Again, we're gonna— I'm— and I'm gonna actually go through these decrees that the Lord gave me for 2023. Uh, for you and for me. Glory to God. As we thrust into this next place, glory to God, I believe that as we speak these things out of our mouth today, I'm gonna have you just say them with me. I'm gonna pray, and then we're gonna go right into these decrees. Glory to God. Uh, the Bible says we shall decree a thing and it shall be established. It also tells us to speak those things that are not. Hear me, as though they were. Glory to God. And so we're going to obey that. We believe that faith, hallelujah, starts in our mouth. Glory to God. The Bible said, how can they hear without a preacher? How can he preach except he be sent? Glory to God. And so as a preacher, as a leader today, I'm going to— again, we're going to pray the word. Glory to God. The Bible said we ask anything according to his will He'll do it. So we're going to decree some things and we're going to believe that those things are going to be established. We believe that the heavens are going to be ripped open for us and that the kingdom of God is going to superimpose itself upon us today. And we believe simply that we'll never be the same after this time together. Glory to God. So manage your distractions. If you're still in the bed, get up. Glory to God. Let's pray. Praise the name of God. Father, we give you praise and we thank you, Lord, for another day that you have made. And Father, even as we consecrate, uh, this fast before you, dear God, and as we're turning our plate down to today, God, and every Tuesday, Father, we decree and declare that you will bless our sacrifice today. And Father, we thank you that as we pray, you will hear our prayer. You will open your ears, for your word declares your ears are forever open to the prayers of the righteous. So Father, we decree and declare that your ears are open to us today. Your heart is enlarged toward us, and we thank you, God. Hallelujah! Thank you, Jesus, that you will fulfill our petitions as your word says. Oh God, we decree and declare, God, that if there are any among us this morning, as we touch and agree, that are sick in their body, God, we decree and declare healing. For your word declares healing and deliverance is the children's bread. So Father, we declare with your stripes they are healed. Specifically, God, we pray for Vern today, and we decree and declare as, as our dear sister is in the ICU who has suffered an aneurysm. We thank you, Father, that a miracle will touch her body even now. And Father, we decree and declare that she shall not die but live to declare the works of the Lord. Father, your word declares in Isaiah 66:8, when Zion travails, she brings forth children. So Father, today we decree and declare, hallelujah, that as we travail before you, God, as we cry out before you, hallelujah, we declare that the children of healing and deliverance will come forth, God. Hallelujah. That the manifested fruit of healing and deliverance will come forth for those that need breakthrough and healing in their body. And specifically, we're crying out for— for Vern today, God, and we thank you for her healing and deliverance. I speak to his prostate and I command it to go back to his original size. And I say, be made whole. To my daddy, to Vern, I release angels at my charge to go to where they are, to touch them now, to heal, make them whole. I thank you for the miraculous, God. Healing and deliverance is the children's bread. You're a God that cannot lie, neither are you the son of man. That you should repent. If you said it, so shall it be. If you said it, so shall it come to pass. So we thank you for healing. And anyone under the sound of my voice, live or by replay, I declare healing and deliverance now in the name of Jesus. We declare, we release angels, we release angels. For angels hearken to the voice of our word. And even as we make these prophetic decrees this morning, we declare that they shall and will come to pass. Father, I release the blessing. As we've been teaching this month on the blessing of the Lord that makes rich, and he added no sorrow to it. We thank you, God, for being that blessing. The Holy Spirit is the blessing. And we thank you for the riches that come with that blessing. So Father, I decree and declare today that we will never be broke another day in our life. God, I rebuke poverty in the name of Jesus. And I declare being poor and poverty is not the portion of those that trust your word and move in faith. In the— ah, shaya. So to rakata bayah, rembitskata, brunske tabay, bremske tebe, soto robo, rubah, remenske, I decree and declare it now in the mighty name of Jesus. Yes, Lord, that the riches, which means to accumulate, to grow wealthy and become rich, that the blessing promised to give us will be manifested in our life as we as we confess it, as we believe it even now. I declare that all