Apostolic Intelligence Part 3: "Apostolic Development" | Dr. Mike Woods, Sr. | 9-10-2022 (Replay)

In this live teaching, Dr. Michael Lyris Woods, Sr. presents a charismatic exposition on the nature, authority, and development of the apostolic office. He begins by framing the apostle as a five‑fold ascension gift with plenipotentiary (unlimited) authority, gubernatorial (governmental) authority, and a role as a stratospheric warrior against spiritual strongholds. Woods outlines a seven‑stage developmental pathway—Anointing, Alignment, Assignment, Activation, Application, Authority, and Apostleship—describing each as a mountain‑valley progression that requires disciplined study, consecration, and mentorship. He stresses that every believer needs a personal apostolic mentor (a “person”) to stir and turn on their gifts, and that geographic moves, provision, and seasonal cycles are integral to growth. Woods warns against self‑appointed apostles and false claimants, emphasizing the need for authentic fluency across the nine spiritual gifts and the five ministry offices. The teaching concludes with a prayer, a call for listeners to seek apostolic development, and a fundraising appeal for Radha Church. The overall tone is urgent, enthusiastic, and persuasive, aiming to mobilize listeners toward deeper apostolic engagement and financial support.

Every gifted person, no matter how anointed you are, you need apostolic authority in your life to help develop you into what God has called you to be.
So let's pray, and then we're going to jump right into this teaching tonight, because again, I believe it is so very important. Listen, I'm not going to be long because I want you to join us. Make sure you join us tomorrow morning at 10, and then I want you to join us again tomorrow night at 7. Uh, we're continuing this series on Apostolic Assignment. This teaching is a part of the series on Apostolic Assignment, so you definitely need this, right?
So let, let's, let's pray.
Father, in Jesus' name, We thank you for another opportunity to share and to teach your word. We thank you for the apostolic office and what it means to the body.
God, I am humbled and gracious that for almost 20 years now you have had me launched into this apostolic office, and I am growing in it every day. I'm understanding more and more about it every single day than the first day, uh, that I was affirmed in the earth. So Father, I pray that As we teach tonight, that your people would hear this word, they will receive it, they will grow, they will be developed, they will be increased by what they hear, God. And I pray, God, that it won't fall to deaf ears. And I give you praise and glory for that now, in the matchless and holy and righteous name of Jesus Christ we do pray. Amen.
And thanks be to God. Listen, I am so grateful that you are here with me tonight. Tonight, and we're thanking God in advance for the light, the illumination, and the intelligence of the Holy Ghost. I believe in God that this word is going to be absolutely and categorically life-changing for every person that will listen, every person that will receive.
Glory to the name of God.
I'm trusting it will be, uh, something that will take you to the next place in your life.
So let me start by talking about this, uh, first of all— well, let me do this, let me just read a text so I can kind of, uh, make it give me something to build off of in terms of apostleship. So the office of the apostle, I want you to hear this, uh, it is considered to be one of the fivefold ascension gifts, right? And it is described in Ephesians 4:8-11. Let's read this. The Bible says, wherefore he said, when he ascended on high, he led captivity captive and gave gifts to men. Now that he ascended, what is it but he also descended? Listen. First into the lower parts of the earth. He that descended— listen— is the same also that ascended up far— listen to this— above the heavens, that he might fill all things. Now watch this. And he gave— these are the ascension gifts that God gave when he ascended, when he was resurrected. So the gospel of Jesus Christ— watch this— It has some elements to it, right? So the Gospel of Jesus Christ is, first of all, the birth of Jesus, the miraculous birth of Jesus Christ. This is what makes Christianity and being a kingdom citizen unique and authentic to any other religious, uh, tribe. Let me tell you something, the reality of this is the miraculous that presents itself inside of kingdom living. And this is something that should continue as we live for the King. Are y'all hearing me? I'm