Father, in Jesus' name, we do thank you for another opportunity to teach your word, God. We thank you for an opportunity to share with your people what you have spoken, what you have said. And Father, we decree and declare that no weapon formed against us tonight is gonna be able to prosper. We thank you that we are victorious. We declare that the devil is defeated. And God is exalted. Father, tonight we ask you for the light, the illumination, and the intelligence of the Holy Spirit. Speak to us, God. Minister through us. Do something man cannot do. And I thank you now, God, that as you come into this livestream like a bully, come into this midweek express like a bully, throw your weight around, let us know that you're boss, that you're still in control. Kick some dust in the devil's face and let him know you still rule and reign in the affairs of men. And Father, we'll give you praise for what you're about to do. Father, I thank you for healing that will occur even as we teach the word. I sense the heavens open for us now, and even as the word is being disseminated tonight, I decree and declare that healing and deliverance will occur for your people, God. Let that flame just burn and burn until it overflows into others and their lives are changed because of the fire that's on the inside. Just touch your belly and say, Lord, set a fire. Lord, set a fire. Lord, set a fire. Glory to God. Well, I'm ready to teach the word, uh, today. I'm going to start part 1 of a series I'm going to be teaching all month. And actually, it's a simple title just so you can remember and make it very applicable. I'm gonna give you 7 keys to becoming amazing. 7 keys to amazing. We have coined that this year is going to be the year of amazing things, and I want to give you the keys over the next 7 weeks that will help you. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Unlock amazing for your life, whether it be in your family, in your economics, in your purpose, in your ministry, in your business, wherever you need the amazing power, favor, and provision of God to show up and manifest. I want to give you some practical insights from scripture on how to get that done. All right. And the first key tonight, glory to the name of God, is found in the fact that we need to forget. The first key is forgetting. Forgetting. Somebody type that on the screen. And then please do me a favor again, guys. Like this video, share it, and comment. Glory to the name of God. And if you're listening to the podcast, please, by all means, I need you. Glory to God. To share it with somebody as well. So the first key again, and which is something that it is really hard for a lot of people to do, the things we need to forget, the things we need to let go, many a times we struggle forgetting them and letting them go because we have emotional and even spiritual soul ties to things that we need broken from our life. And I want to submit to you tonight, uh, that a soul tie is not just sexual. You know, your soul is your mind, your will, and your emotions. So while you can get tied to someone sexual through sex, the act of sex, what it does, it ties you into their mind, their will, their emotions, and you get— become emotionally attached to Well, you can be emotionally attached to a business that you need to let go. Are you hearing me? You can be emotionally attached to a church you need to leave. I'm gonna just go ahead and teach this. Glory to God. You could be emotionally attached to a region you live in that you need to take steps of faith to move out of. Come on here. Glory to God. So you have to understand that there is an art to forgiving and letting go so you can move forward. Let's go to Philippians first. And again, I'm not gonna be long. I just sound like I am. My voice sounds like I'm a long preacher, but I promise you— and my wife probably disagree with me and said, nigga, you is long. Glory to God. But I promise you, I'm gonna work real hard tonight to get out of your way. Glory to God. Let's go to Philippians 3. Praise God. All right, let's go to Philippians 3, and, um, I want to begin— hallelujah— let's start at verse number 8. All right, let's read a little bit. The scripture says, but everything— hear me, verse 7— but everything was to be gain to me, I have considered it to be a loss. Hear me, because of Christ. So here's the first thing I want you to grab tonight, and that's, that's Philippians 3:7. He says again, everything that was gained to me, I have considered it to be a loss because of Christ. So when you, when you become one with Christ, all right, when you become connected to Christ's character His purpose, his plan, his agenda, his dream for you, and you really start dreaming with him. The reality right here is, guys, hear me real good, and I ain't got much time. The things that you deemed important before Christ, now that you're in Christ, moving towards your destiny, walking out your purpose in him, if those things are not important to him— hear me— they should no longer be important to you. I'm gonna say that again. If those things are not important to him, they should no longer be important to you. Oh my goodness. So you gotta count it lost. You gotta take an L on stuff you enjoy that ain't Christlike, even if it's not sinful. There's some things that are not sinful— hear me— that are not Christlike. Lord, I got to get through here today. Lord have mercy. He says, I counted loss. You got to count that shorty that don't connect to where you're going, loss. You gotta connect. Watch this. You gotta count those activities that you're participating in that do not connect to your forward movement. You gotta count that loss.

Whoa.

