and he's going to give the supply and the resources we need to advance the kingdom. And number 3, the Lord is a refuge. Miskab in Hebrew. He's a refuge. He's a high place. He's a retreat. He's a protection. Listen, that means that we can crawl up in God, up in God because everything about him is lofty, is higher. It's— you can't touch God at your level. You've got to rapture out of your flesh, out of your carnality, and move into the dimension of your spirit. Crawl up into him and let him protect you. Let him cover you. I want you to understand today, as you go through this day and the rest of your life, really, God has you. He yours. He will judge you righteously. He's a refuge, he's a protection, he's a wall around your life, and he'll never leave you nor forsake you. I love you guys. Y'all be blessed, and heaven smile upon you is forever my prayer, in Jesus' name. Amen.