gonna say it one more time. This is something that should continue as we live for the King. We should have miracles throughout our life because everything about Christianity is miraculous. All right, the, the birth of Jesus was miraculous. You know about that, right? All right, the life of Jesus was a very miraculous life. He He performed miracles. He created a culture of expectancy because of who he was in the earth— God incarnate. People expected miraculous things to come through his life. Listen, so the, the, the birth, all right, the life— watch this— the death of Jesus, miraculous. The burial of Jesus, miraculous. Watch this, the resurrection of Jesus, miraculous. But then there's a 6th element which is called the Ascension. So after Jesus was resurrected, he spent some time with the disciples and he ascended, which means he flew— hallelujah— from earth to heaven. He flew out of this dimension into another dimension. Glory to the name of God. Where he would abide and where he abides now as the King of the Earth. Glory to God. So everything about the gospel is supernatural. So when he ascended, the Bible says he did not leave the earth helpless. He gave gifts to men. He descended to lower parts of the earth, and he descended is the same also that ascended far above the heavens, that he might fill all things. Watch this. And then he gave— watch this— some apostles, which means everybody is not an apostle no matter how bad they want to be. Everybody is not. I'm gonna say it one more time. Listen, I was telling my spiritual son, uh, when I was in Mississippi this past week, you know, I was talking to him and I was saying, man, if, if I could give this back, I personally would. I, I mean, because I— this is not something I signed up for, because in order to obtain the validity of the office, there are things one has to endure in their life and survive. Watch this, and resurrect from, and ascend from, to be able to actually be effective in the apostolic realm.
To—
watch this— to apply the abilities of the office of the apostle in the earth. So, I mean, if it was left up to me, I would give this thing back to God. I'm not, I'm not caught up in this. So everybody's not an apostle. Watch this. He gave some apostles, he gave some prophets. Everybody, come on, it's not a prophet. Just because you want to be a prophet doesn't make you a prophet. Watch this. Just because you prophesy doesn't make you a prophet. I'm not talking about these gifts tonight. I'm only going to focus in on the apostles so we can build a case for development. Right? He gave some prophets, some evangelists. Nobody wants to be an evangelist, but it's probably— it's in the middle of these gifts, and it's probably the most important of them all, because the anointing of the evangelist is the gathering anointing. That is a magnetic anointing that attracts people to the cross, and it brings people to Jesus. And listen, I'm telling you, and an apostleship flowing all of these gifts. But at the end of the day, we need some real evangelists in the earth, like Billy Graham. His office clearly was an evangelist. Little millions of people came to God under his ministry. Watch this, hear this prophecy: Billy Graham's mantle—
hear me here— is still in the earth.
I love Franklin Graham, I love the grandson, but they didn't get the mantle. I'm sorry, they, they got the inheritance, but they didn't get the mantle. So the mantle of Billy Graham— somebody say Time magazine wrote something several years ago, is T.D. Jakes the next Billy Graham? Where that has become obvious to the answer that question, no, he's not. T.D. Jakes has a, a drawing ability to draw church folk who are already saved to meetings because he's a great preacher, which nothing wrong with that. People need to be edified, built up through his bishopric, through the pastoral ministry that's on his life. Great. But Billy Graham's mantle— hear me, I'm probably getting a lot of trouble for saying all this tonight, but at the end of the day, we— it's got to be said, man. It's, it's still in the earth. So somebody is missing their call, their anointing to be an evangelist. Hear me, okay? And some pastors—
everybody's not a pastor—
some pastors, and most people think they have died and went to heaven when they start a church. Man, if I didn't have to pastor, I wouldn't.
God have mercy, Jesus.
But as an apostle, I have to be able to birth ministries and raise up Pastors, some pastors, and watch this, some teachers. Nobody wants this because everybody wants to entertain.
Nobody wants to take the time to teach.
