5 AM PRAYER | DAY 16 OF 21 DAYS OF ACTION WITH DR. MIKE WOODS

Dr. Mike Woods leads Day 16 of a 21-day prayer and fasting series, teaching that the mind has three functions: memory, imagination, and concentration. He explains how renewing your mind through Scripture prevents temptation and anxiety, and offers practical steps like deliberately forgetting past failures and visualizing God's plans for your future.

Good morning, everybody. Welcome to day number 16. Glory to God. 21 days of action. We're fasting for fire. Glory to God. Glory to God that we may— fasting for fire. Glory to God that we may serve him better. Oh, glory to the name of God, that we may share him better, that we may seek him better. Glory to the name of God. And I pray that throughout these 16 days, no matter, you know, how you've connected to this journey, uh, glory to the name of God, no matter, you know, whether you've been solid the whole 16 days or you just, you know, you've had your days. Glory to the name of God. But Nevertheless, we appreciate you for, you know, just taking this journey and taking the faith to move, glory to the name of God, through these days with us. And I pray that, you know, you're getting a passion to seek him better and to serve him better, glory to God, and share him better, glory to God. That's the whole design. Again, we don't just want to be going hungry and, you know, praying and teaching and we don't apply any of this. So welcome to day 16, uh, it's going to be a wonderful day. This is the day the Lord has made, yes, and we shall rejoice. Oh, glory to God, and be glad in it. Uh, do me a kind favor, guys, if you're here, uh, it's again, as I always say, it's nice to be nice, right? So share this video. We're just going to wait just a quick moment just to give everybody an opportunity to get in that's coming. Glory to the name of God. And we're gonna jump right into this time of, of prayer and supplication. Oh God. And we're going to make our requests known unto God this morning. He's so good, he's so kind. Uh, beside him there is no other. He rules and he super rules. Glory to God. The heavens is his throne. Thank you, Jesus. And the earth is his footstool. The heavens declare his glory. Glory to God. And the earth is his handiwork. Glory to God. We give you praise, God. We give you praise, God. We give you glory. We give you glory. Yes, God. Yes, God. We thank you. We thank you. We thank you. We thank you. Good morning, everybody. Glory to the name of God. Good morning to Wanda. Glory to God. Welcome. Good morning, Pastor Jasper. Welcome, sir. Good morning, Lady Zion. Welcome. Glory to God. Good morning, Felicia. Just left you. Glory to God. Welcome. Good morning, Kiara. Glory to God. Good morning, Shannon. Good morning, Tanya. Welcome, everybody. Glory to the name of God. And, uh, I— again, I'm just— I'm excited because I just believe that none of what we're doing is in vain. I believe it's going to pay off. I believe God's going to get the glory. Glory to God. I be— listen, I believe that with my whole heart, that he's going to be glorified. The devil's going to be horrified. Glory to the name of God. Hallelujah. We're going to be edified. We're going to continue to be empowered. And God's gonna get all the glory. Hallelujah! He's gonna get all the praise. Hallelujah! He's wonderful and he's mighty. Glory to God! We worship you, Father. We worship you, Father. We worship you, Father. There is— oh my God— a power in operating from the vantage point of a renewed mind. And so that's what I want to pray about this morning. I want to pray about the renewing of the mind. Glory to God. And, uh, we got some scriptures here we're going to read through for that. And, um, before I start reading, I just want to share something with you really quickly. Glory to God. Um, and you guys can hear me okay? Music is not too loud. I just want to make sure everything is fine before we get started. Glory to God. Um, but reality is, guys, listen, le beso, tomanse. Welcome, Iris. Good morning. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Glory to God. Glory to God. Thank you, Jesus. Once again, we're gonna, we're gonna talk about a renewed mind. Glory to the name of God. And, um, we're going to talk to God about that because we hear that, we've read that, but many a times, um, the results that we get in our life, yeah, most of the time don't line up with our mind actually being renewed. And you can kind of trace results back to areas in our mind that's still not renewed. Um, again, you could be saved. I mean, you can repent of your sin, but— and it's free, and God saves you. But then the rest of this stuff, I'm telling you, salvation is free, all right? Jesus already died, you can be saved. But the rest of this stuff, when you start talking about walking out heaven on earth and experiencing the supernatural and seeing, you know, the blessing of God that we talk so avidly about being manifested in your life, you know, it's a process. And really, it becomes easier when you renew your mind. So let me give you these real quick. Your mind— and then we're going to pray, we're going