of our bills are paid and we have the desires of our heart. We don't lack a thing, neither do we ever care, but all of our needs are met and we have the— the desires of our heart. We give you glory, we give you glory, we give you honor, God. Now, let the band start to back in again. The word— thank you, Lord, thank you, Lord. I, I hear you, God. The word of the Lord declares that you shall decree a thing and it shall be established. So I'm going to speak these decrees, and I want you to repeat them after me. Glory to God. I want you to say them, because again, you shape the world you live in with your words. You shape the world you live in with your words. So this morning, it may take us a little longer, but this is how the Holy Spirit led me to pray with you this morning. I want you to literally— because a lot of times I'm praying in prayer with you guys and I'm making decrees and you're listening, but many of you are not saying them. But you have what you say. The Bible said, whatsoever you say, that shall you have. Hallelujah. So we're going to say a thing, we're going to decree a thing, and we're going to declare these things to be so. Glory to God. And we're pointing forward to 2023. Glory to God. This year is almost over. Glory to the name of God. We have about 33 more days, 34 more days left in this year. What will you do with the new set of pages, the blank pages that God's going to give you in 2024. I've been sharing with you guys that this shall be the year of the elected. It won't be about the election, but it'll be about the elected. That's you and I. We are elected, selected, and protected. And this will be the year where the elected will emerge forth, where the elected will begin to be position in their places of authority and dominion. And God will begin to usher us into— watch this— literally a decade of dominion where we will take place and rule and have authority in our spheres of influence. So the question again is, how will you show up? And as we make these decrees, I want you to let that resonate in your spirit. How will I show up in the world? How will I make an impact? How will my purpose be fulfilled in this new year and in this decade to come? Something very strategic is happening. Brahmsata bababako rabakaya. In the midst of war and attacks in your life, there's literal warfare against your assignment and the plan. God is sustaining you. He's blocking it. He's blocking things that should have killed you. He's covering you. Glory to God. Let's make these decrees. Go, rabba satabaya. Repeat after me. Say this. Glory to God. In 2023, I declare that I will be a living example— hallelujah— of God's love and grace, in Jesus' name. In 2023, I will be a living example of God's love and grace, in Jesus' name. Hallelujah. I decree and declare— say it with me— that I will be led by the Holy Spirit in all that I do, and then I'll always seek the face of God for my life In Jesus' name. Now those first two decrees are very important. Thank you, Holy Spirit. I'm gonna stop here because as we walk into this new season, as God begins to position us as the elected, as the lights of the world, a city or a situation of people that sit on a hill that cannot be hid, those that are not in Jesus, watch this, are going to look to our situations, our corporate situations, how we function together in unity. They're also— hear me, guys— gonna look to our lifestyle, the way we live. Glory to the name of God. They're going to look to even our behaviors, how we act. And many of those that don't know God, many of those that you have been praying for Hear me when I tell you, 2024 is going to be a year of salvation. It's going to be a year of victory. It's going to be a year of deliverance. Lebasatabaya. Bransetekosiatababaya. Raka abantuta. Abanet up in Jesus' name. Aban up every doubt, every fear. Cast the devil out of the mind. Break down every stubborn will. And I declare salvation in Jesus' name. I declare that your loved ones are going to be saved. Liban soto koso. But you got to walk out love and grace in Jesus' name, and you got to be a living example of what God can do. Glory to God. You got to allow yourself to be subject at all times— hear me— at all times to the leading of the Holy Spirit. You must allow him to lead you and guide you into all truth at all times. Oh, hallelujah! Lord Jesus, I love you. I praise you this morning. Say this with me. Say, I decree and declare that I will be a faithful servant of Jesus Christ and that I will always put the needs of those— oh my God— that are in need, that I will always put the needs of those that are in need before me, in Jesus' name. Oh my God, that decree right there is releasing us from selfishness. It's giving us a compassion for those who are external to us. And you're gonna have to move— I'm telling you prophetically, these are prophetic decrees. I'm just saying to you what the Holy Spirit has given