But I want you to understand something. These are gifts that God gave to mankind. He gave them all to mankind for specific purposes. Now, the apostle, the apostle was given Watch this. To help mankind— watch this— understand his task, which is his assignment, the technology necessary to bring that task forth, to actually operate effectively in that task. Apostles encounter humans that they are assigned to, to help them stir up the gift in them to impart to them technology. Oh my God. So that the task that they are assigned to can come forth effectively. Most people are trying to do the task and they have not yielded totally to apostolic mentorship. I know several apostles who have the potential to be apostles inside of them. Listen to me, but they really have not come into the full maturity of the apostolic office because they never was cultivated by another apostle. God knows I have gone through some of the hardest cultivation in my life as an apostle. The man that affirmed me, Apostle Donald Graham, hardest, hardest dude in, in the world, man. But I learned from him how to be an apostle in a lot of different vantage points. Listen, you gotta sit long enough to matriculate to move in the apostolic effectively, because the task may be there And you could be on task and on target. Watch this, but out of time. You could really be called to it, but out of timing because you haven't been cultivated to moving the gift that you're trying to move in without apostolic interaction. I'm going somewhere. We're talking tonight about apostolic development. I'm going somewhere with this. And then It's important to understand the title of apostle, that is not so significant in terms of wearing the title and calling yourself an apostle, but understanding the title helps you understand the function. So title, technology, task— we got to understand these things. So let's deal with the title, the word apostle. It is from a Greek word Apostolos, which means sent one, sent one, sent one, sent one. And it is one that is sent by God. So first of all, apostles are made in heaven, correct? So it is a sending anointing that's on the apostle, and they are sent by God with plenipotentiary status. Which means the apostle has a diversity of potential, a diversity of abilities. Watch this: to flow in and out of all 9 gifts of the Spirit. The apostle should fluently be able to walk in all 9 gifts of the Spirit. At full matriculation of your apostleship, there's no reason why you should not speak in tongues or interpret tongues. There's no reason you shouldn't have word of wisdom, word of knowledge, gift of prophecy, discerning of spirits, the gift of faith. You listen, you definitely need the gift of faith if you're operating as an apostle. You gotta have it. So you gotta be able to flow fluently in and out all night. You gotta also be able to flow fluently through all 5 of those offices. The apostle, the prophet, the pastor, the evangelist, the teacher. Listen, if you meet an apostle that all they do is scream and prophesy and never teach, something's wrong with that. If all the person is doing— okay, let me even take you deeper— if all the apostle is doing is praying, prophesying, and screaming, I question their apostleship. Because when you get through praying— and listen, I pray probably more than most people But at the end, because I'm always in prayer most of the day, in addition to the deliberate 2-3 hours I put in every day I open my eyes. But if I don't do something in action and manifestation after I get off my face, you need to question my apostleship.
Oh my God.
You need to question my apostolic prowess because it ain't hitting on nothing. It's more than screaming, it's more than prophesying all the time. A real apostle is a teacher, is an educator of kingdom things.
Oh boy.
So to understand why you need apostolic development The first thing we got to look at is again the plenipotentiary status of apostle to flow in and out of gifts. Secondly, the gubernatorial authority of apostles. Gubernatorial means that apostles have governmental authority built inside of the office. So when you come to the planet as an apostle, there's a government that's on your shoulder. And watch this, in your fear of destiny and purpose— and I'm talking straight to apostles right now, and I want that body to be educated on what you need to be looking for— an apostle has a gubernatorial authority at full matriculation or maturation that, oh my goodness, that is able to do what Jesus would do. If Jesus was on earth. Oh God, that's why I'm constantly trying to raise the dead at funerals. Glory to God. Every time I go to a funeral, I'm putting my hand in the casket. Glory to God. I'm calling, I'm speaking to the corpse, trying to call it forth. Because at the end of the day, I want to mature to the point where I can do what Jesus did every time. Now, I have prayed for people that haven't been at the point of death with cancers, with COVID and they were healed and they're still alive. I've seen many miracles in my ministry. Well, listen, at full maturity, I ought to be able to shift systems and governments. And listen, and that's why I work so hard in the municipality, in the marketplace, because at the end of the day, my presence is not just known in the church. I have gubernatorial authority. To operate in ministry, marketplace, and municipality. Apostles, thirdly, are stratospheric warriors. Watch this. Real apostles just don't build churches. Real apostles make a difference in the realm of the spirit. Real apostles are gatekeepers. Oh, are gatekeepers to the region where they abide. Listen, I'm very clear.