to read and pray. Your mind has primarily 3 functions, really. The first function is memory. Your mind replays the past. All right, your mind replays what happened in history, and a lot of times we get stuck right here. And this is why the Apostle Paul said to the Philippians, he said, this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind— which the word forgetting is epilophomai in Greek. It means to defeat the memory. It means to extrapolate the historical thought process so that I don't continue to revisit that. And he's talking about, watch this, forgetting those things, those memories, those past victories, those past failures. Because see, watch this, you could live in a victory. It's okay to have a testimony, all right? But you can live in a victory and you never can get the new mercies or the new blessings and the new releases because you, you're stuck on what God did in '72, all right? And God says, okay, I need you to— I did that, but there's some new things I want to accomplish, or you stuck on what God did in '81. The reality is, okay, rejoice in those things. They're your testimony, and when you need to use them to be encouraged or to encourage others, great, they're there. That's a part of your testimonial Rolodex, and, uh, you can use them and you can share them, but at the end of the day, you got to extrapolate them from your daily process and conquer them so that they are not— and then definitely failures, horrific, uh, traumatizing things. We have to become experts, oh my God, at forgetting, at letting go. Oh my God, watch this. Then he said, so that we can reach to what's ahead. So your mind has memory, but it also has imagination. There it is in the text, reaching for what's ahead. Imagination is the ability to vision or dream about the future, to see what's coming. To watch it. So your memory replays the past, your imagination— watch this— preplays the future. Here we go. So when you reach to what's ahead, that means you've already got a glimpse through relationship, through connection with God to what's coming. Oh, can I tell you this morning, there is something great coming. Glory to the name of God. Listen, I discovered something here recently. I revisited my business plan for Roda Films, and I— so the 3-year plan we wrote out revisited, refreshed it, start plugging in fresh numbers and where we're going and things we're trying to get done again because of some things we're trying to line up. Right. And, but I began to pre-play in my head because when you write things down, it comes alive, it lives. That's why the Bible said write the vision. And so as I begin to project those numbers and project what God was going to do. And again, it's— and I begin to think about how all the things we're going to be able to do in the kingdom so sweatlessly because that resource is flowing, that blessing is flowing from heaven. And it just keeps you going, it keeps you working, it keeps you focused even when you feel like, okay, when is this going to change? But you just start pre-playing what's already alive. Your imagination pre-plays the future. God says, I know the thoughts, I know the future, I know the plan I have for you. These are thoughts of peace and not of evil, that you can have an expected end, which means you, you get to see the end, you get to be clear about where you're going. He declares the end from the beginning. So if I spend time with him, oh my God, He's going to reveal to me, oh, the end. And I can see and I can pre-play the future. I can pre-play and I don't have to spend time replaying the past. But the third function— and I'm moving— the mind not only, uh, has imagination that pre-plays, or, or condensation which replays Glory to God. It has— oh my God— concentration. It's a function to concentrate, to focus, to lock in. And when you don't have a renewed mind, listen, it's hard to focus. The only thing, the only desire— hear me, guys— that Satan has in a fight with you, listen, is to break your focus. He's not interested in trying to take you to hell because he knows he can't do that. He has no authority to take you to hell. He's not really interested in getting you to sin. Only reason sin becomes tempting— because matter of fact, the Bible said when a man is tempted, he's drawn away of his own flesh, of his own carnality. It's nothing to do with Satan, really. Saying that you just use that as a door, and when sin is full-grown, it brings forth death. So that process starts with the human, not with the devil. It starts with desire. It starts with an unrenewed mind. Glory to God. Because you're concentrating on something you want carnally. Mm-hmm. Oh my God. And so you're drawn away, you're drawn away, and you end up— glory to the name of God— of your own lust, because you concentrate on that. But when your mind is renewed, even when temptation shows up, the renewed thought pattern concerning that thing shifts you into righteousness. Because I don't care who you are, how saved you are, you can have Holy Ghost running out your toes your fingers. Glory to God. And, and that's ideal. Glory to God. That's really a good thing to have