5 AM Prayer | Day 4 of 21 Days of Action | DR. Mike Woods, Sr.

In this live 5 AM prayer session, Dr. Mike Woods Sr. leads the fourth day of a 21‑day fasting campaign. He opens with praise and a request to share the broadcast, then reads Psalm 11, emphasizing a deliberate trust in God despite the threat of wickedness. He repeatedly urges listeners to declare “I trust the Lord,” framing trust as a spiritual weapon against the enemy. The sermon expands to a doctrine of holiness, teaching that the believer’s body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and must be kept pure through disciplined diet, exercise, and avoidance of snacking. Woods warns against the abuse of grace, condemning contemporary “grace‑teaching” that enables sin, and stresses that God loves righteousness and hates wickedness, describing divine judgment as fire, brimstone, and snares. He shares personal health updates, testifies to physical improvements during the fast, and calls for practical discipline in eating and lifestyle. Throughout, he engages the online audience with interactive prompts, prayers, and declarations, and provides logistical details: the fast runs 21 days, with 5 AM prayer and noon Bible teaching, and participants can join via rhodochurch.com/fast24. The overall aim is to ignite a fire of seeking, serving, and sharing God, fostering a community committed to righteousness, holiness, and disciplined action.
Chapters
Well, a pleasant good morning everyone. This is the day the Lord has made and we rejoice and we're glad in it. Welcome to day 4. We're running a little behind this morning, but nevertheless we are here and I am excited again about another opportunity to pray with you guys this morning. Uh, we're gonna jump right into this since we're running a little behind time, but, uh We, we're thankful to God for who he is. Glory to God and what he's doing. Do me a favor, guys, uh, share this. Glory to the name of God. Um, and we want you to again be very attentive and in tune, uh, with this time of prayer. Again, this fast has already been great. We're 4 days in, guys. Um, this is our fourth day of prayer, and, uh, you know, I'm super excited anytime we get to talk to God. But the reality is, when we get to do it together, uh, it's a great thing. So guys, please kindly, uh, share this. Glory to the name of God. I think since we didn't get on at 5, some people rolled back over. Glory to God. But we're going to pray, praise God, and trust God that Oh God, we love you, we praise you. Hallelujah, hallelujah. That will catch up and join. Glory to the name of God. So spread the word, uh, again, we're getting ready to bombard heaven. Praise the name of Jesus. We give him praise, we give him glory, we honor your name, God. Besides you there is no other. You rule and you super rule, Father. I want to read this morning from Psalm 11. Glory to the name of God, the 11th Psalm. And, um, we're going to pray around this matter today. Uh, I don't know about you again, but this fast has been, uh, blessing me tremendously. I'm— I, I just can't wait to see what the end's gonna be. So again, I want to encourage you guys to Hang in there, stay focused, stay locked. Glory to God, uh, because this sacrifice, this time of consecration, this time of prayer is going to pay off. And remember, we're fasting for fire, the fire of God. We're taking action so we can seek God better, serve God better, and share God better. And we want to take actions in those three areas consistently. We want to ignite a spirit of continuity. Glory to the name of God as we pray through each and every day. Glory to God. Hallelujah. So Psalms 11, you'll find these words. The Bible says, uh, to the chief musician, a Psalm of David. In the Lord I put my trust. How say ye to my soul, flee as a bird to your mountain? For lo, the wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privately shoot at the upright in heart. So I want to stop right there for a few moments, just a few moments. Glory to God. This Psalm of David, glory to God, uh, it is like oftentimes David cries out throughout his songs that he authored He starts his songs out in many times, in many ways, declaring his trust in God. Hear me, and I need you to understand something, guys, like never before. Hear me, and this has been a running theme throughout, uh, the fast since we started it. We're going to have to gird up a deliberate trust in God. We're going to have to trust him. We're going to have to trust him to order our steps. We're going to have to trust him with our life, with our finances, and we're going to have to strengthen our bond through seeking him so that we can see manifestations of the results— hear me, guys— of trusting him. Glory to God. Matter of fact, if you're all here this morning Uh, glory to God. Just type in the comments, in the chat, I trust the Lord. Glory to God. Let's make that statement that David makes at the beginning of this Psalms. He says, in the Lord put I my trust. Glory to God. I want you to make that statement this morning. Type it in the comments, I trust God. The enemy doesn't want you to do that. Matter of fact, can I submit to you Your greatest weapon against Satan and his cohorts is your trust, your faith in God, your deliberate strategic trust