This—
I was born and raised in the city, uh, and I've been all over the world, been to 4 continents because of the apostleship on my life. But right here in this region called Georgia, I am an air traffic controller. I am a stratospheric warrior. I spend time warring against the strongholds and principalities in this region. One of the reasons pastors have the ability to build mega churches and pastors effectively is because of the warfare I do in the realm of the spirit. It's, it's about 3 pastors right now that are on the brink of exposure because they're living in a perpetual life of sin. And my stratospheric warfare against these strongholds in their life is one they only understand why they're changing in their mindset. Ah, shabande, uska tabahi osi. And why they haven't been exposed is because the body, number one, cannot stand another exposure at that level. So through apostolic authority, we are pachkatabo. We're constantly casting down these strongholds. And, and watch this, calling forth their deliverance and breakthrough in their life. Oh God, so that they won't be exposed and lose everything. I could call names, but I can't. Hallelujah, because I gotta cover them. They'll never send me an offering, and I don't want it, but I know my assignment.
I understand my role.
Ah, yes, God. So, and fourthly, and I gotta, I gotta get out of here, we got— so I want you, because you got to understand why you need apostolic development. Because again, the apostle— and this wise has to come from the apostle— is because one, he has plenipotentiary status, diversities of potential and gifts.
He is a stratospheric warrior. Yeah, he has gubernatorial authority. He's a sit one. Hallelujah. But fourthly, I want you to hear this. The mantle of the apostle is a mountaintop mantle. So the apostle leads from the mountain.
And this is why apostles— real apostles, authentic apostles—
go through valleys to experience the beginning of the process that releases the anointing of apostleship on their life.
Listen, the mountain of the apostolic mandate and mantle consists of levels.
Hear me, it consists of levels. It starts at the foundation, the valley, and leads— here it is— to the summit.
Ah, so the, the valley— watch this— starts with the anointing. This is the foundation.
God knows I have seen so many people online and even in churches and in meetings in person that call themselves apostle who don't even have the anointing of an apostle on their life. Watch this.
The anointing is the calling.
Watch this.
And consecration, the discipline to begin studying.
Watch this.
The mandate of the apostolic office.
You know, my spiritual father, Apostle Donald Graham, when he affirmed me, I was fighting this tooth and nail. I didn't want this. When he came to me with it before he affirmed me, like, man, I don't want that. I want to be a pastor.
You got to call me no apostle. You know, I was planting churches, traveling the world. He saw the fruit. But once I came into it and accepted it, I start studying the mandates of my assignment. See, if you're a real apostle Part of the anointing of apostleship is going to drive you to study the mandates of the office. Oh boy! Oh, oh my God, it's going to cause you to study the mandates of the office. Oh my God, it's going to cause you, hallelujah, to be disciplined enough to consecrate yourself to glory, and that glory will produce clarity about the mandate of the office you claim it that you are walking in.
Most apostles, honestly, that call themselves apostle, they can't even tell you what an apostle is.
So you know they've been studying the mandate of the office. You know they misstudy it because they can't even tell you what it is. Oh my God, isn't that a shame? Isn't that pitiful that they can't even tell you what it is? And there's so many, it's so many.
It starts with anointing.
The next, it's just like climbing a mountain until you get to the summit. The next piece is alignment. Starts with anointing, because I want you to understand how the process apostles go through, unlike any other of the Bible offices. Starts with anointing, then goes to alignment. This is why you need to sit at the feet of an apostle and be developed. Alignment is the positioning— watch this— and placement into the flow of the activities of the office. Wait a minute, so even an apostle that comes into the earth who is sent by God, once they receive the anointing through cultivation by sitting at the feet of another apostle developing them, that apostle that they call mentor, father, or a matriarch in their life. Because the apostle has a sending anointing, that apostle then aligns and sends that apostle or that gift— oh boy— into the flow of the activities of the office they are called to.