Because of Christ. Verse number 8, let's read. He said, more than that, I also consider everything to be a loss in view of the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord Because of him, I have suffered the loss of all things and considered them as dung. Dung in scripture is boo-boo. It is feces. Glory. It is solid waste. It is number 2. Are you hearing me? So that I may gain Christ. So I count these things as waste, something I will flush down the toilet. To never intertwine with it again. You know, when waste leaves your body, it's not designed to re-enter. I'ma just leave that alone. When waste leaves your body, it is not designed to re-enter. Come on, church. So if you remove the things that are waste, forget the things that are waste, you must forget the things that are waste. And you gotta flush them down the toilet. So you got to stop wasting time with people in relationships, in these dating relationships that don't tie into your purpose and your forward movement. It's dumb, it's doodoo. I know it make you feel good. Come on, church! It makes you— glory to God— make noises maybe you never made before, but at the end of the day it's a waste if it doesn't tie into your overall destination. And watch this, as long as you hold on to it, you're blocking amazing in your life. And I'm telling you, 2021 is the year where amazing begins, where amazing starts, where amazing is gonna flow to you. But you gotta get rid of the waste products. Never to revisit them again. Are you hearing me? You got to let it go. You must forget it. That's what we're talking about today. That's the key. So the first area of forgetting— you gotta forget the wasteful things and count them loss so you can gain everything that Christ has for you. Some blessings won't show up until you get the waste out of your life. Oh, I'm gonna say it again. Some blessings will not show up until you get the waste out of your life. You know that negro is no good for you. Let me tell you something. There's some things can be good to you, but it's not good for you. I'm gonna say that again. There are some things that can be good to you, but they're not good for you. They're simply just waste. And what you gotta determine is if it's not only good to you, but if it's good for your final resolve, your bottom line, your destination. Listen, there's a 40-year-old man that can be good to your 15-year-old daughter. but he ain't good for her. Y'all ain't got to talk to me. I'm gonna say that again. There's a 40-year-old man that can be good to your 15-year-old daughter, but ain't— in no unequivocated terms is he good for her. Oh boy, y'all need to hear me when I'm talking today. Listen to me, you got to forget the wasteful stuff. It's waste. The relationship ain't going nowhere. He's married. Uh-oh, he's married. He's got a wife. And watch this, he has no plans on leaving her. I don't care what he told you, he is not going to leave. And you got to realize the relationship can't go any further than the bed. So you got to untie yourself from that and get rid of— flush it down the toilet. I don't care what you're getting out of it, you're missing something greater in Christ. Let me read, let me read, let me read. Verse 9, he said, and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own from the law, but one that is through faith in Christ. So I get rid of the waste I let go of the stuff that's dung. Glory to God. So that I can gain a relationship with God that's not according to religion. See, because that's what a lot of people have. Are y'all hearing me? Y'all with me? Y'all with me? Y'all with me? A lot of people have a relationship with God that's rooted in religion, what they learned how to do in church, but they really don't know God for real because they ain't willing to let go that black stuff in their heart. That wasteful stuff that God can't be a part of. Oh wait, let me read, man. Let me keep reading. I got a lot to read. He says, my goal is to know him, not to be religious, but the goal is to know him and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of his suffering, being conformed to his death Verse 11: Assuming that I will somehow reach the resurrection from among the dead. Oh my God. So I gotta forget. Here's another reason I gotta forget and get rid of the waste stuff. Secondly, so I can be resurrected from dead living. Oh my God. So forget it. So you— amazing living is a life full of abundance. Jesus said, I came that you might have life and that you might have it more abundantly. Oh my God, that's his desire. Anything other than that is dead living. If you're not living an abundant life in Christ, a life in the kingdom where you're operating under the auspices of kingdom resources, kingdom value, kingdom revelation, kingdom mysteries, kingdom wealth, Any other way of living is dead man's living. I'm gonna say that again: any other way of living is dead man's living. And listen, ladies and gentlemen, you gotta make up your mind. Oui, et basura, bahi, imbrisco, roboco, shatabande. You, you got to make up your mind that you want to live the life that God created for you, and you want to know him. You want to be resurrected from the dead. Dead living. Watch this. This says right here that to transition from dead living to abundant living, or the God kind of living— oh, the transition only takes place— hear me— through the power of the Holy Ghost, through a supernatural act. Resurrection is supernatural. I know for a fact that people can be raised from the dead. I've seen people, glory to the name of God, who were sentenced to death in their body, and I watched God remove death from their body and they're alive today. But you gotta understand, that's a supernatural act. And just so it goes in the way you live your lifestyle as a kingdom citizen, you should be living an abundant lifestyle because you have been chosen by the King. Come on, church! Hallelujah! So he said— let me keep reading. Hallelujah. Verse number 12, he said, not that I've already reached the goal. So wait a minute, you got to be very clear. You got to take an assessment of where you are. You can't ever believe that you've already arrived. He said, not that I've already reached the goal— hear this— or am already perfect, but I make every effort. Oh my God, this guy's teaching us something. He said, I'm not a perfect teleos in Greek, which means mature. He said, I ain't got it. I haven't arrived. For those of you out there that believe you have arrived, you will never walk in this level of amazing as a kingdom citizen that God wants you to walk in because you believe you have arrived and you think there's nothing more for you to learn, nothing more for you to experience. I want to tell you something tonight. There is more. Oh my goodness, oh my goodness, oh my goodness. There is more.