me. You're gonna have to move in a selfless, non-selfish way when it comes to life now. You're gonna have to know that you're blessed to be a blessing, and you're going to get the mindset before the blessing even shows up that who I am, what I have, it's not for me, it's that I can advance the kingdom and bless others. So many times we get caught up in us and what we're doing, and we're so connected to everybody else's lifestyle and what they're doing. And God says to you today, you must— hear me— release that selfish self. Oh my God, ingrandizing way of being. And as we just decreed, you got to put the needs of others first, and the blessing will come looking for you. You got to fix your heart. Say that with me. Say, in the name of Jesus, I decree and declare that my heart is pure and my heart is not selfish. Say, in the name of Jesus, I declare I love all people and I am loved by all people. In Jesus' name. We give you glory, God. Yes, God. Say this with me. Say, I decree and declare— glory to God— that I will be a source of hope and encouragement for those who are lost or struggling in the name of Jesus. In other words, that decree is saying your life will be a beacon of hope to those that look at you that are struggling, that are depressed, that feel like they can't make it. But God, I'm telling you, in 2024 is going to raise you up as an example that people can hope in Jesus. Hurabata saya, bransatakata bababato roko sota babaya. Yeah, God, I thank you for this word. Say this with me. Say, in the name of Jesus, I decree and declare that in 2024 I will be a powerful witness. Thank you, God, for Jesus Christ. Rebanda tabaya. And that my words and action will reflect the kingdom of God in the name of Jesus. So you know that means you won't just be a witness in word, but you'll be a witness indeed. Say, I decree and declare in the name of Jesus— yes, God— that I will be a vessel of honor and not of shame. I will be a vessel of mercy. Glory to God. We're just decreeing things prophetically. We decree things and they shall be established. Declare this, say, in 2024, I will not lack a thing, neither will I have a care, for God supplies all my need according to his own riches in glory. No lack. I decree and declare no lack. No lack. No lack. I declare Your barns will be filled with plenty. I declare it now in the name of Jesus. I declare our ministry's barns will be filled with plenty. I decree and declare my business barns, your business barns will be filled with plenty, and no weapon formed against you will be able to prosper. Oh, come on, just say that. Say, in the name of Jesus, I decree and declare that no weapon formed against me will be able to prosper. Oh, every tongue that rises against me in judgment, we will show it to be in the wrong. I declare, because the Lord is your shepherd, you shall not want. Come on, declare it in the name of Jesus. Because the Lord is my shepherd and he is a good father, I shall not be in need. Say, I decree and declare my children are saved, sanctified, filled with the Holy Ghost in Jesus' name. Say, I decree and declare that no weapon formed against my children will be able to prosper, for I declare now they are free. They are liberated. They are whole in Jesus' name. Yes, God. I pray for open doors for you even now, for I heard the Lord say, I've set before you this day open doors, plural. Yes, Lord. And he says unto you, open your eyes so you may see. I hear that, God, for many of you have been internally focused on your problems, on your challenges, on the burdens that you face, the obstacles that are in front of you. Spirit of the Living God would say to you today, open your eyes, discipline yourself to discover the doors. For the doors, said the Lord, have been opened. Great doors to new dimensions in my glory, great doors to new ways of living as a human on earth, great doors to greater influence and authority in the earth. You have many accepted the things that have come to you as normal, but God says they are not normal. For sickness is not normal, poverty is not normal, paycheck to paycheck is not normal. God says I have opened doors that contain abundance, that contain healing, that contain victory. Open your eyes, your spiritual eyes, so you might see these doors, so you might walk through them. Yeah, I hear that, Lord. The Lord says, let's go to the other side. Leban, are you God? The Lord says to say to you, it's time to go to the other side. Thank you, Father. But you must pass through the portal of the door, and you cannot go through the door until you open your eyes and see the door. Oh God, I give you glory. I hear you, God. I hear you. I hear you. You gotta hear that. God says, I'm bringing you to a new discipline. In seeking my face. My face. For the Lord would say to us today, your prayers have not been effectively successful until you've discovered my face. I hear God. He says to tell you, in his face