that thing overflowing out of your body and permeating out of you. Another message for another day. But the reality is that's a good thing. But you can have it in large measures. But I'm telling you, temptation knows will find you, and you have to be renewed in your mind. When it shows up. And you have to concentrate on the things which are lovely, just, pure. Glory to God. And you have to think on those things so you don't follow after the impure things that show up. So you— so this— today we're praying about a renewed mind that will cause us to focus, that will cause us to trust God, that will cause us to concentrate on what he said versus what they said versus what we say versus what Satan would say. Glory to God. We want to have concentration. We want to be locked in. Be ye transformed by the renewing, the redoing of your mind. Oh my God, today, Lord, we love you. Lord, we give you glory. We bless you, Father. You're good. Let's read 1 John 2— I'm sorry, 3 John 2. 3 John 2. Glory to Jesus. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. 3 John 2. The Bible says, beloved, that's you and I, I pray that you may prosper in every way and that your body may keep well, even as I know your soul keeps well and prospers. Glory to God, glory to God. So we got to renew our mind to the fact— and some of these texts that I'm giving you may be redundant from things we've read before, but I want to make sure that we get these things in our spirit so that we're serving God better. And part of the renewing of the mind is understanding— hear me, guys— that, praise God, you are the beloved. Glory to God, you are the beloved. Just touch yourself, say, I am the beloved. Glory to God, glory to God, you are the beloved, you are the beloved. So let's pray that right now. So, Father, in Jesus' name, We thank you that we shall prosper and we shall be in health even as our soul does prosper, because we are the beloved. So Father, we want to thank you right now for loving us. We want to thank you, God, for keeping us. Glory to the name of God. We want to thank you for being there for us, and we want to thank you that we are called your beloved. Glory to God. Hallelujah! We are the— your prized possession, which simply indicates, God, that you love us more than anything. And so, Father, this morning, in the name of Jesus, we thank you for loving us more than anything. Oh my God, that you've exalted us above everything else, and you loved us even so much that you gave your only begotten Son, that if we just believed in him, we would have eternity with us. And so, God, we thank you right now for everlasting life. We release everlasting life upon your people now in the name of Jesus. And we decree and declare that eternity starts here. Eternity starts now. Oh my God. While it is said that every day we live, we're dying, we're closer to death, God, I decree and declare that not to be the truth. I decree and declare that because we are in you and because we are your beloved, every day we wake up, we're, we're closer to eternity. I decree and declare that our life is expanding and we are operating from eternity to birth. Oh my God, hallelujah! We were born in sin, shaped in iniquity, but when we discovered you and that you had a plan for us and you came into our life Yeah, God. Yeah, we now have everlasting life that's with us. So disease can't kill us, sickness can't kill us, because eternity is on our side. Oh my God, we live from eternity to birth. We give you glory, God. Not from birth to eternity. We're living from a perspective of heaven. Because we are your beloved. Romans 12, verse 2. Glory to God, we give you praise. The Bible says this, it says, do not be conformed to this world, this age, fashioned after and adapted to its external superficial customs, but be transformed, changed by the entire renewal of your mind, by its new ideals and its new altitude. My God, I love the Amplified Bible. Glory to God. So that you may prove for yourselves what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Oh, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect in his sight for you. God, Jesus, we love you. Jesus, we praise your name. Woo! Listen, first of all, he says don't be conformed to this age, to this world. Talked a lot about that yesterday. Don't, don't be bought into systems that are deteriorating, paradigms that are non-heavenly. The Bible says, be fashioned after, be transformed, be changed by the renewing of your mind. So heaven has to renew your mind. Glory to God. And it brings new altitudes. So you, you— so when you operate from this renewed mind perspective, from this new focus, but you concentrate rather on eternal things versus carnal things. So again, you gotta, you gotta concentrate on the eternal versus the carnal. We talked about this in 12-1 Bible study. You gotta be everything in him and nothing in you. Everything in him, nothing in you. That just simply means eternity over carnality. Eternal over carnal. And you got to choose the eternal way of doing things. And ultimately, watch this, it satisfies you with long life. With long life, he satisfies you. Ultimately, you're