in the Lord. You got to make up in your mind that you're going to trust God, not your bank account, not, not the person you've been dependent on, but you've got to start viewing God in perspective. Hear me, guys. As your source. Oh boy, as your source, as your resource. I trust the Lord. Glory to God. Point blank in the story, I trust God no matter what, no matter what it looks like. Esha kataman so, rebi antunadi anse. No matter what it looks like, I trust in God. Hallelujah, hallelujah. And, and this, um, this statement, how say— this inquiry, how say ye to my soul, flee as a bird to your mountain? This deals with fear, it deals with running away from situations, it deals with going into depression. And you know, when you trust the Lord, it is literally— guys, hear me, impossible to enter into a season of depression. Not— I mean, humans go through it, they get depressed in their humanity. I'm saying it can be prevented. How do you prevent it? You got to trust the Lord at all times. Oh God, the old mother in my church used to sing the song, I will trust 'in the Lord until I die.' That has to be the resolve of trusting God until you die. Why? Because verse 2, the wicked in low places are bending their bow, arming themselves against those of us who are full of purpose, those of us who are anointed with assignment. Don't get it twisted, Satan hates the fact that you are alive, your heart is beating, and that your purpose, hear me, is still necessary. The devil hates that. Odaya suntakiska tabanso, branseteki sutadabaya, rokuka tabanse tobokosia. He hates the fact, oh God, that you walk with God, that you talk with God, that you have a desire to please God. So he's constantly trying to found a portal, a door open. Glory to God. And he's cocking back that bow. Glory to God. Trying to snuff you out. Stay with me. Glory to God. Let it be so. We give you the glory, God. He's looking at the upright in heart. Look at verse 3, another question. He said, if the foundations be destroyed Oh my God, if the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do? Let me submit something to you here. We better be careful trying to destroy the foundations that we were built on. Glory to God, our foundation is in Christ. We're, we're saved. Glory to God, sanctified, filled with the Holy Spirit. Glory to the name of God. Our foundations in holiness. Glory to God. Our foundations in doing what is right over what is wrong. And the scripture is saying to us here, what will the righteous do? Those of us that are saved, if we eliminate where we came from— can I tell you something? Holiness is still right. Hear me. Hear me, listen to me, guys. I'm telling you right now, holiness is still right no matter who likes it or doesn't like it. All these people out here trying to justify scripture, talking about we need a new canon, we need to reread, rethink, rewrite the Bible. The devil is a liar. The word of God is our foundation. In the beginning was the word. Oh my God. Oh my God. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was God. Woo! And the Word was with God, and the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. The Word is our foundation. What happens if we take the Word and destroy the Word? We need to stand on this book. We understand, listen, and we, we come against some of the old ways and we call it religion. I mean, let me tell you something, I grew up in church most of my life. I've been preaching this year full-time, 35 years. Some of those old ways and some of those old saints that I grew up around were, were so anointed and more anointed than most of this generation would ever see. Glory to God, because they carried fire. They sought God. They prayed through to glory. They were not lazy. Oh my God, oh my God. They didn't just have good church and meet God at church. They had good lives because— oh, and many of them didn't have a lot of material good. But they moved in joy, they moved in peace. We need to keep our foundation strong. If the foundation be destroyed, what can the righteous do? Watch this. The Lord is in his holy temple. Hear this. The Lord's throne is in heaven. His eyes behold, his eyelids try the children of men. So God is watching us. And then not only that, the scripture says that he is in his holy temple. Can I submit to you that we have been made holy, we have been made righteous by the blood of Jesus, the efficacious, vicarious, substitutionary work of Calvary. And because Jesus died for us We ought to want to daily maintain a temple that is clean, a temple that is holy. And that's part of what's happening in this fast as well. It's not just about denying ourselves food, but deliberately changing what we're putting in our body when we actually eat. We're not eating sweets. We're not drinking sodas, we're not snacking, because we understand that we are the holy temple of God. This text, verse 4, is not about a building, it's about you. Your body, according to Corinthians, is the temple of the Holy Ghost. And if you defile the temple, the Bible says God himself will destroy it. And many times we don't realize it, our bodies are sick and diseased because we have not properly discerned the Lord's temple, the Lord's body. It says that in Corinthians as well. We handle this temp— temple