is his eyes. In his face is his mouth. Lekiska taban soto bokoto rabaya. In his face is his nose. In his face is his ears. And the Lord says, I want you to find my face. I want you to find my perspective, my revelation. I want you to see life and your steps and the way things should be done through my eyes, not your eyes. Oh God, God says you gotta 'Come on, Nate, with my face.' And many of you remain frustrated because you don't see light through my face. You've been religious in your belief, religious in your praying, religious in your church attendance, but all of what you do, said the Lord, must culminate with my face. Yeah, I heard that. He said my face should shine upon you. May my face shine upon you. Oh God, yeah, May my face shine upon you. My nostrils, may you have a sensitivity to life and things in the realm of the spirit as I sense things. Osha! Rakande de de beso to Babaaye. Bransata Baba kosho to rabanda baye. Muntanabaasi. When was the last time you heard me, said the Lord. You've heard the memes, you've heard the TikToks, you've watched the reels, you watched everybody else's story. But the Lord says, yeah, when was the last time you heard me? When was the last time you got in my face and my mouth was to your ear? And you heard my voice. Let's see. Say that with me. Say, in the name of Jesus, I decree and declare I will seek the face of God, and my ears will hear his voice. I will see life as he see it. I will see myself as he sees me. I will have his sensitivity to discern what's good for me. Yeah, and what's bad for me. Oh, in the name of Jesus. Lebasa, bransoto boko, so grati. We bless you, Father, and we thank you, Father. We decree and declare that we will be servants of the Most High, and we will serve you in humility and joyfully-yam. Say this, say, in the name of Jesus, yes God, I hear you. I decree and declare that my greatest days, yes God, are not behind me, are not upon me, but they are inside of me. Yes, I hear you, God. Whoa! Your greatest days, said the Lord, are inside of you. Oh my God, what you've been fighting today is not about where you've been, it's about what's in you. And what's in you is going to take you into the future. It's like nothing you've ever experienced. For the kingdom of God is within us. You know what that means? His rule, his authority, his resources, his ways are in us. And when we get— oh my God— born again and receive the King in our life, he moves in. The King and his kingdom is in us. That's why he's omnipresent, because he lives in all of us. Oh God. And we have a right to access that kingdom every time we worship, every time we pray, we enter into that kingdom to have encounters with the King. Oh my God, today, lebasaya, bransatababakaya, there's a king in you. Kotababa Isaiah. You have giants to defeat. You have visions to decree. You have things you got to do. Yeah, God, I hear no time for giving up, no time for quitting, no time for— somebody that's watching, there's no time for throwing in the towel. There's a king in you and you are alive. Your heart is beating. Because you are here to represent the King and his kingdom. Jesus, I love you. I give you praise. Say, I decree and declare that all the gifts of the Spirit with your tongues interpretation of tongues, discerning of spirits, word of wisdom, word of knowledge, healings, miracles, and prophecy. Say, they work in my life effectively and authoritatively. Say, I have the Holy Spirit. He lives in me. Therefore I have access to these gifts. Yeah, I hear you, God. Yeah, you have access to the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Again, tongues, interpretation of tongues, discerning of spirits, word of knowledge, word of faith, healing, miracles, prophecy, word of wisdom. You got access to all 9 of those because the Holy Spirit, he lives in you. And, and I hear God The Lord is saying the time has come now as we move into this new season. You must become mature. You must grow and matriculate in these gifts. As some of you've been sitting in places, even with leaders, and you follow people online who— how can I say this— who are more concerned about them than you. Leaders who are not concerned about the cultivation of what's in you and developing what's in you and causing what's in you to emerge. And, and I'm not saying that because I want people to follow me. I don't want people to grab that because people will start misconceiving that. Glory to the name of God. And I'm not saying that because I'm perfect, but what I am saying is You gotta find somebody— thank you, Holy Spirit— that will help cultivate the gifts in you so you can show up in the world effectively and be the light, be the strength, be the pillar to those that need you. Some of you are sitting in ministries, you're frustrated. Hallelujah. Because you're not growing, you're not being taught the word. Your gifts are not being challenged. You're not being stretched. And