here longer because your life is extended through eternity so you can finish your course, finish your purpose, finish your destiny. Oh boy, let's just pray that. Father, in Jesus' name, we thank you, God, that we're not conformed to this world. As a matter of fact, according to this text, we declare that we have the mind of Christ, we have the mind of the Messiah, and we do hold the thoughts and the feelings of his heart close to us. And Father, we give you praise that there's a paradigm shift in our mind. Glory to God. And that there's a new altitude, there's a higher level of concentration and thinking. And Father, I decree and declare for myself and your people this morning, God, that we are eternal and not carnal. I declare that we think from the eternal realm and not the carnal realm, and that we yield our natural intelligence to eternity. And Father, we thank you that eternity drives— oh my God— us into your supernatural destiny, into your perfect will. As we just read, we will not accept mediocrity. We will not accept anything less than what you have perfected. Yeah, we don't— not, not what our flesh desires, but we will lean into the eternal, and we will dismiss the carnal, which is enmity against you, in Jesus' name. Oh my God, today— whoo, God have mercy. Jesus, Jesus. 1 Corinthians 2:16. Boy, I feel Jesus. I don't know about you. Glory to God. We give you praise, God. We bless you, we bless you, we bless you, we bless you, we bless you, we bless you. Let him transform your mind. Let him transform it. Glory to God. Someone say, well, I'm saved. That doesn't mean your mind is transformed. Doesn't mean your mind is renewed. Glory to God. You, your whole transformation, your total change happens It starts in the mind. Concentrate on him. And worship him. Concentrate on him and live for him. Concentrate on him and live through him. I hear you, Holy Spirit. Yes, Lord, I thank you. I thank you. We used to sing a song in church. It's a powerful worship song. Probably need to still sing it. We sing the song. We have come into his house, lift up holy hands, and we worship him. We have come into this house, we forget about ourselves, we cast our cares upon him, and we concentrate on him, and we worship him. And I'm telling you right now, that's just where you have to be. You got to forget about yourself, and you got to let him be in control. Glory, because I know yesterday when I was teaching that, that was just— and that's why we're praying through this this morning, because at the end of the day, that's tough. Yeah, that's, that's the biggest crucifixion, to crucify what you want. But it is the very thing that stops us from experiencing total change in our life. Lord have mercy. Holy Spirit, I love you. Oh God. 1 Corinthians 2:16. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Glory to God. I'm trying to keep moving, I really am. 1 Corinthians 2:16. Let's go. For who has known or understood the mind, the counsels and purposes of the Lord, so as to guide and instruct him and give him knowledge? But we have the mind of Christ the Messiah and do hold the thoughts, feelings, and purposes of his heart. Oh my God, Father, we trust in you, we believe in you. Glory to God. Hallelujah. And we hold the thoughts, the feelings, and the purposes of your heart. And so, Father, we pray this today, that our carnal mind is submitted to you. Because right here, Paul says to Corinthians, and he says to us, we're not smarter than you, we're not wiser than you, we don't know more than you. So Father, we surrender to your guidance, we surrender to your leadership, we accept how powerful your mind is. And so we let this same mind be in us. Yes, God, that was also in Christ Jesus. We cannot instruct you. There's nothing we can teach you ever. And we accept that, and we realize that, and we come to grips with that. Glory to God. Your word is right. Your word is true. We're— when we think we're more right than you, or we have outthought you, we're still wrong. And so, Father, we accept that, and we, we have your mind, and we, we adopt your feelings and your purposes and your plans and your intents. Yes, God, for our life. Hallelujah. Joshua 1:8. Glory to God. Bible says this book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth. Glory to God. But you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then, for then shall your way be prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success. Notice what he says. Notice what he says. He says if we meditate on what his mind says, his word, what his mind has produced for our life, which means you eat it, you consume it, meditate, hagiai, you chew it up. You heard me say it before, you swallow it, regurgitate it, chew it up, swallow it, regurgitate it. You hagiai, you let this word become the priority, let it— you let this word become the driving force in your life. He said, then you'll have a prosperous way, you'll prosper. Then you'll deal wisely and you'll have good success. I don't know about you, but I want good success. I want to be able to deal wisely in life. I want to be able to prosper so that I can leave an inheritance