with impurities, and God is saying we should seek to mortify our flesh daily to keep this temple clean. What we eat, what we drink, How we live. We should not defile our body because God lives here. I don't know about you, but I, I'm not fond of living in a filthy house. Uh, y'all not talking to me here? Glory to God. Me personally. So why would you want God to live in a filthy temple? He's not. He's holy. That's why he tells you, be ye holy, for I am holy. Yeah, that's what we're going to pray about this morning, so stay with me. Glory to God, the holiness of God. Getting our thought life right, getting our heart right, getting the temple right, making sure when we sit down at the table to eat, you know, we're creating longevity for our purpose. You got to do your purpose in this body, so we all got to do better in this area. Before this fast, the month of January and December, really, I got terrible in my eating. I just was eating, you know. And I told, uh, my wife yesterday— I had a follow-up appointment, glory to God, for my 6-month physical yesterday, and, uh, everything's good, thanks be to God. But I told her, I said, you know, the crazy thing about it Since my physical last year in July, which is around my birthday, I'll go back to my physical again, uh, July of this year. But this was the follow-up. My weight— I weighed 225 in July of 2023. I weigh 225 today. My weight hasn't changed, uh, a Apparently, according to the scale, my clothes seemingly tell a different story. But the reality is, I think I gained these— those last few months of 2023 and last month, January, I was eating so wrong. I think I start, you know, putting back on pounds that I actually was losing. So you got to take care of yourself, guys. You got to take care of this temple. You got to get in the gym. You got to walk past chips. You got to walk past the fried foods. Are you hearing me? You got to get rid of the snacking because you need to be here. Don't assist the enemy in deteriorating your temple that you got to use to do God's work. Oh, I'll just pray over it and bless it. Yeah, you got to be responsible, guys. I'm telling you, for what you put in your body and what comes out of your body, that's Bible too. You're responsible in both areas. Because you need the Holy God— hear me— to be aboard, because he's holy. He can't dwell— Corinthians again— in an unclean temple. We can't rewrite this because we want to please our flesh. The grace has been provided for you, but don't you want to be on earth to do your purpose. The only reason you're here is to do purpose, to do assignment. So if you're killing your body through sin and through unhealthy lifestyles, are you really trying to keep yourself together for purpose? That's something to think about, guys. Yeah, okay, okay, okay. Yeah, it's something to think about. Rebeka, I was looking at myself. I, I'd be looking at pictures of me from the front and in the mirrors from the front, and I'd be— to me from the front, I'd be looking all right. We turn to the side, glory to God, I got work to do. I gotta get consistent in my diet, consistent in the gym. And guess what? You, you got to do the same thing because you got purpose and you want to take care of this body so you can fulfill your purpose. It's irresponsible to fill your body with candy and chips and pork and all those things that you know are unhealthy. It's irresponsible. It's irresponsible to the work you are called. We're gonna pray about it because we're gonna pray for some discipline. This getting— we're getting into, as we move into this, this next 7 days, hallelujah. Next Tuesday we'll get more into the serving part, but we got to seek God for the strength, the discipline, so we can serve better. Glory to God, glory to God. Bless you all. Verse 5, the Bible says, the Lord tried the righteous, but the wicked and him that loveth violence, his soul hates. So the Lord tests you because he loves you, because you're righteous, because you have been cleansed. You go through seasons where you have to learn to overcome things. So because he loves you, because he wants you to conquer it, he allows things to show up in your humanity so you can conquer it, so you can know that you're capable of conquering that. Glory to God. Hallelujah. I love Jesus, man. Verse 6: Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and horrible tempests. This shall be the portion of their cup. It's nothing good that happens for wicked people. I'm gonna say it again, wicked people— you think you got it hard? I don't care how much money somebody wicked has, wicked people go through it. When you choose wickedness My God, it presents itself to you in a very authoritarian way. I— with my wife and I was watching a documentary of a celebrity superstar, and all this person had accumulated on the outside— hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue, multi-platinum records. My God, family members dying left and right. Going through it, alcoholic, drug addict, to eventually this person hit rock bottom, lost everything, hundreds of millions of dollars. I said to my wife last night, I said, you know, if he only knew Jesus. He was not saved, he was not happy, he had no way of coping with the things that was happening to him, coping