It's more than going to your church and having your Sunday service or watching your preacher stream live. There is a level of life that is absolutely amazing, astonishing, overwhelming, that can be inundated into your existence, that people see the light of the King through how you live. And I'm not just talking about material good, but I'm talking about material good, I'm talking about spiritual power, I'm talking about walking in a light that is magnetic that causes people to want to have what you have. You're more concerned about a church, an emotional attachment to a church in your past, an emotional attachment to a preacher that died. Y'all ain't got to say nothing to me. An emotional attachment to a mentor that could care less about you. An emotional attachment to a failure. You, if you're gonna move in the realm of amazing, Baby, you got to forget. You gotta— you— oh my, let me, let me, let me go, let me go, let me go. He says, but I make every effort to take hold, listen, because I have also been taken hold of by Christ. So he says, I'm making every effort to get a grip on what he has gripped me for. See, this is another reason why you gotta forget old, inyudated, outdated ways, antiquated ways of thinking and doing things. Some of you are so stuck in the past, you're literally in a time warp, and you wonder why you can't grow. Your church won't grow, your business won't grow, your money is funny because you're in a time warp. You're stuck. Oh, y'all are talking to me here. And God says you got to let that go, and you gotta now get a grip. If I was in church, I'd tell you hit 7 people and tell them, get a grip, get a grip, get a grip, get a grip, get a grip. Type that on the screen. Get a grip, get a grip, get a grip, get a grip. You got to get a grip on that which Christ— come on, church— has gripped you for. And everybody I'm talking to tonight— Lord, I got to get out of here. Glory to God, you've been gripped for something great. I dare you, type that on the screen. Say, I'm gripped for greatness. I'm gripped for greatness. I'm gripped for greatness. I want to tell you, you're gripped to do more than you've ever done before. You're gripped— glory to the name of God— to do more. Say, oh my God, you have been gripped by Christ to live a powerful and meaningful and impactful and influential life. You need to get a grip. Stop living in mediocrity. Oh, stop living— glory to the name of God, hallelujah— in mundane mindsets. But make up in your mind Lord Harry, if I was in the church, we'd be having church right about now. But make up in your mind, I'm gonna get a grip on the plan. I'm gonna get a grip on the purpose. I'm gonna get a grip on the idea. I'm gonna get a grip on the innovation that God has for me. I dare you, lift your hands and say, I'm gripped for greatness. You're gripped for bigger. You're gripped for better. Your grip for richer. Your grip for more powerful. Your grip to be anointed. Your grip for an assignment that's been authenticated and validated just for you. Oh my God. I dare somebody to say it again. Say, get a grip, get a grip, get a grip, get a grip, get a grip. So Paul says, I ain't got there, but I'm working hard. To get a grip, to mature. Telios in Greek, again, to mature so I can handle what he gripped me for. Quite honestly, many of you have not received for real what he's gripped you for because you're too busy out here trying to be like somebody else. You too busy being a copycat, trying to copy someone else's anointing, somebody else's vision. Somebody else's dreams, somebody else's business. But can I tell you something? There is an authentication that has been reserved just for you. Get a grip. Woo! Ayamasi! Brikanda lalabosatababa! I hear the Lord saying worship. Somebody ought to worship him right now. Get a grip on it, because I'm telling you, this key called the giving— glory to the name of God— is a substratum, a foundational key to moving into a life of amazing, where you're operating on the auspices of kingdom abundance, kingdom astonishment, kingdom resources. Hallelujah! I dare you, worship him now. Come on, lift up your hands right where you are. Gloria, and just begin to worship him for the amazing days you're getting ready to walk into. Come on, I need you to worship him now. Father, we give you glory. Father, we give you honor. We bless your high name. You're an amazing Father. You're an amazing Father. You are an amazing Father. You are an amazing Father. You are good, good Father. You are a good, good father. Whoa, whoa, amazing, amazing, amazing. You weren't created to live with hurt in your heart. I want to tell you something, you're amazing. You just got to get a grip. Some of you all over the place, you're confused, you're following this one, you're following that one. You're looking to be accepted. You're looking to be popular. Who cares about that? I know a bunch of popular people, a whole bunch of them with no power. Popular and powerless. Popular and penniless. Now take that to the bank. And the reality is, that ain't the will for you. Get yourself together. Get a grip. Get a grip. Eba bababa, Sura Baki. Stop living under the auspices of the control of a victim, that of a victimizer that victimized you in the past. Stop living under the control of that and make up in your mind you're gonna break away and you're gonna get a grip. Some of you can't function in relationships because you were molested, because you were raped, because you were despised as a child. The devil is a liar. I command you tonight, get a grip. It's your Tobiah. God has more. God has something better.