to my children's children. I want to prosper so that I can build ministry and advance the kingdom. I want to prosper so I can be blessed continually to be a blessing. Oh my God, in order to do that, I got to keep standing on the word. You got to keep standing on the word. You can't— again, you're not smarter than God. This is why God has us here. He has us going through these scriptures, and that's again many of which you've already heard, because he wants to renew our mind for real and get us concentrating on what he's thinking about. Really, that's really what this is about this morning. Praying us into a realm where our concern is not what we want, not what you want from a person, not how you want a person to change and make them abide to what you want them to be in your timing. Oh my God, no. You gotta let God deal with his people. You got to pray for people, and you can't get all bent out of shape when people ain't moving to your beat. Oh my God, but things are not moving as fast as you think they ought to. Jesus, help us. You got to meditate on what he's thinking. You got to concentrate on what he is thinking. Concentration, people. Focus, focus on the word. Don't let the devil take your focus off the word of God. You stand complete in him. Concentrate on him and worship him. That song is ringing in my spirit. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Glory to God. Forget about yourself. Concentrate on him and worship him. Glory to God. So that you can have then, and only then, you'll have good success, you'll deal wisely, and you'll prosper. Oh my God, I gotta keep moving. Proverbs 3, again, we've seen these scriptures during this fast, we've seen these same verses, but again, faith come by hearing and hearing and hearing. So the Holy Spirit has me right here this morning taking us back through what we've heard, and we're hearing it again, again, and we're praying over it again so we can serve him better, so we can concentrate on him, so we can focus. Proverbs 3, here we go. Amplified, verse 5. Lean on— glory to God— trust in and be confident in the Lord. Come on. With all your heart. And mind, and do not rely on your own understanding. Oh my God, oh my God, today, oh, verse 6: In all your ways recognize, acknowledge him, and he will direct and make straight and plain your paths. Glory to God. So Father, we lean not to our own understanding, our own clarity, our own thought processes. We don't trust our carnality, we trust eternity. Oh God, so we don't lean to our own understanding, but in all our ways we acknowledge you. And we decree and declare that you shall direct our path. We thank you for supernatural direction right now in the name of Jesus. We acknowledge you, we acknowledge your divinity, we acknowledge your superiority, and even in all your power and your omniscience and your omnipresence and your omnipotence God, in all that you are, you're yet transcendent, which means you have transcended eternity and placed eternity inside of us through your Holy Spirit, God, through the— your person in us. And then you're imminent. You called us your beloved, which makes you imminent. You love on us for real, not just through religion, not just through a book, Not just through clichés and going through motions, but God, we acknowledge that we are your beloved and you love us. And as the most powerful deity in the universe, Father, you interact with us. You desire to interact with us. You desire for us to, uh, whoo! Think through your mind, God, see life through your eyes. So Father, help us to do that today. And we, and we know if we do this, our path will be directed, our path will be navigated effectively and properly in the name of Jesus. Hallelujah, hallelujah. Proverbs 21:5. The Bible said the thoughts of the steadily diligent lend only to plenteousness, but everyone who is impatient and hasty, my God, hastens only to want, only to lack. Glory to God. So Father, I pray for us today that we won't be Hasty. I pray for the spirit of diligence because haste makes waste, haste brings lack. So I thank you that patience, even now as I'm praying, will have her perfect work being entire, wanting nothing, will come forth in our life, and we will see the glory of the blessing of the Lord that makes rich and adds no sorrow. Yes, Lord. Yes, Lord. Yes, Lord. Yes, yes, yes to your will. Yes to your way. And Father, I thank you for diligence, the spirit of diligence to pursue after your mindset, to pursue eternity, to pursue your plans, to pursue your purposes, your thoughts. We thank you that when we do that, we will be made fat, rich. Glory to God, according to your word. We thank you, we thank you. Hallelujah. Thank you for loving us enough, God, that we're your beloved. Yeah, that you, God, just want us to get it right. Glory to God. You want us to inherit everything that's coming to us. So thank you, God, that everything in his word will have glory to God. We bless the Lord, we bless the Lord, we bless the Lord. Come on, worshiper, just bless him a moment. Yes. We give you glory, we magnify you, God. We forget about ourselves and we concentrate on you. And worship you. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Yes, God, we love you. Yes, we adore you. Glory to God. Hebrews 4, verse 12. Glory to God. The Bible declares, for the word of God— hallelujah! For the word of God that speaks— the word of God that speaks is alive and full of power, making it operative. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Energizing and effective. So wait a minute, so this book, this book right here, all right, it's alive and breathing. Glory to God! It's full of energy, it's full of operations, it's effective. So wait a minute, so when I follow this book— are y'all hearing this? When I follow this book, this book right here in my iPad, glory to God, it's powerful wherever it is, whether it's in the paper or in this iPad. It's the word of God. Glory to God. Let me tell you something. The Bible says it's energizing. I read a lot of books in my time, but this the only book I've ever read Glory to God. And when I read it, I feel something. Glory to God. When I read it, it causes me, Ashanti damansi, to speak in another language that I have not learned in the classroom. It's the only book that makes me think better, live better, because it's energized. It gives me energy, it gives me desire, it's powerful. It's the only book I've seen heal disease. Glory to God. Shabba rum kush kaya ninti de bozo. We give you glory. It's sharper than any two-edged sword, still Hebrews 4:12, penetrating to the dividing line of the breath of life, soul, and the immortal spirit. So this word basically Watch this. It has the ability to travel through the trichotomy of time and the trichotomy of life. What does that mean, Apostle? Let me tell you. You and I are trichotomous. We're body, we're soul, we're spirit. Life is made of a trichotomy, three parts. That's what trichotomy is— a past, a present, and a future. Glory, glory, glory, glory, glory, glory. Oh God, this word is so powerful. It can travel into your past and heal your past and transform you from what your past which was designed to try to kill you and take you out of here. It could take your now— watch this— your present and operate for you in the now, and even go into the eternal future and give you understanding of what's to come. This word flows throughout being when we apply it, when we become one with it. Oh boy, we need this book. And you know, there are preachers that will try to demote this book and say that other things— watch this— that this very book teaches us about and expounds upon in deeper ways, they'll say that that's more important than this book. The devil is a liar. You better learn to think through this book, cuz it cuts deep. It divides the soul and spirit. It divides carnality from eternity. It keeps you moving in the eternal. It's the very bridge that bridges the gap between Earth and Heaven. Oh my God, between humanity and divinity. Oh God, can we go? Okay, let's go. Let's just go. Let's just go. Okay, he said, okay, and the joints of the marrow, the deepest parts of our nature, exposing and sifting and analyzing and judging every thought and purpose of the heart. Let's pray that. So Father, we submit ourselves today to your word, and we decree and declare, as it exposes, sifts, and analyzes, oh my God, and judges the very thoughts and purposes of our hearts We submit to that judgment. Let the word of God show us who we are and give us a hunger to allow the word to minister to us, to allow this— in the beginning was the word, the word was God, the word was with God. Oh my God, so when we feel— how can we exalt anything else we do over this book when this book is him? God have mercy. It's his thoughts, it's his mind. Father, I thank you for the word. Thank you for the word. And we submit to it. Let it analyze, let it sift, and may we follow it. May we move in obedience to it. We submit, we submit, we submit. Even while I'm praying today, guys, you just ought to submit to the word. Submit to the word. Submit to what it says and not what you want to do. You gotta let this word help you with all of your issues— your trust issues, your insecurity issues, your fear, your anxiety. This word can help you. And some of you don't obey the word because you got trust issues. So you don't trust what the word says, and you don't trust what nobody else tells you. And the reality is, that's a problem, and it's keeping you bound. It's keeping you bound up, cursed. It's keeping you— glory to the name of God— stuck. And God says, I need you to submit to the word so I can catapult you forward, so I can give you energy, so I can make you powerful, I can make you effective. God have mercy. Philippians 4. Glory to God. Oh my God. Philippians 4. Yes, Lord, I hear you. Verses 6 through 8. Philippians 4, verses 6 through 8. We give you praise, God. We give you the glory. We give you the glory. The Bible says this, it says, do not fret or have anxiety about anything. Yeah, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition, definite request with thanksgiving. Continue to make your wants known to God. God, renew our mind. See, an unrenewed mind frets. An unrenewed mind has anxiety