with where he came from, because there was no light. And then watch this, late in his life, this man is happier than he's ever been because he found someone that was assigned by God to lead him in the right direction, to love him with the love of God. Oh my God, oh my God, I'm telling you right now, it doesn't pay to be wicked. Wicked people out there, it doesn't pay to be wicked. We don't pray in a moment. Glory to God. And can I tell you something? You, you could have confessed Jesus with your mouth and be wicked, because you know what? As harsh as this word sounds, let me tell you what it is. The word is rasha, R-A-S-H-A-A. That's how it would be spelled in English, rasha, and it means to be guilty of a crime. To be guilty of coming short. Makes you look at sin a little different, doesn't it, when you define the word? Because most times we say wicked— oh, they're a witch— wicked— oh, they're a warlock— wicked— oh, they, they're diabolical— they worship Satan. No, you could have confessed Jesus as your Savior and you're still wicked. When you found guilty of sin when you're righteous and know better. Wow, wow, wow, family. So the Bible said, for the wicked he shall lay snares. I hear your thoughts. Oh, but I have the blood of Jesus. Yeah, but you Them snares real, shorty. I'm telling you right now, I have been here. I have had delays, snares in my life. Glory to God. Pach in Hebrew, pach, delays, hindrances, walls that trap, that stopped literally my progress and made me stand still so I could look at myself. I've been here, man, and all I'm trying to do is wisdom, is help you not be wicked. Be mindful of everything you do, and, and then you'll be able to say when something does happen that doesn't please God, if you sin, you have an advocate with the Father. Not because you have a continuous life or continuous life of sin. And sin is a continuity that flows out of your life daily because you playing the grace card and you just think, okay, well, God, what shall we say then? Come here, Romans. Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? The Bible says, God forbid. In other words, don't be wicked and abuse grace. At some point, you should love God enough that you can defeat the wickedness that always shows up and you're guilty. We should be living toward perfection. Be ye perfect, for I am perfect. Be ye holy, for I am holy. Oh God. Okay, okay. All right, I know y'all don't want to hear that, but yeah, it's the truth anyhow, right? I'm up now. I was still waking up when I first got on here. I'm up, okay? And I, I just heard the devil say, oh no, he woke up. Yeah, I did, I did. I'm up. So yeah, I'm up. Glory to God. I, I was very tired yesterday. I had that doctor's appointment late at 3:30. I had already talked twice. I didn't get very much sleep the night before, so that's why I sent out the text that there was no Bible study last night. I think we've been— we can feast on enough word that we can miss one session. I had to go to sleep. And I think I was sleeping a little good, and Felicia, she was already up and she tapped me and said, 'Bae, it's 5.' And I had to rise like that. So that's why I was late. But listen to me, I'm up. You gotta deal with the wickedness, okay? Deal with it. Deal with your wicked ways, your little conniving scheming ways, your little— oh my God— manipulative ways. It's wicked. God's not pleased. It creates snares. Oh my God. In your life, fire and brimstone and a horrible temper. So that's the end result. We know we're talking about— yeah, that's hell. These people want to take hell out the Bible and say hell is not real, and we need to write this because this doesn't— rewrite this because it doesn't represent God. Because men wrote the Bible and they put their own thoughts in it. You know, they got these— all these— listen, I choose to have faith in the whole word. I— if God has proved to me heaven on earth, he's giving me revelation and visions of heaven as a man. Oh my God, I gotta believe in context there's a hell. While I've never been like uh, Helen Baxter and had a divine revelation of hell. The reality is I believe there is a hell because I believe the Bible. I've gone through hell. I've had encounters with the devil for real. So where is he? It's real. And if, and if you stay wicked, you're going to hell. And my word to you. Glory to God. Oh, shatabaya, brin sate biko soto rabaya. Don't go through hell to hell. Oh my God, don't go to hell. Oh my God, but after you get through going through a life of hell, get you some heaven on earth and end well. Live a long life. The Bible said He beautifies the meek with salvation, and with long life he satisfies us. Glory to God! My God, today I love him. Verse 7, the Bible said, for the righteous Lord loveth righteousness. Type this, hallelujah, in the comments: the Lord loves righteousness. See, we trying to destroy this foundation and play this grace card. Joseph Prince, Creflo Dollar, and all the other grace teachers that, you know, Joseph Prince is the ringleader of, of this grace teaching that makes people feel like they have a license to sin. And so a lot of, you know, your large contemporary modern worship facilities, uh, we got several of them here, um, in Atlanta. I won't call their names. Glory to God. A