God says it's high time for a stretching. It's high time to be pushed into things that you didn't even think you were ready for, because God says your gifts will be necessary in this year to come, and they must be in operation at all times. As you breathe, your gifts must work. In the name of Jesus. I hear that too, God. Pray this with me. Say, I decree and declare— we're almost done, stay with me. Say, I decree and declare that all the fruit of the Spirit is at work in my life, which is love, joy, peace, faith, temperance, long-suffering. Oh my God. Meekness, gentleness, and kindness. And against such there is no law. The Spirit of the Living God says to tell you that part of— as he began to share with us in the beginning, part of what he was saying— I hear you, God, it's all coming together. It's coming together. Glory to God. None of this is scripted, none of this is planned. So as we flow, glory to God, it's coming together. The Lord is saying it's going to be important as you move into the next year that the fruit of the Spirit be evident, low-hanging. Low— by low-hanging mean accessible to those you encounter. Yeah, love needs to be low-hanging in your life so that as you move through life, those that need the love of Jesus can experience the love of Jesus Christ. Lebasa tabakaya. Through you. Hear me. Good God Almighty. They can experience God's love. And you need to walk in joy when it's convenient to be sad. When everybody else around you is being sad and depressed, you need to choose joy, because the joy of the Lord will be your strength and strength for somebody else. You need to be humble, you need to be meek, you need to be able to endure, ah, with long-suffering things that may be presented to you. Go through it with joy and love. Uh, the, the other 8 fruit— hang on, love, because Oh my God, if you get in love, all the rest of them will fall in line. You fall in love with God passionately, for real, fall in love with your assignment, fall in love with obedience, the other 8 will manifest easily. So Father, we give you praise and we thank you today for this time of prayer, God, and prophecy. I pray that every ear that has listened, every person that rose early with us at 5 today to pray and to seek your face, God, not just to do something religious, but God, if, if we take anything from this prayer, may we take all of it. But God, may we understand that all of this needs to culminate with an encounter with your face, that your face can shine upon us. That we can see things like you see them, that we can sense things as you sense them, that we can hear your voice for real. In the name of Jesus, order our steps today. Bless us as we fast. Father, I pray specifically for the Rodder family of churches— Rodder Church Jackson, Rodder Church Atlanta, Rodder Church DMV, I pray for your anointing, God, to rest heavy upon every location. And I decree and declare, God, that everything you manifest and reveal, you will get glory for it. I thank you that each house is a prophetic house, an apostolic house. Lives are being changed, deliverance is happening, and we declare you're going to continue to add to the church daily such as would be saved. Thank you that none of our ministries lack anything. We have property, we have facilities to do every ministry you've ordained for us to do. We have the manpower and the people. Oh my God, to do what you've ordained us to do. And we give you praise for— I pray for every person under the sound of my voice. I declare this is a productive week for them and they will grow closer to you like never forth. In Jesus' name, amen. Rise up early, glory to God, and seek the face of the Lord. I believe that his ear has been inclined toward our decrees. And our prayers. Listen, the Bible says that angels hearken to the voice of thy word. So when we pray and speak the word, angels go— they get in place. Glory to God. And they start working. They're ministering spirits. They work on our behalf. Do you realize God has assigned those angels to us? Each one of us have angels assigned to us to minister and to intercede on our behalf to bring to pass covenant. They hearken to the voice of the word. Angels are covenant-enforcing agents. They bring the covenant of God to pass in our life. And we got to learn to make sure that we're speaking the word so we're employing our angels when we pray. And I'm telling you, the angels are working. I believe the angel is working for our dear sister Vern who's in ICU, I'm declaring that she's going to come up out of that ICU any day now. I'm trusting God. I'm believing God that when my daddy goes to the hospital today for surgery, I believe God. Yeah, I believe God. I believe God that when they check him again, there'll be no cancer. His prostate will be normal. I believe God for your life. I believe that what you're trusting God for is going to come to pass. Amen, amen. And thanks be to God.