about things, my God, and circumstances that come up. But a renewed mind is going to pray about it. Watch this. And when you do this, the Bible says, verse 7, and God's peace shall be yours See, a renewed mind finds peace and discovers peace through praying through the word, praying through the will of God. And you find peace because you know for a fact that what God says is right and that God cannot lie. He said, and peace shall be yours, that tranquil state of a soul assured of his rescue through Christ, and so fearing nothing from God and being content with his earthly lot, of whatsoever sort that is. And that peace which is— which transcends all understanding shall garrison and mount and guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. So God will give you a peace that is greater, better than what you understand and your carnality. When you seek him, when you trust his word, when you renew your mind to his way of doing and being. Y'all hearing me? Oh God. Verse 8: For the rest, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is worthy of reverence— again, we're back in these same scriptures, man. Holy Spirit's got us here for a reason. He wants to renew our mind. He wants to renew our mind. He wants to redo our mind where it is programmed totally to be subject to the word of God. Listen, don't get it twisted. Not a preacher's word, the word of God. The word of God. It's what God said. Ha-Yah-Kata-Boshe. For the rest, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is worthy of reverence and honorable and seemly, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely and lovable, whatever is kind and winsome and gracious, If there is any virtue and excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think on and weigh and take account of these things. Fix your minds on them. So Father, I'm just going to pray that right now. Glory to God, that whatever is pure, whatever is conquering and winning, whatever is full of joy and peace through your word, Father, help us today to think on those things. Help us to rejoice in those things, in the mighty name of Jesus. And we give you glory for it now, in Jesus' mighty name. Rebuked. We thank you that our thoughts win before we see the manifestation. Glory to God, that we win in our thinking. Hallelujah, because we operate through your mindset, through your wisdom. 2 Corinthians 10:4, we're almost done. The Bible says, for the weapons of our warfare are not physical. Glory to God, we give you praise, God. The weapons of flesh and blood do not lead, is what he's saying. That our weapons are not physical, but they are mighty before God to the overthrow. Yes, God, to the overthrow, to the overthrow. I don't have time. And destruction of strongholds. When you renew your mind, you overthrow the kingdoms that come against you. You overthrow the obstacles that come against you. You you overthrow the things that attack you. Glory be to God. My God, today, Father, help us. We pray that, we pray that, we declare that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but they're mighty through you to the pulling down of strongholds. Every intimidation, every fear, every doubt, every unbelief, every failure, every reasoning that will try to stop us We overthrow it now in the name of Jesus through a renewed mind. We refute every theory, every argument, every reasoning, every proud and lofty thing, every thought and purpose. We take it away captive into the obedience of Christ the Anointed One. Glory to God. Proverbs 16:3, the Bible says, roll your works upon the Lord. Yeah, commit and trust wholly to him. That's what the renewed mind does. Instead of letting carnality stress them out and worry them into a— or an aneurysm, the Bible says roll your works upon the Lord. Glory to God. Roll it on him. Think through his mind. God have mercy. I want you to get this, man. And the Bible said when you do this, verse 3, he will cause your thoughts to become agreeable to his will, and so shall your plans be established and succeed. So when I roll my issues and what I'm dealing with and the challenges I have over to the Lord All that simply means is I choose to trust the word above what I'm facing. Give it to him. I cast— I cast my cares upon him, for he cares. Which means, again, that Greek word cast means to throw it at God, to wrap back and throw it with all your might so that it never returns to you. It has no boomerang effect. You throw it away and forget that you ever had it. The Bible said when you do this, he'll take care of you. He'll take care of it. Yeah, and he'll take care of you, and your plans will be established and you will succeed. It's just simple as rolling it over to God, taking it off you. Father, help us to roll our cares over to you. And Father, even as I pray this morning, we roll our financial cares up to you, and we choose to trust your word according to our— oh my God— our faith in you. We trust your word, and we declare that what your word says about us financially, we believe, we receive. So we roll our financial cares over to you, we roll it on you, and we know when we do this, you're gonna anoint