lot of them up in the Gwinnett area. Glory to the name of God. A lot of them all throughout the city. This message can go too far, and I'm telling you right now, grace can abound. You can, you can literally get to a point where you backslidden, and, and because you don't retain God in your knowledge, God will turn you over to a reprobate mind. He steps off and say, okay, I'm gonna let you do your own thing. Because all of the attempts I made to get to you and proclaim to you that your body is not your body, you're bought with a price, you still choose to do what you want to do. The Lord loves righteousness. So next time your flesh is on fire— come on, Shawty— Remind yourself before you jump into bed and wake up in the wrong bed that the Lord loves righteousness. Your righteous lifestyle is part of how you see God. Oh, I'm up! Yeah, I'm up, I'm up, I'm up! Yeah, devil, I'm up! Yeah, before you do that thing, you know God. That's why you be convicted. Because you know God not pleased. But in the back of your head you say, okay, I'm just going to please my flesh and play the grace card. No, the Lord loves righteousness. Guess what he hates? The Bible also say he hates sin. So why wouldn't you want to practice what the Lord loves? Good God Almighty. Okay, his countenance— watch this— does behold the upright. So his countenance, his light, his glow, his glory watches over us. And that's what it means, he watches over, he beholds us. He's watching us at all times because he can't even stand to see us when we're not righteous. Somebody said, oh, I got the blood, I'm saved. Yeah. You are, but sin separates you from God. So yeah, you got saved, but every time you sin, God steps off because he's righteous. Y'all don't like this because we want to destroy the foundation. I know preachers want to destroy the foundation because they want to live unholy, because they want to do their own thing. But the reality is, when you look at your shortcomings, you should say, the Lord loves righteousness. I want to mortify my flesh. And through the power of the Holy Ghost, just like through his blood he saved me, through his blood he can deliver me. Yes, God, we're praying, we're praying, we're praying. Hallelujah! Glory to God! Libesoto kunsketa. Father, we thank you for your word this morning. We thank you for Psalm 11. We thank you for this 21 Days of Action. And God, one of the actions we will take in our seeking— we won't just seek you with words and with worship and with song and with church going, God, but we will seek you with a righteous life. And Father, we thank you, we thank you, Lord. That you love us, you keep us, you're with us, you surround us, God, with your presence. You surround us with your glory. And so, Father, may we be cognizant day to day that you love righteousness. And Father, right now, in the name of Jesus, we repent God, we repent for every place we come short. We repent for that thing that we think we just gotta have, that we just gotta do, that you're not pleased with. God, God, put the searchlight on our soul this morning. Hurakis kaya rebesa tabansi todoboso rakai sheba rimbi ke sade dididi ansotoboso ya. Oh God, and if you find anything that shouldn't be. Yes, God, take it out. Oh my God, and strengthen me. Oh, strengthen us. We wanna be saved, God. We wanna be whole. Make us whole, God. If any man be in Christ, he is a new creation. All things are passed away. Yes, God. All things have become new. I release the spirit of newness over this people. Over my life and every old thing, old thought, old habit, old desire, old activity, old behavior that doesn't align with your word, God. God, forgive us, have mercy. Take it away, take it away, take it away, take it away. You ought to cry out to God today. There are ways that you have that need to be dealt with. Come on, put it on the altar this morning. I know we arrived in prayer a little late this morning, but we're here. Glory to God. Take this moment, take this opportunity. Some of you are mean-spirited. Glory to God. Some of Some of you carry pain from your past and you dish it out on others. Some of you walk in strife, glory to God, jealousy, greed. God says, deal with your issue. Some of you walk in bitterness and unforgiveness, put it on the altar. God says, I love righteousness. And he says, I love you and I come to restore you. If you own, oh my God, if you on your way to work, put it on the altar right there in your car. Reben sotoko sho yebe kaya. Come on, get that thing out, deal with it, face that giant. Glory to God. Face that Goliath, hey, and vow that you will practice righteousness in your behavior, in your thoughts, that the grace card won't be something of convenience, but because you love God. You would choose— you would choose God over what you desire. Empty yourself, decrease, that he might increase in your life. We're here God, we're here, God. Hey, come on, we open ourselves up to you. We become acquiescent to your power. Rebe sat, we surrender, God. Rebe, we surrender all. We give it all to you. Is your all on the altar? Put it on the altar this morning. Your resentment, your selfishness, your doubt, your fear. God loves righteousness. You may not do none of the big sins, but there's something in there that you need