School. Not you just get up and start doing it. No, you have— you get sent into this.
Ah, you know, yeah, you know, you don't just do it. Oh my God. But you know how many people are just doing it who just slapped it on their name and never received the mandate? They're not clear on their regional authority. They're not clear their purpose nor their assignment. Ah, and then watch this, we have to be careful throwing people in the flow of the activity that don't have the anointing from God first through discipline and consecration. Watch this, just cause you dress up in some clothes, put on a big hat— listen, I went through all that, I got that stuff, right? Just cause you do that, get a ring, get a chain, trying to put Episcopal authority on apostleship. Watch this, which is backwards and wrong anyway. I'm not going to get into that because I, I had to, uh, bring my good friend Robin Franklin on and have a conversation with her and let her talk to you about— because I mean, I, I'm learning. I thought apostles could have Episcopal rights, but that's for the bishopric, because the bishop Watch this. The apostle is the chief. The apostle is the head. And the apostle appoints bishops. The apostle is responsible for governing gifts. But watch this, it is only an apostle who has become a bishop that can open up that stream. I don't have time, I don't have time, I don't have time. That's a whole nother teaching. But there has to be proper alignment Listen, man.
3, the next step, you climb another mountain. I want you to understand how apostle works. So we have anointing, alignment, then assignment. Understand the purposes, the principles, and the practices of the office. Every apostle has a unique authentication about their gifting and their design that really derives out of their experience and their encounters with God.
And they'll— watch this—
their life wisdom. Oh boy, I don't have time.
Number 4, activation, because I want to get into why you need to be developed. I want you— this, this is really the meat of it. Activation, that means you become commissioned, recognized, activated, and released into the office. So watch this, 3 things have to be clear before you get activated, commissioned, and affirmed and released in the office. Number one, you have to be anointed. Number two, you have to be aligned in the culture. Watch this, working with other apostles, learning and growing. And then you have to have an understanding— not saying you're doing it yet— a clarity of the purposes, the practices, oh my God, and the principles of the office.
That's why I say we gotta do so much teaching. Oh my God, oh my God, we gotta do so much teaching. So much teaching, man, has to be done. Then 5, application, because all of this revelation, the anointing, the alignment, the assignment, the activation is constipation without activation, which means you're still stuck, nothing's moving. You gotta apply it, you gotta have application, you gotta perform it, you gotta walk out the principles, you gotta walk out the practices, you gotta walk out— walk it out with passion. And watch this, in the activation state, you understand that the power you have been given as an apostle. Listen to me, it's not for you, it's for those you are called to serve. Ah, and then number 6, authority. See, authority is where you learn how to apply the governmental anointing that's on your life. And then number 7 is apostleship. That means you're fully functioning. This is the summit. This is the peak.
This is when you're flowing. You're fully functioning in an assigned sphere of ministry within the office.