our plans. Matter of fact, you're going to release the plan and show it to us, and then God, you're going to anoint that plan, and your plans are going to be established, and your plans are going to be— oh my God— successful, said the Lord. I receive that for you and for me. Lord, I receive the success of the business plans that God has given me. I receive it. I thank you, God, that as we roll all the work over to you. We don't trust ourselves to fulfill the plan. We trust you, God. We trust you to open the door. We trust you to make the way. We trust you to be there for us, to lead us and guide us and to strengthen us. In the name of Jesus. Oh boy, wow, wow. What a scripture! Glory to the name of God. Cause our thoughts to become agreeable to your will, God, where we have leaned more on carnality than we have eternity. We've leaned more on the carnal, which is an enemy to you, than we have the eternal. So Father, help us today, help us this morning as we're praying, to think with an eternal mind. Oh God, in the name of Jesus. I'm, I'm done, guys. I'm done, I'm done, I'm done. Glory to God. So Father, I declare that today, glory to God, we are transformed. Hallelujah. By the renewing of our mind. And we decree and declare that our plans and our thoughts succeed. And we declare, God, that no weapon formed against us can prosper in our mind. Hallelujah. Yeah, I hear you, God. Our mind will overthrow every plan of the enemy because we think through you, and we win, God. In Jesus' name, amen and amen. God bless your hearts this morning. You all just take a few moments to worship him. God is good. Glory to God. Before you go, I want to, I want to play something really quick for you. Glory to God. I want to play it for you. Glory to Jesus. I want you to listen to this prophecy that was given. I think I've prophesied this in 2017. I want you to listen to this this morning, and then we're gonna go. Glory Glory to God. Good morning. Today is December 17th, 2021. Hear the word of the Lord. You got to be careful how you use your mind, for I heard the Lord say your mind has primarily 3 functions: memory, concentration, and imagination. Yeah, listen, your memory replays the past, your concentration plays the present, and your imagination preplays the future. Don't get so caught up dwelling in the past— hear this— and fantasizing about the future that you miss the present. No matter how dramatic your past or how tantalizing your future looks, remember The present is a present, and it contains the grace and the wisdom necessary to overcome the past and qualify you for your future. Jesus. So it may be tough right now, it may be hard, but I challenge you in the Holy Spirit today, grit your teeth, dig in, concentrate on your now, no matter how hard it is. Learn every lesson this season is disseminating, as these will be the very lessons that will be the substratum of what's to come. I prophesy to you today, what's to come will be better than what has been, and what's right now will be the very vehicle that will transition you into tomorrow. So whatever you do, don't quit, for the only way you lose is if you quit. Hear ye the word of the Lord. Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah! Glory to God! You ought to give God praise for that word. Glory to God! 2017 is revelant even now. Glory to the name of God! And I want to challenge you to walk that out. Yeah, you notice the word of the Lord, those same 3 things I gave you today. It said that the mind replays the past, preplays the future, and it plays the present. Glory to the name of God. And you gotta learn to inject the Christ mind into the present. Concentrate on him and you're gonna win every time. We gonna win every single time. I don't know, I receive— I don't know about you, I receive that word. Glory to the name of God for myself. Glory to the name of God. I don't know about you, but I receive it. Glory to the name of God. God is so good, guys. He's wonderful, he's mighty, he's kind. Uh, there's no God like our God. Listen, we're done. I want to share with you today, glory to the name of God, that this is day 16. And man, after the day, we got like— glory to God— what, we got 6 days left. Glory to the name of God. So we're coming down, we're coming to a close. I'm enjoying this fast, man, and it's been good. Um, I said Sunday, jokingly, I said, well, it's— this thing is so good, we might as well go 21 more days after this. Somebody said out loud, we need a break, then we can go 21 more days. But I'm thankful for what this fast is doing And you, you know, the old mothers used to say, you pray to stay, you fast to last. As we— I believe that as we fast, we're creating a fire in us that's sustaining us for what we're getting ready to move into. So you guys be blessed, man. I'll see you at 12 noon. Y'all keep me in your prayers that I can sleep, man. I just— sleep has just been a thing that I hadn't really been able to do much of, but I want you to pray and I'll be able to get some sleep. You guys have a supernatural Wednesday. Uh, I believe it's going to be great, and I will see you at 12 noon. Y'all be blessed. Peace.