to deal with, and you need to work on driving it out. Kela basha. We even give to you that thorn, like Apostle Paul prayed. He had a thorn in his flesh. He said this thing wouldn't go away. When he went to do right, he ended up still doing wrong. Though, aya gamansata babaa. God, we commit this thing to you. Heal us, deliver us, free us, liberate us. Oh God, in the mighty name of Jesus, we give you glory now, we thank you now, and we bless you now. In the name of Jesus, make us whole. Make us right, God, for you love righteousness. Let your countenance, let it shine upon us, God. Behold us, watch us, keep us. Holy Spirit, live in us. Our body is your temple. I pray for supernatural discipline for your people, God. In asata babakaya. Even when it comes to our dietary habits, I decree and declare, God, in the name of Jesus, that we will mind the things that go in our body and we will be wise in how we eat and how we approach the table. And we declare that our bodies are cancer-free zones. We declare that our body is diabetes-free, high blood pressure-free, high cholesterol-free. With your stripes we're healed. Yeah, yeah, I hear that, Holy Spirit. With your stripes we're healed, but through our actions We live and we stay healed. So God, in our actions toward our diet— this is the year of action. Oh my God, this fast is 21 days of action. Shift how we think about food. May we, yeah, eat to live instead of living to eat. May we eat to live instead of living to eat. Break food addictions. Yeah, my God, I'm your God. Break— oh my, my, somebody say, Apostle, you in my business. Yes, I'm in mine too. Break food addictions, addictions to sugar, addictions to salt, addiction to Things that are harmful to our body, break. Yeah, see, we look at drug addicts— I hear you, Father— we look at alcoholics, and many people will turn their nose up and frown upon them because they're addicted to substance. There are more people on this planet that are addicted to food and sugar than there are drugs. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, God, break it. Just receive it, receive. The breaker is here. I dare you, just lift your hands where you are, receive the breaking. Rebound inside. We're gonna be better after this fast, I'm telling you. We're not just going hungry, we're going to be better. Break it, God, in the name of Jesus. We bless you and we give you glory. We bless you and we give you honor. We bless you, God, and we say thank you, Lord. We say great is the Lord and greatly to be praised. Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised. Otamansa, freedom, freedom. For he who the Son sets free is free indeed. Kitabaso rabaye, brinsete bebe kotama. Clean us up, purify us, make us new, God. Rikitatababa setababanbantoto. Wash us and we shall be clean. Create in us, God, a clean heart. Yekitababa. And renew the right spirit. Yes, Jesus, within us, a right spirit that walks out righteous actions. Yeah, yeah, we're your children. Yeah, we thank you for your mercy. We thank you for your grace. We thank you that we are better because you deliver us. We thank you we're better because you heal us, for healing and deliverance is the children's bread. Yes, Father, we give you glory, God, and we thank you for this now. We thank you for this now in Jesus' mighty name. Amen. And thanks be to God. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. Kurata bababashaya. I love you all with the love of the Lord, and ain't nothing you could do about it. Glory to God. I love you with the love of Jesus, so I'm obligated to tell you truth. I'm obligated to imply truth in my own life because I want to maximize my life on earth. I want to maximize my potential. I want you to maximize your potential. I want you to maximize God's plan for your life. You can do it. You can be better. I dare you to decree it right now. I am better than ever. That means you're your very best right now, even if you don't feel like it, even if you don't look like it. I need you to decree and declare now that you are your very best now. Oh my God, oh my God, right now I am better than ever. I declare it, God. Would you declare it with me? Say, in the name of Jesus, I am better than ever. Ushatabaya, ribansatabaya, ukuramansa. I don't know about you, but 4 days into this fast, the very fact that my eating has changed these 4 days, I already feel better. And if you've been keeping this fast, you do too. Glory to God. If you've been obedient to it, you already feel better. You already feel lighter. You already feel more alert, more attentive. Glory to God. I love you, Jesus. Yeah, type it in the comments: I'm better than ever. Yes, I'm better than ever. I'm better than ever. I'm better than ever. I'm better than ever. I'm better than ever because I love Jesus. He loves me, and he loves the righteous. So therefore, we will practice righteousness. Yeah, I know the blood of Jesus works. We're righteous through it, but our response to that love should be righteousness. Amen. It should be holiness. It should be preserving a temple that the Father can live in. Again, You don't want to live in filth. Why would you want him to? And he won't. Glory to God. I'm better than ever. Glo shabaya. I'm better than ever. That's it. I'm better than ever.