So each of these 7 divisions, they are important to the process and development of the humans, the people apostles are called to serve. See, until an apostle goes through these 7 stages— Lord, I'm running out of time— and reaches the summit, he's doing society a disservice. Because ultimately, every interaction with apostleship should not just be melodious, uh, song service where the worship is wonderful. It should not just be a bunch of noise. It should literally be transforming and life-changing. It should be something that makes an entire difference in your life. Your human capital should increase every time you encounter apostles. I decree and declare, even as you listen to this teaching tonight, that your human capital is increasing. I decree and declare that everything about your human capital is increasing even as I teach this word. Oh boy, listen. You need development. Because if you don't get developed by an apostle who is functioning in apostleship— thank God I had that opportunity— you'll miss steps and you'll go along the way walking offended, trying to figure it out. Seeking out development and counsel from the wrong people. Listen to me, you gotta make up your mind that I'm going to submit enough to get developed. Now, your apostolic development has a few things. One, it involves— hear me, hear me— a person. I don't care how anointed you are, how powerful you are, how much you pray. You need a person that can speak into your gift and stir it like Timothy had Paul. He said, stir up the gift that was placed in you by the laying on of my hands. Stir, er, in Greek means turning on. The apostle has the ability to turn on what's in you and, oh my God, teach you how to stir it, teach you technology to do the task. But you gotta have a person. And I know some Y'all gonna disagree with me on this, but it just is room for confusion when you have multiple people trying to stir the gifts that are in you. Listen, you need to be clear on— listen, it's first natural, then spiritual. Watch this. I have one daddy in the natural. His name is Prophet Freddie Woods. I don't have another dad. That's my daddy. Watch this. I learned a lot about being a man from my daddy. Wasn't a whole lot of other men in my ear but my daddy. Now, before I went to move, my dad and my stepfather taught me a lot as well about being a man. But these were direct men in my life through my mama. So at the end of the day, I need you to understand something. You gotta have a person. You got all these people telling you all these different things and you get confused.
You need a voice you could trust. You need a voice that you could depend on.
You need a voice that's going to be there when you need someone to talk to. You need a voice that when you don't understand, that's not going to look down on you, but it's going to give you strategy and clarity so you could keep moving. You need a person. It's just like, watch this, y'all got all these apostles. That's my apostle, that's my apostle, that's my apostle. Man, a person.
Think about it.
He gave some pastors, some apostles. So if he gave some apostles, that means every apostle ain't assigned to you, but there is an apostle assigned to you.
Just like you can't have 5 pastors. Uh-oh, uh-oh, uh-oh. Wait, pastors, that's apostles that just disagree with what I said. How would you feel, preacher, if your members say, I'm a member here and I'm a member here and I'm a member there and I'm gonna split my tithe up 3 ways? Well, you'd be furious. You'd be furious.
Listen, you need a person, you need someone that God has set in your life to be that apostle that will help you walk through those steps in your gift and help you turn on that anointing. They'll give you the technology to understand the task that is before you. You know, one of the hardest things in the world for me was aligning with people people who sincerely couldn't see who I was and wanted to compete with me.
Thank God I didn't.
I haven't ever had that with my spiritual father, Apostle Donald Graham. He's just been a hardcore dude, man, and some of his ways I don't, don't, and didn't particularly appreciate. But in terms of how he handles me, but I understand it. A lot of the things that he does makes me become me. Now listen, at the end of the day, I understand that process. You need a person.
Oh boy, you need a person, man.
I dare you to begin to pray that God will give you an apostle in a person. See, some of you are missing steps because—
watch this—
prophets are prophesying to you and you never see it come to pass. You know why? Because apostles bring it to pass. Apostles have the government and the technology to give you the revelation on how to bring your word to pass.
But if you don't have connectivity with a person that understands that gamdi.
Oh boy, oh boy.
Okay, I, I gotta move, I gotta move, I gotta move.
In your development, there has to be a person. So you need to decide tonight and pray about it. Say, Lord, send me the person, a person. Okay, even Paul said the defeat of Galileo— he had a person, he didn't have multiple people teaching him. Watch this, the 12 apostles, that's the foundation. They had a person, they learned from Jesus. They didn't have multiple people. You need a person. Number 2, are you ready? Your apostolic development is going to require you to move to different places. Sometimes it's going to have places, so you're gonna have to sometime change geography, maybe, or make sure you plug in to this Apostle woman or man, wherever they are in the world, through however they have the ability to touch your life. But places and geography are important to your development, and there are some places God will send you to learn character, to learn culture.