We give you the praise, God. We give you the glory. We give— We lift you up and exalt you. There is none like you nowhere, God, and we thank you, God. Let me keep going. I gotta go, I gotta go. I'm moving quickly to a close. He said, but I take hold, I get a grip of what he's gripped me for. He said, I have not already attained neither have I already become perfect. Lord, I feel like preaching. He said, but this one thing I do— Lord, help us— he said, forgetting. Ah, I'm reading the Bible, I'm reading the Bible. This is the key, this is the key, this is the first key to— of 7 I'm gonna give you to amazing It's forgetting. Forgetting what is behind. The word forgetting, the Greek word is epilothomai. Epi means that which surrounds and is under. That was— it surrounds but it's under. It is epi, like an epidural. It's epi, it's under, it's hidden. Under the skin. It's epi, epidermis is under the skin, epi. So it— but it's— it is full surround. Lothomai deals with the idea— watch this— of trepidating or impeding agents that come to stop movement. So he says, I need you to forget everything, seen and unseen, that comes to impede your progress and create fear and trepidation in your forward movement. Forgetting— hallelujah— epilothoma, extrapolated from memory, your mind. Has two functions: memory and imagination. Your memory replays the past. Paul is telling us here, your memory serves no purpose when it comes to progress. Oh boy, my God, be Oh my God, the psychologists would argue that, but Paul the Apostle, the revelator full of the Holy Ghost, submits to us that revisiting memory, revisiting history, by telling us to epilophomai, to forget it, to let it go. He is saying to us, hear me, that the past memory has no significance whatsoever when it comes to progress. Your memory is simply a reminder It can be good or bad, or the good of the bad in your past. It replays the past. But I'm here tonight as a spiritual undertaker, and I command you in the name of Jesus, hallelujah, to bury your past. I've come as a spiritual mortician, and I'm telling you tonight that you gotta forget it. You gotta bury your past. He said, forgetting what is behind— past memories have no significance in progress. It's hard to see your future, hear me, when you are staring at your past. When you are replaying the past. Paul says, I need you focused, locked in like a bulldog on the future that God has for you, and you need to bury that past. And I'm telling you tonight, bury your past before it buries you. He said, forgetting those things which are behind— and I'm closing— and reaching to what's ahead. Oh my God. He says, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God which is in Christ Jesus. Can I submit to you, you cannot adequately press You cannot adequately move into tomorrow until you let go yesterday. You cannot successfully apprehend your future until you let go of the past. I cannot be successful as a husband in my new marriage. I'll be married 2 years this year, August, newly, and I'm super excited about growing with my new wife. But I cannot be successful in apprehending the future God has for she and I if I'm constantly revisiting my former marriage. I don't have conversations Even though we are on good terms, even though we are friends, I have no need to have conversations with my ex-wife unless it's a friendly hello. I see her somewhere, but I'm not reaching out to her every day because I gotta forget what was behind. I'm not having long talks with her. No, that's, that's over because I can't be successful because it will trigger memory. Y'all not talking to me here. Listen, you gotta learn to leave the past where it is. Some of you are spiritual necrophiliacs. You have, you have intimacy with dead stuff. And God is saying you gotta let that go. I'm almost done, y'all. Matter of fact, I'm almost— I'm through. Because you— there's something ahead. But if you're gonna move in that amazing future— I'm looking at it, I can see you in your future, and you look much better than you look right now. I can see you in your future, and you look much better than you look right now. I see something great for each of you. I see happy marriages. I see successful businesses. But you gotta let go. Of yesterday so you can successfully apprehend the amazing life that God has prepared for you. Let's pray. Father, in Jesus' name, I thank you for this word. Hallelujah. I thank you for the opportunity to teach your people, and I pray, God, that this word would go out to thousands upon thousands and their life will be changed Their life will be revolutionized because of what they have received. I thank you for the year of amazing 2021, and I thank you for the key of forgetting, epilathomai. And I'm praying for your people tonight that you give them the strength to walk away from what's behind and reach with authority to the fabulous, amazing future you set before them, and we praise you for it now in Jesus' name.