Watch this. While you can have a person, you can go to different places and glean But it, it should always align with what your person is saying. And watch this, I would suggest that you have a tight enough connection with your person. Yeah, that you have a tight enough connection with your person that you receive recommendations from them. Many times my sons They'll call me and say, Apostle, what do you think about this? Or they'll text, say, what do you think about this? Should I do this? Should I go to this?
And I say, yeah, yeah, man, it'd be good for you.
It enhance who you are because your person, if they're the right person, hear me, are not going to be insecure about you dealing with someone else.
Ah, oh boy.
Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy, oh boy.
Whoa, places are important. Where you are is just as important as who you are. So when you— and watch this— you'll never leave where you are until you decide where you would rather be. So if you want to grow beyond where you are, you got to make a decision to be in places that's going to develop you. You got to go to meetings where the apostles are sharing and teaching and pouring into you and cultivating you. Are you hearing me?
Again, when I say a person, that's your personal connection, but you still can glean from other authentic apostles who are walking in apostleship, not fake phony jokers, um, who's still struggling with their flesh. Who still can't get their character together. Come on, man. No, those are not the people that you should be being developed under, okay?
Every development apostolically has a person, it has places— watch this— it also has specifics, particulars, specific ways that you are to carry out the task. So while you're being developed, this is where you get the particulars to your assignment. And I'm closing. All development— watch this, hear me— also have provisions for vision. Provision. So you get the things need for the vision that you establish when you are aligning yourself with your gift, with the anointing on your life. You get the provisions you need, the resources to fulfill purpose. It doesn't have to be hard. Many a times it's hard because, oh boy, we never take the time to get the provisions, man. We never sit long enough to get what we need because we're in a hurry. And which leads— this is a great segue into the last point— your apostolic development always has periods, seasons, time frames, dispensations. Yeah, good days, bad days. Times you want to run, you don't want to be there. There was days when my spiritual father— man, forget this dude, I ain't got nothing, I don't need him in my life. That's how you say stuff like that. And the Lord said, yes you do. So even when I felt that way, glory to God, I knew this man was always praying for me. He always knew how I was And he would call, he would say something, he, he sent a text or email, you know, because at the end of the day, there are good days and bad days, but that builds character. There's seasons when you're going to be on a high and things are going to be going well, but they're going to be days where you're going to go through a process that's qualifying you to keep where you're going. But you need apostolic development on all these tiers. I pray y'all understand what I've said tonight. I gotta quit, man, it's almost midnight, or after midnight. Yes, almost midnight. Listen, you gotta get some development in your life apostolically, or you will continue to live under the auspices of arrested development. Arrested development means you stopped growing. You're still teaching the same stuff. You're still reading to preach instead of praying to preach. You can't get that business off the ground. You can't launch that ministry effectively. You, you're all over the place trying to do everything when you just need to sit down and go through the process of development. Guess what? It's gonna be there when you get through getting developed. And then guess what? When you get fully matured in what you are on this planet to do and your human capital has reached its peak, you're gonna be the most effective in what you're called to do. Let's pray. Father, in Jesus' name, I thank you for this teaching tonight. God, it went the way you wanted it to go. We were having technical difficulties at first, but Father, I know you wanted this word to go out, and I pray, God, that it will go out to the masses. I pray that your people will share it and that people will understand the significance of apostolic authority and that they will seek it out for development and that they will grow in their apostolic office. And their apostolic graces. And I give you praise and glory, God, for those that are called to the marketplace and even the municipality, those that are called to ministry. I pray, God, that you will give them the apostolic development that they need. And I rebuke now the spirit of arrested development. And I decree and declare liberty tonight. Miskitu robo shikatai. In the name of Jesus, I do pray. Amen. And thanks be to God. Listen, I want to appreciate everybody for joining us tonight. I believe this word has been rich, and I believe if you received believe it. It'll be very transformative in your life. Listen, I want to challenge every person on the sound of my voice to sow into ministry tonight. I don't know what to tell you to do. Listen, God is not telling me to tell you anything, but I need every person that's watching live or by replay to get a seed in your hand and bless the church.
